”Is it something bad? Because you look worried.” Said Sakura.
”This tournament is really important, here are going to test a wizards most important things, that are magic and soul. It's not an easy test, so... we'll better start your training.”

 

 

World's Magic Tournament: Second Advice

 

---- Somewhere in Hong Kong ----------
There's an old house, that looks dark and dirty, there is a men sitting on a big chair next to a fireplace. Talking to the boy that told Sakura about the tournament.

”Did you tell her about it?” he asked.
”Yes, she knows now about it, you don't have to worry” answered the mysterious guy.
”I'm sorry to ask you this, but I need you to look upon her.” Said the master.
”What do you mean by that? You want me to be her bodyguard? Asked the boy, “You said that I'd only tell her about that stupid thing.”
”I know, but just keep an eye on her, all I want is to help her out...” answered the man.
”As you wish, but I hope she doesn't catch me up.” Said the guy and left.

 

-------Meanwhile on Sakura's room-----
Sakura and Kero are arwing about the contest.

”Training? What do you mean? Do you think I'm gonna be on it? You're kidding me.” Said Sakura.
”You must be in, Sakura? Don't you get it? If you enter this tournament you will be able to release your power, and also learn about the magic of other wizards. This could help you out, you can increase your knowledge on magic.” Said Kero.
”But I don't know about it, I cannot risk my life in something like this. By the way in less than 4 months is Tomoyo's festival and I have to go. When would I train?” asked Sakura.
”That's not a problem, you can train everyday, at night, or if you want to it can be early in the morning.”answered Kero.
”What?!!!! Are you crazy? I need to rest, I'm going to return home exhausted from work. That's not possible.” Said Sakura.
”Well, we will train early in the morning. Starting tomorrow.” Said Kero.
”No, you must be crazy Kero! I have to go with Tomoyo at 8 o'clock. Anyway, you said my magic power had increased, so there's no need to worry, I'll train on weekend.” Sakura said to the yellow puppet.
”It seems you still don't get it, right?” Kero asked Sakura.
”Obviously not. You never told me about it!!” shouted Sakura.
”Ok, ok. Maybe I forgot to tell you about that, but don't blame me. This tournament was founded thousand years ago, by the most powerful wizards. They decided that on it you must prove you have both, strong soul and strong magic. It is called “World's Magic Tournament”. Magicians from all around the world come to showdown with other magicians. The first thing they will test is your soul.” said Kero.

“But why do they test your soul?” asked Sakura.

“ Testing your soul is like testing your heart. It is the first one, because for a wizard's magic to be strong, both his heart and his soul must be strong. When we were sealing the Clow cards, you could deal with the problem and solve it because of your heart strenght. If your heart is strong, your soul will also be.” Kero said.
”So you mean, that if I trust in me, that will make my soul stronger and by consequence my magic level will also grow?” asked the girl.
”Yes, that is why it is important, Sakura. Your magic level is amazing, but if you enter this tournament, you can increse your power, not only your magic, but your heart and soul too.” Answered Kero.
”And what is the other test?” Sakura asked desperately.
” If you don't pass your soul's test, you cannot proceed. But if you show your soul is strong, then you will face the next challenge, that is a showdown with other wizards, you must use your magic here to defend yourself from the attacks of the opponent.” Kero answered.
”So that means I'll have to fight with other person?!!!” shouted Sakura.

Suddenly something lighted the whole room and a letter appeared in the desk, next to the Clow cards. Sakura took it and went back to Kero.

”So, this is it. The letter that strange boy was talking about. But there has nothing written on it.” Said Sakura.
”That's because they know your brother and father have no idea that you own magic powers. You'll better use firey on it, that way you will be able to see what's written.” Said Kero.
”But if I do that the letter will be burn!” Sakura said.
”Don't worry, do what I say. Trust me.” He said to sakura.

As Kero said Sakura used firey on it, and after 30 seconds letters started to appear on the paper. Sakura took the sheet of paper in her hands and read:

Dear Ms. Sakura Kinomoto:
We are pleased to tell you that the “World's Magic Tournament” will be in exactly 6 months, by the month of July. We hope you can join us, so you can be tested. There will be fabulous prizes. Tournament will take place on July 26. As we can see you live on Tomoeda. The tournament will be taking place on Hong Kong, your plane will depart on July 23 at 10 o'clock in the morning. If you can't go, please send us a letter telling us you won't participate. But if that is not the case, please, be sure to fill in the page that comes with your letter and sent it back soon. For any questions please, be sure to send a letter to the Information Department. Have a nice day.

“Wow! It didn't burn.” Said Sakura
”Of course not, you dumb. It is an old technique, but it's really useful, when you don't want others to know what's written. Start filling that paper and be sure to send it back.” Said Kero.
”But I didn't said I was going to go. I have such a complicated life, and to deal with this is too much.” Said Sakura.
”Don't be stupid, just fill it in and send it!” shouted Kero, “Remember, we will start your training this weekend.”


-------- Meanwhile on Hong Kong----
There's a big yard full with flowers and trees. A little pond on a corner, on it there's a young man fighting against a tree. He has dark brown hair and amber eyes, his eyes look cold. He's a handsome boy. Looks like he's training, but he's interrupted by a girl that's dressed like a miko (priestess).

”Are you ok?” asked the girl.
”Yeah, you don't have to worry Ashura.” Answered the boy.
”It seems it finally arrived. I tought you would start training the day it arrives, but I think I was wrong” asid Ashura.
”It's not bad to start training early, I have to be ready... I want to win.” He said.
”I know that would make your family more popular, but you don't have to train until you get tired.” She told him.
”It's not only to bring honor to my family, this time I want to do it for me, I want to become stronger.”he answered.
”Do whatever you please, I know you're such stubborn, by the way, dinner is ready.” The girl said.

He stopped his training and looked at the beautiful moon that the sky was showing. Suddenly a Cherry Blossom felt into his hand, many toughts came to his mind.

'Sakura, I haven't seen her in years... I suppose she must be ok, she's the Clow misstress, she's powerful. I still miss her. But I cannot be weak, Sakura is part of the past, I must focus on the tournament.

Said the young boy, turned around and enter his house.

Hey! Second chapter is done, We can now know a little more about the tournament Sakura will be on. I bet there are many doubts about who's the man that this chapter talks about, the one that send the mysterious boy to keep an eye on our dear Sakura. I bet you already know who's the bad boy that burried Sakura on the past...
