Ed woke up to the sound of Rika crying once again. Lilly rose just after he had picked up the baby and brought it to her. Lilly sat up with her back to the head of the bed and undid her shirt. Ed placed the baby in Lilly's arms and almost instantly, the baby began to feed. Ed watched as Lilly's eyes began to flutter closed. He crawled over to her and held the baby against Lilly incase Lilly fell asleep. Just as he thought, Lilly did fall asleep. He looked at the time. It was 4 in the morning. After the baby finished, Ed placed her back in the crib and buttoned Lilly shirt back. He pulled Lilly's body to a laying position then fell asleep beside her.
The sun rose and Ed was up first. He got dressed fast. He picked up Rika and walked out the room to get breakfast. Everyone stoped him every step to look at the baby. Ed did like everyone saying nice things about her and how beautiful she was, but he was scared that she might wake. He didn't want to have to wake Lilly again for feeding. He wanted her to rest, she needed it. He walked down stairs and met Winry and Al. Winry reached for the baby, but Ed pulled back.
"Someone doesn't want to share." Winry said crossing her arms.
"I just got her!" Ed said in his defence.
"Ed, this isn't a toy. Don't make it sound like she is." Winry replyed and took the baby from him.
Ed watched with a 'be careful' look on. He never took his eyes off her as she walked away to sit on the couch and rock his baby girl.
"How's Lilly doing?" Al asked.
"She's really tired and last night was her first time feeding the baby. I forgot to get some books for her to read while she was pregnate and now she is cluless about Rika. She fell asleep earlyer this morning while feeding Rika again. I brought Rika down here in case she woke. I don't want to wake Lilly up, but I don't know what else to do when Rika's hungry." Ed said still watching Winry to make sure she was holding Rika right.
"I understand. Maybe you should talk to Winry about it. She read some books on babies, although she thinks I don't know. I found them in her room when I went to visit last time." Al said.
Ed didn't say anything else. He walked over to Winry and sat beside her while she rocked Rika. He asked his questions and Winry told him about a pump that can get milk from the mother so it can be used to feed the child. Ed nodded and started to make a list on a mote pad he had in his pocket. Winry mentioned that he needed lots of dipers and a few bottles. He would have to get more outfits and some wipes. Ed watched the list get bigger and bigger then looked at Winry.
"I thought we had enough dipers and these things." Ed said looking at the list.
"The baby will grow faster than you think and you'll need a lot more supply than you thought. You have prepared for only a few months. You need more things." Winry replyed.
Ed nodded. He looked at Rika and smiled. Suddenly Riza cam out of no where and pick her up. Ed jumped up as he watched her walk off and go to Mustang. He stomped over to them and fummed. Riza and Mustang looked dazed with smiles at the small girl. Ed walked up to them and looked them in the eye.
"She's beautiful." Mustang said.
"I can't believe I helped deliever her. She's so tiny." Riza said holding her close.
"Excuse me." Ed said turning red with anger. "But I have to go to town and Rika is comeing with me."
"Are you kidding! You can't leave without Lilly. She has to feed Rika when she's hungry. And you can't take a new born out without it's mother!" Riza shouted at him as if he was a child.
"Well, I need to get some things. Lilly and Rika needs them." Ed said.
"Then leave her with us. We can watch her." Riza said staring at Rika with a huge smile.
"No way! I will stay and send Al after the stuff. I'm not leaving my baby with anyone but it's mother and I don't want to desturb her." Ed said taking Rika.
Ed then woke Rika. She cryed and everyone stared at him.
"Looks like you have to wake Lilly." Mustang said with an ass hole smile on.
"Shut up." Ed said.
He bagan upstairs and handed the notpad to Al. Al smiled and nodded then left. Ed walked to his room with Rika's crying loudly. Lilly woke instantly. She sat up and up on a weak smile for Ed.

Al returned with the things Ed wrote and bought a little extra of each. He had help carring all the things up. He knocked on Ed's door and Ed rushed to the door. He put his finger over his mouth for them to be quiet. They walked in and saw Lilly and the baby sleeping. They placed the stuff down and Ed walked out with them.
"Thank's, Al. Did you get everything?" Ed said walking with his brother down stairs.
"Yeah, I also bought a few gifts for Lilly and the baby. It's like a congraulations." Al said proudly.
"I'm sure, Lilly will love them. I have been able to time Rika's crys. She crys every four hours. Sometimes for a change and sometimes for hunger." Ed said as they walked outside into the fresh air.
"That's really cool, Brother." Al said. He looked at Ed. "Your very lucky to have a child and someone like Lilly. Never forget that." Al said in a serious way.
"I know." Ed said smiling at the sky.
