"To Stay or Not to Stay"

"Wait a minute. You're his girlfriend," Apollo said in sheer surprise, "I thought priestess not suppose to have relationships. And anyway Snott is thirteen!"
"Actually I can be any age I want to be," said Snott.
"What do you mean by that?" Stry said.
"I'm a genie. I can be forty if I wanted to be."
"What!" said everyone at once in shocked.
"My real age is 913."
"Man you're old," said Apollo.
"Actually I'm like eighteen to other genies, but as a thirteen year old I can get away with more stuff than a eighteen year old, and I have more energy."
"Did King Robert know you're a genie?" asked Kismet.
"No. I didn't tell anyone after I left the temple."
"You lived in the temple," said Apollo, "I thought only priestess can enter."
"You are correct," said Cleini, "But my sister Giden found his lamp in a secret room when she started working at the temple."
"I think it will be clearer if I started from the beginning," Snott said.
"Please," Ruby replied.
"Two hundred years ago, the elders of Mercit started the religion of Mercit when they found paintings and statues made by the first generation of free people. The paintings and statues were about eight hundred years old then, and among them was my lamp. One found it and took him for himself. His name was Austin. He was later known as the great, but this was before that. He asked for some small things, like money, strength, normal stuff that ever mortal asks for. Then Austin went off in his great journey that made him great, and hid the lamp in the temple behind a statue of Mercit under a lose brick. It stayed there for a hundred years, until the last elder was getting very old and feeble. Her name was Mimi. She had five daughters. The eldest was Giden. When Giden turned twenty, Mimi made her in charge of the temple. Mimi retired from being a priestess so she could raise her other children. The twins Joy and Medicina were 15, Sakura was 10, and Cleini was the youngest, she was 5."
"One day Giden was cleaning the temple when she found the lost brick. She picked it up and found my dirty old lamp. Then She decided to clean it, and when she did I came out. I was 813 then, but looked sixteen. The only wish she asked for was to be young forever, so she can keep the temple in her keeping. So, I grant her that wish, but she couldn't leave the temple and she can never lose her virginity. Three years later when the twins were eighteen, they enter the service of being priestess, and I granted the same wish with the same rules. Then three years after that, Mimi died, so Sakura being 16, and Cleini, 11, came into the service. I granted Sakura the same wish, but not Cleini yet, because she was still young, so I had to wait five years. During that time I watch her turn from a child into a beautiful young maiden, and when the time arrived, I had fallen madly and deeply in love with her. I didn't want to do it because then I couldn't take her to be mine. I couldn't kiss her, couldn't touch her, couldn't lay with her, couldn't love him."
"He wanted to boink her!" said Apollo rudely interrupting Snott, "So did you boink her? For all men out there, tell me you boink her. If not I will not listen to the rest of the story."
"If you meaning have sex with Cleini, no I didn't."
Then Apollo got up to leave.
"Where're you going?" Wanderer said.
"He didn't boink her, so why do I have to listen to the rest?" Apollo replied.
"Is that all you care about? Boinking," said Ruby.
"More or less."
"Sat you butt back down here," said Wanderer.
"Fine," he said as he plopped down in his down with his arm cross across his chest.
"You can go on with your story," Ruby said.
"Okay. I didn't 'boink' her, I gave her eternity youthfulness with the same conditions. For seventy-six years, I loved her from afar. Until one day, Cleini came up and kissed me. She said..."
--flashback--
"Do you know how long I was longing to do that? I just got up the nerves to do it now," Cleini said.
"Do you know how long I wanted you to do that? But it just can't be. It was never meant to be. If I love you, you will grow old leaving all of your beauty behind, and I can't do that to you," Snott replied.
"I know. But if you can't have me, no one can. I will wait for you until you return."
"What do you mean? I will always be here."
"Not if I make you free. Then you can go and find a way so we can be together."
"I can't. I just can't. I will die if I don't see your face everyday, and I don't know if I want to."
"But what if it means that we can be together forever."
"I don't know."
Then Cleini took out his lamp, and held on it tight.
"I wish that you can be free Snott."
"By the power which confound me to my lamp make me free."
Then the lamp in Cleini dissolve into dust, and blow away.
"I'm free. I'm actually free."
"You must go now before my sisters founds out what I'd done."
"Give me a kiss first to remember you by."
