Riku smiled and pointed towards a pile of blankets. "I guess this is all too much for her. Good night", he laid down.

Amber laid back onto a cot, "riku, how long can you play this game?"

He glanced at her. "Playing straight? About a day in real life, before you need to take a break. Your body is still in the tube in real life. And you need to eat real food"

She nodded and closed her eyes.

Riku glanced over at his sister as she crawled over and climbed in the blankets next to mimi, he smiled slightly. "thank you two for taking it easy while she is with us"

Karen looks at him and smiles as she blushes. "we don't do that….",

He laughs softly. "yea, but I see you kiss quite a lot before, and I havent seen you kiss once yet"

She grins. "that's because we got all of out tension out by making out before coming here", He frowns and goes to say something. "im joking…. The most we did was kiss and hold hands"

He smiles and nods. "thank you… good night"

She snuggles next to mimi and smiles, "good night". Mimi wakes up somewhat and puts her arms around karen.

"good night, karen… riku". She leans forward and kisses karen then lays back down.

He smiles slightly, used to that happening. He lays down and thinks back to the time when they first kissed infront of his dad and him, his dad flipped out and sent them both to her room, which was a bad idea. He shook his head and lays down, going to sleep.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~NEXT MORNING~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

He wakes up and glances at glances at amber, he smiles and sits up. He looks at mimi and karen and smiles again. "good morning". He looks at karen as she is typing on the screen with one hand and has her other arm around mimi. Mimi has both her arms around karen, one around her back, and the other a crossed her stomach as she leans on karen's shoulder, he scoots over and looks at what they are doing. "what are you doing?…".

They glance at him and smiles. "… nothing, just ordering room service…".

He laughs and looks at amber. "wait for her before you send it". They nod and go back to looking for something to eat. He gets up and stretches, spreading his wings out and then wrapping them around himself, he walks over to amber and kneels down next to her, he brushes some hair away from her face gently. "….hey amber, its time to get up".

She opens her eyes and sits up, yawning. She blushes somewhat and looks at him. "… good morning. So what are we doing?"

He smiles slightly. "well first we are eating, they are ordering food right now, what do you want?". She looks around him at the two and her mouth drops open, he looks at them then back to her. "…. Yea… forgot to mention that…".

She looks at him. "…, you're a bad influence…",

He laughs and looks at her hard, she winces alittle and he leans closer. "… don't forget, you promised…."

She nods. "sorry…. I…, um, anything?… how about an old fashioned eggs breakfast".

He nods and glances at the two girls. "you get that?".

Mimi looks at him. "yea, we heard…., um…. So what are we doing today ?"

He leans up against the couch that amber was leaning on and looks at her, amber slides down to the floor a few inches away from him and brings her knees up to her chest, as she wraps her arms around them as if she was cold. He glances at her and she rests her head. "still tired?". She nods alittle and he looks back at mimi. "…. First we are going to get my sword fixed in the next village… then I have no clue, this was your idea to play the game, remember".

She smiles and leans against karen again, karen kisses her cheek and mimi looks at her surprised, karen smiles and looks back at the screen.

Amber smiles slightly. "you are a bad influence". She looks at riku then sits up and leans against the couch.

"you cold?", he looks at her and smiles slightly.

She glances at him. "no…. maybe later". She smiles and looks back to karen and mimi.

He looks at her slightly confused. *did she just say that she would let me…. Later?*, he frowns slightly and stands up.

Amber looks at him. "if you must then yes".

He looks at her and laughs alittle. "…it isnt that…". He walks over to their stuff and goes through it, bringing out his sword. He walks back over to where he was sitting and takes it out of his sheathe.

Amber looks at the pile of stuff. "where did that come from?". She looks at his sword, it looked like a long broad sword, about half of a foot up from the handle the sword was snapped in half, then the rest was all in different sized pieces. "what happened?"

"… we gathered all of that stuff from playing before…., and a dragon is what happened…., he bit the sword and froze it, then as I tried to cut him it shattered. Luckily I was able to get all of the pieces"

"how do you plan on that being fixed?",

he laughed alittle and looks at her. "this is a game… remember, anything can be fixed. And I plan on upgrading it this time…", she tilted her head and her ear bent down alittle as she looked at him confused. "…. I got the hand of the dragon, as well as a few of its fangs"

karen and mimi looks at them. "and we got the rest". She smiles and kisses mimi again, mimi giggle and pushes her away playfully.

