Chapter 6: The First Temple of Healing

After their little chat the four of them laid down and driffed off to sleep. Link was thankful for a dreamless night but Mika was not as lucky as he was. Her dreams were filled for the nightmares of her past. She found it hard to sleep, think or do anything. She felt like downing herself in the lake but she could not even find the strength to move.

But she did manage to get some sleep even though it scared her. She wanted to talk about this pain this horrid pain she felt. But she could hardly speak of the topic with out Running away from everyone. She knew that one day she would have to bring it up or it would really eat her alive. And now that she was free, she did not feel like dying.

Karzon also had a dream that night. He had a dream that two men had given him a very important item. They told him to hold on to it and watch over it for them why they went to meet with someone else. The men had looked Identical but their hair was slightly different in a way. Malon was another one who was blessed with a dreamless night, he mind just kept thinking about the staff of healing.

The lake started to ripple as something was swimming towards the top. The Calm quite waters were disturbed as something splashed out of the water into the morning air. The thing swam over to the shore of the lake then climbed out. Hardly anyone would spend the night by the shore of the lake. Out in the open like they were.

Karzon was woken up by the splashing sound that came from the lake. He blinked a few times as the morning light hit his eyes. He sat up and yawned. Then his eyes fell upon the thing that had come out of the lake. He had never seen anything like it before. It was scary almost human like.

"AH!" Karzon screamed as he jumped to his feet and back up away from the thing that was looking at him. It gave him a strange look. The other three jumped awake as they heard Karzon scream. The Thing just smiled innocently as Link rubbed his eyes.

"Ruto?"(yes I don't like Ruto that `thing') Link asked as he stood up and looked over at Karzon who appearently had never seen a Zora before. Malon yawned then got to her feet as well. She had seen pictures of Zora's before but she had never really seen one face to face. The Same with Mika. Malon walked over to Karzon and tried to calm him down. He was just no having a good first few days in Hyrule.

"Queen Ruto my lovely Link," Ruto said, Link had hardly recognized her with clothes on. Sence she had become Queen of the Zora's she took the outfit her father had, and sence it was big on her it covered her all up. Karzon was now more scared of the fish person now that he found out she, he what ever it was could speak.

"Yeah yeah right Queen Ruto, You scared him half to death what did you do?" Link asked and Ruto frowned. She had done nothing, just come out of the water like she did every morning. She looked over at the man. He was a Shika, she had not idea what had scared him so much. She was so beautiful she was surpries he had not tackled her asking for a kiss.

"Nothing Link! But forget about him what are you doing out here? I don't remember the last time I saw you!" Ruto said as she walked over to Link. He frowned, she was going to try and kiss ass again. Navi flew out of Links hat and flew in front of his face. She did not like Ruto to much.

"The First time the last time does it really matter fishy?" Navi said and Ruto swatted her away with her hand. She then hugged Link, maybe this would be a good time to tell Ruto he was going to get married. To another Princess soon to bee queen. But he already knew how much Ruto disliked Zelda. But what the hell he really did not want to try and fight Ruto off him again.

Link gently pushed Ruto off him as he bent over and picked up his hat. Mika had walked back over to them. Link looked at Mika, she appeared to be better then she had been last night. He put his hand on Mika's shoulder, she smiled to let him now she was feeling better. Mika then walked over and grabbed one of the bags of food, a piece of fruit would fill her up. She was used to not eating much, being pushed also meant less food.

"Ruto I'm getting married, You really can't be getting up all over me any more," Link said and Ruto crossed her arms. One way or another she wanted to win Link. But no matter what she did, or said never made him like her more. He still felt the same way, treated her the same. Then had to be something he liked about her.

"Well you should be marrying me! You took the engagement jewel! And it's gone again and I know you took it because you have the master sword! So why are you marring other women when your mine!" Ruto said and link sighed. How many times had they gone over this. He was not about to get into this conversation again.

Link then turned and walked over to the sack of food and Mika handed him an apple. He nodded and thanked her with a smile then turned back to Ruto. She still had her arms crossed. Karzon had finally gotten over his sock. He now found it quite funny that the fish girl wanted to marry Link. He could just see them together. It was a rather funny image.

Navi was enraged that Ruto had smacked her. But she was just a little fairy she could really do nothing but fly around and run into things. She flew over to Link and he patted the small fairy on her head, or where he though her head would be. She then flew off over to the other three. Link started tossing the apple in the air. Ruto was waiting for him to speak again. But there was really nothing he had to say.

"Look I know thats the engagement ring or what ever for the Royal family for Zora's, but Honestly Ruto. I needed it to stop Ganon! How many times must I tell you this? Your a great friend, your a Zora I'm not. There are so many fish in the sea, lake, river!" Link said and Ruto did not like the little pun he had made. She could not help it that she had fallen in love with him. There were plenty of time she though she was crazy. For Liking a human, but he was so pretty, brave and strong.

"Look we'd like to stay and play with you Ruto, Queen Ruto but we really must be on our way. We have a few lives to save and they are a little more important then who's going to marry who. It was nice to meet you but you must understand how important it is for us to save Princess Zelda and Great Impa's Life," Mika said as she gather up all her things. And made sure she had everything.

Mika did not want to play around with this fish. She ate fish for dinner she did not like talking to them. Mika turned away from Ruto and Link and spotted something ear their burned down fire that was not there last night. It was a rolled up tent. Mika bent down and touched the tents. There was a note and it read.

To the group, I have no use for these tents anymore. So I left them here for you to use on your trip to find the other pieces of the Staff. Be careful and I hope you find all the parts in time to save the Royal family. Truly, Taff.

Mika smiled as she picked up the tents and put them on the back of her horse. She passed the note on to Malon. Malon looked happy about the note then she handed it to Karzon. He was really starting to like the old creepy Oracle who looked like he should have died a few years ago. Karzon walked over and handed the note to Link. He looked at it. Taff had been useful all right.

Ruto looked more upset then ever at the comment Mika had made. She did not even know who this Gerudo was. And what she was doing walking around with Link. Then of course Link was only here to benefit Zelda. It was always about her (whoa Ruto and Serria think a like). She then turned and walked towards the lake again.

"Don't ask any favors of me!" She said then dived into the water. Link sighed, he hoped she was not to mad. That would be a big problem if he had just really upset the Queen of the Zora's. She may take her anger out on the king, even though he had nothing to do with this. Navi then flew back over to Link happy that fish face and swam away from them.

Malon pulled on Links tunic and motioned for him that they should head out now. Mika was already on her horse waiting to get moving. Karzon has mounted his own while Malon reached Ginger and Link walked over to Epona. He got on the back of his horse. The four of the rode off, Ruto put her head above water just to see the last bit of Link ride away and out of her life, again.

