The Crystal Saga - Part 4 - Sailor Moon



(This is set just after the episode of Sailor Moon R 'Final Battle' but before the start of
Sailor Moon S)



Ryoko:Are we home?This looks just like our world.

Me:Yeah.But I don't think we're home yet.We only have half the crystal.

Goku:So where's the next fragment?

Bulma:Somewhere in the city but there's a lot of interference.I can't tell exactly where
right now.

Me:So I guess we just look for it the old fashioned way huh?

We were just about to leave the alley when there was an explosion on the roof of a nearby
building.

Me:What was that?

Goku:We better check it out.

Me:Yeah.

We ran out of the alley and over to the building.A small amount of rubble fell from the roof
but didn't hurt anyone.

Me:I'm going up there.You guys stay here.

I discreetly flew up to the top of the building and saw some kind of battle going on.5 weird
looking girls were fighting some kind of monster.

Girl:I am Sailor Moon!

Girl:I am Sailor Mercury!

Girl:Sailor Jupiter!

Girl:Sailor Venus!

Girl:and Sailor Mars!

Sailor Moon:On behalf of the moon,I will punish you!We're gonna teach you not to invade our
world!

Venus:Venus Love Chain Encircle!

Venus launched some kind of attack at the monster.It seemed to be some kind of chain of hearts
but the monster just moved out of the way.

Mars:Mars Celestial Fire Surround!

Mars launched circles of fire at the monster but it just deflected them.

Jupiter:Jupiter Thunderclap Smash!

Jupiter threw a bolt of lightning at the monster which hit dead on but didn't have any effect.

Mercury:Mercury Bubble Blast!

A fog appeared all around but somehow the monster just blew it away.

Monster:Your pitiful attacks have no effect on me.

Moon:And just who are you anyway?

Monster:My name is Cell. (Hey why not?)

Me:Cell?I remember Goku telling me about him.But Gohan killed him years ago.Somehow he must
have survived and come to this dimension.And if that really is Cell,those girls can't
handle him.Looks like I'll have to step in.

Cell:And now Sailor Senshi,time to die!

Cell was about to move in for the kill but I forced my fist into his head and threw him off
the building.

Me:I hate it when they refuse to die!

Cell flew back up and landed across the roof from me.

Cell:You're strong human.Very strong.

Me:I'm not human,but you might have heard of the Saiyans?

Cell:A Saiyan.Impossible,there aren't any in this dimension.

Me:There are now.And I'm gonna make sure you die this time.Everyone thought Gohan had killed
you.And I'm much stronger than he was then,so ths should be easy.

Cell:You underestimate me.I am also much stronger.Oh,it seems your friends are also here.

Goku:CELL!?!How did you get here?

Cell:You thought I was dead?All you did was send me to this dimension.Where I have grown even
stronger and now I'll kill all of you.

Gohan and Vegeta powered up to Super Saiyan and flew at Cell.But he really was stronger and
knocked them both back with almost no effort.

Goku:GOHAN!

Gohah and Vegeta were smashed into the roof and caused it to collapse.I just floated but
Goku flew down and caught Gohan.Vegeta and the Sailor Senshi fell down about 5 floors.Vegeta
wasn't hurt very badly and just stood up.

Me:So,why not pick on someone your own size?

Cell:Like you?Don't make me laugh.What could a pitiful kid like you do to me?

Me:So glad you asked.Let me show you.

I began powering up.The rubble around me floated into the air and my muscles bulged out.My
eyes flashed green and I exploded in golden yellow energy.When the light had faded my eyes
were green and my hair was down my back and golden yellow,giving of sparks of energy.

Me:Now do you see how powerful I am?

Cell:It can't be.How can a kid like you be this powerful?It doesn't matter.I am still the most
powerful being in the universe,and you can never hope to defeat me!

Goku:That's what you think.

I looked over and saw Goku had powered up aswell.

Goku:I'll make you pay for everything that you've done.

Me:Alright,let's double team him Goku!

Goku:No.This is my fight.Let me handle him.

Me:Alright Goku.Show him what you're made of.

I floated down to Gohan and Vegeta and found the others had climbed the building's stairs.

Ryoko:What's going on?

I explained what had been happening to the others and we stood and watched the battle.Goku
was easily winning.Cell couldn't avoid most of the attacks and was getting beaten pretty
badly.

Cell:I underestimated you,but not any more.

Goku went to throw another punch at Cell but missed.Cell swung around and jabbed his tail
into Goku's back.Goku screamed in pain but couldn't get free.

Gohan:DAD!NO!

Me:What's happening?

Gohan:Cell's absorbing my dad's energy.If we don't stop him my dad will die.

