Beyblade Fan Fiction ❯ The Untouched Life Of My Dreams ❯ chapter 1 ( Chapter 1 )
DISCLAIMER: I don't own beyblade or any of the character except my own!
Okay so this is my first fan fiction so yeah. And basically it's about Kai and he has these reoccurring nightmares that he can't seem to figure out. What he doesn't realize is that it's his subconscious feelings that are trying to get out through his dreams. He fell in love with a girl now a woman some years ago and decides that he is in control of his destiny and he alone!
Yeah, yeah I know it sounds really strange to put it lightly but just read it anyways!
CHAPTER 1
The Untouched Life OF My Dreams
"Keep running grandson, you can run but you can't hide!"
Kai looked behind him through his blurred vision and all he could see was an enormous and nasty looking man full of hatred quickly gaining ground on him.
"It doesn't matter how hard I force you away little Kai, I always draw you back to me. It would seem I have you right where I want you, caught in the unyielding grips of my hand like a tiny fly worthy of nothing more then to be crushed! I will train you not to feel, to love to express any emotion through that tiny pathetic body of yours. If it's the last thing I do! I WILL make you worthy of serving me, and me alone!"
Kai sprang up from his bed with built up perspiration burning under his skin, forcing it's way out through his flesh, creating small glimmering droplets of sweat curtaining all over his distraught body.
"What the fuck is wrong with me?" Fear and concern racing rapidly through Kai mind.
He slowly raised his drained body up from the warm and sweaty bed where it laid only moments before, and headed for the bathroom.
"Try not to be afraid my little one." Came a soft voice, although mysterious is was soothing and very familiar.
"Who said that, who's there?" Kai vigilantly questioned.
Then right before him a middle aged woman appeared like an angel form heaven.
"It is I my son, it is your mother. If I ever taught you one thing, it was to never let your fears and worries get the better of you. Stay strong my son."
Then as quickly as she had come she was gone again, before Kai could say a word.
Mother "what did she mean by that?"
Deep down he knew that it had everything to do with those strange reoccurring nightmares he had been having for the past 3 months.
"But what could she mean by that?" The 18-year-old boy queried
He soaked his weary body in the warm comforting waters of the deep bath that he laid in.
"Dranzer, come out here now!"
"What it is my youngling?"
"My mother was here, but you already knew that from the link that connects out minds and thoughts. But tell me, what does all this mean if you know?"
"I believe that you need to find out those answers on your own my master, but I will always be here to protect you from any harm that may come to you." With that Dranzer disappeared into his blade.
Great, big help he was
10 minutes past and Kai had washed his body and was already drying him self off. He put on his usual attire and walked out the door, ready for another day of training with those pathetic armatures that had the nerve to call themselves his teammates. Although he would never admit it, they were always there for him and they were good beybladers.
"Hay Kai dude, we're over here. Kaaaaaaaaaiiiiiiii, hay WEEE ARRRRE OVVVVER HEEEERE!" Blurted Tyson, the team leader.
Kai shot Tyson an impatient but forceful glare, and with his arms folded across his chest he made his way over to the team that was practicing.
"Shut up you undignified moron, do you want to make us ALL look like pitiable dickheads?" Kai hissed in a slightly sarcastic but serious tone.
"Sorry man. What side of the bed do you wake up from"? Tyson snapped back in an `already-knowingly' manner.
"Hay Kai, Tyson! Can we PLEEEASE just have one practice session without you two jumping down each others throats?!" Hillary quickly piped up.
"Yeah." Said Kenny. "We only have three days left until we head off for the Russian tournament, lets just ALL try and get along and be civil to each other please!"
The group practiced for the entire day and it was almost time to head home. When Kai reached his destination he pulled out his keys and unlocked the door to his penthouse apartment.
When his parents had died, they left him a large fortune, which Kai invested in a horde of properties and high rises all around the world; partly so he could rely on his own income independently with out having to freeload off his grandfather and partly so that he always had somewhere to stay when he travelled around the world attending bayblading tournaments.
He made his way up to his room and immediately began to pack his travel case, ready to begin his journey to Russia.