--end of flashback--
"Cleini kissed me and I left. I turned myself into a ten-year-old boy and wanderer around the world looking for a way that my beloved and me can both be free. The only place I didn't enter was Fuxec because being in the temple for so long I believed in Mercit and all the stories about her. After ten years, I join King Robert's army and you can figure out the rest from there."
"That's sweet," said Ruby.
"Too mushy for my taste," replied Apollo, "It will be better if they boinked."
"You still upset about that."
"He could stretch the truth like a normal dude."
"He's not a normal 'dude'," said Stry.
"So it could been his chance to be normal. Besides I'm think I'm the only normal dude here."
"Nobody's normal," said Wanderer, "Everybody has there secrets."

"So each has a magical weapon," said King Robert.
"Yes, your highness," Katie replied.
"I want a magical weapon."
"You do have one."
"I do?"
"Yes you do, your highness. Knows-a-lot bring in the box."
Knows-a-lot walked in carrying a long, skinny, black box.
"This is Staff of the Kings," Katie said as she took out a long, beautifully carved staff.
"Where did you find that?" King Robert asked.
"You had it here all the long. When your forefather took this land from King Daven, he also took this staff also."
King Robert got out of his throne and walked towards Katie. He took the staff out of Katie hands and started examining it.
"It's beautiful. Nala get in here," he said.
Nala crawled in because she just got out of her afternoon nap.
"Yes my beloved king," she said as she got up and stretched out.
"Sorry to awoken you, Nala, but I got something for you," said King Robert.
"Don't care if you wake me. I will do anything for you."
"Here I want you to have this. It will help you against Kismet."
King Robert handed her the staff.
"My king how can I ever repay you?" she replied.
"Oh, I know a way," he said.
"Knows-a-lot let's get out of here before I see something I don't want to see," Katie said as she pulled Knows-a-lot out of the room with her.
As they left, King Robert and Nala started making out.

"My beloved Cleini, you don't know how much I longed for this moment," said Snott as he and Cleini were sitting on their knees on top on a bed.
"Don't speak. You will just ruin the perfect moment," Cleini said as she placed a figure on his lips.
Snott changed himself back to an 18 year old just like Cleini remember seeing him lasted. He took his hands, held Cleini hand that was near his lips and started kissing it. Then he pulled her closer to him and started kissing her on soft, delicate lips. He wrapped his arms around her, and she followed his lead. His lips moved down to her neck. His hands started to untie her shirt, and then took it off. He moved his way down to her breast, kissing them softly and passionately. Cleini started to unbutton his top shirt, then taking off his tank top under it. Snott laid her down on the bed, and went to her stomach. But Cleini pulled him back up so they can see eye to eye.
"I should be the one giving you the pleasure," she said.
"Is it your wish?" Snott asked.
"My wish is already being grated."
"I love you."
"I love you, too."
Snott kissed her on the lips, and continued making love to her all night long.

Kismet didn't fall asleep until late that night. He didn't know what kept him up. He just blamed it on Apollo's snoring. But when he did fell asleep, he had a weird dream.
--Dream--
Kismet was walking down a hallway in a castle when he entered a room at the end of it. It was a bedroom at the look of it. It was all white, the walls, the carpet, and everything else in it. But it wasn't much in it. A wardrobe, a vanity with a big mirror, and a bed in the middle. It was a canopy, with a thick white curtain that fell all the way to the floor. He found a small opening in the curtains and got in.
Inside was a girl sitting on the bed. She was wearing a black sport bra thing and a long skirt with slits on both sides that went almost to the top. Her brown her was in two buns on top on her head and two long bangs ran down the side of her face. On her right upper-arm was a tattoo that that wrapped around the arm. It was just a centimeter big, and had a simple design, a curve line than a dot. And on her neck was a collar that a chain was attached to it.
She crawled towards Kismet, and suddenly stop because that was as far the chain went. She beacons him to come closer to her, and he did. As soon as he came close to her, she kissed him.
"My beloved you have returned to me," she said.
"Who are you?" Kismet asked.
"You have been gone for long time. I don't know how much I could live without your sweet kiss."
"Tell me. Who are you? Do I know you?"
"Of course you know me. I have been by your side for awhile now. Don't you realize me."
"No I don't."
"Then I guess I have to make you remember."
