I've looked at the reviews from my prologue and I can see positive support for my story, so far. Well, my choice is that it will stay on mediaminer and there will be more chapters to come with my other stories. Anyway, I want to apologize for misspelling rldelancy, but now, I got his penname exactly right. Oh, I'm glad that you like the return of an Endgame-type story. And don't worry, I will try my best not to disappoint you and make this an exciting and interesting story for you and all of my viewers. Now that I'm concentrating on mediaminer stories, alone, I'm going to work on this and my other mediaminer stories. One more thing about this story, there are going to be video game and movie elements appearing early in this story like Blade, Jurassic Park, Stargate SG-1, and more! Well, with that done and over with, I don't own Digimon, any of the other shows, or anything/anyone that comes from these other shows that appears in this fanfiction! Digimon Worlds: Dimensional Endgame

 

Recap: Daisuke Motomiya, known as Davis to his friends, experienced the worst of his `nightmare visions' of the future, but after this one, he gained the Crest of Miracles and a voice in his vision told him that he can change the future since he is the Digidestined that can change destiny, the Digidestined of Miracles. The voice told him to go with just Veemon into the Digital World after his last day of school, which he did, but what Davis and Veemon didn't count on is that Kari and Gatomon would follow them. All of them found themselves at a grand palace and meet the `keeper' of the palace, Ophanimon, a Holy Angel Knight Digimon of the Mega level. When Kari and Gatomon were revealed to Davis and Veemon, they learned that Davis, being the bearer of the Crest of Miracles, is the High Prince of all Digidestined. Whoa! Now, there's a shock! However, they learned that the `evil force' that Davis' `dreamt' about in his vision is out not to conquer just two worlds, the Real and Digital Worlds, but all worlds and dimensions that there are out there. And only Davis, Kari, and their Digimon partners can stop since they have the powers of the `Interdimensional Warriors', warriors from the dimensions that has the power to gain the powers of all worlds and more. Unable to tell anyone and having to leave immediately, Davis, Kari, Veemon, and Gatomon, knowing that for the greater good that they had to do this, left to the first dimension in their mission to save all worlds. Now, it has been around five years since that day and we return to the city of Odaiba one night after summer vacation starts. . .

 

Chapter 1: Returns and Confusion Abound

 

(On top of the Odaiba TV Station; That Evening)

 

Five years have passed since Davis, Kari, and their two Digimon partners have left on their journey into other worlds and now, tonight, in a clear and half-moon sky, we find a dark pink clocked figure on the roof looking down on the city.

 

The pink cloaked figure looking down on the city says, in a female voice, “Five years. It's amazing because it felt longer going from world to world.”

 

And then another voice, a male one, tells the pink cloaked figure, “Well, since the problems with dimensional time displacement, we've experienced around five decades or slightly more of dimensional `journeying'. However, our powers allowed us to only age the five years that passed in our homeworld.” The pink cloaked figure is then embraced by two strong arms wrapped in dark blue cloak.

 

The pink cloaked figure tells the dark blue cloaked one, in loving feminine tone, “Back so soon, sweetie?”

 

The dark blue cloaked figure replies, in a bit of teasing and loving tone, “Miss me?”

 

The pink cloaked figure responds, “You know it, darling.” When the two figures look at each other, the pink cloaked one asks, in a more serious tone, “Did you find him?”

 

The blue cloaked one answers, “I did. I think that HE is going to attack the others.”

 

The pink cloaked figure asks, “Does HE know that I'm not on his side anymore?”

 

The blue cloaked figure states, “Doesn't have a single clue, I can tell.” The blue cloaked figure then asks, in a worried and curious tone, “Are you sure that you want to go through with this?”

 

The pink cloaked figure answers, in a reassuring tone, “I know that you are worried about me, my love, but you know that you might have a better chance against THEM if you have an inside man or, in my case, woman on the inside that they think is still corrupted by evil forces and is still on their side. Don't worry, you and I hate to admit, THEY helped me become a stronger person that before, but you, most of all, my love, allowed me to take care of myself and no longer be this `damsel in distress' anymore. I'm stronger person, now, please believe in me.”

 

The blue cloaked figure responds, “I've always believed in you, but I'm just worried about you that's all. I nearly lost you once and I don't want to lose you, again.”

 

The pink cloaked figure nods in understand and tells him, in a loving and caring tone, “I know that, sweetie and you won't lose me again. I promise you on my life and on my crest.”

 

The blue cloaked figure tells her, “Okay, but this will take a lot of precise work. The fake stone and card works a lot similarly to the real stone and seal, expect that it's feels similar to dark powers, but infused with the same evil powers as the real seal and it can't take a soul away. So, we know what we have to do.” The pink cloaked figure nods her head. The blue cloaked figure then says, “Now, let's go meet our partners.” And then both figure `disappear' as they use some kind of teleportation ability to teleport from the roof of the Odaiba TV station.

 

(The Next Day in Odaiba Park; In the Early Morning)

 

We find the Digidestined, expect for Davis and Kari, and their Digimon partners, expect for Veemon and Gatomon, walking through the park. In the five years that have passed, the Real World learned to trust the Digidestined a lot more and these days, it is not exactly how many, but there are millions of Digidestined with their Digimon partners all around the world. The Digidestined, in these times, can openly walk with their Digimon without the fear from the public, actually, since the Digidestined and their Digimon saved both worlds, they are treated with the great amounts of respect and admiration. Currently, TK is going to start college in the next school year, Ken and Yolei have already completed their first year of college, Cody is going to start his sophomore year in high school, and the older kids are still going through college, Izzy and Joe, even more, since they are going for higher degrees. Plus, Mimi, after the battle with MaloMyotismon, returned to Odaiba since her parents learned the whole truth about Digimon and Mimi wanted to be with her friends, added to the fact that they know that Digimon can appear anywhere in the world. It has taken a while for Mimi's parents to get use to Palmon, but Mimi's partner is now like one of the family. However, even with all of this going on, the Digidestined aren't too happy since five years ago, Tai's younger sister, Kari, and his successor, his and Ken's best friend, Davis, have `mysteriously disappeared' when summer vacation started five years ago. They looked all over the Digital World and they went to Gennai for help, but they never found them. It was like that they never existed at all.

 

Sora, his girlfriend since she broke up with Matt, asks Tai, worriedly, “Tai-chan, are you okay?”

 

Tai replies, in a solemn tone, “I wish that I were, Sora. It has been a little over five years since my nee-chan and Davis, just disappeared.”

 

Biyomon lowers her head and states, in the same lower tone, “Yeah, Veemon and Gatomon disappeared along with them.”

 

Tai's right hand turns into a fist and he states, “We don't if they are alive or dead, in trouble or not, or wherever they are! Gennai is hiding something! I know it!”

 

Izzy then asks, curiously, “Why would Gennai lie to us about not knowing anything about Davis and Kari, Tai?”

 

Tai exclaims, in an angered tone, “Well, he has put us in the dark before, you know!”

 

Matt tells his best friend, “Please, Tai, calm down!”

 

Tai takes a deep breath and replies, “I'm sorry, Matt. It just. . . it's so hard, you know.”

 

Agumon, by this time understand relationships between humans, tells Tai, “I know Tai. I know that you miss, Kari. But we're here and we will find them.”

 

Tai tells Agumon, “Thanks, Agumon. I really appreciate you trying to cheer me up.”

 

Mimi then asks, “Maybe we should try Gennai, again, to help us find Davis and Kari, one more time.”

 

But then a familiar voice calls out, “Maybe you should ask me on where to find me!” When they look to the source of the voice, they looks to someone that looks exactly like Davis in front of them!

 

“Davis!” all, but Tai and Ken, call out, happily. However, Tai and Ken were not sure that person is Davis. Something about this `Davis' wasn't. . . right.

 

`Davis' calls out to the gang, “Hey, guys! It has been a while, hasn't it?”

 

Yolei yells to him, “Davis, you jerk! You're back! I never thought that I would be glad to see you!”

 

`Davis' replies, “Well, that's a surprise coming from you, Yolei! Man! I'm glad to see you, Cody, Ken, Tai, and TK, again!”

 

Tai and Ken catch on `Davis'' last `statement' and Tai asks `Davis', “Hold on! What did you just say his name was?”

 

`Davis' replies, plainly, “TK, what else, Tai?”

 

Tai growls, angrily, “I knew it! You're not Davis! You're some kind of copycat or fake!”

 

Sora asks Tai, curiously, “How can you be sure?”

