Amryn: What's so wonderful about you? You keep bugging me!

Alycia: Amryn!

Ruki: And who are these people?

ME: They are our new Tamers! *BlackTerriermon pops up*

BlackTerriermon: Hello there! DC's all powerful digimon is here!

Me: Arn't you supposed to be with DC?

BlackTerriermon: He said I couldn't have any candy for a month! That's why I'm asking you for some!

Efuimon: Here's some Takoyaki! *hands BlackTerriermon some Takoyaki*

BlackTerriermon: *stuffs his mouth with Takoyaki* Arigouto Efuimon

Ruki: Would you like me to kill the demented bunny?

Me: Let it slip this time, please. DC would kill me if you killed BlackTerriermon. Well, since he's here, will you do the disclaimer?

BlackTerriermon: Vanessa-san doesn't own Digimon Adventure 02 or Digimon Tamers. She also doesn't own Amryn and Alycia. She DOES own Merodi and any other charcter unless stated otherwise. One more thing, she doesn't own "Mobile" by Avril Lavigne. Thank you for your time! *BlackTerriermon bows*

Chapter 4
America isn't the same! Two new Tamers on board!

Vanessa looked up at her school in Missoula, Montana. It was her first day back, after being in Japan since last year. She sighed and started searching for her friends. In Japan, she would be in 6th, but the school year is just ending here.

"Vanessa?! Is that you?!" She looked over and saw a brunette girl with short auburn-red hair, and a girl with blond neck length hair and glasses. Both of them had greenish-blueish eyes.

"Amryn, Alycia?!" She ran up to them and gave them a hug. "I missed you!"

"Yes, we missed you too, but would you get off my arm?!" asked a very annoyed Amryn.

"Gomen ne" Vanessa said as she let go. Her friends looked at her weird. "I mean, sorry. You know I just got back from Japan and I got used to the language and..."

"We get it Vanessa" Alycia said. The bell rang and they went to line up. She was litterly glomped by her friends when she found them all.

"Look, Vanessa is back" someone sneered. She turned around and saw someone who she wasn't 'on terms' with.

"The weather itself, Kevin" she said sarcastically. He put up his hands in defense.

"I didn't mean that at all! It's just that it hasn't been the same without you!" He quickly covered his mouth after saying that. She chuckled.

"IF you're trying to impress me, it's not working. I'm already with Tyler" she replied as her best friend walked up. Kevin glared at him, but started talking with his friends again.

"Hey there V, Kevin making moves on ya again?" he asked. She sighed.

"Hai, evan though he hasn't seen me for at least 6 months" she replied. They walked up to their classroom and started to get to work.

It was hard for Vanessa, she kept switiching to japanese alot and sometimes she would evan write japanese. Her friends also kept asking her what it was like.

"So who did you meet?" Amryn asked.

"Well, my first friend there was a girl named Ma- I mean, Ruki Makino. She may seem really cold at first, but if you penetrate those barriers, you'll have a friend for life. She lives with her mom and grandma, but I don't know about her Otou-san. I mean dad" she explained. She told about all her other friends, mainly the Tamers there.

"Did you get anything there?" Alycia asked. She nodded and fumbled with the D-Arc on her jeans. No one would know it was real, right?

"Ha-Here" she said handing Alycia the D-Arc.

"Wow, it looks like an upgraded digivice" Alycia said. Alycia liked digimon like Vanessa, but Alycia only saw the dub while Vanessa's seen both.

"Uh.... in Japan, they got a new series out and that's a new toy they came up with!" she lied.

"I can't wait till it comes over here!" Alycia exclaimed. Then something happened that Amryn, Alycia, evan Vanessa didn't expect. The D-Arc gave off a bright light.

"What?!" Amryn cried out after the light died down. In their hands, was two D-Arcs. Amryn held a lime-green one while Alycia held a pastel pink one. I slapped my hand to my head.

"Just when I think the evil is gone, two NEW tamers! And they happen to be my friends!" she said.

"What do you mean, Tamers?! Are you keeping something from us?!" Amryn demanded. She sighed and took out her cell phone.

"I'll call Ruki-san and tell her about this" The phone rang.

"Hai moshi moshi?" asked an adult fenimine voice.

"Hai? Rumiko?"

"Konnichiwa Vanessa-san!"

"Rumiko, is Ruki-san there?"

"I'm afraid not, she hasn't been here since they left for the portal on her birthday!"