She lifted his shirt of him, and she started kissing his chest. Then she licked it from the bottom to the top, up his neck, pass his chin, and to his mouth where she kissed him again. But he pulled away.
"What's wrong my love? Am I doing something wrong?" she asked.
"We can't do this," he replied.
"Yes we can. You are my husband, aren't I supposed to please you?"
"You're husband?"
"You are my precious Daven, and I'm your Fairy Queen."
"Wait you think I'm King Daven. That means you're the Fair..."
Then suddenly Kismet woke-up with sweat dripping from his forehead.

"Where we you two last night?" asked Wanderer to Stry and Snott at breakfast.
"I was with Cleini," replied Snott.
"You got lucky, didn't you?" said Apollo as he nudged Snott.
"Like it's your business."
"I make it my business to know this things."
"And where we you, Stry?" Wanderer asked Stry again.
"I'm an insomniac," Stry replied.
"A insa-what?" Apollo said.
"An insomniac. Someone who can't fall asleep," said Ruby.
"Man, I will die without my beauty sleep."
"I could tell you that. I can hardly sleep because of your snoring," Kismet said.
"I don't snore!"
"I beg to differ. And you're also a heavy sleeper."
"You probably a very light sleeper because I do not SNORE!"
Then a young boy walked in, and he went to the bartender. The boy asked him something, then the bartender pointed at the group. The boy walked up and bowed at Cleini.
"Great Priestess Cleini, I have a letter for you from High Priestess Giden," he said.
"Thank you," Cleini said as she took the letter. She handed the boy some coins, and he ran off. She opened the letter and read it.
"So what does it say?" Apollo asked.
"You're very nosy, you know," Ruby said.
"So."
"It's not good to be nosy."
"Actually it all depends. Sometime it will come in handy."
"Like never."
"My sisters want to see me," said Cleini.
"You don't have to go you know," said Snott.
"I must. Not because they say so because I want to."
"What do they want?"
"Hey he's being nosy and you not pointing it out to him," said Apollo.
"It's different," Ruby replied.
"How?"
"Because it is."
"They said I will let me back in," said Cleini.
"That kind of late, isn't it? I doubt you are a virgin anymore," said Apollo.
"They know that, but they will still let me come back," said Cleini.
"Don't go back. I beg you don't. We finally together," Snott said.
"It's safe there. When the evil is destroy you will come back to me and take me as you wife, right?"
"Of course. There's nothing that can stop me."
"You're doom," said Apollo.
"Why?" asked Kismet.
"In every play I seen when a guys promise his girlfriend he will came back and marry her after he comes back from war, he always dies."
"You can't based real life from plays," said Wanderer.
"How do you think the playwright get the idea for this things? For real things that happened to them or someone they knew."
"Nice theory, but it's not true."
"How do you know? Huh?"
"I know a few."

"I'm here," said Cleini as she and the group walked up to the Temple of Mercit.
"Our precious baby-sister you decided to come after all," said Giden. Her and Cleini's another sisters were on the top of the steps watching the group every move.
"Why did your change your mind?"
"Because we need you," Joy said.
"Why do you need me? You don't want to clean the temple do you."
"No. You are special little one," said Medicina.
"How am I special?"
"You are strong in the ways of Mercit," said Sakura.
"Mercit is not real," said Kismet.
"She is not strong in the way of Mercit, but of magic. She's a powerful witch," said Ruby, "In fact everybody has some type of magically powers."
"We are not witches. Witches are evil," said Giden.
"Not all witches are evil. People just remember the evil ones better, so it gives us a bad name."
"You're a witch," said Apollo in surprise.
"Mercit gave us her power and if you do not come back Cleini, we will show you her power," said Giden.
"I will never come back," said Cleini.
"Then it's your death. Sisters let show her never to disobey us."
The four priestesses started to call to Mercit for help. Chanting to her and it seems that she has answered them, because they powers was growing rapidly.
"This can be trouble," said Apollo.
"Do you have any spells to protect us Ruby?" asked Wanderer.
"Yes. It's powerful but I don't know if it can stop that," she replied.
"I can help," said Kismet.
"Okay. Mountain elves hear my cry. Help us, protected us, shield us so we will not die. Mountain elves hear my cry. Help us, protected us, shield us so we will not die," Ruby repeated that over and over again. Then a barrier built around them.
"Kismet what are you going to do?" asked Apollo.