 

Tai looks at `Davis' in the eyes and says, “I can see it in his eyes! Plus, the real Davis got TK's name rarely and not so in a calm and plain tone of voice!”

 

Ken then adds to Tai's statements, “Not to insult Davis, but Tai's right! Also, I can only see evil and malice in his eyes! He doesn't have Davis' expression on his face and eyes!”

 

`Davis' gives a wide evil grin and states, in a dark tone, “Well, I got to admit, I didn't think that stupid friendship `thing' could help you tell yourself apart from each other, but it looks that it foiled my plans!”

 

Tai growls at `Davis', angrily, “It's called being a friend, whoever you are! Now, who are you?! And what do you want?!”

 

`Davis' answers, “You are right! I'm not that jackass, Motomiya. . . well, not really. The name is DD, short for Dark Davis. I'm an exact copy of the real Motomiya, created from his digital data.” The `Davis clone' then extends his arms out and putting fire into one hand and lightning energy into the other hand, he tells them, “I've also got all of Digimon partners data inside of me and exact copy of his partner, but he's not with me.”

 

TK yells out, in an angered tone, “So, you're some kind of evil clone of our friend, huh?!”

 

DD answers, “Not only that, there are clones of Ken, Yolei, Cody, Kari, and yourselves, TK. We make up the core of the Dark Digidestined and what we want is to conquer every single world out there! You pathetic fools don't know about all the worlds that are out there, but we do and we can access them! And starting with Motomiya's pathetic homeworld, all dimensions will be under our rule!”

 

All of the Digidestined and their Digimon gathered in front of DD gasp in horror and Ken declares, “No! We won't let you get away with that!”

 

DD smirks, evilly, and he exclaims, not threatened, “Ha! You pathetic Digidestined and dumb partners don't have the power to match just mine and I'm just one of your opponents! How do you think you can stop me?!”

 

But then a familiar voice yells out, “The answer would be me, asshole!” Everyone looks to the source of the voice to see the dark blue cloaked figure come out of the shadows.

 

“Who is that?” Mimi asks, curiously.

 

Tai replies, “I don't know, but he looks so familiar to me as well as his voice.”

 

DD's eyes widen and he states, “Is that who I think it is?”

 

“Let me answer that for you!” the blue cloaked figure exclaims and then he throws off his cloak. The figure is revealed to be an 18 year old young man with dark red hair that in mass of spikes designed like Gohan's hairstyle with bright blue goggles across his head, light brown eyes, a white shirt with golden dragon with eight silver angel wings on his back with the Crest of Miracles in rainbow colors, a tag with the Crest of Miracles around his neck, a gold and blue with a red leather spiked collar, flame-designed fingerless gloves, a duel disk with a Duel Monsters deck inside, on his left arm, dark blue jeans with black belt that holds an advanced D-3, a pouch for battlechips, a sheath for Tidus' Caladbolg sword, and finally, a special `holder' for a Goa'uld ZAT, white socks, and finally, bright red sneakers.

 

Ken instantly recognizes who the `figure' is and yells, happily, “Davis!”

 

TK then asks Davis, “Is it really you, Davis?”

 

Davis replies, “What do you think TF?”

 

TK smiles widely and calls out, happily, “Davis, it is you! This time, I know that it's you!”

 

Davis then tells everyone, plainly, “Great to be back, everyone, but please, right now, I need for all of you to stand back. My doppelganger, DD, and I have some `business' to attend to.” Davis then walks passed his friends and then he and DD went to the Digidestined's right.

 

DD then tells Davis, “Welcome home, Motomiya.”

 

Davis snarls at DD and tells him, in an angered tone, “Some homecoming, DD, you bastard.”

 

Matt then states to Davis, “I don't much of an idea of what's going on here, but you and your `evil clone' have some `issues' to work out.”

 

Davis tells Matt in reply, “I'll explain it all to the rest of you later, Matt.” Davis then looks at DD and yells at him, “Okay, DD, what have you done with her?!”

 

DD answers, in a slip-song tone, “I don't who you are talking about, Davis.”

 

Davis brawls out, in enraged tone, “Don't give me that bullshit, DD! Where in the world is Kari?! What have you done with her?!” Everyone gasps at Davis' two questions.

 

DD then replies, “Beats the hell out of me, Motomiya. After you two had your last `spat', she disappeared. Personally, I thought that you would know, but I guess that she's not with you.”

 

Davis yells out, “If Kari was with, then why would I ask these question?! But I know that you did something with her and I want to know now!”

 

But then a familiar female voice calls out, “You don't need to look for me because I'm right here, Dai-kun!”

 

Tai recognizes the voice and yells out, “Kari?” Everyone, including DD, looks with wondering eyes, as the person in question come out and reveals herself. Kari has shed the cuteness of her youth and has grown into a beautiful young woman. Kari, now, is a mix of dyed red and her original brown colored hair that extends down the end of her waist, she is wearing black spiked leather collar, some chain around her neck holding something, a white tube-top that covers her voluptuous breasts and down to mid-way to her navel, dark purple jacket over the tube-top, dark pink fingerless gloves with the Crest of Light in dark purple, her fingerless have grown to the maximum that a `regular' woman grows her fingernails to and are covered a mysterious dark blue color, dark emerald green skirt that extends up to her navel, obviously leaving mid-drift, and down to half-way to her kneecaps, a belt around her slender and sexy waist holding a dark pink advanced D-3, a pouch of battlechips, another pouch for the Star Clow Cards and the keychain wand attached to the pouch, and finally, Empress Savina's mystical staff that calls golden dragons, pitch black stockings that tightly and comforting fit her slender, seductive, and sexy legs that go up to cover her kneecaps, and finally, she has high-heeled dark pink boots that go half of the way up her lower legs. On her left arm is duel disk that Dartz's gang uses and what we would call the Chaos Duel Disk.

 

TK asks, shocked by Kari's new appearance, “Is that Kari?”

 

Yolei replies, “Looks like her, but talk about your radical new looks!”

 

Davis then tells Kari, “Kari, I'm glad that you're all right!”

 

Kari smiles, in a dark tone, and says, “Well, I'm glad to see you, Dai-kun. . .” Kari then gains a serious look on her face, points to Davis, and declares, in dark serious tone, “. . . So, I can finish what I started with you and defeat you, once and for all!” Davis and the other Digidestined gasp out in shock at Kari's declaration.

 

Davis gets a nervous look on his face and exclaims, “Kari, please don't tell that you're STILL on DD's side?!”

 

The rest of the Digidestined gang yells out, “WHAT?!”

 

Kari smiles, in un-Kari evil wide grin, take the chain, shows a glowing green stone, and replies, in a un-Kari evil tone, “As a matter of fact. . .”

 

Davis then tells Kari, in a serious tone, “Kari, you're letting that stone and its evil power control you! Snap out of it!”

 

Kari gains a serious look on her face and says, in a dark tone, “Me? Controlled? Ha! I'm not being controlled!” Pointing to DD, she then states, in the same dark tone, “You're bastard of a doppelganger couldn't ever control my left pinky and he knows I would break him in two if he even tried!”

 

TK asks, in a shocked and horrified tone, “What's wrong with Kari? She. . . She sounds so dark. . . so evil.”

 

Ken then states, in a serious tone, “I think that Davis' evil clone has something to do with this.”

 

Davis looks at Kari, sees the look in her eyes, sighs, and states, “Kari, as long as that blasted evil seal has control over your mind and emotions, I can't get through to you. I know, now, there is only one way to break you free.” Davis then switches his duel disk into `dueling mode', the life-point counter activates, displays 8000 life-points, and Davis tells Kari, “The only way I can get through to you is to duel you! What do you say, Kari, do you want that rematch?”

 

Kari evilly smiles and replies, “Now, you are making sense, Davis! Let's do this!” Kari then switches her Chaos Duel Disk into its own `dueling mode', inserts a Duel Monsters deck into her Chaos Duel Disk, and the life-point counter reads 8000 life-points.

 

Both of them then draw five cards and they yell out in unison, “Let's duel!”

 

Matt states, “Davis versus Kari? I never thought I see them fight in anyway, even in a Duel Monsters game.”

 

Kari draws one card and says, in her dark tone, “Lady's first, Davis!” Kari then looks at the card and yells out, “Now, I summon my Unfriendly Amazon! In attack mode, of course!” Kari then puts the card on her duel disk, causing a hologram of an Unfriendly Amazon (2000/1600) to appear in attack mode! “That's all from me!” Kari exclaims.