The four road off, the all knew where the old mines were, well all of them but Karzon saying he never. You had to fall down into one of the screcte holes that were located all around Hyrule. But sence they were a seceret hardly anyone knew about them. Malon found one when she heard a cow mooing, she had no idea how the cow had gotten down into the Mines but it was. Mika had used it as a hide out before when she was on the run from the Gerudos. Link Simply had found it by dumb luck.

The air was filled with the smells of wet grass and, blood. Link sniffed in the air and looked around. Blood? It had to be, there was no smell like the smell of blood. He looked to his right at Mika, she was not bleeding, he then looked over to his right, Malon and Karzon were not bleeding either.

Before Link could get his eyes back on the road and stop thinking about the smell of blood Epona stooped so suddenly. This had taken Link by surpries and he went flying off the back of his horse. His shoulder smashed on the ground, he skidded a few feet before his head hit the ground and he came to a stop.

"LINK!" Malon screamed as pulled her horse to a stopped and jumped off. She jumped over the small ledge that made Epona stop and ran over to Link. He had a busted shoulder and scrap on his head. Malon rolled him on his back. She gasped, his eyes were closed. Mika and Karzon ran over to Malon as she started patting Links cheek.

"LINK!!! WAKE UP!" Malon said as tears formed in her eyes. She stood up and turned sharply. What on earth could have made Epona so scared to fling Link off her back. She looked around. Malon was enraged there had to be a reason Epona would not just stop because there was a mall ledge there. "I'll be right back watch Link, make sure he wakes up!"

"You not going alone!" Karzon said and Mika grabbed his arm, making sure it was his left one so he could feel her and not just stand up draging her along with him. He looked over at Mika then down at Link. He was now really starting to hope Link was all right. He did not look to good.

"I'll watch Link! What ever made this horse so scared I don't think Malon should be looking for it alone, I don't want anyone else down!" Mika said and Karzon nodded. Those were his feelings as well. Mika let go of him and he stood back up. He walked up to Malons side and looked around. There was nothing in sight that could have scared Epona so much.

Malon then grabbed on to Karzon's hand. A slight shiver of fear ran down her back. Where it had came from, she was not sure. Maybe because it was so quite, the silence was driving her nuts. Malon took another step towards Epona when she ran into something. She jumped backwards. Did Epona see something the could not?

Malon was now really freaked out. She then looked down at her free hand that was not attached to Karzon's. Malon gasped and started taking in deep breaths. Red slimy stuff was covering her hand. She then turned towards Karzon and his eyes widened as well.

"AH! Get it off me get it off me!" Malon said starting to freak out, where had this blood come from? She let go of Karzon's and started it wipe the blood off on to the wet grass. Karzon bent down next to her trying to clam her down. He removed his chest plate then removed his take top and handed it to Malon to clean off with. She gladly took his shirt and started to wipe the blood off herself.

Karzon put his chest plate back on, what had she run in to that made her all bloody? She looked around. But what ever it was she ran in to he was sure thats why Epona flung link off her back and stoop like that. He then potted something, he looked over at Malon.

"Did that come off you?" Karzon asked as he pointed to a puddle of blood about a foot in front of them. Malon looked up. She looked at the puddle of blood and shook her head no. Malon then put her hand over her mouth. Or course they could not see it. They must be around then entrance of the mine.

Malon looked behind her and Mika. She tapped her finger on her head and tried to remember all the nifftly little things Link carried around with him. He had talked about something that could let you see invisible stuff.

"Mika! In Links pouch...there should be like a little looking glass thing. The Lens of Truth, could you throw it to me?" Malon yelled over to Mika. Mika nodded her head and opened links pouch. She looked threw it before finding what she though Malon was talking about. She pulled out the purple looking glass. Mika then threw it towards Malon.

Malon picked up the Lens of truth. She was bit scared to look threw it. She did not want to see anything that was bleeding. But she took in a deep breath. She had to do this. She put the Lens up to her eyes. First everything was all red but then it started to clear up. AS it did Malon's eyes got wider and wider at the sight.

Malon dropped the Lens of truth and lost the color in her face. Karzon noticed the look in her face was of complete horror. Karzon waved his hand in front of Malons face. She did not Blink and was hardly breathing. She was scared almost to death. He had to get her out of this trans. Karzon up his left hand in front of Malons face. He then snapped his fingers and a little fire exploded for his finger tips.

That was enough to bring Malon back to the real world she looked at Karzon then hugged him. The image stayed fresh in her mind and she felt like to throw up. Karzon patted her back still worried on what she had seen to make her freeze on him. Karzon picked up the Lens of Truth but Malon slapped it out of his hand.

"No! It's horrible!" Malon said as she looked at the puddle of blood. She stood up and Karzon stood up next to her. He wanted to know what she had seen it was driving him crazy that he did not know. At least he knew it was not the horses fault, if it scared Malon it must scare everything.

"What is it then! Tell me!" Karzon said trying not to snap at her. She was scared out of her mind. Malon then bent over and picked on the Lens of Truth. She was not going to explain what she had just seen! She did not even want to think about it let a lone talk about it. She gave the Lens to Karzon. She did what she did and put the Lens up to his face.

The Red started to fade away and the image cleared up. He was not as horrified as Malon was but he was pretty damn shocked. He was thankful for holding the lens up with his right arm because it was not shaking like the rest of his body.

Malon had run into a body of a dead man. His corps was held up on a stick. The Stick went threw his chest and threw his head. His eye balls were ripped out of their shockests and were hanging down in his face. His mouth was opened and his tounge was hanging out with blood dripping down out of his mouth. He was missing his arms and one of his legs. His other leg was spit opened and almost flipped inside out.

Karzon blinked, what scared him the most was this body was fresh, must not have been out here to long. He blinked again as he turned his head slowly. Just like he though, there was another body on a stick, but this time he could not tell if it was a man or a woman, the chest was ripped open and the face was burned off. He took in another deep breath and turned his head a bit more. There was another one!

Karzon then dropped the Lens of Truth, she did not want to see any more or even guess how may of those bodies were hanging around. Malon picked it back up and looked at Karzon. He looked Sick, she then leaned her head on his shoulder. What sick monster would do this to any one?

"Where...were there more?" Malon asked and Karzon nodded. Malon put her hand over her mouth again. The two of them turned back towards Mika and Link. Malons fingers reacted on their own as she lifted the Lens back to her face. This time there was a more horrifying thing behind Mika. Holding a long Sliver jagged blade. The woman was Tall with long green hair that went past her butt. She was in a very reviling dress. But what scared Malon the most was, the Woman was holding the sword above Mika and this woman was covered in blood.