Me:Alright then.

I looked around and saw a piece of metal with a sharp edge.I could ude it to cut Cell's tail
and free Goku.I grabbed it and flew at Cell.He didn't notice me until it was too late and I
slashed his tail.I caught Goku and brought him back down to the others.

Gohan:Is he all right.

Me:I think so.He just needs to rest for a while.

Cell:You think you can beat me by cutting off my tail.HA!

A new tail burst out from where Cell's tail had been.

Me:How?

Gohan:He can re-generate parts of him that have been destroyed or cut off.

Me:Damn,so how can we beat him?

Gohan:You have to totally destroy all of him at once.

Me:But he's a lot stronger now he's absorbed so much of Goku's energy.None of us can beat him.

Goku:There might be a way.Maybe fusion.

Me:Fusion?

Vegeta:2 Saiyans can fuse together.The power of the fused Saiyan has the power and abilities
of the 2 saiyans.

Me:So how do you do it?And who will fuse together?

Moon:Excuse me,but just who are you and what are you talking about?

Me:We'll explain later.

Goku:You and Vegeta have to fuse.I'm too weak to do it.Goten and Trunks will fuse to back you
up but you'll be stronger.

Me:And how do you do it?

Goku:Just watch Goten and Trunks then do what Vegeta does.

I turnd around and watched Goten and Trunks.They had powered up to Super Saiyan and used the
fusion technique.They leaned over sideways and placed their fingers together.There was a bright
flash and when it had faded just one person was standing there.The clothes were different
from what Goten or Trunks were wearing and his voice was a combination of the 2 and he had
powered up to Super Saiyan 3.

Gotenks:Alright,now you try it.

Me:Alright.

I stood near Vegeta and followed what he did exactly.I felt kind of weird and after a bright
flash I was standing between where me and Vegeta had been.

?:What happened?

Goku:It looks like your personality is dominant David.Do you know what your name is?

Me:Yeah,now I know.My name is Dageta.

I looked down and saw what I was wearing.It was like what I had been wearing before only
the colours had swaped.The under part of my clothes were Orange and the outside was Blue.
I was Super Saiyan 3 but I could feel I was much more powerful than before.

Me:Alright,now lets get Cell.

I looked up and saw him floating in the air looking as confident as ever.I flew up at him
and when he tried to hit me I used Super Speed to get behind him and force my elbow into his
back forcing him across the air.I was about to fly at him but he was fast and got above me.
He hit me downwards forcing me through the floor past the others and down to the ground floor
of the building.He flew down at me but I managed to move out of the way and kick Cell in the
chest forcing him through the wall and outside.I flew after him and punched him into the air.

Me:Time to try out something new.

I began powering up an attack to launch at Cell,

Me:Big Bang Attack!

I launched a large ball of yellow energy at Cell which hit dead on.Gotenks then appeared above
Cell and punched him down towards me.I flew upwards and forced my knee into Cell's back and let
him fall to the ground.He flew back up at me but I just moved out of the way.

Me:Give up yet?

Cell:Not quite.

I sensed Cell was powering up and I knew it was Vegeta's Gallet Gun attack.

Me:Not today.

I flew up at Cell and attacked him before he could fully charge his attack.I launched an
array of incredibly fast punches and kicks at Cell.He managed to block some of them but
the rest were dead on hits.Cell managed to get away but I kept managing to attack him and
sometimes he managed to attack back.He eventually managed to force me back to the building
where the others were.

Me:All right,time to get serious,guh!

I felt weird.I couldn't explain it.

Ryoko:What's wrong?

Goku:The fusion is wearing off.It only lasts for half an hour then they have to rest before
they can fuse again.

There was a bright flash before I found myself lying on the floor near Vegeta.I looked over
and saw that Gotenks had defused back into Goten and Trunks.

Me:He should be weak enough for me to finish off alone now.Huh?

I looked around but I couldn't see Cell or sense him either.

Me:Where'd he go?

Goku:He must be hiding his power level.We need to rest now.We can't fight unless we get back
to full strength.

Moon:Alright,I want some anwsers.Just who are you?

I looked around at the 5 girls,they seemed unhurt even after the fall.

Me:All right.

I explained who we were and where we were from and I don't think they totally believed me.

Moon:No way,that's impossible.

Me:Then how else could we be here and do the things you've just seen?

Mars:Maybe you're from the Negaverse!

Me:Just what is the Negaverse?

Vegeta:Why are we wasting our time with them?They don't believe us so let's just leave.

Me:Hold on Vegeta,we need somewhere to rest and we need all the friends we can get here.

Moon:Oh really?

Me:Come on.If it weren't for us he would have destroyed you and the rest of the planet.