Silence. "NANI!?!??!?!?" Vanessa cried out. "They got sucked in!? Great, just when there are MORE tamers, Ruki-san just had to be sucked into the portal!" My friends didn't understand a word she said since she was talking in rapid japanese.

"I got to tell Tyler-chan this. Call me if she comes back Rumiko!" She quickly hung up the phone. She quickly ran over to Tyler where he was talking with his friends.

"Tyler!" Tyler went torwards his direction. Since she didn't want to seem suspicious about taking Tyler away, she spoke in rapid japanese.

"Amryn and Alycia just got D-Arcs, Tyler-chan! But Ruki isn't in Japan, she got sucked into a portal with the other Tamers! Could you use your laptop and try to identify Jen's D-Arc signal?!"

"Hai, I'll do that right away V" Tyler excused himself from his friends and fetched his laptop. He got back and hooked up his D-Arc to the computer.

"Bingo! It says that they're in...." Tyler's mouth flew open. "Odaiba, in Digimon Adventure 02 dimension!" silence.

"HOE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" Vanessa cried out. "This is NOT good! This is SO NOT GOOD!" She composed herself. "Can you open a portal?" Tyler nodded and typed in some cordinates. Soon, a rip in the sky formed. She quickly went over and got Amryn and Alycia.

"You two, we're gonna be going to another world so hopefully we won't be gone long. You two are now Tamers and the Digital World is in danger, come on!" Before they could reject, she quickly brought them over to where the portal was. Tyler was already there with his Psychemon.

"A recolered Gabumon?" Alycia asked when she saw Psychemon. I sighed.

"Not right now Alycia, you guys, hold up your D-Arcs" They both held up the D-Arcs. Vanessa and Tyler held up their Ultimate D-Arcs. We were slowly lifted from the ground, and we soon were drawn into the portal.

Went back home again
This sucks, gotta pack up and leave again
Say goodbye to all my friends
Can't say when I'll be there again
Its time now, I turn around

"So, what about your family, Rei-chan?" Hikari and Rei were out wating ice cream and Hikari got to know Rei better.

"My dad is still alive, but he's at work most of the time" Rei replied. She had on a black partly see-through blouse that ended a few inches from the belly button and it flared out. She also had low riser jeans on. Her eyes widened and she sensed something.

'Oh no! A portal is open!' "Excuse me Hikari-chan, I have some business to take care of" Rei quickly ran off into the park.

"Galaxiamon!" she called out. A gold-silver cat jumped out with a silver crescent moon on its head.

"Rei-chan, I sense a portal" Rei nodded and she went to the site where a portal was.

"It should open in three, two, one-" A rip in they sky was formed and Vanessa, Amryn, Alycia, Tyler, and Psychemon dropped from the sky. Vanessa, unfortunatly, landed on the ground first and evreyone piled on top of her. Things wern't better with Amryn and Psychemon on.

"GET OFF!" Vanessa cried out. They quickly got off. Vanessa's eyes scanned the area. "Yep, we're in Odaiba, Japan"

Rei-chan smiled. The girl finnaly came. "Hello there, Tamers" she said. Vanessa focused her attention on Rei.

"Who are you?! And how do you know about Tamers?!" Galaxiamon stepped out.

"I'm her digimon partner of course, and there's somone who might want to meet you" Galaxiamon did a few flips. "Portal Web!" A mini portal opened and something bounded out and went into Vanessa's arms. Tears were immeadiently brought up.

"E...Efuimon!" She hugged the animal close.

"I'm here Vanessa-chan! I told you I'd be back, didn't I?" Efuimon turned it's head torwards Rei and Galaxiamon. "Thank you very much!"

But the portal was still open, two other figures came out. One was a digimon like Tailmon, the other was a Renamon like one. The Tailmon like digimon was black with blue paws and the stripes were purple. The Renamon had light blue fur and green gloves. The designs on her legs were also green.

Vanessa took out her D-Arc. "BlueRenamon: data type. A child. Her attacks are the same as Renamon's, Fox Leaf Arrowhead and Wisteria Punch"

Tyler scanned the cat-like digimon. "BlackTailmon: Virus type. An adult. Her attacks are Cat Punch and Cat Kick"

"Amryn!" The BlackTailmon bounded into Amryn's arms. "We're partners!"

"Hello Alycia, I'm BlueRenamon" Blue Renamon calmly said. The portal soon closed after that.