"MIKA! WATCH OUT!" Malon screamed, Mika looked up then grabbed Link. She pushed herself up and flipped threw the air. She turned around but saw nothing. She had felt something all right. Something, extremely evil, Link started to strried awake, at least he was not dead.

Malon then threw the Lens of truth. It hit the ground and a huge red beam shot out of it. Everything they could not see with out it was slowly coming into view. All the dead bodies on the sticks, the Woman, then appeared next to her was a Man. Both of them blood, but the guy had a huge ax liqueur she had her sword.

"Where the hell did this stuff come from!" Mika asked as she looked around her, there were at least ten bodies surrounding them stuck on sticks. Mika got to her knees as she sat Link on the ground and patted his cheek again. He had to wake up this was not a good time for him to be out.

"Those two people... don't the look familiar?" Karzon asked as Malon took his hand again. She looked at the woman and the man. They did not look like anyone she knew, or wanted to know. There were both rather freaky looking.

Link slowly opened his eyes, his body was in so much pain. He's shoulder hurt so bad, he had a slight headache but it was nothing compared to the pain in his shoulder. Mika then hugged Link when saw he was awake. At least he was not dead! He blinked as he looked at his surroundings, no wonder he smelled so much blood. This place they were in looked like a butcher shop.

"Serria? Mido?" Link gasped as he looked at the two people who looked they were both insane. They also looked a lot older then they did before. But Link knew it was them, how they changed like this so fast meant Ganon had something to do with this. Link got to his feet with the Help of Mika, both Karzon and Malon were happy to see him back on his feet.

"These two? Are those little kids we saw yesterday?" Mika asked in a bit of shock and link nodded his head. What a change they went threw. As Link still was trying to get fully awake Mika tore threw some of the bags to look for something to wrap Links shoulder. She was going to have to pop it back into place.

Serria and Mido just stood there like an empty shell looking at the four new comers. They were mentally decided witch one should be killed first. The two of them were hardly breathing. They were both enjoys cutting up everyone who walked past here, this was no different they wanted to kill these four new comers. They would have to find some more sticks.

"I'm going to pop your shoulder back in it's place, it might hurt a bit Link but it will stop some of this bleeding," Mika said and Link looked at her. He then looked at his shoulder, it was really messed up. More then it felt like. He nodded his head, he'd rather have a few seconds of pain then to bleed to death.

Mika placed her one left arm on Links neck. she had popped in a lot of shoulders in her life time. This was no different. His was also not as bad as some she had seen, Gerudos, when they got hurt, they really got hurt. Mika then placed her right arm on the side of Links shoulder. She pushed in his shoulder as hard as she could then, with a sudden change of direction his shoulder blade cracked upwards. Putting it back where it was spouse to be.

Link winced in pain but it was not as bad as he though it would be. Mika then pulled out a towel from one of the bags and began to wrap his shoulder. Looking up ever second or two to see if Serria or Mido had moved from their spot. Maybe they were just waiting for them to make a move. But Mika was happy they were just standing there.

"Feel a bit better?" Mika asked, Link rolled his shoulder. It was still in pain but at least he could move it again. The stiff feeling was the most painful. Malon and Karzon walked back over to them. The two were still not moving, it was the scariest part of the hole thing, just sitting here waiting for them to move.

Link pulled his sword out, he was thankful that his buster shoulder was the arm he used to hold his shield. They had been taken over by some sort of evil energery. Serria then finally moved she brought her hand up to her face and touched it. She then rolled her shoulders short to make fun of Link.

"Your looking for the Temple of Healing?" She asked, her voice sounded as if she was talking in a can. A hallow dark empty voice. Mika crossed her arms, no wonder she did not like those kids that much, but with this much blood shed Ganon must be in the picture some where.

"Yes we are," Link said or more liked growled. He was not to happy about this. He was about to walk off towards them when Mika grabbed a hold of him. Sence she was standing behind him in the first place to pop his shoulder back to it's position.

"Your not doing this alone," Mika said as she pointed to the charm of team work on the master sword. Link nodded, he did not want to get them hurt but they were the only reason why he was not trapped in the time chamber right now.

"Me and Mika will go after Serria, You two get Mido," Link said and Malons mouth dropped open. Karzon was right. Now that she looked at them they did look like the little kids the saw yesterday. Malon sighed, yet another reason she found to dis like the forest.

"All right...but...if they are your friends Link...?" Karzon asked and linked sighed. He never had to deal with someone under Ganons Control before. Then he did not want to hurt them but they had to get into the Temple. They would understand, or so he hoped they would.

"Just don't kill them all right?" Link asked and Karzon nodded. Malon and Karzon then ran off further to the side so they would not interfere with Mika and Link. Serria noticed they were going to attack so she though it would be more fun if she started the attack. She then ran at Link and Mika. Mika smiled it had been a while sence she was in a battle. But she was no going to back off now.

Mika ran in front of Link, he was left a bit baffled at what she was doing she did not have anything to protect her self against Serria's nice new sword. But thats what Mika wanted them to think. She did not need a sword or anything to fight with. Serria saw her coming and swung the blade at Mika. Mika pushed off the ground and jumped over the sword. Mika then flipped over and her hands touched the flat part of the blade, she pushed off the blade and kicked Serria in her face. Serria fell backwards and Mika looked back that Link. He wanted to fight and now he was just standing there.

"Come on! I can't do this alone you know!" Mika smiled and Link nodded. Mika bent down on the ground as Link came running her way. Link then ran up Mika's back jumping into the air link thrushted his sword towards Serria. She blocked his attack, but she then smacked her free hand against Links hurt shoulder. She stumbled backwards. Mika then jumped up over link and punched Serria in her face. Mika ducked as Serria swung her sword again.

Link then kicked the sword out of Serria's hand and it went flying threw the air. It landed stuck in the ground. Link then threw his sword to the side as well, he did not want to kill her. Serria put her hands together and a black energery formed around her. She disappeared. Mika crossed her arms. That was to easy. She looked around all the bodies on sticks were still there so that must mean she left the seance.

Malon and Karzon started running towards Mido as Serria shot off to battle Link and Mika. Mido swung his ax. Malon jumped right and Karzon jumped left. Mido then turned sharply left. Karzon took a deep breath as he was trying to dodge the many swings of Midos large ax. Karzon was not going to become part of these two little garden of people on sticks.

Malon pulled out her bow and aimed it at Mido. She closed her eyes as a blue ball started to form on her bow. She slowly opened her eyes and there was and ice arrow waiting to go on her bow. She made sure she had aim then fired. The ice arrow flew threw the air at lightning speed. The Arrow then crashed against Midos feet. Ice formed around his feet and up to his knees stopping him dead in his tracks.

