Chapter 3: So Starts The Game

Four people stared in shock at the woman they brought back from the dead. It was unanimous between all the senshi that Usagi Tsukino, while a very good friend, could never be the Tsuki-no-Hime and that the real princess needed to reclaim what was rightfully hers. However, they weren't prepared for this. Never this. What they remembered Serenity as was beautiful and graceful. A young woman with all the manners expected in a princess. What they remembered as Serenity, was nothing compared to the raving lunatic they got.

Setsuna sighed heavily. `I should have foreseen this! After a millennia in the afterlife…. Kuso! Why can't I use my gates? This never would have happened if I had been able to use them….(1)

Rei shuddered at the sound of yet another one of Serenity's piercing screams. `Sweet Kami! Can't she ever shut up! Odango Attama was never this bad! Holy Shit…Did I just think that? Did I just think that Odango was better than Serenity?' Another piercing scream rang through the air. `Yup...'

Endymion(2) glared at the screaming princess. 'This is my true intended? I think I was better off with that whiny bitch, Usagi.'

Hotaru had already transformed into Saturn and was currently clutching her glaive pretty damn hard as she thought of multiple ways of killing Serenity.'Nothing is worth this torment. Nothing. Maybe I should go back to Usagi and beg her forgiveness...'

As for the rest of the senshi, they were all off doing their own thing, each of them grateful that they weren't the ones dealing with the princess.

Mina and Ami were in a room down the hall, both in their own little worlds.

Mina was planning shopping sprees and such with her cousin (3), completely unaware that her cousin wasn't quite all there.

Ami was typing away at her computer, trying to figure out where exactly they went wrong with the spell and how they could 'fix' Serenity.

Makoto was no longer even in the house, let alone in the room, having long ago decided to work off her stress (and the urge to kill Serenity) in the local gym.

As for Michiru and Haruka, they were in the music-room on the other side of the manor, two floors above Serenity's room. Michiru was playing her violin while Haruka accompanied her on the piano. The duet's music would have calmed the others and soothed their dark thoughts against Serenity, had they only been there to listen to the beautiful sound. Unfortunately for Serenity, the other senshi didn't bother.

NOTES:

1. I'm not exactly gonna go into why, as you'll learn all the details later, but lets just say that it's a punishment.

2. Mamo-baka is now permanently Endymion, simply because i want him to be. But if you want an explanation that sounds good, it's because now that Serenity is constantly around and being Serenity, not say... a warrior or a civilian, than Endymion now has no need for his snickers warrioror his civilian forms.

3. In the Silver Millennium, Serenity was Sailor Venus' cousin. (I'm going with what I've read in bio's here).
