[ P - Pre-Teen ]

It was now dawn and everyone had managed to get to sleep.

Mirai awoke and was about to put on some coffee when he came to his full senses and realized he wasn't at home. His stomach was aching. (You know him and his Sayian appetite!)

"I want food!" said Mirai.
then the Lord of the Eagles landed and they waved goodbye. They had landed on a hill and found a cave with a pebble-stoned floor. They stopped here to decide what to do.

"I am sorry to say that I have some other business to attend to," said Gandalf.
all groaned and some even cried.

"Why do you always leave us in the strange places," said a distressed Zamba.
"My dear, I am not leaving quite yet, but soon," said Gandalf.

They felt a little relieved. Legolas found a river and they all bathed in it, seeming they hadn't had many baths since they left the nice warm hobbit-hole.

"Come on, I have somebody to introduce you too!" said Gandalf.
"I hope they have food," said Mirai, a kind of insane look on his face.
"I'm sure he does," said Gandalf, "please be polite!"
"So who is this 'somebody'," asked a curious Vikki.
"He is Beron, the skin-changer," said Gandalf.
and Vikki fell over anime style. Zamba runs to there rescue.

"What exactly do you mean by skin-changer?" asked Mirai.
"Well, he changes himself into a bear." Said Gandalf.
"Ooohh!" said Ashley. "Will he change into a bear while we are there?"
"Oh, no! Please don't mention that to him while we visit!" said Gandalf.

They soon cam to a gate.

"Now, we will go in two by two." ,said Gandalf, "Mirai, you and me first."
two pushed open the gate and went on their way. Zamba stayed back and decided who would go next: Legolas and Vikki, then, Ashley, Hope and Zamba would have to go at the same time.


Mirai and Gandalf had now reached Beron's house.

Gandalf knocked at the door. It opened.

"Who are you and what do you want?" Beron asked rudely.
"I am Gandalf," said Gandalf.
"Never heard of you," said Beron, " and who is this little fellow?"
"This is Mirai-Trunks Briefs," said Gandalf.
Gandalf went on to explain about his cousin, which Beron knew very well. He invited them in and two by three the others came. They had a huge feast with animal servants and were getting ready for bed.

"Goodnight, honey" said Mirai as he kissed Zamba.
"What about me?!," said Hope.
"Goodnight, sweet pea," said Mirai as he kissed her.
was now dragging out her 10 stuffed animals. (I think the stuffed animals should have a little meeting with a wood chipper! -Riptor) Vikki just shook her head. They all settled down and went to sleep. Mirai awoke at midnight. He saw a shadowed figure outside. He stayed alert.


Mirai had managed to get back to sleep and the others slept like babies.was now morning.

"Get up Mom!," said Hope shaking Zamba.
"Wha-what?" said Zamba.
had now awaked.

"Where is Gandalf?" asked Mirai.
had been awake listening to all this.

"Uh, well he's out," said Vikki.
"He leaves us now, in this strange house?" said Mirai.
