Christmas on Monster Island

Chapter 5

The party was in full swing as the guests interacted with one another. Of course, Yami was again ambushed by Erika, Jacquelyn, and Meira. Seto was sandwiched between Sapphire, Jacquelyn's muse, and Ishizu. Needless to say, he now wished Slifer were attacking him rather then be between two jealous females.

Ash was talking with Saria, and Medlia was playing with Pikachu while her mother talked with the young man. Saria was once Link's wife, but due to a very disastrous event that involved other parties, he sacrificed his life with another to save two worlds. Since then, she had taken the liberty of raising their daughter by herself. No man could replace Link.

Kiyone was talking with Keitaro Urashima and Motoko, the people from the Love Hina dimension. Kiyone was wife to Tenchi Masaki, and they raised their daughter, Stephanie Masaki. However, a jealous trip by Ayeka and Ryoko resulted in him sacrificing his life to save her. Since then, she had taken the burden of raising their daughter herself.

Shane, Mike, and Shobu were talking with Serenity, DMG, and Ranma Satome. They were sitting on the sofa, watching others go to and fro about their business. They were also stuffing away at the food, eating their fill from plates and trays that had every single kind of food possible. Chinese, American, Mexican, Japanese, Korean… all types of food where available!

Lady D, Brittany, and Laura were eating food at one of the buffet lines with some of DJ's earlier guests. They really did not mind talking with strangers, after DJ told them the story. After all, these people had it worse then them back at the real reality world. DJ was only trying to give them all a decent Christmas, so they didn't mind being near them.

"Hey, everyone!", a voice shouted out. The noise quieted down some, and all of the guests turned their attention to a certain 11 year-old boy. He had a microphone on hand, and was standing in front of the large Christmas tree.

"I would like to thank each and everyone of you for coming, and also for making it more lively then at Halloween!", DJ exclaimed excitedly.

He continued, "Also, I like to welcome my guests from my home realm. My friends, I hope I make this Christmas enjoyable for you and your loved ones.". He gave a small bow, and the people cheered, whistled, and clapped for their hero.

DJ announced, "If any of you wish to go outside and play in the snow, be my guests! The entire island is now a winter wonderland, and made just for you!".

Half of the entire guest list then scrambled out of the room, cheering like schoolchildren and just dying to hit the snow banks. The rest just hook their heads, smiling though and wondering if they were ever like that as kids.

"And now that the floor is open… LET'S KICK IT UP WITH MY FAVORITE CHIRSTMAS SONG!!!", he exclaimed. He took out a small remote control, clicked upwards, a large sound system that was set-up above turned on full blast!

DJ slowly went to the center of the large dance floor, which popped up from underneath in front of the Christmas tree. He gently and slowly took Lady Devimon's hand, and started to encourage her to dance with him. The song that was now playing was All I Want For Christmas Is You from Mariah Carey. It was at the slow beginning, and some managed to take this golden moment of opportunity.

Darien went out on the floor, accompanied by Kasumi (Dead or Alive). After that, many more couples came onto the dance floor. At the right moment, when the beat started to pick up, so did the dancers! When the moment came, the music really started to pick up the beat and that is when the real party started!

~Up above~

Snowball war was underway! Most of the people that had gone topside chose sides, and now a massive snowball war was on! Snowballs rained down from the sky like nothing else, thanks to the throwers of course. Snow forts were set up by both teams, the scene making it to be like medieval times.

Those that did not participate in the war were content to just playing around. Neo Aqua Madoor and Goten (child) were making a gigantic snowman, when they received something of a shock. They turned to see Queen's Knight and Bra making an equally tall snow woman.

"What? You expected anything else?", Bra inquired gleefully as she and her partner grinned at one another, high-fiving at the gaping male duo.

Elsewhere, on the slopes of Mt. Rodan (Rodan's home), skies were slicing down the mountain. Whoops and hollers of joy and excitement echoed out as the extreme sports stars sailed down the tall mountain. Snowboarders surfed their way down, doing extreme and dangerous stunts in the process. Sledders also zoomed down, the passengers screaming in terror and fun.

Archie and Betty were skiing down the slope, when Utena and Naruto caught up with them on their snowboards. Both rang out with excitement as they now dipped into a very steep slope.

~Back inside~

As the people danced away in the main foyer, some of the guests left to explore the manor. Hinata and Gaara found the Theater Room, and convinced the party to go in and watch some movies. When they entered the area, they were in all on what they saw. A large vendor bar in the middle, a small café on the right side, and also a gigantic video arcade on the left!

"Wow!! This place is so totally cool!", Kuwabara exclaimed. Suddenly, copies of DJ appeared in the vendor stands, all n uniform and smiling.

"So, you gonna order something or just stand there and gawk?", one of the stated with a smirk.

Quickly, another copy rose up and was at the ticket stand. "Okay, which movie you want to see first?", he asked while getting ready the cash register.

The large group murmured to one another, then agreed to see a Christmas movie. Stanley Ipkiss went to the copy and requested, "Five thousand for National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation, please.". The copy made the order, and the tickets came bursting through in streams!

"Its on the house, my friends!", the copy declared with a smile.

Half of them went to the right corridor where the screening was at, while the rest went to the vendor stand for hot dogs, popcorn, soda, candy, and pretzels.

It seemed that this was going to be a very long, promising afternoon and night.

(Author's Notes: Fun is happening, but soon the real events begin! Also, in this form, I want to give the reviewers a chance to see on where they are.