 

Davis draws a card and states, “Okay, my move!” Davis then looks at his hand, place one monster card face-down on his duel disk and puts two cards inside of his duel disk's magic/trap slots, calling out, “I place one monster face-down in defense mode with two cards face-down!” Then a hologram of one face-down monster card with two face-down cards behind the monster card appears on the dueling field. Finally, Davis declares, “Now, I end my turn!”

 

Kari draws a card from her deck and declares, in her serious dark tone, “Fine! My move, now!” Kari then looks at the card, her eyes become wide, she grins evilly, and says, plainly, “I drew it.”

 

Davis' eyes become filled with worry and he yells out, “Oh no! Kari, did you draw the card that I think you drew?!”

 

Kari, with wide evil grin, replies, simply, “Yep.”

 

Davis thinks in his own mind, “Here we go and I hope that this works.” Davis then looks at the other Digidestined and Digimon and yells at them, “Everyone! Get back!”

 

Mimi asks, curiously, “What do you mean? Why?”

 

Kari then holds the card into the air, revealing it to be the evil magic card, the Seal of Orichalcos, and she declares, “I activate the Seal of Orichalcos!” And then evil wind covers the field and Kari giggles in evil tone as she inserts the card into the field magic card slot of her duel disk, causing the top to glow, and the evil Seal of Orichalcos appears in the air and begins its descent down to the ground.

 

Sora asks, confused, “What in the world is that?”

 

Tai answers his girlfriend, “I don't know, but I do that its trouble!”

 

TK thinks to himself, “The Seal of Orichalcos? Where I've heard that name before?”

 

Cody also wonders about the Seal of Orichalcos, then gasps, and thinks in his own thoughts, “No! It can't be!” Meanwhile, the Seal of Orichalcos lands on the ground and when the mark of the Orichalcos is on the ground, the magic `force field' `activates', and throws the gang back, causing to land on the ground on their butts.

 

Davis turns his face to the others and calls out in shock and fear, “No! Guys!”

 

Tai gets to his feet, runs towards Davis and Kari, and exclaims, “Kari, stop this! What's going on and what are you doing?!”

 

Davis warns Tai, “Tai, don't!” But it is too late when Tai slams into the `force field', cries from some kind of `electric shock' that he gets from the `force field', and falls down to the ground on his ass.

 

Sora exclaims, in fear for her boyfriend, “Oh, god, Tai!” Sora then gets up and runs to the Digidestined of Courage as he gets to his feet. Davis, Tai, and Sora then look at Kari as she giggles in an evil tone, her arms were slightly crossed, and a dark violet aura surrounds her body. When Kari looks up at the Digidestined and their Digimon, everyone, expect Davis, gasp in confusion and terror as the mark of Orichalcos appears on Kari's forehead and her eyes gain a blood red tint to them.

 

Yolei asks, shocked and perplexed, “What's going on?! Kari has got that mark that's on the ground on her head and her eyes have blood red `tints' on them! She looks . . . evil!”

 

Kari then yells out, in dark-like annoyed tone, “Oh, brother! Can't you see the obvious, four-eyes?! Haven't you even heard of the Seal of Orichalcos before?! Man! And all of you had the idea to call Davis `dumb' at one time or another!”

 

Cody then exclaims, “I know what this `Seal of Orichalcos' is about! I've seen during the season of the Yu-Gi-Oh show known as `Waking the Dragons'! The Seal of Orichalcos is card infused with great ancient evil powers and once, it is on the field, the seal traps the duelist within and makes the rest of us can't get in to help! Worst of all, the duelist that loses the duel, loses their soul!” All of the Digidestined, expect for Davis, and their Digimon gasp in shock and horror.

 

Kari smiles, evilly, and states, in a un-Kari nasty tone, “Well, finally, someone in your loser group has the intelligence to explain everything!”

 

Tai asks Kari, worried and fearful tone, “Kari, why are acting like this?! Don't you know that you're risking your own soul with Davis?!”

 

Kari brawls out, in extremely angered tone, “Shut up, Tai! I've had enough of your mouth! I DON'T HAVE A SOUL ANYMORE, TAI!” All of the Digidestined, even Davis, gasps out loud at Kari's last `declaration'.

 

DD comments to himself, “Yeouch. Nasty.”

 

Sora then asks, horrified at Kari's `declaration', “Did you hear that?”

 

Kari tells Sora, nastily, in reply, “Yeah, they heard it! And I meant it, too! Not even my own onii-chan knew what my life is really like, because my `weaker half' was weak and pathetic. So much that my `weaker half' wouldn't speak her own mind just because of the idiot reason of hurting someone's feelings! And out of all of the Digidestined, I'm always the girl that has to ends up having to be saved!”

 

TK tells Kari, “Kari, you know that isn't true!”

 

Kari snarls at TK and yells at him, angrily, “That's bullshit and you know it, TK! I'm always the `damsel in distress' having to be saved by you, Tai, or Davis! Plus, in school, I'm always the `little miss perfect', the girl who can do no wrong, and I'm sick of that `term' and not only that the other girls in school always tease me or my `weaker side' and she never had the backbone to defend herself! Well, when my `weaker half' used the Seal of Orichalcos to save Davis, her `stronger half' or I've been `awakened'. I knew the only way to get back at all of those that tick me off, not be seen as `little miss perfect', and to become the strong person that I've always wanted to be was do one thing. So, I've sent my `weaker half' out of here and sold my soul to the Orichalcos!”

 

Matt exclaims, not able to believe his ears, “Kari, how could you?!”

 

Kari yells back, in her dark nasty tone, “Save it, you ass! Now, with my own powers with the Orichalcos, I'm going to make people know that I'm no `damsel in distress' by making them the ones in distress!” Kari then points to Davis and declares, “And first, I'm starting with you, Dai-kun!”

 

Tai then tries to reason with calling by yelling, “Kari, please stop!”

 

Davis then tells Tai, “It's no use reasoning with her, Tai! With Kari's mind and emotions under the control of the Orichalcos, it's hard enough to reason with her! But with the Seal of Orichalcos on the field, the evil that controls Kari is ten times stronger! So, the only to get through to her, is for me to duel her!” Davis then tells Kari, “Okay, Kari, let's get on with duel!”

 

Kari replies, in her dark tone and smile, “Gladly!” Kari then places another monster card on her duel disk and yells out, “Now, I play Cyber Harpie in attack mode!” Then a hologram of Cyber Harpie (1800/1300) appears on the field in attack mode! Kari then yells out, “And my Seal of Orichalcos raises my monsters' attack points by 500 points!” And then mark of the Orichalcos appears on both of Kari's monsters foreheads as well as their eyes gain blood red tints and Kari's Unfriendly Amazon stats are now 2500/1600 and Kari's Cyber Harpie's stats are 2300/1300! Kari points to Davis' face-down monster and commands, in her dark tone, “Cyber Harpie, destroys Davis' pathetic face-down monster with Cyber Slash!” Kari's Cyber Harpie then attacks Davis' face-down monster, which looks like a Celtic Guardian, but when Kari's Cyber Harpie attacks, it doesn't have any effect at all! Kari exclaims, in confused tone, “What?!”

 

Davis tells Kari, with a wide grin, “You've attack my Obnoxious Celtic Guardian, who's special ability negates all damage from monsters who's attack points are 1900 or more!” Kari growls at Davis, angrily, as he asks, in a bit of teasing tone, “Regretting using the Seal of Orichalcos, Hikari-chan?”

 

Kari replies, in her dark tone, “You wish! I end my turn!”

 

Davis then draws his card and says, “I was hoping that you would say that.” Davis looks at his hand and then yells out, “First, I sacrifice my Celtic Guardian. . .!” Davis' Obnoxious Celtic Guardian then leaves the field in streams of light as Davis removes the card from his duel disk, puts the card in the graveyard, and as he puts another monster card on his duel disk, he declares, “. . . To summon my Dark Magician Girl in attack mode!” Then a hologram of Dark Magician Girl (2000/1700) appears on the field in attack mode! Davis then inserts another card into his magic/trap slots of his duel disk and yells out, “Now, I play Sage's Stone! Since I have a Dark Magician Girl on the field, this will allow me to play Dark Magician from my deck in attack mode!” Davis then puts the monster card on his duel disk and the hologram of Dark Magician (2500/2100) appears beside Dark Magician Girl.

 

Kari smiles, in a wide evil grin, and says, not threatened, “Yeah, what will those two weaklings do to my monsters?”

 

Davis replies, “A lot! With the help of my face-down cards! Reveal Magic Formula!” One of Davis' face-down cards is revealed to be the Magic Formula magic card.

 

Kari exclaims, shocking, knowing what this means, “Oh no!”

