Form Period,

Opinions on Racism and laws,

the teacher puts forward six points,

like a jewish star,

Too many "Howevers" and "Therefores" for my liking,

Try to listen, don't fall asleep,

give logical and clever answers,

Sit up, chew my pen,

Twizzle my hair, Wonder what she said?

And then she asks the most terrible question,

When you aren't listening that is...

"What do you think?"

Could do a Bridget Jones, ask for the bathroom,

No, glance at the sheet, use big words,

"Err...Well, I..."

Class shuts up, waiting for my answer,

"I think Miss that...

All eyes on me,

"That i think...We should go outside, in the rain,

trash the French Block and go home,

reading Dickens in utterly bad Japanese!"

Silence.
