Chapter 2: A New Enemy

Last time our heroes Mirai Trunks and Chibi Gohan entered the time of peace where they met Gohan's younger brother Goten. Now they went on
their way to visit the Z-senshi, though Trunks is worried about meeting his father since he's such an egotistical bastard.

Chibi Gohan: Why are you so evil?! I don't think Trunk's will appreciate you calling his father that!

Mirai Trunks: I don't mind really, he is pretty self-centered, and is only determined to surpass Goku.

Chibi Gohan: Where is Dad anyway?

Goten: Dad isn't around anymore...

Chibi Gohan: Hmm? What does that mean?

Mirai Trunks instantly understood that Goten meant Goku was dead but he hid his shock for Gohan's sake and quickly covered Goten's mouth before he could say anything more.

Mirai Trunks: Umm, don't bother with him, he's just a retard. Let's just go see my father.

Chibi Gohan: I thought that you didn't want to see him.

Mirai Trunks: Better than you finding out that your father is (Goten covers his mouth)

Chibi Gohan: What are you guys talking about?

Goten: Umm, hey, did you notice that this chapter we're not so out of character and talking as randomly?

Chibi Gohan: It's because we've only spoken a few lines.

Goten: True but lalalala.

Chibi Gohan: o.o' What?

Mirai Trunks: Good job Goten, divert his attention so now he won't have to suffer with the fact that Goku's dea...(I glare at him) is not here right now. Anyway, why don't we stick to the story this time.

For the entire chapter I hope...

Mirai Trunks: Sure, whatever you say.

You’re not sticking to the story if you're talking to me...

Mirai Trunks: Oh, okay then, starting right now. (meditates and gets into a more realistic Trunks character, as does the others) Okay, off to talk
with my gay father.

That's not realistic!!

Mirai Trunks: Okay starting right now!

Therefore the three warriors walked over to Capsule Corp. where Vegeta was living; however, along the way, they met someone that seemed
familiar.

Chibi Gohan: Hey! It's Daddy! Where were you dad?

Mirai Trunks: Goku?! It can't be you, can it? Goten said that you died!

Chibi Gohan: Died? You're lying! He's right there!

Mirai Trunks: I guess you're right. Why'd you lie Goten?

Goten: I only told you what I heard from Mom and my older brother. And I think the bigger question is why we walked here.

Mirai Trunks: You can't fly yet, remember?

Goten: Oh yeah, umm I'm hungry (so Goku-like).

Mirai Trunks: Umm, okay, then let's go over to Goku.

Goten: How does that make me not hungry?

Mirai Trunks: Don't worry, it'll work.

Goten: (shrugs shoulders) Okay.

Mirai Trunks: O.o You're kind of an idiot aren't you?

Goten: No, I'm just supposed to be simple-minded like my father.

Mirai Trunks: Umm, well anyway, on we go.

Mirai Trunks and Goten walked with Gohan who instantly began talking with his father, but Goku was silent.

Goten: Is this my father?

Chibi Gohan: Yeah, he's the strongest guy in the universe and he saved us from Frieza and the Saiyajins and probably even Cell, isn't that right
Dad?

Goku: (evil smile) That's right, son. Come here so I can tell you how I defeated Cell.

As Gohan went up to Goku, his father suddenly grabbed him and placed his hands on top of Gohan's head, draining his energy. Gohan
screamed out and tried to escape, but to no avail.

Goten: What's going on?! What's happening to my brother, Trunks?!

Mirai Trunks: Shit! This isn't Goku!

Goten: That doesn't answer my question at all.

Angered at the mysterious assailant Mirai Trunks powered up to SSJ and fired a beam, only to have the attack absorbed into the body of the
false Goku.

Mirai Trunks: That's not what's supposed to happen...

Goten: (goes SSJ) Here let me try!

Goten also fires a beam at their enemy, but like Trunk's attack, he simply absorbed it, increasing the fake Goku's ki.

Chibi Gohan: What are you guys doing?! Try helping me instead!

Mirai Trunks: Well, we didn't do it on purpose.

Goten: I did.

Chibi Gohan: What?!

Goten: Geez, can't you take a joke.

Chibi Gohan: Not when I'm dying here! I can't even move.

Mirai Trunks: You sure can talk a lot though.

Chibi Gohan glared at his friend but said nothing as more of his energy was drained from him. Mirai Trunks finally decided to help and attacked the assailant with a series of kicks and punched that knocked him off his feet. By "him" I mean Trunks. Goten tried attacking too, but the fake Goku easily moved out of the way and the little Saiyajin kicked Gohan instead.

Chibi Gohan: You know, I think I would be in a better situation if you two didn't "help". Just leave already.

Mirai Trunks: Okay then (starts to walk off and Goten follows)

Chibi Gohan: O.o Where the hell do you think you're going?!

Goten: You said to, and besides, we can't do anything to help you. Sorry, Gohan.

Just as things were getting worse for Gohan, (though I don't think that's possible when your friends give their energy to the enemy that is killing you and attack you instead) an expected hero came to the rescue.

