“But,” I was cut off when Kyo put a hand on my shoulder.

 

“I really don't mind if you use my room and we have enough room around here for a dog, right Shigure?” Kyo looked back at Shigure with a pleading look.

 

Shigure was shocked the way Kyo was acting but then said, “What kind of dog is it?”

 

“It's a Shiba Inu, my parents got him for me. His name is Togy. He knows where to go and not and he is really sweet and gets along with anyone. Exempt when the hit man came for me, Togy made sure that I didn't get hurt. I owe my life to him and you, Kyo.” I said as we looked at each other.

 

“Okay, you can bring him, too.” Shigure said with a cute little smile. “Why don't we all go so we can help you move.”

 

“Okay, that sounds good,” I said as I put my hand on Kyo's and pulled it off my shoulder and held it once more. This time he was blushing, too. “Lets go!”

 

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~At the apartments~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

 

“Is this it?” Yuki said as he stared at the old building that looked like it could fall anytime.

 

“It looks sorta creepy. How did you ever get to sleep?” Shigure asked like a little child.

 

“Well, you take sleeping pills, they work everytime!” everyone's expression was so funny, all they're mouthes dropped open like this- 'O', I wish I had a camera for that moment. “I was just playing with you. Actually, the last apartments had spiders everywhere, but luckily this one just looks old, creepy, and has squeaky boards. So, don't get to scared when that happens, otherwise your going to wake the others and get into a huge fight. I was used to this stuff but when I saw someone else come in and got scared and yelled he was in a body cast from all the injuries. So please keep that in mind,” I turned to look at everyone and they looked like they saw an apparition using magic on me. `Oh, My God! I forgot that Kyo's hand was still in mine. And that was along walk from their house to mine. Oh well, I like holding his hand, it's soft yet hard from strict training.....Hm.......Oh, well. I'll ask him later.'

 

As I started to walk towards the door everyone followed quietly. I used one of my keys to open the front door and then continued to walk down the halls and then I headed for a set of stairs. I took note that everyone had taken my warning `cause when I heard a long breaking sound all I heard was a small, “Eep” and then nothing. `Thank God.' Finally I reached for my keys in my pocket and stooped in front of a door that was numbered as 56.

 

I opened it and was greeted with kisses all over my neck and face. “Hello to you, too, Togy. Sorry it took me so long to come back something happened.”

 

“So this is Togy?” Kyo said as he released my hand since Shigure's house. `NO! I liked him holding my hand.' “Hello, Togy. Are you hungry?” Kyo helped me up and then asked, “How about you and everyone else pack while I feed Togy and get his leash?”

 

“Okay, his food is in the cabinet and the leash is by his dog food. Thanks, Kyo,” I said as I moved toward my bed room followed by Tohru then Yuki. Shigure stayed back with Kyo.

 

“So, how are you going to tell Kagura about her?” Shigure asked casually so not to start bickering.

 

“I don't know,” then Kyo's eyes softened. “I don't know what it is about her but she makes me feel like I'm not even cursed and that I have to be by her at all times, so she won't feel more pain.” Then Kyo turned to Shigure with hurting eyes as he said the sentence he never wanted to hear the awnser to. “What about Akito?” The words pierced both of them deeply.

 

“I don't know,” was his only reply as he walked away. Yea, it was true that he too had thought about what would happen if either they tried to hid her from Akito or just told him. This one is going to be complicated. `Maybe Yuki has a idea. I dought it, though. *sigh*.'

 

As Shigure entered the room Takuma, Tohru, and Yuki had vanished into, he saw Tohru on the bed with Yuki next to her and Takuma standing over them looking sad. Tohru was in tears and Yuki was trying to calm her down. “What's going on over here?” Shigure said with a cheerful voice.

 

“Oh, I didn't see you there. We're looking at my photos of my family,” I said as I grabbed the photo album out of the terrified Tohru. “Here you can look, too. Just be careful not to damage them,” I said as I tried to look like I was the happiest girl on earth. But, it didn't work on any of them.