"Shield dust," Kismet said as he took out some out of a green pouch on his sword belt. He blew it unto the barrier, which made it stronger.
"Will you think that will protect us?" said Wanderer.
"Hopefully, but we still need a way to attack them," Kismet replied.
"Yes, but how?" said Stry.
"Snott can you help us," said Cleini.
"I can't. My spell is no longer any use for me, and I don't know my new one. I'm sorry," Snott replied.
"It's okay. Wait I know a way."
"What?"
"Kismet is there a way out of this thing."
"I don't know. You got to ask Ruby, but she's busy now," Kismet replied.
"Don't worry."
Cleini walked up to Ruby and set her hand on her head. She closed her eyes for a few seconds, and then she stopped.
"I can just walk out," she said.
"What are you going to do?" Snott asked.
"Good-bye my beloved," she said. Then she kissed him and walked out of the barrier.
"No," he said but it was too late she was already out there, "I'm going with you."
"You can't," said Stry as he grabbed Snott's arm.
"Let me go," he said as he try to struggle out, but Stry just hold on stronger.
"Mercit I know you are not real, but I know they someone out there that is," said Cleini, "Queen Sara help me."
"Nobody can help you, but you. You must find the power within yourself. I know you have it. Find it and use it," Cleini heard someone say to her.
Cleini closed her eyes and search for her power. Then she found it deep in her heart.
"Super Beam."(Translate into Fuxec)
At that some time, her sisters released theirs. The two powers concluded creating a big explosion because of the barrier the group was safe, but everything else wasn't. After the smoke cleared, all you can see is a destroyed temple, and five died priestesses. The whole surroundings were destroyed also.
"Cleini!" Snott yelled as he ran to her. He picked her up in his arms and held her tight. Tears ran down his face because he couldn't hold them back, "Somebody help her please. I don't want her to be dead. I just got her back, I don't want to lose her."
"Apollo get me some water," said Kismet.
"Why?" he replied back.
"Just do it."
"Fine, fine."
Apollo ran to the almost empty pool of the pink water and took out a two empty bottles from his saddlebag. He filled both with it, and then he putted one back in his saddlebag and took the other to Kismet.
"Here. This is the only water I can find," Apollo said.
"It will have to work," Kismet said as he took the bottle from Apollo.
Kismet took a pink pouch from his belt and poured some relieve power carefully in the bottle. Then he shook it up. He opened Cleini's mouth and poured it in. In a few seconds you could hear her breathing, but she didn't wake-up.
"Why isn't she awake?" Snott said.
"I didn't say it will wake her up just bring her back from the dead," said Kismet, "She will be asleep for a couple of days to regain her strength."
"So we got to stay here longer?" asked Apollo.
"No, we're on a quest, and we wasted often days here already. We need to find the holder of a weapon," said Ruby.
"I will carry her on my back with me," said Snott.
"We don't know how long it will take to find a holder. It will tire you out," said Kismet.
"I don't care. I love her, and I'm not leaving her behind."
"I say let him take her. It's not my problem," said Apollo.
"We can take shifts carrying her," said Wanderer, "Snott you will take the first shift and Apollo because you care so much about this, you're taking the second one."
"What! I demand justice! You can't make me do something without my permission!"
"We're a team and we have to work together like one. So you're taking the second shift. I will take the third one. Kismet the fourth, and Stry the fifth."
"What about Ruby? You didn't mention her. Because she's a girl, she doesn't have to do it, is that it?"
"She's the one guiding us. She's need all of her energy."
"I need all of my energy if a wild beast attacks us or something."
"There's four other people that stop the wild beast. So you're on the second shift, and no more lip about it."
Apollo just mumbled something to himself.
"So Ruby will you do the honors and show us where to go from here?" asked Wanderer to Ruby.
"Of course," she replied, "Crystal diamond show me where I can find an owner of a weapon."
The crystal still pointed in the same direction as last time. So they headed southwest of this town of Mercit.

Her brown her was in two buns on top on her head and two long bangs ran down the side of her face. On her right upper-arm was a tattoo that that wrapped around the arm. It was just a centimeter big, and had a simple design, a curve line than a dot. And on her neck was a collar that a chain was attached to it.
She crawled towards Kismet, and suddenly stop because that was as far the chain went. She beacons him to come closer to her, and he did. As soon as he came close to her, she kissed him.