Mirai Trunks: Don't you mean, unexpected?

No, expected, and you can't talk to me anymore. Anyway, it was Piccolo, who had basically saved Gohan in every movie that he was chibi. (aww, so sweet, and chibi Gohan-chan is so kawaii...) With a small blast, Piccolo knocked the fake Goku away from Gohan, and he quickly ran away.
However, the damage was done; Gohan was on the ground near daeth.

Piccolo: Don't you mean "death"?

Nooo, I mean daeth, its exactly like death, but spelled differently... And you can't talk to me so you can't tell me that I made a mistake, so there.
Now, back to the stoyr.

Piccolo: I think you mean "story" but anyway... it continues.

Mirai Trunks: Hey, Piccolo, aren't you surprised that Gohan and me are here?

Piccolo: Why should I be? I heard everything you guys said and that's why I came.

Goten: How did you hear? Was it your sensitive, giant ears? Or the fact that you used to be God and watched over the Earth?

Piccolo: No, the authoress wanted me to hear so I could interfere in the fight.

Goten: Oh, okay then, I guess we'll really get back to the story now. Gohan! Are you okay?

Mirai Trunks: (rolls eyes) Oh yeah, he's okay, even being near death and all.

Goten: Oh good, I was afraid he would die.

Mirai Trunks: Idiot! I was being sarcastic! Gohan is going to die if we don't do anything. Piccolo, do you have any senzu with you?

Piccolo: Sure, I always have a senzu because that's what I'm made of.

Mirai Trunks: Cool, so let's have it.

Piccolo: You're just as idiotic as Goten! I was being sarcastic as well.

Mirai Trunks: So you don't have a senzu?

Piccolo: I have one more.

Mirai Trunks: Umm, then why did you say you didn't?

Goten: Actually he said that he was

Chibi Gohan: Excuse me, if someone would just give me the senzu and stop arguing so I don't die...

Piccolo: Always thinking of yourself, aren't you?

Umm, people, you're supposed to be in character...

Mirai Trunks: It's your fault that you're not writing us in character...

Oh yeah, well then, Piccolo happily gave the senzu to Gohan who recovered tremendously, gaining greater power than before due to his Saiyajin blood.

Gohan: Thanks Piccolo. But, I wonder what that thing that attacked me was, and I still want to know where my dad is.

Piccolo: I thought you would realize by now that he's dead. Sorry Gohan.

Gohan had always looked up to Piccolo but at that moment he felt hatred and anger towards him at the fact that he would lie about something so serious. Still, Gohan could feel that it was not a lie, and tears began feeling the eleven-year-old's eyes. He became so angry realizing that he did not have a father anymore that he transformed into a Super Saiyajin!

Chibi Gohan: Finally, I have transformed! Now I can avenge you death Dad!

(The other warriors sweat drop)

Mirai Trunks: Umm, actually, you learned how to become a Super Saiyajin already...

Piccolo: And it's hard to avenge Goku's death because he was killed seven years ago while fighting Cell and now Cell's dead.

Chibi Gohan: Oh, okay, I guess that's good, but who defeated Cell? Was it you, Piccolo, or Vegeta?

Piccolo: Nope you killed him, something even your father couldn't do.

Goten: Well, technically, he didn't kill Cell, or at least not yet since the fight didn't happen in your timeline.

Mirai Trunks: That's true so that means your father really isn't dead Gohan.

Chibi Gohan: Still, he's Son Goku, and I'm Son Gohan, his son, no matter the time. And that over there is Son Goten, also Son Goku's son.
Oi, too much "Sons". You're still stalling the story Gohan!

Chibi Gohan: Oops, gomen ne, (glare from me, as always). Well, anyway, I guess we should go back to my timeline to warn my dad, and so I can go and defeat Cell.

Piccolo: Hmm, I think it was a bad idea to tell him how Cell was defeated... Now Gohan'll be overconfident and probably get himself killed...

Mirai Trunks: Most likely, but we should go back anyway to help out...

Piccolo: Whatever, but I should tell you that you kind of get killed.

Mirai Trunks: Hmm, is that so? Wel then, I think I like this place better. Let's go track down that new enemy that look's like Goku.

Chibi Gohan: I guess that's okay, especially sense I doubt the time machine will have enough power to return to the past.

Mirai Trunks: Crap, you're right. I'll bring the time machine in for Mother to fix then, and I guess I can't escape facing my father.

Chibi Gohan: Yeah, hey you know what, you were supposed to be the one to suffer in this chapter....

Mirai Trunks: Yeah, but luckily that fake Goku interfered.

Goten: Don't worry, Gohan, I'm sure he'll have some problems in the next chapter. The authoress can't only pick on you...

Oh sure I can Goten, but that's for me to decide, in the next chapter. What will Trunk's reaction be when he meets his father, and who is this mysterious new enemy that attacked Gohan? Find out, only if you review... Well I'll still write, but review anyway please.