Karzon jumped backwards. Gosh he liked Malon more then he did before. Karzon threw his left hand to his side as he staff again appeared in his hand. Mido threw his ax backward bearly missing Malon. Karzon spun his staff then swung it at Mido. Link Karzon had expected he grabbed a hold of the staff. Karzon the grabbed the staff with his right arm as Mido tried to shake him off it. Little did know that His efforts were nothing compaired to the grip of Karzon's right arm. Karzon then swung forward and kicked mido in his face.

The force of Karzon's kicked send mindo flying backwards. The ice smashed, Malon jumped over Mido when he came flying at her. Karzon then grabbed Malon in the Air before she could touch the ground. He then let her down Gently. Mido then stood up. He looked back at Serria, she placed her hands together and disappeared. Mido then put his hands together as well.

The black energey wrapped around his body and he disappeared as well. Malon sighed with happiness as she turned around and hugged Karzon. Well her first fight went well, she was happy it was not as intence as it could have been.

"Good job you two, what great team you two make," Mika said as she walked over to Karzon and Malon. Link followed behind her. Link looked around. There was something missing from this whole fight. He looked in the air. Then to his side. He took off his hat and looked in side of it. Where did Navi go? He hopped he had not hurt her when he fell off Epona.

"NAVI!" Link yelled as he looked around. Link then walked over and picked up the lens of Truth. It shut off it's full beam and the bodies slowly disappeared again. Link put the Lens away and looked around again. He could not help but to feel something bad had happened to his little fairy friend.

"Link it's not safe for you to wonder off alone! You might run into one of those bodies!" Mika yelled as she ran after him. Link turned towards Mika. Karzon and Malon started to follow Mika as well. Mika then took another step but her foot did not land on the ground, not even dirt, her foot went straight threw the ground. "AH!" She screamed before her whole body disappeared.

"Mika!" Malon yelled as she ran off. Malon bent down where Mika had fallen. She leaned her hands down on the ground to find it was not really there! Mika had found one of the screact holes! Malon then put her legs down into the hole and jumped into it.

"And they tell me not to run off," Link said and Karzon laughed. Link jumped in to the hole and Karzon followed him down. The two guy land on their feet. They looked around, where did the girls go? They knew both of them had jumped or fell down here before they did.

Karzon looked down at the dirt, there were no foot prints either. The two guys looked at one another then looked up at the screact hole. This was great they just lost a feairy and two girls. Karzon crossed his arms.

"Malon! Mika! Navi!" Link called into the mines. This was wonderful, he really did not want to be stuck alone with Karzon. He knew he felt the same way as well. Link took the master sword and looked at it. It gleamed and shined even thought there was hardly any light in the mines. There were only a few torches.

"LINK! KARZON!" They heard Malons voice off in the distance. She sounded like she was in trouble. The two of them then started running down the long tunnel of the mine. If she was not down here then they did not know where Malon was. But how could she have gotten so far in such a sort amount of time?

The two guys ran out of the tunnel and were stopped dead in their tracks. They had both almost ran over a cliff. They looked around, where was she? Karzon then pulled the Lens of truth out of Links pouch and put it to his face. this had to help them find Malon. He was not about to lose her that fast. The room then cleared up, he looked around.

Then he spotted her, she was being carried off by, a ghost? Karzon handed Link the Lens then pointed to the door that was on the other side of the cliff. Link looked threw the Lens, there was Malon all right. He shoved the Lens in his pocket and tired to find a way to get across.

"Damn!" Link cursed, there was no way they could jump across this they would surly fall half way. Link kicked a rock over the side of the cliff. That Poe had Malon and he was pretty sure thats where Mika and Navi were as well. "We have got to find something that will get us across this!" This was the only thing he hated about having other member s on his team. Being alone, he's be the one the Poe was caring across the big gap and not Malon. He just hoped she would know what to do over on that side.

"Let me see if I have anything," Karzon said as she pulled up his pouch. He looked threw it. He had to have something he was a damn Shika. Then he stopped. Why was he so stupid. He completely forgot sence it was Malon who was the one who had been taken. He was so worried about her he forgot his own power. He closed the pouch then grabbed on to links arm with his right hand.

"What are you doing? WE can't jump we wont make it!" Link yelled and Karzon smiled. They were not going to jump.

"Were going to telaport," Karzon said and Link frowned. Thats what Karzon was doing the other day when they first met him. When he gave him and Impa a nice swift kick. Link was not to thrilled and he hopped this worked. Because he did not feel like dying right now.

The two of them back upped a little then They ran towards the side of the cliff. They both then jumped as Far as they could. Once Karzon felt himself falling he closed his eyes and quickly though about the other side of the cliff. That single though ran over in his head a million times per mill a second. Both of their bodies disappeared.

Link not used to this disappearing stuff, felt very weird. His body felt like it was being stung by a million bees. Then it felt like he was being how against a wall a few times then tossed into a lake. Once they reappeared on the other side of the cliff Link felt normal again. She shook off the after shock of the feeling and then with out thinking the two of them ran threw the door.

They slowed to a stop, there was more then five ways to turn, there were to many tunnels to pick from. The Poe could have taken Malon in any one. Karzon let go of Links arm then pushed his right hand into the cave wall. He was happy his arm did not feel any pain. It was a good way to get rid of stress.

"Were going to have to go threw all of them," Link said and Karzon looked at him weird. Link closed his eyes and tried to remember all the other temples he had went in the last time he was running around trying to save Hyrule. He opened his eyes, if he knew Ganon and he did. This placed was not going to be as easy as it looked. He know if Ganon had gotten to Serria and Mido then this Mine was crawing with monsters.

"Then lets start," Karzon said and Link agreed with him on that.

"PUT ME DOWN!" Malon screamed as she the Poe. Thought it had no effect on the ghost. They had went threw so many empty mine tunnels it was starting to make her sick. Then this ghost was no joy ride. He kept running into walls and Malon legs had to be the victim of all the cuts and bruises.

The Poe then flew threw another tunnel, this one had carvings and paintings on them. Malon looked at them, she now wished the Poe would show down a little so she could look at them. They were amazing. They must have told the story about the Staff of Healing. The Poe then finally got threw that tunnel. Malon blinked her eyes a little. It was as if they had appeared in daylight. But they never left the mines.

The Poe then Lifted Malon off his shoulder. She heard the sound of running water. Before she could react the Poe threw her. Malon fell backwards on what appeared to be a boat. It rocked side to side, as she sat up. The Poe laughed at her as ropes shot up from the boat and wrapped themselves around Malon. She tried to struggle out of it but the ropes tightened on her. She was just stuck like this. The Poe then disappeared as the boat started moving.

Malon looked around, she had to be at the temple of Healing. She turned to her side and there stood a grand White Marble Temple. It had to be the most loveliest thing she had ever laid eyes on. There was a waterfall behind it and it just gave it the most awesome effect. The windows were stain glass, the out side was so stunning Malon really wanted to know what it looked like on the inside.

