THE KISS OF TRUTH
Some how after Kai kissed Erika on the head he was able to get back to sleep, but the dream he had (also a memory of his) was still nagging him. He wanted to, no, had to tell someone, but who?
Well, at the moment it didn't matter, all Kai wanted to do was find the others and hope that they didn't think that anything suspicious happened between him and Erika. And things were about to get worse for Kai. What is Ray going to say when he finds out that Erika was sleeping on him? What will Ray say when he finds out that Erika is his TWIN sister? And to top it all off, what will everyone say, when Kai tells them that his grandfather wanted him to marry Erika?
All these questions and more were swimming around Kai's mind when he awoke to find Erika sleeping in his arms. The truth was that Kai really liked Erika, but would it be alright form him to tell her? He wasn't the type who liked to lose and he wasn't the type that took rejection well.
'Is it alright to fall in love with a girl you hardly know? And what will Ray say when I tell him that I love his sister? Oh shit! I can't fall in love with an American girl, I have to got back to Japan so I can face team physic again. What am I to do?' thought Kai. He wasn't even sure if Erika was on the team yet.
They never did finish the battle, but Kenny did say if it was a tie, then Erika would win. Was it a tie?
Oh well, it didn't make a difference what happened. And Kai didn't have much more time to think as Erika was beginning to wake up.
"Morning Kai," she said. She then saw that she was in Kai's arms. Very quickly and embarrassed, Erika pushes herself out of Kai's arms. "I'm sorry, I didn't know what I was thinking last night. I guess I just had a lot on my mind and."
"Don't worry you have nothing to apologize about," interrupted Kai. He and Erika then got up to leave the hotel and head back to the team. Little did they know, the Blade Breakers were setting up a party for their new member, Erika.

"Do you think she'll like it?" asked Tyson, hanging up a banner he made.
"Yeah, yeah. Sure what ever," answered Ray, not paying attention.
"Ray what is up with you?" asked Hilary.
"I'm worried, about Erika. She was out there all night with Kai and I have to tell her that she's my sister," sighed Ray.
"Ray relax, I'm sure she and Kai are alright. Hey maybe she knows that you're her brother," suggested Max.
"Maybe..." Ray trailed off.
"Hey guys, hide, Erika and Kai are back," Kenny ran in to the room.
The Blade Breakers hide in Kai's room because they knew Kai would only be at the party for Erika if it was in his room. Well, it wasn't that hiding wasn't that pleasant. Hilary and Tyson thought of the same place to hide and were now very uncomfortable.
"Hilary, you're on my foot," whispered Tyson.
"Well you're on my hand, Tyson," Hilary whispered back.
"Either shut up or make out or something. Just keep quiet, Erika and Kai will be in here soon," said Kenny in a loud whisper.
That shut Tyson and Hilary up. They didn't want to admit that they were a couple yet.
Again, silence. Kai and Erika were taking forever. Were they really going to come in?
SQUEK! The door opened.
"SURPRISE! CONGRATUALTIONS ON JOINING THE TEAM!" yelled Ray, Tyson, Hilary, Kenny, and Max as the jumped out of their hiding places.
"Gee thanks guys," Erika blushed.
"It was nothing sis," smiled Ray. Then he realized what he said and turned away from Erika.
"My brother don't be embarrassed. I knew, but mom and dad didn't want me. But I do know that I grew up with a rich family that didn't even tell me about my real family," Erika went over and hugged her brother.
It was a great party. Everyone seemed really happy, even Kai. Nothing could make Kai happier except for one thing.
"Everyone I have an announcement to make," yelled Kai. He knew what he had to do.
"What is it Kai?" asked Ray.
'Well here goes nothing' Kai thought. He went over to Erika. It was now or never. He had to know. Slowly he lifted her chin and.moved his face down to hers.his lips closer to her pink lips.and then something happened that the rest of the Blade Breakers thought they would see in their life time. Kai finally rested his lips on Erika's and they shared a very romantic kiss. It was something that the rest of the group would never expect.
