The Rainbow Cards

Chapter 38

"Crash Course!"

"JOEY!" exclaimed Tea. She cried tears in seconds.

"Calm down, he's not dead, he's just unconscious." Said Marth.

"SHUT UP! This is your fault!" exclaimed Tea.

"I saved his life! The stab cured him from dying!"

"How?" asked Yugi.

"It's just a virus."

"Ok. Why did you save his life?"

"Well, when I was falling, Diamond could have saved me, since he was outside, instead, he said he had no use for me. Now, I want revenge."

"How did you survive?" asked Tea.

"Your friend, Sakura, saved me. I realized that since Diamond doesn't need me, so I told them where he was."

All of the sudden, Joey started flying up.

"What's going on?" asked Yugi.

"It's the virus. It's going to try to get inside his blood."

"That's why you stabbed him, so the blood would come out. But, there would still be more inside." Said Tea.

"Exactly, but since he lost a lot of blood, the virus won't kill him, however," they looked at Joey and gasped. He was FAT! (Author's Note: I'm not making of fat people! I promise you, I'm not like that) He was like 500 pounds!

"Hello! Do something!" exclaimed Tea.

"I'm afraid we can't, the virus is already gone."

Tea gasped. "We just became BF/GF! We were suppose to go to the summer festival fair."

Tea's Imagining This…

"HEY, LET'S GO ON THIS RIDE." Said chubby Joey. He was pointing at an elevator ride (Like the one in Disney's MGM Studios, only outside it was outside)

The guy who controlled the ride put the protector thing (don't know what it's called) on his shoulder, after 5 hours. "Finally!" he exclaimed.

The elevator went up until the top. For a several minutes, it just stayed there, and then it went VERY fast! Because of Joey's weight, the cord broke and they slammed into the ground, making a big hole.

Back to Reality…

"NO!" Tea screamed.

"What's wrong?"

"Huh? Oh nothing, I just had a little dream."

"It's a good thing I hit him, he would've exploded." Said Marth.

"Turn him back to normal!" exclaimed Tea.

"Ok, ok. Keep your panties on!" Marth touched his stomach and chanted something. Seconds later, Joey was back to normal.

"JOEY!" exclaimed Tea hugging Joey.

"We can celebrate later. Now Marth, where is Diamond hiding?" asked Yugi.

"Follow me."

Sakura POV

"Are you sure it's here?" asked Syaoran pointing to a room.

"It's what Roy's brother said." Answered Sakura.

"Why are trusting him anyway?"

"We don't really have a choice."

"Ok."

"Tomoyo, stay here."

"All right."

Sakura and Syaoran opened the door. Inside, they saw the Rainbow Spirit and Diamond sitting on a chair.

"So, you finally made it." Said Diamond.

"How'd you know we were here?" asked Sakura.

"Oh please, I own this place. There's nothing I don't know that goes around here. I'm so glad I have a company, I haven't had any visitors since this place was shut down, 50 years ago."

He smiled and looked at the spirit.

"Oh, I'm sorry, I haven't introduced the spirit of the cards."

"He grants the wishes?" asked Sakura.

"Yes. Only, there's something missing, the Yellow Card, perhaps?"

Sakura smiled.

"You're going to fool me any longer! GIVE ME THE CARD!"

"I didn't give it to you before, so why would I give it to you?"

"Because I have a trap in store for your friends."

"What?" asked Sakura worriedly.

"I'm just kidding, but if you don't give it to me, then I will have to something that will kill us all."

"Why would you sacrifice your life?" asked Sakura.

"It's quite simple really. I might die, but the Rainbow Spirit shall live, once you die, the card flow into space, the spirit can get it and wish me back!"

"They're not going flow into space, they're going to land on Earth since you're so close it." Pointed Sakura.

Diamond laughed. "How do you know Earth will still exist?"

They gasped.

"That's right! I will make a crash course to Earth!"

"You're mad!" exclaimed Syaoran.

"No, I'm not. I'll be more than happy to destroy Earth. I hated that planet," said Diamond starting to cry tears. "Humans destroyed everything from my life! They killed my beautiful wife, Dorothy, my two daughters, Princess and Mai, and my son, Sora. I had nothing else to live for, so created this space colony to live, to experiment, and to enjoy life. But no, they shut this place down nearly killed me. Don't you see? This is why I was looking for the Rainbow Cards. Fifty years ago, I didn't care. But now I promise Earth… REVENGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

Yugi POV

The whole space colony started shaking. Minutes later, it stopped.

"What was that?" asked Joey.

"Your friends have probably started battling Diamond." Answered Marth.

They reached a small room.

"Here it is." Said Marth.

`This is it? This small room?' thought Yugi. He then noticed a diamond-shaped tattoo on his head.

`That's the same tattoo Holly had!'

He had to give him a test.

"Hey Marth?" asked Yugi.

"Yes?"

"You know Holly?"

"Yes. Yes I do."

"Why did she have that tattoo on her head?"

"Because she was apart of Diamond's team."

"Oh. Well, let's just say, that she switched sides, like you."

"Then the tattoo would erase."

`I knew it! He was pretending!'

"Ok, on the count of three, open the door." Said Marth.

"Why don't you go first?" asked Yugi.

"No it's ok, you can go."

"All right, last question. Why does the label say Freezer?"

"Huh?"

"Now Joey!"

"I'm on it!" exclaimed Joey opening the door.

"What's going on?" asked Marth.

"Say hello to your for me!" exclaimed Yugi pushing him inside, then he closed it.

"What a fool, thinking he could fool us." Said Yugi.

"For a minute there, he did." Said Tea.

"Shoot! He led us deeper in the space colony! Now how are we going to find them?" asked Tea.

"Maybe I can sense their powers." Said Yugi.

"Why didn't you try that before?" asked Joey.

"I don't know. Now, I'm going to try."

For a few minutes, Yugi was concentrating real hard.

Then, he opened his eyes. "I think I know." Yugi started running. Joey and Tea followed.

Sakura POV

"HA HA HA HA!" laughed Diamond. "GIVE ME THE CARD NOW!"

"Never!" exclaimed Sakura taking out her key. She turned it into a staff and took a card out. Before she called it, Diamond took her book (where she stored he cards) from her and laughed again.

"YOU HAVE NOTHING TO DEFEND YOURSELF WITH NOW, HAND THE CARD OVER OR I WILL DESTROY THE EARTH, I MEAN IT!!!"

Sakura looked down. `Do I have a choice?' She thought.

"All right, I'll give it to you." She took out the card.

She walked towards him. Before she gave it to him, the door opened. "STOP!" exclaimed Yugi.

"Don't give it to him!"

Sakura ran towards Yugi.

"Are you all right?" she asked all of them.

"We're fine." They answered.

"I'm glad."

"GIVE ME THE CARD!"

"YU-GI-OH!" exclaimed Yugi turning into Yami.

He looked at the Rainbow Spirit. He could sense evilness in it. "Let's deal with Diamond first!"

"ALL RIGHT THEN, YOU LEAVE ME NO CHOICE!" exclaimed Diamond. He pressed a button. The space colony started shaking.

"What's going on?" asked Tomoyo, coming out from nowhere.

"The space colony, it's going on a higher velocity!" exclaimed Yugi.

"Does that mean?" asked Syaoran.

"Yes! We are going to crash to Earth!"

Diamond laughed. "There's nothing to stop it!" He hung on to a pipe. "Enjoy the ride."

The space colony got closer and closer to Earth.