The boat then went under a smaller waterfall getting her spoken wet and her boat was now half filled with water. She did not know why the Poe had put her in this boat! Where was she even going. Floating around endlessly tell she died was not her idea of fun. Then that she was sitting in water did not make it any better.

Malon looked up she was entering another cave. A water cave, she sighed, she wanted to be with Karzon, Link and Mika! She did not want to be tied up in the boat she could not ever push her wet hair out of her face. Once she found out who had done this she was going to flip out on them. Malon then managed to turn herself around. Sence the boat was going this way there was no point in looking backwards.

This water cave had small torches on them as well. The Fire was purple and it gave the tunnel a very cry effect. Then there were some more painting painted on the walls. These ones looked like the four different seasons. They were simply beautiful pictures. She never really saw the true bueaty of all the different seasons. She loved the Winter the most though.

As Malon looked in awe at the pictures there was a distance sound. It sounded like Drums. She frowned, now what was going on. She was approaching the end of the tunnel. The winter pictures past her up, she was not out side the tunnel.

Malon almost fainted at the sight of what she saw. There were skeletons playing the drums. She bit her lip so she would not scream. This was rather freaky. She know knew how Link felt all those years ago when he had to fight Ganon. Malons eyes then widened in fear as she was approaching a waterfall. This was wonderful she was going to be looking like the Skeletons soon. She shut her eyes as her boat went over the side of the waterfall. She though she was going to die, until someone yelled her name. The voice was so familiar but she could not hear it all as her head went under water.

Malon opened her eyes under the water as the ropes came lose. The fell off her and she saw to the top of the water, She was gasping for air. Malon then wiped the water out of her eyes as she looked at her surrounds around her.

"Malon! Are you all right!" Mika called as she bent down and extended her hand to Malon. Malon gladly took it, Mika then Pulled Malon over to the side of the water. Then Mika helped her out of the water. Malon pushed her bangs out of her face, it was about time they were really starting to bug her.

"Whats going on?" Malon asked as Navi flew up to her and nuzzled up against Malons face. Mika then pointed behind Malon. Malon turned around and almost fainted. There was another set of Bones. But this one was talking to the skeletons next to it. But among all of the Skeletons there was on human man. He looked a live. He had A nice tanned skin, black hair and was shirt less. He was chained to the chair he was sitting on and did not look to happy.

The Skelton that was sitting in the tallest and biggest chair stood up. She threw his arms to the side and all the drummers stopped beating down on their drums and looked at him. Malon hugged Mika, she was extremely scared. Navi then nuzzle against the two girls as they waited for the guy to say something.

"Ten years! Ten years and we only have two girls and a fairy?" The Skeleton yelled and the Poe appeared again. The Skeleton smacked the Poe and it went flying into the water. Mika and Malon were not starting to wonder what this dead guy wanted with girls

"Father if thats all that came to the temple then thats all that came," The alive man said who was chained to the chair. Mika and Malon looked at one another then looked at the guy who was chained up. That was is father. A walking tailing mummy, with out all it's wrappings?

Mika looked at the man and he looked back at here. There was something odd about him. Not only was he hanging around with a bunch of dead people. But why was he chained up like that? The Skelton then walked down form his high chair and jumped across the river. He looked down at the girls.

"I guess you'll have to do, look alive and go get ready!" He said and they looked so horrified. they did not know what to do. Or what they were spouse to do. The man sighed as he looked at the Skeleton. He then sat up right and cleared his voice.

"Father! Your Poe captured them and brought them here! They don't know what they are spouse to do!" The Man yelled and the bones turned back towards the young Man. He then looked at the girls. He bent down and looked at them. They did looked frighten.

"Go in the back room, dry off and change. Your not going to marry my son looking like that," The Bones said and The two girls and the fairy backed up. Anything was better then haning around the walking dead. The then turned and ran into the room.

Mika shut the door only to be trapped in a room with more bone people. She sighed as these bones must be woman because they had on more clothes then the other bone guy did who had got in their faces. The bone women walked over and started hanging them towels and started drying their hair. Whiles others picked out dresses.

"This is Crazy!" Malon said as one of the bones pushed a shit into Malon. Malon grabbed it. It was a little reveling. Mika looked over at her and nodded but there better not fight back with these things there were to many of them for the two of them and the fairy to fight off.

The one of the Bone woman grabbed Navi by her wing and dragged her off in to another room. Navi was screaming and trying to get away from the bone woman. But then as the bone woman walked into the room she slammed the door. The two girls felt sorry for Navi and hoped she would be all right.

"We'll make you all pretty!" One of the bone women said and Malon sighed. She did not want to get married to someone she did not know and whose father was walking around in his rafter life. She hopped link and Karzon were having better luck then they were.

"Father I don't see why your forcing these girls to marry me," The young man said as he leaned back in his chair. The bone man then walked over and looked down that his son. He then fell backwards in his chair.

"Tamke, my son, no one is willingly going to marry you. Sorry to have to tell you that, but when ever woman wants me, we have to force some to marry you. And your only getting one, the other two are mine," He said and the young man sighed as another Bone Warrior walked up to them. He bowed then got back to his feet. Tamke was no to happy with the comment his father just gave him. It made him feel really bad, he wanted to move but the chairs were keeping hi from doing just that. Tamke looked at the warrior and sighed, this had to be a way dream.

"Sir, The girls are ready!" He said and the King smiled, that was fast, but then again he had the best working in there working on them. He then looked at Tamke then began tapping his fingers on his chair. This was going to be fun.

The King was very pleased, but even though he smiled his son looked angry. The king had other things to worry about then if his son was feeling up to getting married or not. He honestly did not care. Just the though of adding two more girls to his list was what was making him happy.

"The Lets start the show already!"

Malon looked at herself, she did not think she could look this pretty in the matter of minutes. But then there were at least five of those Bone women attacking her at once. She looked at Mika and Mika looked over at her. Where were Link and Karzon when they need them the most.

She never even knew dead people had a sence of fashion either. Malon picked up her other set of clothes there was no way she was leaving these here. This outfit belonged to her mother and she was not just about to leave it because she got a new outfit.

Mika liked her outfit better then the orange worker outfit that the Gerudos had made her wear. This one was full of colors and it still covered up her scare she had on her side. It would have been perfect if it was not given to her by these dead women.

"Here is the Fairy girl!" The bone woman said as she opened the door and pushed out a girl with Wings. Malon and Mika gasped. Navi, Navi looked like a human! With wings of course. She had long flowing blue hair with fair skin. Her eyes were also a blue but they were a dark blue. She was beautiful. She had on a long silky blue dress that covered her feet. She had golden bracelets on her arms and some sparkaly blue make up on her face.

