Yuugi, sadly. Nor do I own all the wonderful bishounen therein. So, please don't
sue. Onegai!
"Lay off, Kouji," Genrou Hizoku
yelled at his brother, trying to get the remote control back.
"Watch it, or I'll tell mom," Kouji
said, mock-threateningly.
"Cry baby!" Genrou said, teasingly.
Kouji tackled his redheaded, hot-tempered brother.
The two siblings fought each other
for control of the TV. Eventually, Genrou managed to wrestle the remote from
Kouji.
"Ha ha! Genrou wins again!" Genrou
grinned triumphantly bearing his fangs as he held the remote like a glorious
treasure.
"Damnit," Kouji muttered under his
breath.
"Lets see… Oh! Gundam Wing is on!"
Genrou said, changing the channel.
"Aren't you a little old for
anime?" Kouji said.
"I'm not the one with La Blue Girl
under his bed," Genrou said with an evil grin.
"What the- That's different! How
the hell do you know about it?" Kouji shouted.
"Well, I'm always stuck cleaning,
and when stuffing your shit under your bed, I noticed that. You should be more
careful, bro," Genrou said, with an evil gleam in his eyes. Then he laughed.
"Yeah, well, I got careless once.
And I'll let you borrow it if you keep your mouth shut," Kouji said.
"Nah, you know I'll keep my mouth
shut. Besides, girls being raped by plants doesn't exactly turn me on," Genrou
said watching Heero point his gun at Relena. "Shoot her! Shoot her! Maybe then
she'll shut the hell up!"
"You just don't get turned on by
girls in general, do ya?" Kouji said evilly.
"Whatthefuck?!?" Genrou shouted.
"I'm not gay! Girls just get on my nerves."
"Sure, sure, whatever, gay-boy,"
Kouji said, stringing him on.
"That's it, you're dead!" Genrou
yelled and attacked his brother.
"Houjun?" a quiet voice asked.
"Hai, Hikou?" Houjun Kijutsu
replied.
"Hey, can we talk for a minute?" he
asked, as Kouran entered.
"Of course," Houjun said, smiling
brightly
"We have good news, Houjun," Kouran
said brightly.
"What?" Houjun asked curiously.
"We're getting married," the two
said together. Houjun smiled brightly.
"Congratulations!" he said
cheerily.
"Thanks. I want you to be my best
man, Houjun," Hikou said.
"When is the wedding?" Houjun
asked, suspiciously.
"In two months," Kouran said.
"I'm very sorry, but I'm supposed
to go to Tibet in 3 weeks," Houjun said sadly.
"Isn't there a way out of it?"
Hikou asked, upset.
"I'm afraid not, I'll be there for
the next three years, finishing my studies," Houjun said sadly.
"I don't think we can hold the
wedding off 2 years, nor push it up till next week…" Kouran said.
"I'm really sorry, my friends, but
there's nothing I can do," Houjun said.
"I understand; I was afraid you
wouldn't be able to postpone your studies. At least come to the engagement
party tomorrow, ok?" Hikou begged.
"I'll do my best, Hikou, Kouran,"
Houjun promised.
"Thanks Houjun, we should get going
now, good bye!" Kouran said, and the couple left.
Houjun sighed. Deep inside, he was grateful he didn't have
to go to the wedding. He knew Kouran still had feelings for him, but he
respected her decision to stay with Hikou, since she feels she violated his
trust. Besides, he felt deep inside, it was right. He didn't understand, but he
was glad they were together, even as it tore his heart to peices. Their
friendship had faded, as Houjun poured into his studies. Only one thing had
kept him from going mad, a faint dream of someone in his arms…
