As it turned out, Gintaru-san was a huge, foreign looking, mountain of a man that drove Ryuichi's large, pink and most definitely custom, stretch limo.
It was quite odd when it pulled up to the curb in all its sparkly pink glory and the brown haired singer began clapping his hands happily.
Even though Tatsuha had been expecting something crazy, he had no clue something as wild as what pulled up existed in Japan. It was like something straight off of `Rides'.
The car's bright color and the large pink antenna's (which suspiciously resembled bunny ears) were enough to drive any thoughts from his mind as he just continued to stare. The car was both awesome with its sleek contoured style, and silly with it's outrageous, totally Ryu paint job. Upon closer inspection you could see the microphone shaped door handles and the chrome bunny tail on the trunk of the car.

Ryu squealed and grabbed onto Tatsuha's arm excitedly as he pulled him up off the bench. In the space of time it took for the limo to pull up along side the curb and for Gintaru-san to extract himself from the vehicle, a very large group of people managed to crowd around. They obviously wanted to see what all the commotion was about, despite the rain and wind.

The two shivering young men stood just under the roofed shelter, waiting patiently to make a mad dash through the rain and get into the car as fast as they could.
Instead of heading straight to the car door however, Gintaru walked over to Ryuichi and Tatsuha. In his left hand he carried a large, shiny pink umbrella and, as it was being opened, Tatsuha caught the flash of a pair of beady little Kumagoro eyes printed on the top. He figured that, with the amount of stuff that Sakuma-san owned, there must be some special company out there just for him, making all of his Kumagoro things. Seguchi-san was a very scary person sometimes and Tatsuha didn't doubt he could pull enough strings to make something like that happen.

The large man holding the bunny umbrella and looking rather tense had intended to escort the two men the short distance to the car, but once Ryuichi stepped out into the street lights somebody screamed and the whole crowd came crashing down on them.
There was a great amount of noise and all at once Tatsuha felt himself lifted up off the ground from somewhere around his middle. There was a brief moment when somebody grabbed onto his jacket, trying to pull him back down again, but Gintaru-san shook the presumed women off and proceeded as quickly and safely as was humanely possible to haul his two passenger's into the back of the limo.

Tatsuha was scared to death of being eaten alive by the crowd, as well as falling face first onto cold, wet pavement, so he clamped his eyes shut and silently prayed to any deities that might be listening.

All at once there was a loud crash, multiple screams, and a joyful “Weeeee!”. A warm, heavy something was suddenly thrown onto the monk's chest, causing him to grunt under the unexpected stress.

After a few seconds things seemed to quiet down and, when Tatsuha was brave enough to open his eyes, he found the he was laying, more or less, on his back, on the floor of the limo.

As it also turned out, the warm heavy something was Ryuichi-san, who was smiling and giggling madly as if that sort of thing had happened to him before.
“That was fun!” He exclaimed happily as he continued to grin wildly.

Almost at once, Gintaru's deep voice piped through the bunny shaped speakers from the front of the car.

“Sakuma-san, we'll be pulling out presently.”

Ryu laughed and leaned over Tatsuha to grab a red phone perched on the wall next to the darkly tinted window.
“Loud and clear! We're all set to go!”

Tatsuha's heart finally began to slow down somewhat, and it was almost back to normal when he felt Ryuichi's knee brush between his legs. His heart rate was right back up there before he could even blink and he gasped at the unexpected contact, His arms slid unconsciously to his sides.

At first thought the monk decided it was merely an accident, but when he looked up and found Ryuichi's steely blue eyes staring down into his own he knew he couldn't be farther from the truth.

“Ryuichi-san?” He stammered out when he remembered how to speak, “What are you—”
It happened suddenly. The car jerked forward as it was set into motion and the rock singer was knocked from his kneeling position, He was now nose to nose with the young man beneath him.

