technically, Miroku came from a sect that allowed their monks to marry, so that law wouldn't really apply.

Man, talk about creative! A Buddhist monk can't even hug his own mother? That ain't right. Miroku's face was priceless! And his quote was HILARIOUS! "A monk should avoid touching a woman..." Pfft!