Mercury:I think they're telling the truth.Why would they lie?And from what I could scan that
monster really could have destroyed us and the planet.

Mars:Well,I'm still not sure.

Moon:Well if Mercury believes them then so do I.

Venus:Me too.

Jupiter:I suppose they could be telling the truth.

Mars:All right then,but I still don't completely trust them.

Me:Fine but do you know where we can go and rest?

Moon:Well,some of you can come to my house,

Venus:A few of you could come and stay with me,

Jupiter:I suppose 2 of you could stay at my apartment,

Mercury:Some of you can stay at my house,,

Mars:I don't have any spare room.

Moon:Well I think we have enough room anyway.

Me and Ryoko went with Sailor Moon who told us her name was Usagi (YES!I refuse to use the
dub names),Goku and Goten went with Sailor Jupiter who said her name was Makoto but everyone
called her Mako,Gohan,Videl and Pan went with Saior Venus who said her name was Minako and
Vegeta,Bulma and Trunks went with Sailor Mercury who's name was Ami.We all just rested for the
night since we were all pretty tired.The next morning we met up in the center of the city.
Usagi and her friends had gone to school so we couldn't get any information from them.

Me:So is the locator working yet?

Bulma:I'm afraid not.There's still some kind of interference.

Goku:Well I guess we just have to look for it.

Me:Wait a minute,we can't leave until we beat Cell.Nobody here can.

Goku:He's right.But where do we find him?

Me:I can't sense him anywhere.

Gohan:Me neither.

Me:Well he can't have gone far.If he had been flying we would have sensed him.

Goku:So he must still be in the city somewhere.

Me:Right.Any ideas how to find him?

Nobody had any idea how to find him.We decided to try and figure where he might be to narrow
down our search.

Me:Well he wouldn't be staying anywhere public or he could be seen.

Goku:And since this is a big city one of the only secluded places would be under-ground.

Me:The sewers!

Gohan:Probably.I guess we have to look in the sewers then.

Ryoko:Well count me out.I hate sewers.All those Rats and everything.

Videl:Same here,I'm not stepping foot into the sewers.

Bulma:I'm definatly staying here.I hate sewers.

Me:All right.Someone should stay here and look after them incase Cell comes up to the surface.

Gohan:I'll do it.I'm not as strong as any of you.Just Goten and Trunks but when they fuse
they're stronger than me.

Me:All right then.The rest of us will check out the sewers.

We found a man-hole cover and pulled it open.

Me:Man that stinks.

Goku:Yeah but we have to go in.

We jumped down the hole and landed in a large sewer passage.There was barely any lighting
but our eyes didn't have much trouble with it.

Goku:Which way?

Me:I say that way.

Vegeta:Well I think we shuld go this way.

We were pointing in different directions which presented a problem.

Goku:All right,so how do we decide which way to go?

Trunks:Let's flip a coin.

Me:Anyone got a coin?

Goku:I have one.

Me:I'll take heads.

Goku flipped the coin and it was tails.We followed Vegeta and found ourselves at a dead-end.

Me:I knew we should have gone the other way.huh?

I noticed part of the wall was a different colour than the rest and didn't look as old.I
decided to check it and punched it down.There was another passage on the other side.

Me:I wonder where this goes.

We followed the next passage and came to a large room.It was empty except for a figure in the
middle,Cell.

Cell:So,you found me.Well let's see if you can catch me.

Cell burst through the roof and flew away faster than any of us could so we couldn't chase
after him.

Me:We have to fuse to go after him!

Goku:All right.Fuse with me this time,that way we'll be faster.

Me:Ok.

We powered up to Super Saiyan and began the fusion process.Once the bright flash had faded
me and Goku had fused together into Daku.The clothing was just the same as before since we
were both wearing the same thing.

Me:All right,now to get him!

I flew out of the hole in the roof and after Cell.I knew I had to get him soon since the
fusion only lasted for 30 minutes.Behind us I could sense Goten and Trunks had fused and
was flying after us followed by Vegeta.It only took 5 minutes before we caught up with Cell.

Cell:And who are you?

Me:My name is Daku and I'm your worst nightmare.

Cell:Oh really,I see now.Another silly fused Saiyan is it.You're stronger than the last one.

I didn't bother anwsering Cell and just forced my fist through his chest.I pulled my arm
back and watched as the hole in Cell's chest regenerated.

Me:Damn,I forgot he can do that.Let's try a different approach.

I tried shooting Cell with energy blasts but he kept avoiding them.I decided to try atr close
range and managed to hit him a few times.

Cell:How can you be this powerful.I am the most powerful being in the Universe.I cannot be
beaten.I wont be beaten!

