"No way." the boy replies for the tenth time this day.
"She really looked depressed." the Digimon insists.
Jenrya Lee (or just Lee for his friends) sits up in his bed and looks at Terriermon.
He had almost been asleep. But the Digimon just kept begging.
"I respect Ruki's wish for privacy." Lee tells his partner.
"You're just afraid of her." Terriermon states.
"Ye- I mean NO! Why should I be afraid of her?"
Terriermon snickers shortly.
"Because she's got knives? And she beat up several boys." the Digimon helps out.
"See? So why should I look after her?"
There is a long pause. Lee frowns when he sees that his partner is frowning, too.
"Lee. She looked really sad. And nobody has heard a word for three days now."
Lee sighs.
True. After she came out of the warehouse, she didn't speak a word. he remembers.
And since that day, she has been at home.
"What if she decided... well... not to live anymore?" Terriermon asks after a while.
Lee's eyes widen when he hears that.
"Are you talking about suicide?" he hisses.
"Hey, we don't know what Renamon has told her after we went away, do we?"
"But I can't imagine that Ruki would try to take her own life."
"Well, she does have some scary knives..."
"Terriermon!" Lee shouts, slapping his partner's head.
"I'm sorry, Lee. But I'm worried."
"You're worried about Ruki?"
"About Renamon. Guilmon's worried, too."
Lee frowns and cocks his head. Terriermon just sighs.
"You can't understand. We Digimon can't just wander out and make human friends.
So Renamon has become our friend. Together, we three had each other. Like a small family."
Lee gasps when he hears that.
"I... I had no idea you felt that way." he whispers, petting his partner's head.
Maybe I should visit Ruki tomorrow morning. Lee thinks, nodding slowly.

Ruki Makino is sleeping on her mat. She hasn't had much sleep lately.
The creature in her room knows that. It has watched the girl for days now.
I can't wait any longer.
The creature has taken precautions for tonight. They would not be disturbed.
No matter how this night would end.
A three-fingered paw slowly travels to the sleeping girl's shoulder.

Ruki yelps when she feels something touch her shoulder.
Even while her eyes adapt to the moonlight, she crawls backwards, away from-
"R-Renamon?" she whispers as she can make out the familiar shape in the darkness.
"At least what's left of Renamon." the Digimon replies.
Ruki feels tears of joy in her eyes, but she quickly wipes them away as she crawls back to the fox.
"Wait!" the Digimon begs her, holding out her arms.
Ruki frowns, remembering the last time she met Renamon.
Something is different about her... Ruki notices.
But she cannot tell for sure what has changed.
Suddenly she recalls the Digimon's firts words.
"What's left of Renamon?" she asks, trying to figure out the meaning of the words.
"I've changed, Ruki. A vampire has bitten me."
Ruki gasps, but doesn't answer anything.
"He tried to turn me into a vampire, too." Renamon continues.
Ruki's eyes scan the room for her knives. Then she hears Renamon snicker.
"Looking for these?" Renamon asks, pointing at the dart board.
She gulps when she sees her knives stuck to her board. Ruki had definately not put them there.
"S-S-So you're a... a... vampire?" Ruki stutters while her mind is trying to come up with a plan.
"Yes. And no." Renamon answers mysteriously.
Ruki doesn't even try to answer that one.
"Ruki. You know much about Digimon, right?" Renamon asks her directly.
Of course, the question is a rhetorical one.
"Tell me why I can fade in and out at will." Renamon demands.
"What?" Ruki asks, taken by surprise.
"Any idea?" Renamon asks, her tail moving lazily.
"Now that you say it... I don't really know..." Ruki admits, hoping that Renamon wouldn't be mad.
"Well then, have you ever heard of the kistune?" the Digimon asks, showing no reaction.
Is this a game show or what? Ruki thinks, but tries to answer, anyway.
"Aren't kitsune the foxes from the myths and legends?" she finally replies.
"Exactly. I have been a kitsune. I have fed on your feelings for me without even knowing it."
"Wow..." Ruki gasps.
"I haven't consciously known this until some days ago."
Ruki is hust sitting there, listening to Renamon's explanation.
"When the vampire bit me, I didn't know any of this." Renamon admits.
"But I could feel it. The D-Arc has made me conscious of it while I have been... changing."
Renamon looks down, and Ruki suspects that there is a catch.
Then, Renamon throws a small object onto the floor in front of Ruki.
The girl gasps when she sees what it is.
That's a wooden peg. Just like the ones from the movies.
"Ruki. I have become a vampire. I could have easily bitten you in your sleep. But..."
Ruki can hear Renamon sob.
"But I don't want to hurt you. I love you, Ruki. So I give you the opportunity to save yourself."
While Renamon is crying, Ruki picks up the peg and apporaches Renamon.

Somewhere in the park, Guilmon and Terriermon stare at the moon.
"Something's happening." Terriermon whispers into his ear.
Guilmon just nods.

Renamon is doing all she can do to keep her vampire side under control.
She holds still so Ruki can finish her.
It's a desperate plan, but she hasn't come up with a better one.
Now, Renamon hopes that Ruki would decide with her head and not with her heart.
She holds her breath when she feels the peg at her back.
"It's better this way." Renamon whispers.
Then she hears Ruki sigh. The peg hits the floor.
"I can't, Renamon. I'm sorry." the girl whispers, crying softly.
Renamon can feel the girl embrace her from behind.
"I... I love you, Renamon. You're like this only because of me." the girl cries.
Slowly Renamon turns to face Ruki.
"Nonsense, Ruki. You couldn't have known-"
"No. I sent you away, ignoring my feelings for you. I... couldn't live without you."
"Then you are willing to feed me? In every way you can?"
Renamon feels the girl freeze for a moment. Then, without saying a word, Ruki exposes her neck.