"Navi?" Malon asked and she nodded her head as she rushed over to them and hugged both Mika and Malon. If anything go stranger this day both Mika and Malon swore they were going to jump into a raging river. This was to crazy.

"How...how did you do this? I did not know Fairies were really..."

"Well we are more then a ball of light. I can only stay like this for a day at must. I hate being like this. this is not me," Navi said, Fairies were very pretty people. They were just so tiny and trapped inside a ball of light. But if they liked it then they liked it. Navi did not like her human form. It was not comfterable. She also was not used to walking on her legs.

"Now move! The Prince is waiting for you!" The bone women said as they pushed the three girls out of the door. The door slammed shut behind them, the girls jumped slightly as they looked at the dead warriors on the other side of the river. They then walked back to the side of the river and looked up. The king started laughing and the chains on the prince broke off.

Tamke was happy that those rotten chains had came off his arms. He rubbed his wrist then stood up. He looked over at the girls. The one that caught his eye the most was Mika. But he shook his head, he was not going to put these girl threw hell like his mother had gone threw when she was forced to marry his father.

"They are all so very fine," The king said and Navi hid behind Malon. Malon wanted to hide. She did not want to be here right now. She looked over at the waterfall and wished Karzon would show up. she wanted to see him right now. Even seeing something alive be sided the Prince, she guessed. Malon grabbed on to Mika's arm.

The Young man then jumped into the water and swam over to the other side of the river. He pulled himself out of the water and looked at Malon first, then he looked at Mika then behind Malon to see Navi. He felt really bad for these three girls. He did not even know what their names were so he could not offer any words of comfort.

Navi was the one who was scared the most. It was easy to avoid scary things when she was a little ball of light. But Everyone could see her now, and it was weird to look at these people who they looked at one another. Malon tried to such in as much courage as she could. But this was something she saw every day. Then the chance this person might want to marry her! She was not even ready to get married. Mika stood the bravest out of the three girls but she was still scared. Sence it was the alive person who had came over to them she felt a little better. And this young man did not scare her at all.

Tamke then turned back to his father who was still tapping his fingers on his chair. He was just as confused as they where. He had been living in these mines ever sence he was five. All alone, his father and all the workers, everyone was killed by Ganon countless years ago. Then just the other day why he was coming out of the Temple of Healing his father walked up to him, bones.

"I'm going to get you girls out of here don't worry," He said as he touched Mika's face. She slapped his hand off her and then crossed her arms. Malon let got of Mika's arm , if Mika could slap him. And him not doing anything back to Mika he must not be that dangerous. Mika knew she should not have done that but she did not want anyone touching her until she found out what was going on. And he seamed like the type of person who knew what was going on.

"Whats going on?" Malon asked the question for Mika. Tamke rubbed his face, he figured there was a first time for everything. He looked at the girls as Navi came from out behind Malon and looked at the man.

"I have no idea, He just popped out of his grave one day and said he had been wait for me to get married for ten years. When I tried to run he chained me to the chair. Our best bet is to get back to the Temple of Healing. I don't know if he can enter it, I walked out of the temple only to faint last time he came out of his grave, My name is Tamke by the way. The former prince of the Tike people. We lived down in these mines." Tamke explained to them simple and short so they could get out of here.

The Tike people were killed off by Ganon before Link even began his quest to save Hyrule. They were peace loving people. But Tamkes father deiced to get in a fight with Ganon for taking one of his women. stupid him for even questioning Ganon.

"No offense or anything Mr. Tamke but I don't want to marry you," Malon said and He smiled stupidly. He understood why, he did not blame her for her comment either. He then looked back at his father. This was dangerous. But they had to get back to the Temple of Healing. They had to jump back in the water, it would lead them around in a big circle and they would soon end up back at the Temple.

"We have to take the water way, you better be a fast swimmer, because these guys are like sharks. It's going to take us back to the temple," Tamke said and Navi went pale. Another reason why she hated begging in this form. If she could hardly walk right who the heck was she going to swim?

"I'm a Fairy! I can't swim!" She yelped and Tamke looked at her, he sucked in a deep breath. This was going to be a pain. But he was not going to leave her hear as bait for his greedy father. Tamke bent down and patted Navis face. He was not going to leave her here.

"Father I pick the small fairy girl!" He yelled and smiled at Navi. He was going to have to carry her. Navi wrapped her arms around his neck and he stood back up. He then whispered softly to Mika and Malon. "When I jump in the water jump in right after and star swimming you ass off got it?"

"Got it," They both said, Tamke then took a deep breath and dove into the water. Malon and Mika the instant Tamkes' foot touched the water they jumped in after him. The King gave off a baffled look as he stood p and looked into the river. Where did they go. He looked down stream and saw then popped out of the water then start swimming off at such a radical speed.

The King grew angry and if he had his skin it all would have went red. Though he could not blame his son for taking all the women. But he was not going to stand for this. He came back to help his son, and what does his son do for him? Nothing. The King walked down from his chair and pointed at the river in such angry.

"GET them! Bring them all back here! Kill my son if you have to but I want those girls back here now!" The King roared and some of the warriors started jumping in the water. The King the turned to his side and headed for another flight of stairs. He knew where his son was going to end up. They were going to have a little meeting. No one disobeyed his orders.

"And what good is this going to do?" Karzon said as he picked up a compass out of the treasure box. He tossed it to Link and Link looked at it. The compass was busted! This had never happened before. He sighed and tossed the compass behind him. They had gone threw almost all the tunnels. They found a few keys a busted compass and a map.

Link pulled out the map and then marked off another room. There were so many tunnels in this mine Malon could have been dragged off in any of them. Link then handed one page of the map to Karzon as he looked at the other one. The seamed to be some sort of water way, right under the room they were in. Link did not know if this would help, but he though it would be a good idea if they took the water way. The tunnels were giving him a headace.

"WE have to go down," Link pointed out on the map as both guys got down on their hands and knees and put the tow maps side by side. Karzon really did not like the idea. But if it got them somewhere then what the hell.

Karzon then traced the tunnels with his index finger and saw that one of the many tunnels lead to the river. He looked up at Link. Thats must where Malon was taken. All the other ways were dead ends leading into other tunnels and so on. Karzon then rolled up the maps and they both stood up. Also why wondering threw these tunnels, they had found, bombs, Deku nuts, arrows and a bunch of other stuff.

Link then took out one of the bombs, he lit it then tossed it behind the treasure box. The two guys then ran backwards as the bomb blew up and the floor be up with it. The whole floor caved down wards. Link and Karzon looked down as the tunnel floor splashed into the river below them.