 

Davis declares, “That's right! Magic Formula will raise my Dark Magician's attack points by 500 points and making him strong than either monster on your side of the field!” The hologram of the book that's on the picture of the magic card appears in Dark Magician's hands, he `reads' the `book', and his attack points get increased from 2500 to 3000! Davis then commands, “Now, Dark Magician, destroy her Unfriendly Amazon with Dark Magic Attack!” Dark Magician then points his mystical staff at Unfriendly Amazon, blasts a beam of dark magic energy at Kari's monster, destroying it, and lowering Kari's life-points down to 7500.

 

Kari tells Davis, in her dark tone, “Don't think that your little magicians are safe from me, Dai-kun!”

 

Davis tells Kari, “Well, you will have to find them, first!”

 

Kari asks, confused, “Huh?”

 

Davis then yells out, “Reveal face-down card! Magical Hats!” Davis' second face-down is revealed to be the Magical Hats magic card and then four huge hats with yellow question marks on them appear on the playing field, hiding both magicians. Davis then tells Kari, “Now, you will have to find both my mages into order to destroy them!”

 

Kari tells Davis, in evil tone, “Your little hat trick isn't going to work on me!”

 

Davis then puts one card in the magic/trap slot, causing a face-down to appear, and then gets `absorbed' into the Magical Hats, which `reshuffle' themselves after they `absorb' Davis' face-down card, in which Davis exclaims, “Finally, I place one more card face-down and end my turn!” Davis then tells Kari, “Kari, your Cyber Harpie has 2300 attack points, my Dark Magician Girl has only 2000 attack points, and my Dark Magician has 3000 attack points. You find the hat with my Dark Magician Girl and you will destroy her, attack the hat with my Dark Magician and you will just destroy your own monsters, attack an empty hat and it's my turn, again, but I'm betting that you will attack the face-down TRAP card that I placed in my hats!”

 

Kari yells out, in a surprised tone, “TRAP card?”

 

Davis then tells Kari, “And with those two `dangers' inside of my hats, you don't dare attack any of my hats!”

 

Kari snarls and tells Davis, in a dark and angered tone, “Your `little plan' isn't as fool-proof as you think, Davis!” Kari then draws a card from my deck, looks at it, places in her magic/trap slots, causing the hologram of a Pot of Greed magic card to appear on the field, and Kari calls out, “Now, I play Pot of Greed! This allows me to draw two more cards!” Kari then draws two more cards from her deck and discards the Pot of Greed magic card to the graveyard. When she looks at the cards, Kari smirks, widely and evilly, then places one more card in her magic/trap slot, causing a hologram of a Shadow Nail magic card to appear on the field, and Kari declares, “Now, I play my Shadow Nail magic card, raising my Cyber Harpie's attack points by 300 more points!” And then picture of the Shadow Nail appears on Kari's Cyber Harpie's right arm, raising its stats to 2600/1300. Kari then declares, “Now, I play my Elegant Egoist! Turning my one Cyber Harpie into three!” Kari then inserts the magic card into her duel disk, causing Kari's Cyber Harpie to start glowing and after a bright light covers the field, three Harpies were on the fields with the same blood red tint in their eyes and the mark of the Orichalcos on their forehead, expect that all of them have yellow armor, one has red hair in one style, one has orange hair in another style, and finally, the last Harpie has blue hair into another hair style. Kari then inserts another card into the magic/trap slot, causing a magic card with a picture with Harpie Ladies, Cyber Harpies, and Harpie Girl monsters in some kind of nesting ground appear on the field, and Kari yells out, “And now, I play Harpie's Nesting Ground! This magic card allows me to increase my Cyber Harpie's attack points by 200 times the number of Harpie's Lady and Cyber Harpie's monsters I've got on the field! And since I've got three Harpie's, my three Harpie's gain 600 attack points! And then all of Kari's Harpie's go from 2600/1300 to 3200/1300!

 

Davis then groans out, in great nervousness, “Now, their attack points are stronger than before the Dark Magician's and the Dark Magician Girl's!”

 

Kari, with a wide evil grin, says, in a real dark tone, “That's right, but I don't need to know where you little `monster girlfriend' is hiding!” Kari then commands, “Now, Cyber Harpies, combine powers and attack the left most hat!” The three Harpies create a triangle of energy and then they fire an `X'-shaped beam of dark blue energy at the Magical Hats.

 

Davis growls and says, “You made a lucky guess where my Dark Magician Girl is Kari!”

 

Kari evilly smirks and tells Davis, “You couldn't hide her forever, Davis!” When the Harpies' attack hits, Kari exclaims, “Well, there goes your Dark Magician Girl!”

 

Davis smiles and asks, “Now, who said that she was gone, Kari?”

 

Kari asks, perplexed, “What do you mean?” Kari then looks to see the Dark Magician Girl with two large cylinders besides her and the left one is absorbing the Cyber Harpies' attack! Kari asks, flabbergasted, “What's going on?!”

 

Davis tells Kari, “I guess that you forgot about my face-down trap card that I hid with my Dark Magician Girl! The trap card Magic Cylinder! It will absorb your monsters' combined attack and redirected it at your life-points!” Davis then commands, “Fire!” The right Magic Cylinder then fires the attack right at Kari, herself! Kari puts her hands up in defense as the attack slams into her and she screams out as the force of the attack slams her to the ground, which lands on her butt, quite hard!

 

Tai calls out, “Kari, no!”

 

Davis thinks in his head, “Kari will forgive me for that and Tai will, too. . . someday.” Kari's life-points then drop from 7500 to 4300!

 

Kari gets to her feet, takes a card from her hand, and yells out, angrily, “This duel is far from over, Davis! Now, I play the magic card, Mystical Space Typhoon! This allows me to destroy any magic and trap on the field! So, say goodbye to your Magical Hats!” Kari then inserts the card into her magic/trap slots and then a powerful storm destroys Davis' remaining three Magical Hats, exposing the position of his Dark Magician. Kari then says, in a teasing tone, after putting one more card face-down on the field, “Your move, sweetie.”

 

Davis draws a card and then yells out, “Now, I play Card of Sanctity! Both of us must draw from our deck until we have six cards in our hands!” Davis then plays the card and Davis and Kari both draw five cards from their own decks. Davis then declares, “First, I place two cards face-down and then I switch my two magicians from attack into the defense mode!” And then two face-down card holograms appear on the field, while both Dark Magician Girl and Dark Magician switch into defense mode!

 

Kari draws her own card and then commands her monsters, “Now, my Cyber Harpies, destroy all of his monsters and attack his life-points!” Kari's Cyber Harpies then attack Davis' monsters, first destroying Davis' Dark Magician Girl, then attacking his Dark Magician, and final one headed for Davis and his life-points.

 

Davis tells Kari, “Hold your Harpies, Kari! Reveal Scapegoats!” Davis' face-down card is revealed to be the Scapegoat magic card, creating four Scapegoat Tokens (0/0) on the field!

 

Kari smiles and says, in an evil tone, “You and Joey Wheeler have some things in common, including similar magic cards!” Kari then yells out, “Reveal trap card! Nightmare Tri-Mirror!” Kari's Nightmare Tri-Mirror is then revealed and an `evil mirror' with an eye on the top. The Nightmare Tri-Mirror then makes a reflection of Davis' four Scapegoat Tokens and Kari tells Davis, “My Mirror has made a reflection of your four Scapegoat Tokens and then that reflection will be turned into more Cyber Harpies for me! And thanks to you, now, I've got four more Harpies to add to my `aerial pack of monsters'!” Kari's Nightmare Tri-Mirror then creates four more Cyber Harpie's, like the one on the Cyber Harpie card, expect that these had the mark of the Orichalcos on their foreheads and blood red tints in their eyes. And then Kari's final attacking Harpie destroys one of Davis' Scapegoat Token.

 

Ken then yells out, “Hey! Kari's got seven monsters on the field and you are only allowed five monsters at a time at the most!”

 

Davis then tells Ken, “Thanks to the Seal of Orichalcos, Ken, Kari is allowed to have up to ten monsters on the field at once!”

 

Cody then says, “Davis is telling the truth everyone!”

 

Kari then says, in an evil confident tone, “Well, I'm going to place one card face-down and I'm going to end my turn since my other Harpies can't attack until next turn!” And then a hologram of a face-down card appears on Kari's side of the field. Meanwhile, Kari's magic cards increase new Cyber Harpies' attack points to 3700 and Harpie Lady Sister's attack points to 4000!