"It's time to make my leave. But I have a favor to ask you, don't let any of the Tamers or Chosen Children know about me" Rei and Galaxiamon soon disapeared. Vanessa turned torwards the others.

"We better find Ruki-san and the others" She decided to go to the ice cream stand. 'She might be there'

When she got there, she saw lots of people milling around, but one person caught her eye.

"Flaming red hair, check. Spiky ponytail, check. Violet eyes, check. Dried tears on her face, che-WHAT?!" Vanessa muttered. "Ruki-san! Ruki-san! RUKI-SAN!!!!!!!!!" Ruki turned her head and saw Vanessa. She ran over to her.

"Vanessa! Efuimon! What are you doing here?!" she demanded. Amryn, Alycia, and Tyler came behind her without their digimon.

"Time to study your english, the two girls are from America and don't have the slightest clue about japanese" Vanessa said to Ruki.

"He-hello. I am Ruki Makino" Ruki said haultenly.

"I am Amryn, and this is Alycia"

"Talk slowly, we're talking to japanese people here" I muttered to Alycia and Amryn.

"Nice to meet you Ruki" Alycia greeted. I turned to Ruki.

"What has happened?"

"Before I say anything, you've got to know this. We are in YOUR fanfiction! Merodi is here and evreything! We're not actually sure, but we think our new enemies might either be Parasimon, D-Reaper, or Devilmon....." Ruki choked back a sob. "And IceDevimon came back..."

"Take me to Merodi" Vanessa stated. "Bring your digimon" she said to her friends. They soon found themselves in front of the Yagami apartment.

"Alycia, the people from Digimon Adventure 02 are here and do NOT use their english names. I repeat, do NOT say anything the means that their fiction in our world, got it?" Alycia nodded. Ruki opened the door to the apartment.

"Merodi! Someone needs to see you!" Ruki called. Merodi soon came to the door.

"Konnichiwa Merodi-san. Watashi wa Hikari Vanessa. I'm also a Tamer who just arrived here. I also have two friends who just became tamers, but they don't know any japanese. You know english, right?" Merodi nodded.

"Nice to meet you Light Butterfly. You seem to know our names like the other Tamers. May I meet your friends?" The new Tamers walked in.

"Hello. I am Merodi Yagami. Not Me-lo-dy, but Me-ro-di"

"I'm Amryn. And this cat devil is BlackTailmon"

"I'm Alycia and my partner seems to be BlueRenamon"

"I'm Tyler, my partner is Psychemon" Merodi directed her attention to Vanessa again.

"What about your partner?"

Efuimon jumped from her arms. "It's me, Efuimon. I trust you have an Efuimon, too?" In a few seconds, a second Efuimon was there. Merodi's was more silver then gray, the jewel glowed more rainbow, and it was slightly taller.(From now on, Vanessa's Efuimon will be known as "Efuimon(1)" and Merodi's is "Efuimon(2)")

Merodi's D-3 started beeping. "Oh no, a digimon" She turned torwards the new tamers. "If you want to see what batteling is like, be my guest"

"Devidramon: uh...Virus type. A champ-I mean Adult. His attacks are Crimsom Nail and Red Eye" Alycia read, her D-Arc displaying english status.

"Watch and learn, Efuimon?" Vanessa said. She took out her pack of cards. "Card Slash! Offense Plug-In B!"

"Psy Shot!" Efuimon(1) shot the beam into Devidramon's eye. He roared in pain.

Start back at this life
Stretch myself back into the light
I'm waking up to say I've tried
Instead of waking up to another TV Guide
Its time now, I turn around
Turn and walk on this crazy ground

"Crimsom Nail!" The attack hit Efuimon dead on. Vanessa tossed some cards to Amryn and Alycia.

"Fox Leaf Arrowhead!" Blue Renamon got Devidramon distracted. "Come on big boy, you're not so tough. Wisteria Punch!" The attack hit Devidramon dead on.

"Uhh.... Card Slash! Offense Plug-In B!" Alycia slashed the card.

"Card Slash! Offense Plug-In B!" Amryn slashed her card too.

"Fox Leaf Arrowhead!" "Cat Punch!" The two attackes collided with Devidramon.

"Card Slash! Evolutor!" Vanessa and Tyler slashed their card.

"Efuimon Evolve! Suicunamon!"

"Psychemon Evolve! Gururumon!"