Tatsuha wasn't sure what to do so he froze, arms clamped at his sides. Ryuichi smiled and just stayed where he was. He found the naive, instinctual way the teen had acted very invigorating and arousing. It also made him realize just how old he was getting.

“I'm…” Ryu paused and sighed, burying his face in the crook of a Tatsuha's neck and breathing in the scent of the young man's spicy cologne, “I really like you Tatsuha-kun. I know you feel the same way about me and that's why…I can do this…”

The singer brought his face back up so that, once again, it hovered over Tatsuha's. The older man wasted no time in closing the miniscule space between their mouths. The baffled teen immediately loosened his arms when he felt the scorching gentleness of his rock god's lips upon his own.

Ryu had intended for it to end there; short, soft and sweet, but as he pulled away the young monk leaned up to keep the contact between their lips. It was now the singer's turn to gasp and, as he did so, Ryu felt the warm wet sensation of Tatsuha's tongue sliding into his mouth, running shyly along the slippery tops of his upper teeth and then down again to draw his own tongue into a fierce battle for dominance.

A large hand threaded itself through Ryuichi's hair, gently winding and pulling the earthy brown strands with elegant finger's as another hand came up to rest and massage the small of his back. He moaned strenuously into Tatsuha's mouth at the gentle actions as his own hands roamed over the teen's well-toned body.

His left hand traveled up to stroke the younger man's face while his right smoothed under the teens wet jacket to rub tenaciously down his side.

A few minutes of television were all it took and Eiri was out like a light, obviously drained from the excruciating day and all that it had entailed. Shuichi, on the other hand, was not as tired as his fair-haired lover. He had waited until he was absolutely sure that Yuki was sound asleep before hopping out of bed, though he found it somewhat hard to leave once his fiance had finally started making the adorable rasping noises he loved so much. The noises signified that the novelist was indeed fast asleep and Shuichi really needed to make a few phone calls.

He looked at the clock on the oak bedside table to make sure that it was still early enough for calls and that he wasn't simply wasting precious snuggly time standing naked in the middle of a dark room.

The glowing red numbers blinked 10:48 p.m.

The singer deducted from best friend knowledge that Hiro would still be up watching TV or something and since K never seemed to sleep much anyway, he figured he was probably still safe there too.

What was hanging in the back of his mind the whole time was that it was never really too late to call either of the men in question, simply because Hiro had a soft spot for idiots with pink hair and he was extremely valuable to K.
This fact merely reassured the brat that making phone calls at eleven o'clock at night was no problem what so ever.

He smiled evilly as he hopped around quietly in the dark to retrieve a pair of sleep pants and his cell phone.

>>>>>>>>>>

It was a rather short ride to Ryuichi's place, but given how distracted the two men were with each other, it didn't seem like they had been in the car for longer then a minute.
“Sakuma-san, we've arrived at your residence. I'll be around to escort you up momentarily.”

Ryuichi felt as if he'd just been woken up from a deep sleep and groaned unhappily into Tatsuha's mouth. He rolled his eyes at the monk as he broke the kiss and turned to glare at the phone. He let out a heavy sigh, which seemed to express that he didn't want to leave the car, or it's other passenger, at all, as he reluctantly reached over for the phone.
“That'll be fine. Thank you.”

The singer turned back to Tatsuha and smirked at the kid's expression of utter confusion.
“He always calls me and Kuma before doing anything,” Ryu explained sweetly as he picked his bunny friend up off of the floor and hugged him to his chest, “ Tohma says he has too.”

`He's so cute!'

Tatsuha smiled and leaned up closer to Ryu, pecking him on the cheek and then rubbing Kuma's head. The young monk heard soggy footsteps coming closer and so he turned to wait for the door to open. Before he was even settled again, Ryu grabbed onto his shirt collar, turned him around and drew him into a very deep kiss. The singer's tongue was eager to be in contact with Tatsuha's again, as he hadn't been ready to leave it in the first place. The teenager was shocked for a moment, but soon returned the gesture forcefully, running his tongue lavishly along the top of Ryuichi's mouth and across his tongue as he grabbed the back of the man's neck and head.