Link then stood up and jumped into the hole they made. Karzon sighed before jumping down in to the ragging river. Before Karzon touched the river it sucked him away down the current. Thats how fast the water was moving. It was a struggle for the two of them to keep their heads above the water, the river kept wanting to push them downwards to the bottom. But the two guys put up a good fight against the river.

The river pushed link under, it would have been a long easier if this river was not so deep. This was a bit of a challenge for link and his hurt shoulder, to try and keep his head above the surface. Link swam back to the top of the river, he took in a large breath just in cause he was thrown under the water again. He blicked the river water out of his eyes, they were approaching something. It looked like an iron gate.

"GATE!" Link yelled backwards to Karzon as link put his arm out to brace himself for the impact. Link slammed against the gate, the river was pressing is body against the gate and it hurt badly. A moment latter Karzon was slammed against the gate as well. If they did not get off this gate their body would be crushed by the current of the river.

Karzon then grabbed hold of the gate with his right arm and pulled himself up wards. There was just enough room for him to climb up and the river would not touch him. Karzon looked down with link, he did now have an arm with a powerful grip, all he had was a hurt shoulder. There was no way he could Climb up this gate.

Karzon made sure he had the hold on the gate with his right arm then extend his left arm down to Link. This was a bad way to die, they almost had lost link before, he was not about to let that happen again. Karzon was really going to beat the shit out of that Poe that took Malon. It had gotten him and Link into a heap of trouble. Link looked up wards at Karzon. Link lifted his arm out of the water and grabbed hold of Karzon's arm.

He tried to pull link up and out of the water but this was to hard. The river was still forcing link up against the gate. Link pulled his other arm out of the water and grabbed on to the gate. This was really a trip and a half, but he knew it was not going to be easy, he just Evan though it was going to be this hard. With one more strong tug Link was safe on the gate and out of the rivers way. Both of them were breathing heavily.

"Okay this was not the best or all ideas," Link said as he touched his head. His hat was still there. It always amazed him how he never lost his hat no matter what he did during his life. The hat never came off unless he took it off himself.

"No it was not, but heck it not your fault, I agreed to go as well," Karzon said as he laid his head on the gate. He had to get his breath back. Karzon then let go of the gate with his left hand and reached in his pocket for the map. He took it out and the ink was dripping off it. This was wonderful, Karzon then threw the map in the water at watched it disappear down the river in a matter of seconds.

"Hey look at this!" Link said as he pointed to a key hole that was on the gate. Karzon looked at it, if that was not the weirdest thing he had ever seen he did not know what was. That was a bad statement for him to make because he knew more weired stuff was on the way.

Then Link pulled out the handful, of keys he and Karzon had found on the way. These would fit into the key hole. Link was not sure what was going to happen, but it was better then staying stuck on this gate for the rest of Forever. There was a loud crashing sound as something rammed against the gate. The keys went flying out of links hand and down into the river. Link gasped as he reached out and tried to grab one. With his luck he grabbed one key while the others went flying down the river. Karzon looked at Link and frowned, he hoped they did not need those other keys.

Karzon then looked behind them and saw something much worse then a bunch of lost keys. There was a sea serpent, it must have been the thing that ran into the gate. Link put the key in the key hole as the serpent hissed at them. It was long and slimy looking. The current of the water must not have been effecting it because it stood there looking at Karzon and Link.

"Um...Link, no mean to rush you but our friend back here wants to get threw as well," Karzon said and Link looked behind him, he had been wondering what had hit the gate as well but he had been more worried about the key. Links eyes widened and the Serpent hissed, Link then quickly turned back to the key and turned it sharply. The Key clicked then disappeared. Then the gate disappeared as well. Karzon and Link feel back into the river as they Serpent tried to bite them. The two of them then started shooting down stream once again.

Them falling in to the water and getting a bit of a head start did not stop the serpent from going after what he found nice to be lunch. The Serpent shot after them, at an incredible speed. The river then turned it's self into a ragging rapids. Now not only did Link and Karzon have to worry about staying above the water, they now had to make an effort to dodging the rocks, and with a mad serpent chasing after them.

Karzon looked behind him, the Serpent was gaining on them. They would be food soon if this Serpent was not stopped. Karzon looked at his right arm and hoped it would not be ripped off at the next thing he was about to do. Another rock was coming towards Karzon. He threw his hand out of the water and grabbed on to the rock, the current did not agree with Karzon's body but at least his arm was not ripped off. The serpent not seeing Karzons act of bravery went off the person he could see. Link. As the Serpent passed by Karzon jumped out and grabbed a hold do the Serpent. This thing was moving faster then the river. but it had to doge the rocks as well, that was the only thing that was keeping him from getting to Link.

Karzon then started to scale the back of the serpent getting closer and closer to it's head. Only when Karzon was right around the head of the Serpent did it notice that Karzon was hanging on to him. The Serpent started shaking it's head in a attempt to get Karzon off.

Karzon saw a few more rocks coming their way. The Serpent was still shaking it's head madly and did not see the rocks. with one more swift trushed of the serpents head sent it crashing into one of the rocks. Karzon let got of the serpent and flipped back in the water. That would keep the thing off their backs for a while.

"Karzon!" Link yelled. Karzon knew it was not good, the last time he yelled back to them they had run into a gate, Karzon looked forward again and did not need Link to tell him what was going on. They were about to go over a water fall.

"What did I ever do wrong?" Karzon asked as he took in a deep breath, this was going to be anything but fun. As the water came to an end over the cliff Link and Karzon shot off the water fall and went falling down towards the lake below them. The two of them slashed down onto the water and it felt like they had hit a rock. The water as a lot calmer now, they both saw to the top of the lake and smiled, they had loved threw that. That was something to smile about.

"Where are we?" Link asked as they both looked up at a magnificent white marble temple. If this was the Temple of Healing, Ganon was getting a little lazy. Though the river was a killer and they lost the girls, it had not been that hard to find the Temple.

The two guys then swam to the side of the lake and climbed out, Their bodies were in pain and they were soaking wet. They both sat down on a stepping stone, they just needed to rest for a bit before they went in the Temple. Karzon looked around and hoped that the Poe had taken Malon over here. Then he spotted something as it walked out of one of the other tunnels.

"Why don't we ask him," Karzon said as the King Skeleton walked out of the tunnel. Link closed his eyes and let out a deep breath. One thing after another.

"KARZON!" Karzon turned around Sharply as Malon came crawling out of the water behind the. HE jumped up to his feet and Malon hugged him tightly. "There you guys are!"

"Father!" Tamke yelled as she looked at the King, Link looked back that the bones the Tamke. He pretended he did not just hear him call those walking bone `father.' Navi then let go of Tamke and hugged Link. He was puzzled because he did not know this was Navi.

