Hawk and I have something in common, we both like pizza! We also like annoying people with our mindnumbingly BAD fan art! Heck! The professor on the Power Puff Girls has more detail and expression than this!

Nice compostion and good facial expression. You could use greater variation in line weight and attemot more texture in the hair and cloth. I suggest scanning in greyscale with slightly higher contrast and lower brightness.

Well, it's a pretty simple sketch, so I can't tell you what to improve, really. It's nice --simple-- and pretty close to Rumiko-sensei art. I'm thinking if maybe you studied the eyes a little more it'd be pretty darn close. Nice, send us some more. :D

The sketch looks fine to me, I rather like the texture of the clothing actually. I suppose some slight tweaking of facial features could be done, aahh... bugger it, ;) it looks fine, or at lest good enough, that doesn't mean you cant always improve though. Shadows and shading is the next challenge, or a more complicated pose, but considering you haven't done any shadows for this peace it has a surprising amount of depth. Nice.

At best this is only a decent sketch but you show definate potential. Keep studying the face so next time around everything looks less square. The shading is a different less rubbed in style, but it's good.