Cell flew up into the air and before I could follow shot me with an energy blast forcing me
downwards.

Cell:KA-ME-HA!

Me:He's gonna destroy the planet.We gotta stop him.

Cell:ME!

A huge energy ball had built up behind Cell and was almost as half as big as the city.

Me:Cell don't be stupid!If you destroy the planet you'll die too!

Cell:That's what you think!I know we could survive the planet blowing up,but you can't survive
without air!I can!

Me:I won't let you do this Cell!

Cell:Try and stop me!HA!

Cell launched the energy ball at me.

Me:KAMEHAMEHA!

I launched an even bigger energy ball at Cell's and managed to push it back but I had used
most of my energy.Unfortunatly Cell still had plenty of energy and managed to force the energy
ball back at the city.

Me:NO!

I tried powering up another attack but didn't have enough energy.

Gotenks:Let me try!KAMEHAME!

Gotenks powered up an energy ball which expanded to the same size as the one coming towards
us.

Gotenks:HA!

Gotenks launched the energy ball which collided with the other one almost instantly.Both seemed
evenly matched and were fighting for supremacy.Gotenks was still pushing his attack but Cell
was also pushing his.

Me:I have to help.

I forced whatever energy I could into my hand and sent a blast at the energy ball.It began to
push back towards Cell but it wasn't enough.

Vegeta:GALLET GUN!

I looked over and saw Vegeta had powered up to Super Saiyan and was trying to help us.The energy
blast was being pushed back towards Cell but just before it hit him he managed to start
pushing it back towards us.

Me:We need more help.

My own blast was beginning to weaken and Cell's blast was moving further towards us.

Gohan:Let me help!KAMEHAMEHA!

Gohan had powered up to Super Saiyan and launched a huge blast to help us.That was the extra
energy we needed and the blast was pushed back at Cell.He tried to stop it but it was no use
and the blast engulfed him and completely disintegrated him before it carried on into space
and gradually fading away.

Me:We...did it.

I was too exhausted and fell out of the sky landing just outside the school.Once I hit the
ground there was a bright flash and me and Goku had difused.Everyone rushed out of the
school to see what had happened after watching the battle in the sky.I tried to get up but
I was too tired.Goku managed to get up since he had a little more energy left than I did.

Goku:Uhhhh,great work David.That was incredible,I've never felt power like that before.You
really are powerful Dave.

Me:Right now I feel about as strong as a little kid.Could somebody help me up?

Gohan helped me get up and Ryoko kept hold of me to keep me from collapsing.

Ryoko:What happened to you?

Me:I'm ok.Just exhausted.

Usagi:What happened to you guys?Did you have anything to do with what just happened in the
sky?

Me:Yeah,can we please go?I really need some rest.

Usagi:Alright,get back to my house quick before anyone else finds you.

Me:Alright.

We set off as quickly as we could go and managed to get back to the house.I collapsed onto
the couch and fell asleep instantly.By the time I woke up it was morning the next day.

Me:I feel so much better.

Ryoko:Good morning.I brought you some breakfast.

Me:Thanks.But you really shouldn't have.

Ryoko:Nonsense,you really deserve it after what you did yesterday.

Me:It wasn't just me it was all of us.

Ryoko:I know but if it wasn't for you the others wouldn't have been able to do it.

Me:Well if you put it like that how can I refuse.

I quickly ate my breakfast and Ryoko took the tray back into the kitchen.I got up and got
ready.I met Ryoko and we left to meet the others.

Bulma:I think the interference is almost gone now.I think the fragment is somehwere near
the school.

Me:All right,we better check it out.

We headed over to the school and started looking around.

Me:Any luck guys?

Goku:Not here.

Vegeta:I can't find it.

Me:Oh wait,I think I see it.

I could see the crystal piece through a small window looking into the basement of the school.

Vegeta:All right,let's just smash in and get it.

Me:I don't know.We can't just break into a school.Besides,someone might catch us.

Vegeta:Well what do you suggest we do?Go and ask if we can get it?

Me:Alright,but try not to make too much noise.

Vegeta smashed the window and we climbed into the basement.Vegeta got the fragment and was
about to put it with the rest of the crystal when the door burst open.

Woman:ALL RIGHT!WHO'S DOWN HERE?!

Me:Damn,quickly,the crystal.

Vegeta put the crysal together which flashed blue before sucking us into the tunnel again.
When we were thrown out we were in a city which looked like it was in ruins.There were fires
everywhere and a lot of wreckage.

Me:What happened here?

I heard a low moaning noise behind us.We looked around and I think even Vegeta was a little
scared of what we saw.