 

Davis then draws one card from his deck and then declares, “Now, I play Graceful Charity! This allows me to draw three cards from my deck as long as I discard two from my hand!” Davis then plays the card, draws three cards from his deck, looks at his hand, takes two cards from hand, puts them in the graveyard, and Davis then cries out, “Now, I sacrifice all three of my Scapegoats. . .!” And then all three of Davis' Scapegoat `vanish' in streams of light, which Davis then yells out, “. . . And now, I activate my Starblazer magic card!” A little guy that looks with angel wing and demon wing with red dice in his hands appears on the field and Davis yells out, “Now, I add three to the number that I roll and I can summon a monster with that many stars!” The `little guy' rolls the dice and it lands on a four, causing Davis to calls out, “Yes, three plus four equals seven! Now, I can summon a monster with seven stars! First, I summon my Red Eyes Black Dragon!” Davis then places the monster card on his duel disk and a hologram of the Red Eyes Black Dragon (2400/2000) appears in attack mode! Davis then shouts out, “Now, I sacrifice my Red Eyes Black Dragon to summon my stronger. . . Red Eyes DARKNESS Dragon!” Davis' Red Eyes Black Dragon is covered by a bright light that explodes that causes more metallic black Red-Eyes with no arms with claws and blood red jewels on his wings! Davis' Red Eyes Darkness Dragon has 2400/2000, but then the monster's stats go to 3300/2000!

 

Kari then asks, in a shocked tone, “How did your dragon gain more attack points?”

 

Davis says, “My Red Eyes Darkness Dragon gain 300 attack points with every dragon monster in my graveyard and I've sent my graveyard my Red Eyes Black Dragon and my Graceful Charity magic card allowed me to send my Mirage Dragon and my Tri-Horned Dragon to the graveyard, thus, giving my Red Eyes Darkness Dragon 900 extra attack points.”

 

Kari says, confidently and in her dark tone, “So, what? My monsters still got more attack points than your weakling of a dragon!”

 

Davis replies, “Not for long!” Davis then holds out a Mystical Space Typhoon magic card and yells out, “Now, I use my Mystical Space Typhoon magic card on your Harpie's Nesting Ground card, thus, lowering their attack points!” Davis then uses his card to destroy Kari's magic card and lowering her Cyber Harpie's stats by 2300/1300 and her Harpie Lady Sister's attack points to 2600/1300! Davis then commands, “Now, my dragon, destroy Kari's Cyber Harpie!” Davis' Red Eyes Darkness Dragon then attacks one of Kari's Cyber Harpie with a powerful dark red/black beam of energy.

 

Kari then declares, “I reveal my face-down card! Harpie's Lady Sparrow Formation!” Kari's face-down card is revealed to be a Harpie's Lady Sparrow Formation trap card and then Kari's Harpies combine to form a flaming sparrow, which deflect Davis' Red Eyes Darkness Dragon's attack. Kari tells Davis, with a wide smile, “Sorry, darling, my trap allows my Harpies to combine and repel your attack.”

 

Davis then inserts one of his cards into magic/trap slot, causing a hologram of a face-down card to appear on the field, and Davis calls out, “Now, I place one card face-down and end my turn!”

 

Kari then draws one card, looks at end, and gives a wide and evil grin, “Well, time to take you out!” Kari then shows Davis the card that she drew and yells out, “Now, I play Harpie Lady Phoenix Formation! Since I've got seven Harpies on the field, I can destroy up to seven of your monsters!”

 

Matt yells out, “Damn! Davis only has one monster on the field! Once Kari's Harpies attack, Davis will be defenseless!”

 

Kari then yells out, “Not only that, Digi-Fool, but the sum of all of Dai-kun's monsters' attack points will be taken out of his life-points!” Kari then places the card into her duel disk's magic/trap slot and Kari's seven Harpies `form together' with an crystal blue area like a phoenix and heads for Davis' dragon!

 

Davis declares, “Not so fast! Reveal my trap! Interdimensional Matter Transporter!” Davis' face-down card is revealed to be the trap card Interdimensional Matter Transporter, in which a hologram appear on the field, shoots waves of energy at Davis' dragon, causing it to disappear before Kari's Harpies could strike and this causes them to miss. When Kari's Harpies return to their position on the field, Davis' Red Eyes Darkness Dragon comes back to the field and Davis, with a wide grin on his face, “My trap card takes my dragon out of play for one turn, so, you just wasted your best card! Too bad!”

 

Kari growls, places one card face-down on the field, and yells out, angrily, “I place one card face-down and end my turn!”

 

Davis then draws one card from his deck, looks at the card, place one monster card face-down and one card face-down on the field, and he then declares, “I place one monster face down and one card face-down! Now, my Red Eyes, destroy Kari's Cyber Harpie, now!” Davis' Red Eyes Darkness Dragon then attack one of Kari's Cyber Harpies, destroying it, and lowering Kari's life-points down to 3300!

 

Kari then draws a card, looks at it, and shouts out, “Now, I sacrifice two of my Cyber Harpies. . .!” Two of Kari's Cyber Harpies then disappear and Kari places a monster card on her duel disk, while yelling out, “. . . To summon my powerful, Harpie's Pet Dragon! Plus, the Seal of Orichalcos give my monster a 500 attack point boost with an extra 300 attack points for every Harpie I've got on the field!” Kari's dragon then goes from 2000/2500 to 3700/2500 and gaining the mark of the Orichalcos and the blood red tint in the dragon's eyes. Kari then puts a card in her magic/trap slot and declares, “Now, I activate my Dragon's Enragement magic card! This doubles my Dragon's attack points for this one turn!” Harpie's Pet Dragon attack points then go from 3700 to 7400! Kari then yells out, “Now, my dragon, turn Davis' pathetic Red Eyes into ashes!” Harpie's Pet Dragon then fires a breath of blue flames at Davis' Red Eyes Darkness Dragon.

 

Davis tells Kari, “Wrong! Reveal my Mirror Wall trap card!” Davis' face-down card is revealed to be Mirror Wall, causing Davis to say, “My trap card will cut your dragon's attack points in half!”

 

Kari then replies, “Sorry, Dai-chan, but my trap card cancels yours! Reveal Trap Jammer!” Kari's face-down card is revealed to be a Trap Jammer counter-trap card. Kari, with a wide evil grin, tells Davis, “Sorry, sweetie, but my trap card activates when you activate a trap when a monster is attacking.” Kari's Trap Jammer than cancels out Davis' Mirror Wall, causing Harpie's Pet Dragon's attack to destroy Davis' dragon and lowering Davis' life-points down to 3900! Kari then orders her Cyber Harpie, “Now, Cyber Harpie, destroy Davis' last monster and his final defense!” Kari's Cyber Harpie then moves in to attack Davis' face-down monster!

 

Ken calls out, “Oh no! When Davis' monster is gone, he will be defenseless!” Kari's monster strikes, but then the face-down monster is revealed to be a Forgiving Maiden (0/100) and then it gets destroyed.

 

Kari calls out, confused, “What kind of monster was that?!”

 

Davis smiles and replies, “That was my friend, Forgiving Maiden, and by destroying her, you've activated her special ability. When she gets sent to the graveyard in battle, she ends my opponent's ability to attack for the rest of his or, in your case, her turn.”

 

Kari then states, in her dark and stern tone, “Fine! I can't attack this turn, but I can do this! First, all of my Harpie Lady Sisters go to my rear defense!” And then the Harpie Lady Sisters go behind Harpie's Pet Dragon and then Kari places one card face-down the field and yells out, “Now I place one card face-down and end my turn!” Harpie's Pet Dragon's attack points then return to 3700 since the effect of Kari's magic card is done.

 

Davis takes a deep breath, draws a card, smiles, and yells out, “Now, I activate my Doppelganger magic card!” When Davis puts the card into his duel disk, the hologram of a Doppelganger magic card appear, and Davis shouts out, “This magic card allows me to copy any monster, magic, or trap card on the field or in the graveyard! And I copy my own Card of Sanctity magic card!” The Doppelganger hologram turns into Card of Sanctity and Davis and Kari draw until both of them have six cards in their hands. Davis then yells out, “Now, I play Monster Reborn! Allow me to revive any monster in either of our graveyards! And I choose my Dark Magician Girl!” Davis' Dark Magician Girl (2000/1700) then comes back to the field in attack mode!

 

Kari evilly smirks and says, in evil slip-song tone, “Why revive that little weakling?” Davis then takes another card from his hand and shows it to Kari, causing her to gasp to see that the card is the Eye of Timaeus dragon card.