WHAT ARE YOU DOING? her mind screams at her.
But Ruki has decided to do everything she can do for Renamon.
She trusts her Digimon. Renamon didn't come here to kill her.
Still, her heart beats as quickly as a bird's heart.
She has closed her eyes waiting for the pain in her neck.
Ruki flinches when she feels Renamon's paw on her shoulder.
"Not yet, my little heartbreaker." Renamon whispers into her ear.
Ruki opens her eyes and looks straight into Renamon's smiling face.
Suddenly, Renamon's left paw touches her breast, making Ruki jump.
"In every way you can..." Renamon whispers as her paw finds its way under Ruki's nightdress.
The furry paw now cups Ruki's breast directly.
And Ruki remembers another thing she has read on kitsune:
"One of the most common forms of feeding from a target is through sex.
Since kitsune are creatures who enjoy sensations in the first place, this makes sense."
Ruki gulps when she realizes what is going to happen next.
But somehow, she welcomes it. Indeed, she has often wondered what it would be like.
Of course she never told Renamon of these thoughts or dreams.
And so, Ruki smiles as Renamon removes her shirt.
The girl yelps when she feels Renamon's claws. The fox scratches her lightly, leaving fine marks on her back.
At the same time, Renamon starts kissing her breasts, her neck, and finally her mouth.
The last kiss seems to last forever. Ruki can feel Renamon's tongue fight her own tongue.
During that kiss, Renamon also removes the rest of Ruki's dress.
Finally the Digimon breaks the kiss and looks her directly into the eyes.
Ruki finds herself unable to turn her eyes away from Renamon.
Renamon gently guides the girl's body down onto the mat.
Without being told to do so, Ruki spreads her legs.
"You're mine." Renamon whispers into her ear as her paw gently touches Ruki's crotch.
Ruki just moans in reply, making the Digimon smile.
"No, wait. Please." Ruki suddenly begs.
Renamon frowns shortly. Then she grins again.
Before Ruki can react, Renamon's paws have grabbed her wrists. And the Digimon's feet pin her ankles.
Ruki is now lying in a spreadeagle position, with her Digimon over her.
The girl struggles shortly, but it's no use.
"You're mine." Renamon repeats.
"I'm yours. Completely. But-"
"But what?" Renamon asks, obviously annoyed by Ruki's unwillingness.
"What about Mom? And Grandma? They'll hear-"
"Oh my. You're right. Oh, I think I hear them coming already!" Renamon whispers.
The Digimon looks serious now, too. Still, the fox Digimon doesn't let her go.
"They're getting closer... closer..." Renamon whispers, looking at the door.
Ruki now frantically tries to break free. But Renamon is too strong.
"Let me go! Please! I beg you!" she hisses.
"... closer... closer... And now they've reached... supper." Renamon finishes her sentence flatly.
Ruki instantly stops struggling.
"Pardon me?" she asks in surprise.
"Oh my, didn't I mention that I have sent them to that new restaurant?" Renamon asks innocently.
"You did what?" Ruki gasps.
"They've been invited, and the restaurant has been paid with money from a fake account."
She has done all this! I don't know how, but she has done this. Ruki realizes.
Then she realizes that Renamon has tricked her. Toyed with her.
A look at Renamon's grinning face assures her of that.
"You're mine. And you look great when your body is covered with sweat." Renamon whispers.
"Will you release me now?"
"Why should I?" Renamon purrs, as she nuzzles Ruki's exposed breasts.
"Because you might find it boring just to use your snout." Ruki moans.
The fox's grin just widens. And suddenly Ruki feels something touch her crotch.
She looks down at her immobilized body and moans when she realizes her mistake.
Renamon's tail is brushing her exposed pussy, driving her crazy.
The girl's moans become louder now. There's nobody home who might hear her.

Finally Renamon decides to make use of her paws again.

More balanced than Renamon would have thought.
As she covers the girl's nude body with a blanket, Renamon lets her mind wander.
The voice... is gone... she notices.
There is no urging voice in her head, driving her mad. There is just... balance.
Then Renamon remembers something she has noticed during Ruki's orgasm.
Something on Ruki's desk. It had glowed.
Renamon walks towards the table and sees what has happened.
She picks up the D-Arc and smiles when she notices the subtle design changes.
The device looks just like before, but the embossed ring around the screen now has two vampire fangs.
The fangs are just as embossed as the ring and have the same color.
Ruki would be pleased.
She has always wanted a strong Digimon.
And now she has so much more. Digimon. Kitsune. Vampire. Friend. Lover.
"And you will always be my... friend." she remembers Ruki's words.
It have been these words that gave Renamon new hope. The words that have guided her.
"Thank you, Heartbreaker." Renamon whipsers before she disappears into the night.

This last part may sound weird, but basically, this has been the idea I have started with.
Okay, so I'm no vampire-, kitsune- or lemon-expert, but I still hope that you like it.
Please tell me what you think of it.
BTW: Kyuubimon is actually based on the kitsune-myth. At least that's what I have heard.
There will be at least one more part, where Ruki and Renamon meet the other Tamers again.