"Who-?"

"HEY! It's me! Navi!" Navi said and Link nodded his head, it was Navi all right. He was going to ask her how this happened when a bunch of the warriors jumped out of the water. The King started laughing. Karzon and Link the shot each other a side ways glance. They pushed the girls off them and Link pulled out his sword and Karzon's staff reappeared in his hand.

"Lets get these bone heads," (I know corny joke but it had to be said). The warriors pulled out their swords as they charged at Link and Karzon. Link swung upwards then sharply swung his arm tot the right cutting off two of the Skeletons heads. He then turned around sharply slicing another one in half. Link flipped backwards as one tried to stab at him.

Karzon spun his staff knocking two backwards. He then threw his staff at the one that tried to take a stab at Link. The warrior feel to the ground in shattered pieces. That was not nearly as hard as messing around without the water Serpent. Mika then ran over and hugged both of the guys.

"Thank goodness! If another Poe touches me they are going to make sure they stay dead!" Mika said as she sighed happily, they all turned to look at the king but it appeared he had disappeared. Malon and Navi then ran over to the two guys as well. They were just so happy to see them again.

"That bonny king wanted us to get married," Malon said as Tamke walked over to them as well. He smiled and bowed slightly. They were powerful warriors, they had taken out the bone warriors with not problem.

"Again I am sorry for all this trouble you had to go threw. I really don't know what brought them back from their graves..." Tamke said and Mika turned towards him. She felt a little bad for him. She walked over to him and took his hold of his hands.

"You were down here all alone?" She asked and Tamke looked at her, then she slowly nodded his head. He had been all along for a long time. The truth of the matter he had almost forgotten what a woman looked like.

"Yes, I have been alone for quite some time, but I know you four did not end up here on accident what are you guys really doing down here?" Tamke answered and Mika let go of him. She felt bad asking him to give them the other part of the staff. But she did not have to worry about that because she knew one of the others was going to ask.

She was right, Link walked up to the two of them and he told Tamke how they came here looking for the part of the staff of healing so they could save Princess Zelda and Great Impa from a curse. He then told him how Ganon was free. The two guys exchanged words for a few minutes. Malon, Karzon and Navi exchanged a few words why waiting on Link.

"Yes thats the Temple of Healing right there," Tamke said as he pointed to the temple behind them. Link nodded, he had though that was a temple. "Fallow me I'll take you to the staff of Healing." Tamke then started to walk off towards the Temple. The five of them followed him towards the temple. Each of them was more excited then the other to see the inside of them temple. Something that looked so grand on the outside had to be even more wonderful on the inside.

But as Tamke opened the doors to the Temple they were all left disappointed. The inside of the temple was trashed, everything was out of place and broken. That walls were not even made of the same marble as the outside was. inside the walls were made of wood. Faded old and ugly wood. It seamed like a waist of wood.

They walked threw the first part of the temple, it really did look like a war had been fought in here. Not only was it trashed but there was blood stinging most of the walls. AS they entered another room, it looked a lot better then the last few did.

On these walls, there was still blood stains but there were paints, of the four seasons again. These paintings were odd and misteriouse. In each season there was a person either sitting or standing. They wanted to know what was so important about the seasons to a tribe of people who lived down in the mines and had never seen the four seasons.

"Right beyond this door is the item you seek," Tamke said, Link was the one who was the most excited now. He was now one step closer to saving his wife to be. Tamke pushed opened the door and they walked into a room that was all wood. There was no windows, no nothing but an alter and wood. "I don't have a musical instrument so I can't call fourth the goddesses."

"No worries! Link you got your Ocarina right?" Malon asked and smiled.

"Never leave home with out it," Link then pulled the ocarina of time out of his pouch and walked over to the Alter. He looked at the Alter, there were musical notes carved into it. Above the music notes were some words carved into the alter. Link leaned closer to the alter to read the inscription.

"To talk to the goddesses play the song, `The Goddesses Love'" Link read out loud. Then he placed his ocarina to his lips and began to the song, The Goddesses love. When he played threw the song twice the ground started to shake. Link put the ocarina away and Navi ran over to him grabbing onto his arm. When she was a fairy she never had to feel the rubbing of the ground before. She really hated to be in this form.

The wood disappeared off the walls and the room then turned from brown to gold. The Triforce appeared on the wall. Links arm started glowing and then the part of the Triforce that was courage started to glow. Just like it would when he'd go into the Temple of time.

"Young ones," A soft angle like voice eccoced threw the rooms of the Temple. "This is the goddess Din, what is it that you seek?"

"We...we are looking for the Second part of the staff of Healing," Link said as he looked back at Malon. Malon then took her pouch off her skirt. She was so happy she had grabbed her other clothes before they left. She pulled out the handle of the staff and handed it to Link. Link Held up the handle.

"The Boy of Courage, you wish for the staff, your wish is granted. To find the next part of the staff you must travel into a world that recently had been corrupted. Where the trees are the tallest and the young ones stay young. Until we meet again Hero of time...." The voice faded away as the handle of the staff started to glow. The Staff got longer and a bit heavery.

Link then turned around and showed everyone. He had the biggest smile on his face. Malon then started clapping and all the others joined in. Link then jumped up in the air. He landed back on his feet and handed the staff to Malon.

"Looks like were going back to the forest," Mika said, the one who had only really been pay attention to the Goddess Din why she was talking. The land that had recently be curupted gave it away the most, after their little encounter with Serria and Mido.

"I wish you all the best of luck on your journey to find the rest of the staff, now that I heard the goddess...I guess my life is complete," Tamke laughed, he never ever though he'd hear something like that! Link was not to surprise to hear the voice of the goddess. After his first round a go with Ganon then with Majora's mask. Nothing was to surprising.

"Your not going to stay down here are you?" Mika asked and wondered how he could stand being down here alone. "What it bone man is still walking around! He's not going to be to happy sence we ran from him and these two re-killed his army."

"But, I've never been up there before!" Tamke said and Karzon placed a friendly hand on his shoulder.

"I'm new here as well, it's not that bad of a place," Karzon said and Tamke nodded his head. It must be better up there with people who are really alive then down in a mine cave with a bunch of dead people wondering around.

With that settled all of them started to walk out of the temple. Tamke was starting to wonder where his father disappeared to once his warriors were killed. Tamke then shook away the though, his father was death and thats where he should stay. He then looked at Mika who was punch and teasing Karzon. He had told her about the Serpent and she was telling him how easy him and link had it compared to her Malon and Navi.

That made Karzon laugh, he was talking about how much he rather have wanted a walking corps to marry him then to be thrown up against a gate. Malon then just latched herself to Karzon's arm. All four of them were tired. They were just going to make it outside in time to see the sun set.