 

Davis then states, “That's right! I've drawn my legendary dragon! Now, I activate the Eye of Timaeus! Come to me, my dragon!” Davis' Eye of Timaeus then gives off a bright glow and then the legendary dragon, Timaeus, appears on the field with a great dragon roar! Davis then exclaims, “Now, I combine my Dark Magician Girl with Timaeus! Combine my creatures!” Dark Magician Girl and Timaeus combine together to form a monster with Dark Magician Girl in silver armor with a silver sword and shield as well as riding Timaeus' back. Davis then declares, “Together, they are Dark Magician Girl, the Dragon Knight!” Dark Magician Girl, the Dragon Knight has stats of 2600/2100. Davis then inserts another card into his magic/trap slots and yells out, “Now, I activate my Excalibur magic card and doubling my Dragon Knight's attack points!” Dark Magician Girl, the Dragon Knight then gains a sword like Excalibur in her right hand and her attack points double to 5200! Davis then commands, “Now, my Dark Magician Girl, the Dragon Knight, take out Kari's dragon with Dark Energy Excalibur!” Dark Magician Girl fires a pink beam from her sword, while Timaeus fires an aqua-blue beam of energy from his mouth, combining to form rainbow colored beam of energy that destroys Kari's Harpie's Pet Dragon and lowers her life-points by 1500, which bring Kari's life-points down to 1800! Davis then places two cards face-down and shouts out, “Now, I place two cards face-down and end my turn!”

 

Kari growls, draws a card, and yells out, “Okay, my move!” Kari then plays a card from her hand into the magic/trap slot and she declares, “Now, I use my own Monster Reborn to bring back my Harpie's Pet Dragon!” Harpie's Pet Dragon (2000/2500) then reappears on the field with all the power that it gained from the Seal of Orichalcos and the dragon's own special ability returning it's strength back to 3700/2500! Kari then displays a Megamorph magic card and calls out, “Plus, I add my Megamorph magic card! Since my life-points are lower than yours, my magic card can double my dragon's attack points!” Kari then plays the card and doubling Harpie's Pet Dragon's stats to 7400/5000! Kari then commands, “Now, Harpie's Pet Dragon, attack Davis' Dragon Knight, now!” Kari's Harpie's Pet Dragon then moves in to attack Davis' Dark Magician Girl, the Dragon Knight.

 

Davis tells Kari, “Wrong! Reveal my Ring of Destruction!” Davis' face-down card is revealed to be a Ring of Destruction trap card, while the hologram of the Ring of Destruction attaches itself to Kari's dragon around its neck. Davis then explains, “My trap will destroy your dragon and its attack points will be deducted from our life-points!”

 

Kari replies, in her dark tone, “Not today, sweet stuff! Reveal my Remove Trap magic card!” Kari's face-down is then revealed to be a Remove Trap magic card. Kari then tells Davis, with a wide evil grin, “My magic card will save my dragon from your trap by destroying it! Too bad, Dai-kun!”

 

Davis replies, “Not this time! Reveal Imperial Order!” Davis' other face-down comes up and is revealed to be an Imperial Order trap card. Davis tells Kari, “My trap card will negate your magic card and allow my trap card to do its work!”

 

Cody then states, “All right! Ring of Destruction destroys Kari's monster, but both players will lose 7400 life-points and this duel will end in a draw! And since the duel ends in a draw, neither soul will be taken by the Seal of Orichalcos! That's the Seal of Orichalcos' weakness!”

 

TK exclaims, happily, “All right! Davis has saved both of Kari and himself! Way to go, Davis!”

 

Kari's magic card is then negated by Davis' trap card and Davis commands, “Ring of Destruction, do your work! Destroy Kari's dragon and wipe out the rest of our life-points!” Ring of Destruction then destroys Kari's dragon and both Davis' and Kari's life-points goes to zero, ending the duel in a draw. All of Kari's and Davis' remaining monster holograms then vanish, the ground then shakes, and a beam of green energy comes out of the middle of the seal, throwing both players out of the seal. Davis lands on his bottom in front of his friends.

 

Ken and the others come to Davis and Ken asks him, “Davis, are you okay?”

 

Davis replies, in a plain tone, “Yeah, other than a bruised pride.”

 

Kari's voice then yells out, angrily, “This isn't over, Davis!” Everyone then looks to see Kari standing beside DD's right side.

 

When Davis gets to his feet, Tai calls out to Kari, “Kari, don't do this! Come on, please, ditch this freak! Then we can go back to the way that we were before!”

 

However, this enrages Kari and she yells out, nastily, “So, you like me as weak and pathetic `little miss perfect', don't you, Tai?!”

 

Tai shakes his head and replies, nervously, “No, Kari, it isn't that! You misunderstood me!”

 

Kari yells back, in the same angry tone, “Oh, I understood just fine, Tai! You want me to be weak and pathetic so that you can be the hero like TK or Matt! Well, after I'm done with Davis, I'm coming from your soul next onii-chan!” Kari then commands DD, “Let's get out of here!”

 

DD bows and replies, “AS you wish, my princess of darkness.”

 

Kari tells DD, in a nasty tone, “Call me that again, I will rip you a new navel.”

 

DD thinks to himself, “Ooh, Feisty!” DD then covers the both of them in shadows and darkness, but before she covered by the shadows and darkness, Kari, unknown to everyone, but Davis and TK, winks at Davis with her right eye and Davis gives a slight and unnoticeable nod in return, however, TK saw Kari's `wink' to Davis and Davis' nod to Kari, confusing him.

 

Tai calls out to Kari, fearfully, “Kari, wait! Come back!” Davis then runs up to the shadows and darkness, but they disappear, along with Kari and DD.

 

When stops in front of where DD and Kari disappear, a familiar Digimon voice calls out, “Davis!” The Digidestined, expect for Davis, look to see Gatomon and Veemon run up to our Digidestined of Miracles.

 

Davis then asks the two Digimon, plainly, “Well, what did you, two, find?”

 

Veemon replies, “We didn't find any observation equipment or spies looking around. It's safe, Davis.”

 

Gatomon then asks, “So, Davis, did the plan work?”

 

Davis then gives Gatomon a `V'-sign with his right hand, stunning the other Digidestined, Davis looks at Gatomon, with a wide smile on his face, “Sure did, Gatomon! Kari's and my act really fooled him! He thinks that she is still on his side!”

 

“HUH?!” the rest of the Digidestined gang and their Digimon exclaims in total confusion and stunned surprise.

 

TK then asks, “You mean that Kari never really turned evil and is on our new enemies' side?! All of that was an act?!”

 

Cody then asks, just as confused as the others, “But what the Seal of Orichalcos and the spell it had on Kari?!”

 

Davis tells his friends, “Come on, guys! Do you really think that Kari would really turn against us?!”

 

Izzy then tells Davis, “Well, you told that Kari wasn't STILL on their side, Davis.”

 

Davis sighs and says, “Okay, Kari was, once, on their side, but I freed her from the evil influence that she was under. Anyway, that Seal of Orichalcos, Kari used was a total fake! We created that fake Orichalcos stone and fake Seal of Orichalcos card from some `powerful items' that we picked up! It's very similar to the Seal of Orichalcos expect that the power isn't evil and Kari's and my FAKE Seal of Orichalcos can't take a soul, thus, our plan called for Kari and me to end our duel in a draw.”

 

Tai then comes up to Davis and asks, “Davis, I don't get what's going on here? What happened to you, Kari, Veemon, and Gatomon? Why did you `disappear' just like that, five years ago? And what's going here? How did that `evil clone' of you get created?”

 

Davis tells Tai, “Tai, I know that all of you have many questions, but I can't answer them right now. I need for all of you to come with me to the Digital World.”

 

Ken asks, “What? Why Davis?”

 

Davis tells everyone, “I going to meet someone and I need for all of you to come with me. Look, I know that it has been five years and I've got a lot to answer for. And on the way, I will tell you everything and answer all of your questions. But right now, I need your trust me and come with me. This is something big. . . bigger than you can ever imagine, guys.”

 

Tai responds, “All right, Davis. But what about Kari? Is she some kind of spy, now?”

 

Davis tells Tai, “We agreed that DD and his `gang' didn't know about Kari's `freedom' from the dark powers that she was under, namely the Orichalcos. So, we agreed that she should become a `inside woman' and spy on our enemy, but don't worry, Tai, Kari can handle herself. She's a lot more powerful than you think.”

 

Tai tells Davis, in a plain and serious, “I'm real worried about Kari being alone with your evil doppelganger and all his evil allies, but I don't the whole story, so, I'm not sure if why worries are founded, but I won't stop worrying even after you tell me, Davis.”