"My beloved you have returned to me," she said.
"Who are you?" Kismet asked.
"You have been gone for long time. I don't know how much I could live without your sweet kiss."
"Tell me. Who are you? Do I know you?"
"Of course you know me. I have been by your side for awhile now. Don't you realize me."
"No I don't."
"Then I guess I have to make you remember."
She lifted his shirt of him, and she started kissing his chest. Then she licked it from the bottom to the top, up his neck, pass his chin, and to his mouth where she kissed him again. But he pulled away.
"What's wrong my love? Am I doing something wrong?" she asked.
"We can't do this," he replied.
"Yes we can. You are my husband, aren't I supposed to please you?"
"You're husband?"
"You are my precious Daven, and I'm your Fairy Queen."
"Wait you think I'm King Daven. That means you're the Fair..."
Then suddenly Kismet woke-up with sweat dripping from his forehead.

"Where we you two last night?" asked Wanderer to Stry and Snott at breakfast.
"I was with Cleini," replied Snott.
"You got lucky, didn't you?" said Apollo as he nudged Snott.
"Like it's your business."
"I make it my business to know this things."
"And where we you, Stry?" Wanderer asked Stry again.
"I'm an insomniac," Stry replied.
"A insa-what?" Apollo said.
"An insomniac. Someone who can't fall asleep," said Ruby.
"Man, I will die without my beauty sleep."
"I could tell you that. I can hardly sleep because of your snoring," Kismet said.
"I don't snore!"
"I beg to differ. And you're also a heavy sleeper."
"You probably a very light sleeper because I do not SNORE!"
Then a young boy walked in, and he went to the bartender. The boy asked him something, then the bartender pointed at the group. The boy walked up and bowed at Cleini.
"Great Priestess Cleini, I have a letter for you from High Priestess Giden," he said.
"Thank you," Cleini said as she took the letter. She handed the boy some coins, and he ran off. She opened the letter and read it.
"So what does it say?" Apollo asked.
"You're very nosy, you know," Ruby said.
"So."
"It's not good to be nosy."
"Actually it all depends. Sometime it will come in handy."
"Like never."
"My sisters want to see me," said Cleini.
"You don't have to go you know," said Snott.
"I must. Not because they say so because I want to."
"What do they want?"
"Hey he's being nosy and you not pointing it out to him," said Apollo.
"It's different," Ruby replied.
"How?"
"Because it is."
"They said I will let me back in," said Cleini.
"That kind of late, isn't it? I doubt you are a virgin anymore," said Apollo.
"They know that, but they will still let me come back," said Cleini.
"Don't go back. I beg you don't. We finally together," Snott said.
"It's safe there. When the evil is destroy you will come back to me and take me as you wife, right?"
"Of course. There's nothing that can stop me."
"You're doom," said Apollo.
"Why?" asked Kismet.
"In every play I seen when a guys promise his girlfriend he will came back and marry her after he comes back from war, he always dies."
"You can't based real life from plays," said Wanderer.
"How do you think the playwright get the idea for this things? For real things that happened to them or someone they knew."
"Nice theory, but it's not true."
"How do you know? Huh?"
"I know a few."

"I'm here," said Cleini as she and the group walked up to the Temple of Mercit.
"Our precious baby-sister you decided to come after all," said Giden. Her and Cleini's another sisters were on the top of the steps watching the group every move.
"Why did your change your mind?"
"Because we need you," Joy said.
"Why do you need me? You don't want to clean the temple do you."
"No. You are special little one," said Medicina.
"How am I special?"
"You are strong in the ways of Mercit," said Sakura.
"Mercit is not real," said Kismet.
"She is not strong in the way of Mercit, but of magic. She's a powerful witch," said Ruby, "In fact everybody has some type of magically powers."
"We are not witches. Witches are evil," said Giden.
"Not all witches are evil. People just remember the evil ones better, so it gives us a bad name."
"You're a witch," said Apollo in surprise.
"Mercit gave us her power and if you do not come back Cleini, we will show you her power," said Giden.
"I will never come back," said Cleini.
"Then it's your death. Sisters let show her never to disobey us."
The four priestesses started to call to Mercit for help. Chanting to her and it seems that she has answered them, because they powers was growing rapidly.
"This can be trouble," said Apollo.