"Chaos Fire!" Gururumon's attack hit Devidramon in the face.

"Water Comet!" the attack hit Devidramon in the chest. Devidramon started grunting in pain, but a dark light surrounded it.

"Devidramon Evolve! Mephismon!" In place of the dark dragon, a more humanoid digimon appeared.

"Mephismon: Virus type. A perfection. I remember him. His attacks are Death Cloud and Black Sabbath" Vanessa read the data. "Great, he evolved"

"Dark cloud!" The attack hit BlueRenamon and BlackTailmon and sent them flying into a brick wall!

"BlueRenamon!"

"BlackTailmon!"

EVOLUTION

"BlueRenamon Evolve!" BlueRenamon went to four legs and her shaped went fox like. The fur was still blue and the thing around it's next was striped green and white. It still had the traditional nine tails. "Youkomon!"

"Youkomon: Data. An adult. Her attacks are Evil Flame Dragon and Fireball" Alycia read her digimon stats.

Mephismon glared at them. "I shall destroy you! Black Sabbath!"

"Fireball!" The attack counterred the oncoming attack and sent it back at Mephismon. The attack stunned him.

"Evil Flame Dragon!" Youkomon knocked him down.

"Suicunamon, time to become perfect!"

"You too, Gururumon!" The blue card appeared in Vanessa and Tyler's hands.

MATRIX EVOLUTION

"Suicunamon Evolve! MetalSuicunamon!"

"Gururumon Evolve! WereGururumon!"

"Kaiser Nail!" The attack slashed Mephismon in the face.

"Crest beam!" That attack hit him in the chest.

"Youkomon! Let's combine our powers together, you too BlackTailmon" MetalSuicunamon cried out.

"Crest Beam!" "Kaiser Nail!" "Evil Flame Dragon!" "Cat kick!" The attacks merged together and hit Mephismon, deleating him instantly.

"Youkomon has the honors of downloading that digimon" Vanessa stated. Youkomon ran up and absorbed his data.

Sometimes I wanna scream out loud

"Woohoo! We won! We won! We won!" Amryn cheered, bouncing up and down. "AniMail! AniMail!" Vanessa sighed and sweatdropped.

"Amryn's in her crazy mood again..." I murmmured to Tyler. He nodded in agreement.

Alycia wasn't so cheerful. "Do we, really have to kill living things?"

"I'm afraid so Alycia. I don't like it that much either, but it's to protect both worlds from power-hungrey beings"Vanessa replied. "I didn't hesitate in killing Mephismon, he's evil right to the core. I already had a bad experience with him"

"What do you mean?" asked Alycia.

"Takato-kun went to Onikawa for vacation to visit his cousain, Kai-kun. Mephismon created a V-Pet to infect computers and take over the world. Ruki-san, Jen, and I were called by Omegamon to defeat him. He almost won if our perfect digimon didn't combine their attacks"

"I see...." Alycia said.

"Welp, we got to go back to Merodi-san's apartment. We need to find out where we can stay"

"Konnichiwa! Boku wa Matsuda Takato!" Amryn and Alycia gave Takato a blank stare.

"Didn't I tell you they only spoke eigo, Takato-kun?"

"Gomen ne Vanessa. I am Takato Matuda" he repeated slowly in english.

"I am Jenrya Lee, but you can call me Jen" Jenrya said in perfect english.

"Hirokazu naameeee" Hirokazu tried to intorduce himself with very bad english and grammer.

"In other words, his name is Hirokazu" Vanessa said to her friends.

"I am Kenta" he said slowly.

"Hajimetigada" Amryn tried to say "nice to meet you" in japanese, but failed.

"It's 'hajimetasha', Amryn"

"Whatever! Nice to meet you! Could they understand that?!"

"Amryn, I know it's difficult, but we'll manage" Alycia reasoned.

"At least we know english, Amryn-han!" BalckTailmon piped up.

"She's right" BlueRenamon agreed.

"Welp! We'll figure this out somehow! We have more to worry about, like who the new enemy is!"

Vanessa: Next time on Shattered Dreams!

Juri: Leomon.....

Takato: Katou-san... We don't need anymore sadness! Ruki already has it, and now you Katou-san! Be strong!

Juri: Takato-kun..... Watashi.... Watashi....

Ruki: Youlike Takato, don't you?

Juri: Do you like anyone?

Ruki: I'm not sure....