This sight was, apparently, less then perfect to show Ryu's overly tense bodyguard, because almost as soon as the door was opened Tatsuha was being hauled roughly off of the singer and out of the car backwards by the collar of his jacket.
“Hey! What the hell! Let me Go!” Tatsuha cried as he was dragged out onto the sloshing wet pavement.

“Gintaru-san!” Ryuichi cried as he jumped out of the car and into the rain. The hulking man currently trying to restrain the thrashing monk stopped abruptly as soon as he heard Ryu's voice. Tatsuha, who was still struggling, broke free and stumbled forward slightly from the momentum of his suddenly ungoverned movement.

“You better have a good excuse for what you just did!” Ryu yelled darkly as he moved over to put his arm around Tatsuha protectively, as if sheltering him from some unseen demon.

“Yes Sakuma-san. From what I could see, he was clearly violating your personal space in an…in an extremely uninhibited fashion. I reacted purely on instinct and moral ground, Sir.”

Tatsuha flinched inwardly at the `moral ground' comment. He wasn't ashamed of his sexuality, though being raised in a traditional temple home made it almost instinctual to feel guilty for going against public order.
Ryuichi took one intimidating step forward, his arm still around the teen's shoulders.
“Did it ever occur to you, Gintaru-san, that I might want young Mr.Uesugi to invade my personal space in such a fashion?”

As he mentioned Tatsuha, the singer reached over with his other hand and stroked the side of the kid's face seductively.
The man before them displayed something of an uncomfortable blush and straightened his back.
“No sir. It did not.”

Ryuichi smiled slyly and winked at the baffled teenager beside him before speaking.
“Well then,” He said as he somewhat draped himself along Tatsuha's left side merely for the fun of seeing his bodyguard squirm, “In the future, I guess it would be in your best interests to consider how I am feeling before jumping to conclusions. If you want to keep your job that is.”

The man stood up impossibly straight, puffed out his chest and bowed low.
“I apologize for the misunderstanding Sakuma-san. It will never happen again Sir.”
Ryuichi closed his eyes for a moment and just reveled in his own small glimpse of audacity.

“Hmmph” He scoffed quietly as he opened his eyes and glared at his guard with his piercing blue eyes, “I believe it is Mr.Uesugi here that deserves an apology. As I seem to recall, it was him that you hauled out of the car by the scruff of the neck, not me.”
The guard stepped forward immediately, moved in front of Tatsuha and bowed low.
“I sincerely apologize, Uesugi-san. It shall never happen again.”

“Uh …no problem,” Tatsuha said awkwardly as he looked at Ryu and shrugged. He wasn't too sure what he should say to that. The truth was, he was still kind of shocked that Ryuichi-san could act so much like Seguchi-san to think of something more intelligent to say.

There was a strange sort of silence hanging around the three of them as they just stood in the rain. Nobody knew exactly what to say next.
Gintaru-san straightened up and broke the silence by asking Ryuichi if he would like to be escorted up stairs to his apartment or if he would be all right on his own.
Ryu thought about it for a second and then replied.

“No. I have Tatsuha here you see so I'm perfectly all right. You're dismissed for the remainder of the evening, Gintaru-san.”

The man bowed low once again, turned on his heel and headed back to the car.
Ryuichi waited until the limo had pulled out of the circular style drive way of the apartment building before letting out a great whoosh of breath and doubling over, hands resting on his knees as if he were completely exhausted.

“Are you alright Sakuma-san?” Asked Tatsuha, his words laced with sudden worry as he put his arms on the man's shoulders to stabilize him. Ryuichi was light, but the kid sincerely doubted he'd be able to lift him for long on his own, should the singer need to be taken inside.