Riku grins. "hey you two…. I thanked you for not doing it, then the next morning you do…"

They frown and karen looks at him. "sorry, we'll… stop",

Amber elbows riku and looks at them. "no, its ok. You don't have to…". She looks at riku. "im fine with them kissing each other, a lot of my… old friends were bisexuals…".

Karen smiles at her and kisses mimi again, this time on the lips as she glances at riku. Mimi pushes her away again, giggling. "karen….", she grins and kisses her on the lips then looks at the screen, hoping karen would stop trying to tick off riku,

Riku sighs. "alright…..its fine to do, just don't get carried away…"

They nod and amber looks at riku. "so how do you upgrade it?"

He looks at her. "take it to a smith and give them the items to upgrade it…. There are an unlimited amounts of things to upgrade them with". He motions towards karen. "she has one of the strongest weapons of her class.…".

Amber laughs and looks at her. "so you do beat him huh?"

Riku glances at karen then to amber. "If I played this game half as much as she does, then she wouldn't….". he sighs and there is a knock on the door. Riku gets up and goes to it.

Amber looks at karen and mimi, "…. So, how long have you two known each other?"

Karen glances at her then back to the screen. "…. Non-".

Mimi kisses her, cutting her off from her sentence then looks at amber. "…. All of our lives…., but we don't talk about our relationship… so if you would… not bring it up".

Amber frowns slightly but nods. "oh… I see… alright, sorry,…". She looks over at riku as he comes back carrying a few trays.

He glanced between the three girls and smiled. "alright people… how about we go and let amber pick her weapon type after I get my sword fixed, then we can level up some more"

Karen glanced at him then to mimi. "…. Well?"

Mimi smiled and kissed her cheek before looking at riku. "…alright…., the training was getting boring anyway…. Me and karen have the strongest weapons in our group, well…. Unless we could upgrade them somehow, so…. Could we change our weapon type, but still keep our weapons for this group?"

He smiled slightly. "actually…yea, you can… you can pick a second group…, but you could upgrade the weapons you have now by meditating…."

Karen and mimi frown slightly. "is that the only way?….", he looks at mimi and nods. "but… what kind of second group can we have?"

He sighs. "any that you want…", he looks at amber. "what do you want to be?… I'm a warrior… karen is a ninja, and mimi is an archer".

She leaned back onto the couch and stared at the ceiling, "I don't know…, im not much of a fighter…, so, Is there any healing groups, or perhaps magic?".

Riku smiled slightly. "yes, there are quite a few, both magic and healing…. Sorcerer, wizard, cleric, paladin, ah… those are the only ones that come to mind at the moment"

She glanced at him. "clerics… arent really both, they use potions, paladin… no, so… how about a sorceress.". she smiled slightly. "would that be fine?"

He nods then looks at karen. "we should get going… finish eating…"

She stuck her tongue out at him then grinned as she continualed eating, riku looks back at amber and smiles, seeing her already done. "you full?", she nods and stands up to stretch. He sighs again and glances around, karen finishes and everyone gets up. They all take out their stuff outside and wait. After a few minutes, three rocs come and stop in front of them. "alright, lets start loading our stuff onto the females". They nodded and started to put their bags onto the Rocs without horns,

Amber looks over at riku as they start to walk out of the village. "… so, did you create everything, or did you have some help?".

He looked at her and smiled slightly. "well… I did have some help, and I am open to suggestions anytime…, mainly it is only a few close friends that have access to it, and it is incredibly hard to hack into".

She nodded and looked at mimi and karen as they climbed onto the male roc, karen looked at her. "you want to ride amber?".

Amber smiled and shook her head. "no that's ok…". She started to walk next to riku as he held the reins of the female Rocs. She reached over and took one of them, then looked at him. "I see… your father must be proud of you that you could create something like this".

He scoffed and looked ahead. "I wouldn't say proud…, he says that I shouldn't waste my talent with silly games when I could be using it for science and stuff…., sure… I can, but I still consider myself a kid, and why would I want to waste my life when I don't have to".

She nods slightly, remembering her parents and how they always expected so much of her. She frowns slightly, wishing she never got captured. She shook her head and looked at him again. "…, I see…". She sighs and looks back at mimi and karen, who were holding each other as they both looked at the screen they had before. She looks at riku again. "… did you ever cheat?".