He couldn't be more proud. He had Lilly and a little girl. Soon he would find the perfect spot to build the home that was in his future. He wanted it close to be Central that way he would be close enough to work so he could suppost Lilly and the new baby, even though he had enough money to support them and pay for Lilly's future. Money really wasn't the issue, it was really the matter of not leaving him second family. They had been there for everthing he need, exspecially when it came to Lilly.
"So have you chosen were you want to start the house?" Al asked.
"I'm thinking about that medow we found Lilly at. It's perfect and not far from Central. Lilly would love the open space and the flowers, and I'm sure Rika will too once she grows a little." Ed said proudly.
"I think that's the perfect spot." Al said with an evil smile.
"What's that smile for?" Ed asked.
"Ed! Lilly's calling for you!" Winry yelled at the door way.
Ed and Al started in and Ed made Al follow him upstairs so he could get his answer. He craked the door open to his room and found Lilly feeding the baby.
"Stay out here for one moment." Ed said to Al then walked in.
A moment later, Ed opened the door and let Al in. Al walking in and saw Lilly feeding the baby, but had a blanket over her shoulders and the baby, so nothing would show. Al smiled then sat down in a chair while Ed sat beside Lilly.
"It's good to see you, Al." Lilly said smiling sleeply at him.
"It's good to see you too. You look beautiful." Al said making Lilly blush.
"So, Al, what was that smile for? The one outside." Ed said as the baby began to move about. "Turn your head for a second."
Al turned like Ed said and Ed uncovered the baby. He took her from Lilly and let Lilly button her shirt back. Lilly told him it was ok to look now and Al turned back around. He looked at Ed and the baby. Lilly noticed that sweet smile on his face.
"Do you want to hold her?" Lilly asked Al.
Ed's head snaped up. He looked at Lilly like she was crazy.
"But...he's never held a baby before....what if he..." Ed said stummbling over his words.
"Nonsince." Lilly said. "Take Rika to Al and show him like you showed me. It is his niece." Lilly reminded Ed.
Ed grummbled but got up and showed Al how to hold Rika. Al smiled down at her and looked up at Lilly. His eyes were filled with water and Lilly's smile got bigger. He didn't cry but his eyes threatened to. Ed stood back with his arms crossed. Lilly could tell he was going to be a very protective father.
"I have something to tell you guys." Al said looking at Rika. "The house Ed wanted to build is done. I picked out a spot and got it started two months after Lilly found out she was pregnate. It's just how Ed wanted it and it's in the very same medow we found Lilly at." Al said smiling.
"Al!! That's so great!" Lilly said in tears. "But why did you do that? Ed and I were going to start it after I had Rika." Lilly said.
"Well, I knew that you guys wanted your own place and with the baby on it's way I knew you would have time to plan, so I did it for you. I hope your not mad." Al said looking nervous.
"Of coarse we aren't mad!" Ed said excitedly. "This is perfect timing." Ed said.
Huggs were passed around and planning had started. Finally Lilly decided that they need to get some books and pick out funiture. Ed and Lilly were excited and decided to move in as soon as they had all their things they needed.
Al talked gently to Lilly about who he was and how much he loved her. Lilly then decided to get up. She moved to the edge of the bed and went to stand up.
"Lilly! Don't!" Ed shouted and ran to her. "You need to rest. You just had the baby yesterday. Don't over due it." Ed said pulling her close.
"Ed, I have to go to the bathroom." Lilly whispered.
"Oh, well...uhh." Ed said pulling away.
Ed helped her out of bed and took her to the bathroom. He closed the door behind him, so Lilly could be in private. He walked out and looked at Al with a confussed look.
"What is it, Brother." Al asked looking up from the sleping baby.
"Lilly....she's back to her normal weight and size in her waist. It's like she never had a baby at all." Ed said.
"Maybe it's because she's not a real human. She was created remember." Al said. "Let's just be glad she was able to get pregnate and have a baby." He added looking at Rika again.
Lilly walked out and stummbled a little. Ed caught her and told her to take it easy. He helped her back in bed and watched her take a dee breath. Al looked at her with worried eyes. Lilly was out of breath.
"Are you ok?" Al asked.
"I....guess....me having....a baby....took a....lot out of....me...." Lilly said in between breaths. She caught her breath and smiled weakly. "I guess I wasn't really suppost to have a baby."
"Of coase you were, Lilly. Your just a little tired. Take a nap. I"ll pump some milk from you and watch the baby while you get some rest." Ed said motioning Al out of the room.
Al walked out with the baby in his hands and waited outside the door. Ed took the pump out and read the directions. He did as it directed and watched the milk pour into the bottle. He feeled up about to bottles worth of milk and put them in a diper bag along with dipers and extra clothes for Rika. He walked out with in his hand after kissing Lilly and turning the lights off.
Al smiled as Ed came out but droped it once he saw Ed's face. Ed was worried and scared. He was scared for Lilly's health.