“I'm okay Tatsuha-kun,” Ryu said affirmatively, “I just get sleepy sleepy sometimes when I have to be so serious, that's all.”

The black haired teenager was again, extremely confused. He knew from what Shuichi-kun and his brother had told him, that Sakuma-san wasn't always silly and fun loving, but he didn't know that they had meant he could make complete one-eighty personality flips in the space of a breath or two. It was shocking, but it only added to the singer's mystery and allure, as well as Tatsuha's complete adoration for him.

“Well if you're sure,” The kid started as he helped Ryu stand up straight again, “ Then how about we head inside out of the rain, okay?”
The earthy haired singer smiled warmly and put his arms around Tatsuha's middle, hugging him tightly.
“Okay!” He exclaimed happily as he grabbed the young monk's hand and began to pull him enthusiastically towards the glass doors of the building.

As Tatsuha was being led to the door of the apartment, something his brother's lover had once said in an interview popped into his mind.
When asked if there was any kind of rock star philosophy, Shuichi had said, “When we work, we work hard; When we rock, we rock hard; When we play, we play hard and when we crash, we crash even harder!”

The young monk wasn't sure why this obscure quote had decided to pop up so clearly in his mind at such an awkward time, though he was sure it was all relevant. The mind was a strange place after all.
“Did you hear me Tatsuha-kun?” Ryu asked, his voice wavering as if he might cry.
Tatsuha shook his head to clear his thoughts and smiled at Ryuichi.

“No. I'm sorry I didn't quite catch what you said, Ryuichi-kun.”
The singer sighed playfully, as if he were used to having to repeat himself and it wasn't that big of a deal.

“I was saying,” He started happily as he continued on leading Tatsuha towards the building, “That I didn't mean to be such a meanie to Gintaru-san. I just get mad at him and the other's sometimes because they don't think Kuma and me know what's good for us. They never seem to like any of our friends, but I think that's because Tohma tells them that they aren't allowed.”

Tatsuha just smiled and shook his head.
“You sure can be pretty scary when you want to, huh? But I think it's cute.”
He said lightly as he put his arm around Ryu's shoulder.

“I'm sorry Tatsuha-kun,” The singer apologized sincerely as he allowed himself to be led toward the building, “I didn't mean to scare you!”

The monk just laughed at the innocent nature of the current Ryuichi and ruffled the singer's hair.
“Apology accepted!”

The cell phone hadn't been too hard to find since a third of it was covered in glow in the dark stickers, but the pants were a whole different story. First Shuichi had reached over to the chair where he thought that he had left them that morning. As it turned out, Eiri would make a fine maid, should the author gig ever fall through on him because he had obviously put them somewhere less conspicuous. Cursing under his breath, Shuichi had proceeded to crawl along the floor towards the wall, which he managed to bump into. Eiri had stirred and flipped over onto his stomach at this slight disturbance, but was not woken up. His rasping continued a minute later, signaling to Shuichi that movement was again safe.

After several more failed attempts he finally managed to locate the mocking sleepwear crumpled in a ball near the foot of the armoire.
So much for Eiri being the culprit, he remembered that he had thrown them there when he had come upstairs after his shower.
Blushing pointlessly, he pulled the pants on and went downstairs to make his phone calls.