He looks at her then back to karen. "no, but somehow, I think she did…. They both have energy weapons…. You cant upgrade them normally with a smith".

"yea, you said they had to meditate…"

he nods and smiles. "when you meditate.. your mind goes to another part in the game where you will meet a trainer, your real body wont move, but you will be able to train normally in a different realm". He glances back at them and sees they were listening and were already meditating. "… of course… it is hard to do…"

amber frowns slightly and looks at them. "is it dangerous?….".

he shakes his head and looks forward again. "no…, just… if you start, you cant stop until you finish your lesson…, so in a way it is.. since anything could happen to your body while you are meditating".

She looks ahead down the trail. "how far is the other village?…. will we get into a fight before we get there?"

He looks at her and smiles. "no, this path is protected, we might see some monsters, but they cant attack us as long as we are on this path". She nods and he looks ahead. "besides, even if we do… the ones closer to people are weaker. Though there was a few times some strong ones got close, but that is rare… and even without my sword, I can still fight good".

She smiled at him and looked ahead again. "when does your dad get home?".

Riku smacks his head and stops. "damn it…. I forgot about that….". he looks back at the other two girls. "… once I drop my sword off, we have to quit playing for a little bit…". The whine and he smiles. "oh come on, don't tell me your not hungry".

Karen glances at him and sticks her tongue out. "fine…", she and mimi giggled and then karen put her arms around her again.

Riku shook his head and look ahead at the buildings. "… alright, lets just get to the smith".

Amber glanced around at the buildings. "… nice work on the buildings, if I didn't know it was a game, I could probably live here.".

He laughed and looked at her. "… yea, well… history and fantasy were kind of an interest of mine…, so it wasn't really hard"

Karen smiled and looked at mimi. "…, bragart"

He glanced back at her then looked ahead to a building with an open space infront of it, surrounded by an iron fence, the buidling had a large stack on its top which smoke was pouring out of into the sky only to disappear in thin air. They went into the field and riku stopped as a man walked towards them,

The man smiled at them. "… mr. Matizumi… what brings you back to my smith yard"

Riku took ahold of his sheathe. "… my sword is broken and I need you to fix it, and how many times have I been here…. You know that I told you to call me riku..."

The man came forward and took the sheathe with the sword. And pulled it out, he frowned slightly. "… riku, what happened to it?"

Riku chuckled slightly and looked at his sword. "a dragon… we defeated it, but he froze my sword as I was about to hit him, then when I did it shattered"

The smith shook his head. ".. do you want to upgrade it?"

Riku nodded and went to the rocs, he pulled out the dragon claw he had and a few of its teeth. "yea. Use these"

The smith nodded and put the sword back into the sheathe then grabbed the items riku had. "alright, it should be done in the usual time…"

Riku nodded and looked back at the others. ".. .oh, and could you perhaps make a dragonic staff…."

The smith looked around then at him. "shh, do you want to get me into trouble, you know magic is forbidden here… it always backfires"

Riku smiled. "not always issac…. And I need a staff for her" he motioned back to amber. "…she is training to be a sorceress. So please…. Do me a favor…"

Issac(the smith) sighed and looked at her. "…lucky dog… found yourself a good looking lass…."

Riku glanced at amber to see her looked away and blush then he looked back at issac. "… so can you?"

Issac looked around then back to him. "very well… it'll take alittle longer then… so add a few hours to the normal time…"

Riku nodded. "thank you, I'll pay afterwards as always", the smith nodded and riku turned and went back to the others. "…well. Lets go…", they all nodded and turned to head back an alley, amber following karen and mimi. They stopped once out of view. Riku glanced around then looked at them. "..alright, I'll log us all out since amber doesn't know how to move her body in real life yet…", he looked down and they all started glowing, soon everything faded into darkness.

Amber opened her eyes and looked straight ahead to see a glass window with pipes and wires across the room. She smiled slightly and sat up, hitting her head in the process, the window opened and she got out rubbing her head. "owwie…. That hurt". She looked at the others smiled. "so…. What now?"

Riku looked at her and smiled. "…well, the cooks probably have dinner done… so why don't we go eat right now… then you and me have something to do". They turned and headed out of the room, walking back to the elevator, amber frowned not knowing what he meant until she thought back to his dad's office, she sighed, hoping he had forgotten like she had.