"Do you have any spells to protect us Ruby?" asked Wanderer.
"Yes. It's powerful but I don't know if it can stop that," she replied.
"I can help," said Kismet.
"Okay. Mountain elves hear my cry. Help us, protected us, shield us so we will not die. Mountain elves hear my cry. Help us, protected us, shield us so we will not die," Ruby repeated that over and over again. Then a barrier built around them.
"Kismet what are you going to do?" asked Apollo.
"Shield dust," Kismet said as he took out some out of a green pouch on his sword belt. He blew it unto the barrier, which made it stronger.
"Will you think that will protect us?" said Wanderer.
"Hopefully, but we still need a way to attack them," Kismet replied.
"Yes, but how?" said Stry.
"Snott can you help us," said Cleini.
"I can't. My spell is no longer any use for me, and I don't know my new one. I'm sorry," Snott replied.
"It's okay. Wait I know a way."
"What?"
"Kismet is there a way out of this thing."
"I don't know. You got to ask Ruby, but she's busy now," Kismet replied.
"Don't worry."
Cleini walked up to Ruby and set her hand on her head. She closed her eyes for a few seconds, and then she stopped.
"I can just walk out," she said.
"What are you going to do?" Snott asked.
"Good-bye my beloved," she said. Then she kissed him and walked out of the barrier.
"No," he said but it was too late she was already out there, "I'm going with you."
"You can't," said Stry as he grabbed Snott's arm.
"Let me go," he said as he try to struggle out, but Stry just hold on stronger.
"Mercit I know you are not real, but I know they someone out there that is," said Cleini, "Queen Sara help me."
"Nobody can help you, but you. You must find the power within yourself. I know you have it. Find it and use it," Cleini heard someone say to her.
Cleini closed her eyes and search for her power. Then she found it deep in her heart.

At that some time, her sisters released theirs. The two powers concluded creating a big explosion because of the barrier the group was safe, but everything else wasn't. After the smoke cleared, all you can see is a destroyed temple, and five died priestesses. The whole surroundings were destroyed also.
"Cleini!" Snott yelled as he ran to her. He picked her up in his arms and held her tight. Tears ran down his face because he couldn't hold them back, "Somebody help her please. I don't want her to be dead. I just got her back, I don't want to lose her."
"Apollo get me some water," said Kismet.
"Why?" he replied back.
"Just do it."
"Fine, fine."
Apollo ran to the almost empty pool of the pink water and took out a two empty bottles from his saddlebag. He filled both with it, and then he putted one back in his saddlebag and took the other to Kismet.
"Here. This is the only water I can find," Apollo said.
"It will have to work," Kismet said as he took the bottle from Apollo.
Kismet took a pink pouch from his belt and poured some relieve power carefully in the bottle. Then he shook it up. He opened Cleini's mouth and poured it in. In a few seconds you could hear her breathing, but she didn't wake-up.
"Why isn't she awake?" Snott said.
"I didn't say it will wake her up just bring her back from the dead," said Kismet, "She will be asleep for a couple of days to regain her strength."
"So we got to stay here longer?" asked Apollo.
"No, we're on a quest, and we wasted often days here already. We need to find the holder of a weapon," said Ruby.
"I will carry her on my back with me," said Snott.
"We don't know how long it will take to find a holder. It will tire you out," said Kismet.
"I don't care. I love her, and I'm not leaving her behind."
"I say let him take her. It's not my problem," said Apollo.
"We can take shifts carrying her," said Wanderer, "Snott you will take the first shift and Apollo because you care so much about this, you're taking the second one."
"What! I demand justice! You can't make me do something without my permission!"
"We're a team and we have to work together like one. So you're taking the second shift. I will take the third one. Kismet the fourth, and Stry the fifth."
"What about Ruby? You didn't mention her. Because she's a girl, she doesn't have to do it, is that it?"
"She's the one guiding us. She's need all of her energy."
"I need all of my energy if a wild beast attacks us or something."
"There's four other people that stop the wild beast. So you're on the second shift, and no more lip about it."
Apollo just mumbled something to himself.
"So Ruby will you do the honors and show us where to go from here?" asked Wanderer to Ruby.
"Of course," she replied, "Crystal diamond show me where I can find an owner of a weapon."
The crystal still pointed in the same direction as last time. So they headed southwest of this town of Mercit.
