Decision

Dagen sat in front of an angry headmaster Cid. His little story was told perfectly and everything was going according to plan. He waited impatiently but it didn't show though the headmaster was getting a little antsy.

"I still cannot believe that this is happening. I knew that those two had something wrong with each other as they are always fighting but I did not think that it would go this far. I thought it was over..." He looked a little worried over them but Dagen paid no attention to that. What they had in the past did not matter as he was becoming one to trust and count on.

There was a knock on the door and Cid looked up through his glasses and called whoever it was outside, in. As expected, it was Seifer.

"Almasy, please take a seat." The tall blonde stood at the door for a moment, glaring at the dark haired man that had his legs crossed and the little snotty attitude, his now enemy, was displaying. Seifer finally took his seat and waited for the headmaster to speak.

"Seifer, I was speaking to you commander of you last mission and I did not receive any good news." He paused a moment and stared at the blonde, taking a small glance at Dagen. "I was informed that you have attacked your fellow SeeD member, Squall Leonhart and he is currently in the infirmary because of the severeness of the attack." Seifer sat up and was going to protest but Cid held up his hand.

"Seifer, this has gone on for too long. I've had to deal with you and your behavior and the threat you hold to garden. I just do not know why you would want to jeopardize all that you can have because you want to seem like the degenerate of this school."

"Cid, I didn't do anything to Squall. I did not hit him and Squall and I.. are friends now. We fight but that is only because we are equal and a perfect match to fight! Dagen is wrong and you can ask Squall himself." Cid looked at Seifer, never seeing such a side to the blonde man since he was little. Squall. He will ask Squall what was-

"Give me a break Almasy! You'll find and say anything just to get out of this situation. It's over and now this Garden will finally get rid of you like they should have long ago!"

"Dagen, enough!" Dagen was surprised by the headmaster's raised voice.

"We will wait for Squall to wake up and question him then. But for now, no one is allowed to see him except for the few cases that I allow by his other concerned friends." Cid paused and looked sternly at the two upset men before him. "Did I make myself clear?"

"Yes, sir." They said in unison.

"Then you both will return to your rooms and will wait there until you are called when Squall Leonhart awakes."

Dagen stood up and nodded to Cid and turn sharply, leaving the two men in the room. Cid sighed and sat back on his chair.

"Cid-"

"Seifer, I don't understand you...I tried, I really did but doing something like this, then it will get to the other board members and you will probably get expelled."

"I told you I didn't do anything!" Seifer stressed.

"And that is why we will wait."

"Please, let me see Squall. I would like you to come with me, I just want to see if he's alright." Cid raise a brow at the blonde.

"Okay, Seifer. I will come with you and then you will report to your quarter's immediately."

"...thank you..."

"I will call Kadowaki and let her know that you are coming down and I will be down there shortly. You will report to her first, okay?" Seifer nodded and darted out of the room.

He found himself racing down to the elevator and pushing the button impatiently as it was coming to his floor. Seifer did not need any more delays and he was going to kill the next person that stepped in his way.

The elevator's bell sounded, announcing its arrival and the door opened. Seifer rushed in and bumped into a shorter blonde that stumbled backwards, catching the hand-railing so he did not completely fall.

"Ugh, what the hell! You should watch...where-"

"Not now chicken-wuss! I don't have time to deal with your shit." The blonde pouted and glared up to Seifer only to see his side profile and the serious look upon his face.

"My name is not chicken-wuss! It's ZELL!" Seifer glanced over his shoulder, smirking down to the little blonde at how he got him so easily riled up.

Zell never seen something bother Seifer in a long time and he was a little curious as to what had him so on edge.

"Hey man, what's wrong with ya? Why were they callin' your name over the speakers?" Seifer grunted and turned away, knowing he was letting his emotions out and others were able to read them clearly.

"What do you care for? It's none of your business." Zell, not catching the hint that

Seifer did not want to talk about it, continued to ask questions.

"What happened to Squall? I heard that he got hurt and that you beat him up." Zell seemed to have realized what the rumor meant and who he was talking to. "You better have not done anything to him!"

Seifer turned around and looked at the shorter man in disbelief.

"Zell, no. I didn't hurt him. It's a long story but Dagen wants me out and wants Squall to himself." Zell's eyes popped out.

"What? Dagen's gay? No way man! He," Zell stopped himself. Something was really wrong with Seifer. "You called me by my name..."

"I'm in a hurry, if you don't mind." Zell noticed the doors were about to open.

"Where's Squall?"

"The infirmary."

"Is he okay?" Seifer turned and Zell thought that he was going to hit him for asking so many questions but the look the green eyed man had was not anger but distress shining clearly in his eyes.

"I hope so." With that, he ran out of the elevator, leaving a confused blue eyed blonde.