 

Tohru just got off the bed and ran over to me. `She knows how much pain I'm hiding because Shigure told me a little about her past. He said that she lost her parents and that her family accused her of stuff, too. But he said that she didn't have anything near as bad as me. But still losing your parents is still hard no matter what happened to them.' Tohru was now holding me in a friendly, but comforting hug to help me stand. I was wobbling on my feet before she came to help me. “Tohru....” I managed to say right before I busted into tears again. “.....Tohru, Thank you. You guys, too, Yuki, Shigure, and Kyo. I'm glad I met all of you.” I managed a weak smile before I fell to the ground. “Whoops. *laughing* I'm so clumsy,” I was now starting to stop crying. I wiped my eyes and saw I was surrounded by worrying people. `I can't believe that these people can worry so much about a complete stranger. But I'm so happy their helping me so much.' I raised my hands, as if a cop with a gun was in front of me, and said, “I'm ok now don't worry. I'm just overwhelmed with thankfulness, that I found this many people that would care about a complete stranger. Really I'm okay now,” I said with a real smile on my face and not a fake one.

 

I got up and pulled Tohru up, too. Kyo was in the room when I broke down and was staring at me with the saddest eyes I've ever seen. Shigure was looking at the photos and Yuki was staring at the floor as if he found it very interesting. “Ok, you guys. Not to be mean but all this guilt and sadness isn't helping one bit. That's why I'm trying hard to keep from crying and all of you guys crying only adds on to the pain. I'm sorry that I even got you guys into this. I shouldn't have said anything,” I said as I was smiling softly.

 

“No, we're the one's that should be sorry. We keep looking at you like you've just been dead and brought back to life. We should be cheering you up instead,” Shigure said as he bowed followed by everyone else in the room. “We'll make sure you're happier now,” `Oh, I think I'm going to cry again. That was so sweet.'

 

“Yea, I promise to make sure you're happy and to help you with anything,” Kyo walked up to me and had both his hands on my right hand. `How can any of this be happening? Am I finally going to get to relax? I hope I can always feel like this when I'm around Kyo. He makes me feel safe.'

 

“I won't cry anymore, I'll be strong for you. And besides it's going to be nice to have another girl in the house besides me,” Tohru was strong. She's got to be strong for herself and me.

 

“Come on let's go home,” Yuki said as he put his hand on my shoulder.

 

“Thank you. I thought I'd never hear those words again. Thank you so much. You don't know how happy I am,” I started laughing again when I collapsed onto the floor again.

 

“Your so clumsy. Heh, come on lets go,” Kyo was laughing with me as he helped me up.

 

“Yes, let's go home,” `I'm going home.' As I was about to grab a suitcase, a hand stopped me. and in the hand was a leash. “Uh.....I can take a suitcase, too.”

 

“No, leave those to us guys. Tohru can carry the photo album. You can take Togy, okay?” `Uh, Kyo said that with the cutest smile. I think I'm starting to like Kyo. Well, duh, Takuma! Put two and two together.' By the time I snapped myself back to reality everyone was ready to go. `That's what I get for arguing with my self.'

 

“Oh, sorry. I'm coming,” I said as I hooked the leash to Togy's collar. “Okay, let's go!”

Authors Notes: Uh, I'm so sorry please don't smit me! I tried I really did! Plus, being sick doesn't help! Please forgive me! Oh yeah I'm sorry for everyone being OOC. But it is my story so, I guess I can have it any way I want it, right? Oh, well. But, I am better and now I'm not sick. I have my Graduation tomorrow and then right after that we go eat at a pizza place. Then the day after that we go to Six Flags, I got a cute alfit (SP) for it, too. I'll try and put one up soon. Well, g2g. I gotta paint an Ostrag (SP) egg for my teacher so I can give it to her tomorrow. Bye! Oh, and I also like a couple reviews once in a while to keep my spirit up.
