BANG! Surprise!
“Hey, wait up we’re not as fast as you!” Out in the field the children are playing with their new friend. “Ha ha ha you guys have to catch me! That’s the point of the game!” yelled Crystal. “But that’s no fair your too fast, your cheating Sis!” cried the kids. Its been two months since Crystal came here and she’s already strong enough to use the Phoenix with out being knock out in the process. She also did some training with her sword against Rath. But for now Crystal is relaxing before she leaves for her journey. For a couple of days Crystal felt something bad is going to happen. But she couldn’t put her finger on it. Crystal then decided to take a walk around town and she said goodbye to the kids. Upon reaching it she decided to take a route to the park. There she saw Rath walk to her. When he reach her he spoke, “Crystal can I speak with you?” Crystal gave him a look she was about to say why but Rath spoke again, “ I’m having a formal gathering with everyone in town and we would like you to come.” “Thanks but no thanks. I would go but I’m not part of your town and I don’t have anything to wear.” Crystal said.
He just smiled and said, “Oh no problem I have some one to take you shopping. She‘s my niece from my wife‘s side. Her name is Diana and she agreed and said that she needed a new dress anyways. (A/N wife died when Kent was 7 don’t want to get in it she is not important on with the story.)
“Fine I’ll go just don’t expect me to dance.” Crystal said. “Sure then I take you to Diana’s house now its still early to get your clothes.” Rath said as he look at the sky. They then began to walk to Diana’s house. When they got there Rath knocked on the door. They waited awhile then the door opened. There stood a woman only 10 years older then Crystal with blonde shoulder length hair, a white and blue striped blouse, and khaki pants. She stood there then she said, “Oh Uncle it’s been a long time I haven’t seen you in a while what brought you here and this must be the Crystal that you were talking about.” “Yep this is her Diana. Her name is Crystal.” Rath gestured to Crystal and she nodded and shook hands with Diana.
They then began to talk to each other and found out that they had a lot in common. They were instantly friends right then and there. After they talked Rath said, “Well Crystal got to go and get ready. When you’re done shopping come to my house to get ready.” he said. Crystal only nodded then he left. After that they left to go shopping. A whole two hours past and they found the perfect dress for both of them. They went to Rath’s house and went up to Crystal’s room. They were doing her hair and everything. Crystal wanted to know why every one was dressing up for the gathering but Diana told her she will find out later. After they were done they looked gorgeous. Diana was in a pink dress that goes up to the knees and the straps goes around her neck. There were some flowers laced on her dress and she wore matching shoes with it.
Diana also had some make up on that made her even more beautiful than before. But for Crystal she was something else. She wore a slim blue silk dress that goes to her feet and it drags a little. Her wide straps hung off her shoulders with matching high heels to go with the dress. It was a simple dress but the it look magnificent on her. She also wore her Phoenix Sphere around her neck. The make up she wore only made her natural beauty more radiant. Crystal could only stared at her reflection. “I can’t believe this is actually me.” She was amazed of her looks. Well yeah Crystal knew that she was cute I mean a lot of guys asked her out. But she shot them down she didn’t want to date any one until she meet that special someone.
“Hey don’t sell yourself out. I mean your beautiful. Come on we have to get down stairs.” Diana said. With that they went down and saw that Rath was no where to be seen. They went to every room and couldn’t find him. They finally went to the ball room but when they went in it was dark. They stepped in and than “Pop! Pop! Pop!” That scared the shit out of Crystal. The lights turned on and everyone Crystal have meet these past two months was in the room. They all wore dresses and suits. Then they yelled, “Surprise! Happy Birthday Crystal!”
Crystal stood there and stared and them. She was stunned and she grinned every one came to her and greeted her. “I can’t believe you all did this for me. Thank you so much for doing this for me.” Crystal stated. “All no problem Crystal I mean you only have one special day to celebrate. In plus we wanted to share our time with you before you leave.” Rath said.
“Wait a minute how do you know my birthday Rath?” Crystal question. “Well I was there when you were born.” he said. “Oh right I forgot that. I didn’t even remember my birthday was to day. Thanks for everything you all did for me.” Then Kent ran up to her and said, “Hey lets get this party started!” They all agreed and they began to party. They cut the cake and every one was eating.
It was a happy moment from then on. After they ate everybody began to have fun. The kids ran and played tag and such. The adults talked, joke, and laugh with each other. Music was playing and everyone was dancing. Rath then came up to Crystal and asked her to dance with him. She said no and that she couldn’t dance. But he offered to teach her. Crystal heisted a bit but took the offer. Before she knew it she was dancing.
“Now are you glad that you dance with me?” Rath answered. “I didn’t knew I could dance. I guess I was nervous because I never dance before.” Crystal said. After that they dance again and everybody began to dance. Every one had a blast at Crystal’s birthday party. She then excused her self and said that she wanted to be alone. She then left to the balcony. She only stood there for a few minutes looking at the sky. Then someone came up to her and tapped her on the shoulder. She looked up and there stood a man with jet black hair and the most deep cerulean blue eyes Crystal had ever seen in her life.
His eyes were like deep blue pools of mystery. His out fit was a black suit like most of the men here but in the same very different. This man look almost the same age as Crystal maybe a year older. He was very tall Crystal only reach up to his shoulder. He then spoke, his voice was little deep but just right. “Hi my name is Chris and you must be the birthday girl.” He said and smiled. She then said, “Well hi Chris my name is Crystal and yes I’m the birthday girl. It is very nice to meet you. I’m not trying to seem rude but have I seen you before?”
“Well yes and no but I can tell you later.” Chris said. After that he asked to dance with her and she said yes. They went inside to see that they were playing slow songs. Most of the adults were pair off with partners. Crystal could see that Diana and Rath got some one to dance with even Kent had a partner. Chris offered his arm and Crystal took it. They then began to slow dance and they both were enjoying every second of it. Wow this is so great he so hot I hope I get to know him better. Crystal thought. While they dance they were whispering to each other.
They slowly got to know each other then at that moment Chris lean in to give her a kiss. The kiss was so passionate and yet innocent. When they broke Crystal blush like mad. He then whispered in her ear, “Thank you for the dance and I hope to get to know you even more Crystal.” After he said that he looked at her hazel eyes and smiled. Crystal also whispered in his ear, “Me to I really enjoyed it. This is the best birthday I ever had.” They smiled at each other and Chris spoke, “I have to go now I hope to see you again Crystal.” He then led her back to the balcony and lean down and kissed her again but this time it was longer and more passionate than ever and then he left. Crystal smiled at her self and knew that she will never forget this. She walked back to the ball room then at that moment “BANG!!!” The ground then began to shook and every thing began to break. There stood the same man that Crystal saw back at earth.

Crystal smiled at her self and knew that she will never forget this. She walked back to the ball room then at that moment “BANG!!!” The ground then began to shook and every thing began to break. There stood the same man that Crystal saw back at earth.
