Vex stood frozen as the tall, hideous creature made it's way toward her. The way it walked reminded her of a dangerous predator like a lion or a wolf. The look in it's eyes made her theory all the more convincing. Vex took a step back every time the thing took a step forward.

While they did this little dance, Vex slowly reached into her back pocket and pulled out a smooth, brown pocketknife. `That's right bug-boy…bring your ugly ass over here. I got a present for ya.' She thought with a smirk. Suddenly the creature charged at her, catching her slightly off guard.

It stopped just inches from her; it's face so close that she could feel it's breath. It kept smirking and said in raspy voice, "I suggest you put that knife away my dear. You might hurt somebody." She gasped aloud, making his smirk widen. `How did he know I had a knife?! I had it behind my back the whole time!!'

Vex acted on reflex and attacked the bug with a powerful downward stroke of the knife. The thing simply grabbed her wrist in painful grip. She cried out and tried to pull back, but she couldn't even make his arm move.

"Ah, such fire, but you aren't and won't be the last to attack me." He lifted his tail to her stomach; it's deadly point poking her slightly. Without thinking, Vex kneed the tail away and quickly stomped on his three toed foot, her heel digging sharply into one of his toes. He hissed angrily and tossed her to the ground.

"Pesky human! For that I'm going to absorb you slowly and painfully!!" His tail shot out at her, but Vex quickly rolled out of the way and jumped to her feet. The thing hissed again, trying to get his tail out of the ground. Vex dashed back into the garage in search of her jacket.

"Damnit!! Where is it?!!" She cursed aloud. She looked around the room hastily until she did find it. Vex's jacket was resting on one of the nasty toolboxes that sat in a corner. She quickly grabbed it and ran out the back way. There was a small parking lot where the employees parked their cars and she ran to her beat up Harley.

Vex searched the pockets of her jacket, fishing out the keys. Looking over her shoulder every two seconds, Vex shakily stabbed a key into the ignition. She turned it, but nothing happened. She groaned in frustration. `C'mon baby, c'mon! Now isn't the time to stall!' Vex pleaded silently to herself. She turned the key again and still nothing happened.

"Argh! How come I can fix other cars except you?!!" She slammed a first on the glass that covered the gages.

"Having trouble dear?" Came that eerie voice again. She turned slightly and held back scream for the thing was right behind her. Vex gave one last turn of the key and magically her ride started up. Vex gripped the handle bars tightly and backed up sharply, hitting the creature. Not looking back, she put force onto the pedals and shot forward. To her dismay though, the bike didn't move.

"Leaving so soon? How rude of you to not say goodbye." Vex growled and leaned down to pop open a small box, which was attached to the side of her bike. She pulled out a small black can and turned to monster. He was holing onto her bumper with one hand, the other resting on his hip.

"Oh, of course not! I wouldn't sink that low, so here's you're goodbye PRESENT!!!" She thrust the can toward his face and pushed the little white nub down, spraying the can's contents in his eyes. He let go of the bike and immediately grabbed his face.

"ARGH!!!" He bellowed. Vex took this opportunity wisely and stomped the on the pedals, putting great distance between the creature within seconds. Vex laughed and tossed the can over her shoulder.

"Thank you pepper spray! You just saved my life!" As she sped away, the overgrown insect watched angrily, still trying to whip away the burning liquid from his eyes.

"Stupid girl! Oh well, I'll get her later. I don't like fast food anyway." He growled, watching Vex a little longer before jumping into the air and flying toward another town.

Oooooo!!! ^^ Cell made a funny! Yeah, this one sucked, too and yeah I didn't add Piccolo! >< I couldn't find a spot for him and I don't really want to write about all the fighting that goes on between them!