Karen looked at them. "can we join you?",

Riku looked at her and shook his head. "sorry, its personal…."

Mimi glanced back at them but kept quiet, karen frowned. "fine then… we didn't want to anyway"

He smiled at her and looked at amber who started walking beside him. She looks at him. "….does mimi know?"

He frowns and looks at mimi, but her and karen were talking. "yea… I think she does…., she doesn't have to worry either though….", amber looked at her, then ahead. "her brother is one…., he is a real asshole to everyone except her. he cares about her and gives her money when she needs it or asks, but he is usually away doing his job to really take care of her, so our house has sorta became a second home for her…., but that's ok, my boss knows and lets me not do that much work, so I can keep karen from knowing"

Karen grinned. "knowing what?"

He frowned and started to say something to her but amber stepped in. "… well… if you must know". Riku looked at her and she smiled. "… me and riku were thinking about going out together something….", riku looked at karen, wondering if she'd buy into it.

Karen turned and looked at them as she walked backwards. "really?…., you should riku, amber is nice and beautiful, you two look cute together",

she giggled and riku frowned. "… I wasn't really going for the `cute' look….", mimi joined in and they both started giggling as they walked into the elevator. Riku leaned closer to ambers ear so the others wouldn't hear. "… thanks, but now we have that to deal with"

amber shrugged and he looked at her confused. "… well its not like it wont be easy to fake…., I mean, I am staying with you right?". She looked at him.

He smiled. "of course…., if you want to that is".

She smiled and nodded, they stepped into the elevator and he hit the button, making it go up three floors. "of course, there isnt a reason not to, is there?"

He shrugs as they all start walking towards the kitchen. "I suppose not"

She smiles and looks ahead as they all walk through a set of wooden double doors, the dinning room had a large oak table with a red tablecloth, the walls had wood panelling and electric torches every few feet hanging on the walls. There was a large chandleier hanging from the room directing in the center of the room. The lighting gave it a cool dark look along with the rest of the décor. Riku pulled out a chair and motioned amber to sit down, she did and smiles at him. "thanks…". She scoots it in alittle as he takes his seat next to her, amber and mimi take the seats across from them.

Riku nods slightly and smiles then glances at the kitchen door, as if on cue three waitors come in and serve the meal. "…., is my father home?"

One of the waitors looks at him. "no sir, mr. Matizumi isnt home as of yet…, should he be getting here soon?"

Riku nods then looks to the food. He glances over at amber. "what do you want to drink?, well other then champiane"

She frowns slightly and looks at him. "… ah, anything would be fine…. ,except the champaine"

He smiles and the waitors leave the room. "… actually, everyone gets a glass of champaine during dinner, you don't have to drink it through"

She nods and looks at amber and mimi then back to him. "… shouldn't we wait for your dad?"

Riku smiles again. "no, its alright, he is usually later then the time he says, so we should be about done by the time he gets here". She nods and looks at the food, riku looks at her. "you can start getting your food". She bites her lips and watches as everyone starts to put food on their plates. Riku smiles slightly. "come on, you promised you would act like yourself around me…. And I doubt you would sit there during dinner doing nothing"

She frowns slightly. "I know…, its just…."

He looks at her again. "I will do it if you don't feel comfortable…"

She sighs and shakes her head, she leans forward and starts to put food on her plate, he smiles and leans back into his chair, not touching a thing. She stops after she puts enough food onto her plate and sits back like him.

He smiles slightly. "… well, we arent really religious, but if you want to, you can say grace…. If not then we just usually wait till everyone has their food…. So do you want to?"

She looks at him. "… no thanks…"

He nods and starts to eat, as does mimi and karen, amber smiles and starts eating also.

Me : "Well, a twist or not?… heh, well lets see how you like the next one when they watch the tapes…. *someone knocks on the door*

Peanut gallery(sorry, couldn't help it, I found out one of my teachers reads this, or found it on the web. And I hate her, SO go to hell MRS…. Well, you know who you are…., and you cant do nothing about it :-p):"…ah, you going to get that?"

ME: I grin. ",… nope, its for riku to get…. In the next chapter that is…, so lets see…. I know you probably want to know who is the new character(s), what is on the tapes, who all will watch them, and what is the surprising twist….. well, you'll have to keep reading :-p as will I, since I don't even know what the twist is yet ^_^, well maybe I do, but I wont tell you".