 

Izzy then comes up with his laptop open and asks Davis, “Care to do the honors?”

 

Davis replies, with a smile, “Glad to, Izzy. Digi-Port Open!” Davis and the rest of the Digidestined, expect for Kari, and all of the Digimon are pulled into the Digital World by the portal and then the laptop is sucked into its own portal.

 

(Meanwhile; In unknown location)

 

We find our Digidestined of Light surrounded by evil clones of herself, Ken, Yolei, TK, and Cody.

 

The `Yolei clone' tells Kari, in a dark tone, “Hey, Kari! Welcome back! Where have you been?!”

 

Kari replies, in a serious tone, “Duh! I've been traveling to worlds, beating up the good guys, and stealing souls for our plans! What else, DY?!”

 

The `TK clone' then says, in a sarcastic tone, “Well, someone has woken up in the wrong side of the bed this morning!”

 

Kari snarls and yells at the `TK clone', “Don't start with me, DT, or do you want me to seal your soul away, asshole?!”

 

However, the `Ken clone' asks Kari, “Well, we would like to know about why you were missing for so long, Kari?”

 

Kari looks at the `Ken clone' and snarls, nastily, “Are you doubting my loyalty, DE?”

 

DD's voice then calls out, “No, he isn't my dear! He's just suspicious about where you've been since you have been gone for so long.” Kari then looks to the source of DD's voice and see the Dark Digidestined before her.

 

Kari then replies, in dark tone, “If you do doubting my loyalties, then I give you these to show my loyalty!” Kari takes two cards from her pocket, shows them to Dark Digidestined, and they gasp to see Obelisk the Tormentor and the Winged Dragon of Ra God Cards in her hand. Kari then says, “However, Davis still holds Slifer the Sky Dragon in his deck, but I doubt that will be problem.” Kari then throws the two cards to DD, who catches them with ease and walks away.

 

The doppelganger version of Kari asks, in dark and un-Kari-like tone, “Hey, Kari, girl, where are you going?”

 

Kari answers, in stern tone, “Business. So, butt out, DK!”

 

DK says, impressed, “Ooh, personally, I like her bad girl attitude. I say that she is still one of us.”

 

Kari replies, in a slip-song tone, “As if there is no more doubt. . .”

 

DD then calls out to Kari, “Wait!”

 

Kari turns to DD and he throws Kari a card, in which looks to see that it is the Winged Dragon of Ra card, causing DD to tell her, “You might need it.”

 

Kari tells DD, “I don't need to use an Egyptian God Card to my loser former friends, but with Davis, it's a good idea with him having a legendary dragon and Egyptian God Card of his own. Now, if you will excuse me, I've got souls to take and people to crush!” Kari then turns and walks away.

 

DD then asks the `Cody clone', “What do you think DC?”

 

DC replies, with a wide evil grin, “Kari is still one of us, once and for all. No doubt in my mind.”

 

DD nods and thinks, “Mine, too, DC. Her `good side' must all the way gone in the darkness and there is no way that Motomiya can bring her back to what she once was! With Hikari Kamiya, the Princess of the Digidestined, on our side, all worlds will fall!”

 

However, Kari thinks in her mind, “Yes, all of them think I'm still on their side! Davis will be so proud that our plan worked like a charm!”

 

(In another part of the Digital World; Sometime later)

 

We find the rest of the Odaiba Digidestined and all of the Digimon partner listening to final part of Davis', Veemon's, and Gatomon's story and they couldn't believe their ears!

 

After the three of them are done, Yolei exclaims, in total disbelief, “No way!”

 

Gatomon replies, in her serious tone, “No joke! Davis is the Digidestined of Miracles, one of the most powerful Digidestined and the High Prince of the Digidestined!”

 

Patamon nods and says, “Well, since Davis is wearing the real-life Crest of Miracles, there is no doubt in my mind that Davis is the Digidestined of Miracles!”

 

Tai then states, “Well, that gets rid of all doubts in my mind!”

 

Izzy then states, “But, Davis, you, Kari, Veemon, and Gatomon traveled to all these worlds and experienced 50 years of dimensional travel!”

 

Davis nods his head and tells Izzy, “That's right, Izzy! However, our powers made the four of us only experience the five years that passed in our homeworld. One of the gifts with the power along with permanent youth and extended life-spans.”

 

Izzy states, “Prodigious! But what about this power known as the power of the `Interdimensional Warrior'?”

 

Davis tells everyone, “These `Interdimensional Warrior' powers is the powers of Life itself, both life and darkness, and allows us to learn or gain, in any other way, powers from other worlds and add them to our own powers and abilities. Kari, Gatomon, Veemon, and I left five years ago to develop our powers against this enemy. These Dark Digidestined, their `core group', is made up of doppelganger Digidestined, evil clones of Ken, Kari, TK, Yolei, Cody, and me, that someone or something created with our Digital World data and our Digimon's data, giving them our Digimon's powers, but more powerful and more darker way. Their plan is to conquer all worlds by gathering all of the dark and evil powers of all dimensions that are out there and gain allies with the evil villains in all of the worlds. Originally, they wanted to conquer worlds by their ability to go from worlds and gathering the evil powers, there, but Kari, Gatomon, Veemon, and I, while training with heroes and heroines of their dimensions, aided their against this evil, and helped them in their own journeys. Now, the plan is to conquer our homeworld since it is at the center of all of the worlds out there!”

 

Matt then states, “We can let them get away with this!”

 

Davis then tells Matt, “I know how you feel, Matt, but you are not powerful enough to fight them and not only that, they are going to call in their allies in the other worlds. However, I'm going to do the same and believe me, even with all the power, skills, and abilities that I gathered, we are still going to need the help.”

 

TK then asks, “One question, Davis: Who are you supposed to meet?”

 

And then female voice yells out, in a serious tone, “Who do you think, TK?” Just then all of them avoid a Rose Whip attack from the Harpie Lady, the Digidestined and their Digimon look to see Kari, on a hill, with Harpie Lady with a Rose Whip besides her.

 

Sora yells out, in a fearful tone, “its Kari!”

 

Kari then yells out, in her serious tone, “That's right, Sora! And now, you're all mine!”

 

Mimi yells out, nearly in a panic, “Oh no! She's going to attack again!”

 

Davis then bursts out into laugher, surprising the rest of the Digidestined, and Davis calls to Kari, “Kari, I never known you to play a practical joke!” When all of the Digidestined and their Digimon partners look at Kari, her un-Kari-like serious expression turns into her old kind and nice expression.

 

Kari then smiles and says, “Sorry, Daisuke. I just couldn't resist.” Kari then uses her Chaos Duel Disk to `return' Harpie Lady into her deck and jumps down from the hill to meet the others.

 

Tai then tells Kari, “Kari, please don't scare us like that.”

 

Kari tells Tai, in her nice tone, “Sorry about that, Tai.” Kari then goes over to Davis and to everyone's surprise, kiss Davis on the lips. Kari then tells him, “I'm glad to see you, again, Dai-chan. Being with them really gives me a headache.”

 

Davis smiles and says, “I have a good feeling on knowing how you feel.”

 

Yolei asks, confused, “Wait! When did the two of you become boyfriend and girlfriend?”

 

Kari replies, “It's a long story, Yolei. And I'm sorry that I insulted you like that. I said that to keep up the act of being with the villains' side.”

 

Yolei replies, “It's no problem. But please don't call me `four-eyes' again.” Kari slightly blushes in embarrassment.

 

Davis then takes out his advanced D-3, points it to his right side, presses one button, and causes a dimensional portal to open with Davis saying, “We're going to need some reinforces and if you guys are going to battle the Seal of Orichalcos with us, you are guys are going to need duelist with experience against it. And I've arranged for the best help that there is.” Then out of the portal, Yami, currently fused spirits with Yugi, Joey, Tea, and Tristan come through the portal and Yami and Joey have their duel disks on their left arms. Davis tells the four of them, “Thanks for coming.”

 

Joey tells Davis in reply, “No problem, man. Anything for a friend, Davis.” Joey then sees Kari, freaks out, and exclaims, nearly in a panic, “Yeow! It's that girl that turned against us! Watch out!”

 

Davis tells Joey, “Calm down! Kari is back on our side!”

 

Joey calms down and says, “Oh.”

 

Yami then asks Davis, “You mean that you've freed Kari from the control of the Seal of Orichalcos?”

 

Davis tells Yami, “Yeah, Yami, it wasn't easy, but I did it.”

