Full summary:

It's about a wannabe rock star/freeloader named Dewey (Yue) who just can't seem to get a break to stardom. His roommate Ned (Tori) and Ned's girlfriend Patty (ms. Mackenzie) are threatening to kick him out of the apartment if he doesn't come up with his share of the rent by the end of the week because he owes them a lot of money as it is (2200$ to be more precise). The rest of his band members kicked him out and replaced him so he has to find another way to get money. Later a school called Horace Green Prep called the apartment looking for Ned because they needed a substitute teacher for three weeks, the woman who called was Rosalie Mullins (Ruby), she's the principal. So Dewey got an idea to make the money by posing as Ned (Mullins tells him that they pay substitutes 650$ a week). When he got into the classroom and introduced himself he let the kids have recess for the entire time. When he comes the next day he gives a funny lecture on the man. Then Mullins comes in and tells him that on Tuesday's after ten the kids have music class. Later he listens and watches them during music class and he gets another idea. He gets the instruments from his van suggesting that his idea is to get the kids to play battle of the bands (that's the reason he got fired from his other band). He teaches the kids how to rock and you'll have to read the rest of the fic to find out what happens as the kids learn how to rock!