Hi guys!! I'm glad so many of you think that this is like, the best story out there, even when I have read a few that are slightly better. I'm flattered all the same! *bow *
New readers I'd like to thank and welcome are:
- Myori
-Freshice~NSI
-japenesegirl4yuki:
This chapter was dreadfully late and I sincerely apologize. I also want to apologize for the lack of lemony goodness in this chapter. Lemon man spoke to soon in the last AN I guess… Oh well You can count on me for a super sour one, when I do get around to finally writing it in though! I've been running or water bill into the roof with all the inspirational showers I've been taking, but I find that, shower or not, I just can't steer my thoughts to were I want them to go. If I want to think about Dave the Barbarian or whatever then there's really no stopping me. Go with the flow man!
This was probably the reason I didn't write for so long, but I'm sure there could be other things in there to blame!
So I was a little lazy… BITE ME!XD j/k You have your chapter now leave me alone!!
Lols! J/k!
Thank you's go out to those that R&R and those that just R ^_~
Angela: I finished reading the FAKE mangas! (except the 7th one, of course) I LOVE the ending of the 4th one with Bikky and Carol! I squealed! It was SO cute! I LOVE BIKKY! They did have sex, right? Cause I read it and was like, "YES! They did it!" then the voice inside my head was like, "They might not of, you know...it sounds like they are going to...but you can't be 100 percent sure..."

YAOIFANGUY06: Another beautifully writtien piece in the bag, now I am waiting for the next chapter, I love how you write your chapters, it keeps me longing for the next everytime. I have read 1-11 of the Gravitation series that's why I suggested you could be Murakami's writer. Some of the thing you write, I know she would use. Then I found out she quit the Gravitation series in 2002 and Vol. 12 would be her last ::cries:: Anyways this chapter was just as good as the others and I can't wait to see what happens between Ryu and Tatsuah. Keep updating. :) -Adam
Thankyou for the review and I am flattered that you believe I could write for Murikami-sama. I regret to concur with you on the information regarding the last Gravi manga. I have it and I….Well I can't display enough emotion at one time to express myself so I'll simply do this *explodes *

Okay, I love the YukiXShuichi-ness and as always I want more of the whole RyuXTat exspecially because they are finally in the vacinity of one another. It makes me happy.
Yah!! I'm all for non-gay hating traditions!!! Weee!! Reviews are not on the bad list, though associating with conservative politicians, churches (the non-gay friendly kind), Barbara Streisand and the color yellow are just a few onthe bad list… lols! You don't want to get put on the bad list… no no no…
Yes they are defiantly in the…. vicinity of one another…Mwuahahahah!!!!1
Traumatic BunnyRabbit: No lemon for this Bunny? Well, I'll be patient. I also think that Ryu has some dark secrets (but perhaps he's more traumatic than I am;)) and I think that sweet moment with Tatsuha will do him good. So don't be lazy and type! Still hungry Traumatic BunnyR :D
No lemons this time TBR but rets assured they are coming! *pun! ^_^ *
Yes Ryu hides the darkness away.
Freshice~NSI: EEEEEEEEE KAWAII X3 Update soon!
Welcome!!! Thanks for the review and I Will!!!!!
Myori: Hello. My name is Myori and some girl from A-Kon, a anime convenshion I went to, told me about this story. So I was like, what the hell! Might as well check it out, the way that girl raved about it. It did kind-of get annoying, but it was amuseing all the same. But we aren't talking about that right now. She was right, this is one of the best Gravitation stories out there and I wish that you would continue it soon.
Welcome Myori! So glad that Demonic Karebear spread the word!! She will definitely be getting a dedication here soon! I'm very glad that you liked it and I really hope you had an awesome time at the Con. Me and my little brother just got back from one in a city near or town…well actually it's a village but…yah!
It made me so happy to hear that I was raved about to the point of being painfully annoying! It makes me so proud to do what I do! *cries *
X*D** (yes this is a crazy crying smiley of some sorts. I'm tired shut up, I can't remember how to make the real one)
Did you read through all twelve chapters like at once? Man that's intense. I don't think I could have….wait no there was this fic arc with like 40 chapters in each piece and I sat down and read until my eyes bled, but I don't make a habit of doing it though… bloody eyes hurt like a bitch.
Please, take off your shoes *or in Tatsuha's case, your socks * and stay a while. Come back whenever you feel like it, the doors always open! ^_^
Lot's of huggles and kissles go out to you all and I'm hoping that the next post won't be as horrendously late (or horrendously tame) as this one was!
