"Yea! He had wings!"

"Wings?"

"Uh-hu! He saved me from Zack,"

"What did he try to do?!"

"Uhmm...well its settled now,"

"Aeris. You want me to send Cloud over there? Just in case?"

"No, no. I'm fine! Thanks Tifa," Aeris sighed. "You need to worry about that wedding of yours!"

"Its all taken care of. I'm worried more about you and Zack and that...thing,"

"Its not a thing! I know it's a man!"

"Does he have a name?"

"I...he didn't tell me," Aeris thought.

"Name him…Jeepers Creepers," Tifa said with a giggle. "He sounds like Jeepers, with the bat wings and all,"

"But he didn't eat Zack!" Aeris sighed. Although, would have been nice…

Aeris needed to quickly finished off the phone call, it was closing time.

"Listen, I got to go now,"

"Oh, okay. Come over later for some carrot cake I made. Cloud just loves it!"

"Sure, I'd love to. Seven o'clock sound okay?"

"Perfect,"

"Okay, say hi to Cloud then,"

"I will,"

"Buh-bye!"

Aeris hung up the phone. She searched for the keys to the shop in her apron pockets while at the same time closing the lights.

Passing by the window, she saw people run frantically through the dark rain. She didn't realize it was raining earlier. Still not finding the keys, she checked her purse.

"AW! There," she said with a frown. The keys were sitting at the bottom of her purse.

Aeris took a last look at her shop. There was a mess of white flowers; preparing for Tifa and Cloud's wedding. She sighed, admiring their beauty.

Aeris jumped as her cell phone vibrated in her pocket.

Turning off the lights, she walked outside and put the key in the door.

Quickly, Aeris pulled out her pink cell phone. She took a look at the name and squealed.

"Hello?" she said happily. Turning the lock, she pulled out the key and stuck it into her purse again.

"Hey Aeris,"

"Sephiroth! You finally called me!" The rain poured on heavy on her umbrella she took out. She began to walk home.

"Yes. So how is my little sis?"

"I'm fine! OH, guess what!"

"What?" Sephiroth said with a hint of amusement.

"You remember Tifa and Cloud?"

"I do,"

"There getting married! I'm decorating their wedding party with white lilies, gardenias, camellias, and my specialty- roses!"

She could hear her older brother chuckle heartily on the other side.

"Sounds great. Hey listen, I'm coming down in a couple of days…"

"YOU ARE?!" Aeris screamed. People stopped in the rain and stared at her. She was too happy to notice.

"YES I AM," Sephiroth mimicked her in the same manner.

In all her delight, Aeris felt a presence, like being watched.

She turned around, but only saw an old man pass by her.

"Oh! I also met someone…well…sorta met," she paused. "A guy,"

As she passed by a figure in a alleyway, a it turned and followed her quickly.

"OH really," Sephiroth drawled.

"Sephy!"

"No, no. Tell me about him," Sephiroth said casually with interest.

"Well, he saved me from that jerk Za-" Aeris was cut off when someone grabbed her and put a cloth up to her mouth. The cloth had chlorophyll on it and was putting Aeris to sleep.

The cell phone dropped from her hand to the ground with a clank.

"Hello? Aeris!" Sephiroth yelled from the tiny phone. "AERIS?!"

The attacker picked up the phone and threw it hard to the ground, smashing it.

Aeris's vision was blurred, and her body was weak. She felt the person lift her over his shoulder, and then she blacked out.