 

Yolei then asks, “Hello! Care to fill us in Davis! We know about the part where Kari must have been tricked to use the Seal of Orichalcos to save you, become possessed by its evil power, and all, but what about you freeing her?”

 

Davis then tells everyone, “Well, after what happened, Kari tried to `seduce' me to the `dark side', but when it didn't work, she duel me, once before, and when I tried to save her by holding back, it backfired right in face!”

 

Joey nods and comments, “Same thing happened between me and Mai! Don't feel bad, Davis!”

 

Davis then says, “However, Kari and I challenged each other again, but both of us fought with full power and then Kari used a Meteor of Destruction magic card to finish off my life-point, but I told herself that snapped her out of the Orichalcos control, however, what I said is between Kari and me. Anyway, I used my trap card, Mystical Ref-Panel to stop Kari's Meteor of Destruction, but I turned it on myself anyway, however, Kari used on my monster to take out the rest of her own life-points and end the duel in a draw. And before the Orichalcos could regain control of her, I destroyed the Orichalcos stone around her neck, thus, freeing Kari from the evil spell of the seal.”

 

Tea then points to the stone around Kari's neck and asks, “Wait! Then what's that around her neck?”

 

Kari then snaps off the stone, Davis takes a card from her deck, and tells Tea in reply, “That stone is a fake as of this card, here!” Davis then shows the card to what looks like the Seal of Orichalcos card.

 

Joey jumps nearly out of shoes when he sees it and yells out, “What are you crazy?! That's the Seal of Orichalcos!”

 

Davis replies, with a wide, but nice grin, “Actually, this Seal of Orichalcos is as fake as the stone around Kari's neck. Yami, check out the stone.” Kari then gives Yami, the stone around her neck, he looks at it and his eyes widen when he sees that Davis is right.

 

Yami exclaims, “This is stone is a fake!”

 

Tea comes over, takes it from Yami's hands, nicely, and says, “Yeah, I can see that this isn't a real Orichalcos stone! I can tell!”

 

Tristan then breaths a sigh of relief and says, “Then that isn't a real Seal of Orichalcos card in Davis' hands.”

 

Joey then calms down, breaths his own sigh of relief, and yells at Davis, annoyed, “Don't scare us like that again, Davis, please!”

 

Davis and Kari giggle at Joey's `embarrassment' and Davis tells Joey, “Sorry about that, Joey.”

 

Yami then asks Davis, “So, do you mean that you made a similar `duplicate card' to the Seal of Orichalcos?”

 

Davis nods his head and responds, “That's right, Yami. Using some powerful magic and magical items that Kari and I `gathered' on our journey, we managed to create `duplicate version' of the Seal of Orichalcos and Orichalcos stone, which does everything that the REAL Seal of Orichalcos does, expect that it isn't filled with dark power and it can't take souls away.”

 

Tai then asks, “But how did Kari act so much that she had become evil?”

 

Davis was about to say something when Kari replies, in a solemn tone, “Dai-chan, I think that it's better to show them than to explain it to them.” Kari then concentrates like she is focusing her mind and then everyone, but Davis, Veemon, and Gatomon, shock, the mark of the Orichalcos appears on her head and her eyes gain a blood red tint.

 

Sora exclaims, fearfully, “Oh my god! She's got that mark on her head, again!”

 

But the mark of the Orichalcos disappears and Kari's eyes return to normal, but Kari puts her hands on her hand and yells out, “Ow! Damn! It hurts when I do that!”

 

Davis then tells everyone, “You see, everyone, Kari didn't get rid of the darkness in her mind and heart released by the Orichalcos, she gained control of it, as well as, regain her powers as the Digidestined of Light, with `taint of dark power' that the Seal of Orichalcos leaves behind when a person uses it unless the person conquers the darkness within them.”

 

Yami asks, curiously, “But how?”

 

Kari replies, “An old friend of yours helped me, Yami. His name was Ironheart.” Yami nods his head in understanding.

 

Davis then tells everyone, “Now, let us explain what's going to happen.” Davis, Kari, and their two Digimon then explain on what they are going to do.

 

(Mid-Afternoon in the Digital World)

 

After Davis, Kari, and their two Digimon explain their plan for Kari to act as spy within the Dark Digidestined, but they weren't happy to hear that they had to give away two of the Egyptian God Cards to `seal' the act within the minds of the `evil clone Digidestined', however, they glad to know that Kari has the Winged Dragon of Ra in her possession. Now, we find Joey looking around the Digital World, since Yami and the gang agreed to stay with the gang in the Digital World for the night to fight any duelists in the morning that might hit them with the Seal of Orichalcos or powers from the Shadow Realm, since they stole the Millennium Ring and Rod from Yami and Yugi.

 

Joey comments to himself, “Man. It's hard to believe that this kind of place is all computer data.” Joey then turns the corner of hill, but hides himself behind the hill when he sees Kari and Davis, in tight embrace and in a passionate kiss, mating their tongues, tasting their mouths and salvia, with Davis having his right hand under Kari's tube-top and bra, massaging her left breast.

 

When they release from their kiss, Davis tells Kari, in a loving tone, “I'm so glad that you're here with me.”

 

Kari replies, in the same tone, “Same here. I'm glad that Tai understood about me being in `enemy lines' as a spy.”

 

Davis smiles and tells Kari, in joking tone, “Well, he knew that he had no choice in the matter since you have more strength in your right pinky that your onii-chan has in his whole body!” Kari and Davis laugh at that comment and then go into another passionate kiss for several minutes. After that, they release from the kiss, Davis takes his hand out Kari's tube-top and bra, and give each other a brief kiss on the lips.

 

Kari tells Davis, “Well, I've got to go. I will be do back at my `comrades' headquarters. Tell Tai and the others that I said goodbye as well as for them not to worry, especially Gatomon and Tai.”

 

Davis nods and replies, “Promise.” Davis then tells Kari, “And please come back, safe, Kari. I don't want to lose you like that time when you were under the spell of the Seal of Orichalcos.”

 

Kari kisses Davis on his left cheek and tells him, in a loving tone, “You will NEVER lose me, again, Dai-chan. I promise on my life and crest that I will never become evil, again. I will never leave you because you and I have been through too much, together. Goodbye, love, see you soon.” Kari then asks, seriously, “What about Yami and his friends? Should we tell them?”

Davis sighs and says, “Not until where sure who of our friends will become `seduced' into evil. Our `visions' told us that two of our friends will become `seduced' or tricked into becoming infused with evil powers, but I don't who. Let's not worry them or our friend. . . for the moment.”

 

Kari nods her head and says, “Okay. Bye, sweetie.” Kari then uses her Instant Transmission to teleport back to the enemies' base of operations.

 

Davis thinks in his own mind, with a wide grin, “Something in my heart and soul tells me that I will see Kari, again, and she will keep that promise even though she will keep her `act' for our plan!” However, Joey leaves back to tell Yugi, Yami, and his friends on what he heard from Davis' conversation with Kari. Things are seemingly about to get more complicated. . .

 

End of Chapter 1

 

Next time in Chapter 2: Duels, Vampires, and Battle Vixens: During the night in the Digital World, the team is attacked by the creatures of the night known as Vampires, but our Digidestined of Miracles shows off some powerful Vampire Hunter-Slayer that takes cares of their blood-sucking jerk, VERY quickly! However, when the gang journeys to head for Ophanimon's castle so that the rest of the gang, they meet one nasty duelist with a bone to pick with Davis and uses the Seal of Orichalcos, but Davis use of his Egyptian God Card, Slifer the Sky Dragon might even up the score! Finally, our team has to face three powerful Toushi/Fighters that the Dark Digidestined has sent against our group of friends, however, Davis might have a `lesson' these gun-ho fighters in the ways of combat and the ways of the Jedi. What's going to happen to our group of heroes?! Find out next time on Digimon Worlds!

 

Well, this is it! The first chapter of my story! Well, what do you think? Please read and review! So far, I've gotten positive support for this story and I'm hoping to continue with that! But don't worry, there will plenty of my other stories being updated as soon as possible. Since I've managed to get my computer `back on line' since it `broke down' around a few days ago, I'm hoping to `catch up' on what I missed. Sorry if I put too many puns in these sentences as well as I'm glad that I corrected the mistake in rldelancy's name. This story, like I said, I'm going to try to make more `darker' than my other Digimon Mega Crossovers and the other Digimon seasons will have a staring role in this story, but they will come later in this story. However, if you need to know, the 03 couples will be Rukato and Leejeri and 04 will have my favorite couple, Takumi, but that will come later! Please be patient and I'm sorry if I sound rude.
