Duo stood in the club, and walked up to the familiar faces. Zechs and Treize stood on the floor grinding against each other. Caught up in the heat and passion of the music.

Wufei looked down from the bar and thought he saw Duo, then he took a better look, and it was. `What's he doing here?' thought Wufei. He saw Duo pulling Treize and Zechs towards the hall, and he knew that was bad. Wufei had several times caught Duo kissing them quite insistently, and had to stop him, knowing he was still with Heero, and that it was wrong. He headed towards the hall, and what he saw shocked him. He saw Duo pounding into Treize, while Zechs took Duo. Their cries of passion heard. Treize begging Duo to thrust harder, and Duo telling Zechs how good he felt with his cock rammed into him. Zechs crying out, "God Duo you feel even tighter than before! Unnnh!" "yeah baby we need to do this more often. Uhhhhhhh, god Duo right there! Fuck!!!" screamed Treize. Wufei walked back out the hall and decided to wait till they finished. `What the hell is he thinking, did he and Heero break up? What the hell is going on?!!'

Not too long after, a ruffled Duo came out and noticed Wufei. He knew he had been caught, and part of him didn't care.

"Maxwell have you lost your mind? What the hell did you think you were doing? Aren't you still with Yuy?"

"Yeah, yeah, cool it Wuffers. Besides we just had a little fight, and I needed to cool down before I headed back. and was just having a little fun, I'm sure Heero won't mind, and he won't know either." `And I definitely had some fun, god I needed that.' Duo thought to himself.

"Maxwell, you know I think this is wrong. One you are with Heero, two you don't go around fucking to cool off, and three I don't think cheating is right no matter what happened. I'm taking you back to your house, and am making sure you stay there, besides I haven't seen your husband for a while, and we could do some catching up."

"Yeah sure, lets go."

Meanwhile, Heero had taken his shirt and wrapped in around his hand to slow the bleeding a little while he did what he needed to do. He began to write:

Dear Duo,

I regret having to write this letter but I see now that there's something I must say, and since you're not here, and the fact that I'm not sure I can say this to you face to face there's no other way.

Who knows, maybe you're right. Maybe I haven't changed at all. But I want you to know that I do feel. I hurt when you said you didn't know why you married me, and the other things that followed. I felt the tears on my cheeks when I heard the door click shut. And I feel my heart aching just knowing what I'm writing right now. I'm so sorry. I didn't know that it would upset you, if I had I never would have done it. You have to know I really do love you. I love you with every fiber of my being. You made me human, and you taught me how to love and care, and just feel. I love you so much, and I would die for you, and because of that I have to do this. I had no idea that I was hurting you. It kills me to know and see that I'm the cause to your pain, to the love and light dimming in your eyes. You know the phrase if you love something you have to set it free. Well, Duo, I'm setting you free. When I asked if you meant what you said and you replied that you didn't know why you married me sometimes and that you doubt my love; then you're not happy, and you don't feel the same as I do. I don't regret our marriage and I never have. The only thing I regret is that the love and feelings weren't mutual. If you asked me at anytime, today tomorrow, ten years from now, after a fight, in anger, sadness, happiness, no matter when my answer would never change. I married you because I love you. No matter the hard times and pain, past and present, it was and always will be because I loved you. That's why I must let you go. I'm so sorry, and I never whished for it to turn out this way. The papers and things will be sent to you soon. Goodbye my love. No matter how much you doubted me, and even if you don't believe what I say, believe this. I would go through all the pain in the world, even if you don't love me, just to have seen you smile. Goodbye love. Please don't look for me, or make my decision any harder.

Tears dropped on the note as Heero folded it, and set it against the framed picture of Duo and him on the nightstand by their…. no Duo's bed. He pulled the chain from around his neck off; the cross Duo had given him and set it on the letter. Then he looked down at his hand, and touched the ring to his lips. Tears rolled off his cheeks, as his other hand turned the ring on his finger. He stood, and grabbed his keys from his nightstand on the other side of the bed, and walked out of the room, to the front door. Taking one last look at their home, he closed his eyes, hit the light switch, and closed the door forever. He carried nothing. Not wanting to take his clothes or stuff, he had money to buy new ones, since everything reminded him or smelled of Duo.

-KNOCK KNOCK KNOCK- I'll get it Trowa! Quatra opened the door to see a very sad and very soaking wet Heero. Heero just stood there, didn't say anything. His eyes were puffy, and he looked like he had been crying. This of course scared the crap out of Quatra. "Heero what happened, why are you soaked come in come in, we need to get you dried off. Trowa grab some towels and a change of clothes."

Trowa walked down the stairs and saw Heero, immediately he knew something was wrong and he didn't need Quatra's empath abilities. Heero hadn't said a word, and was now dried off somewhat and changed into a pair of Trowa's jeans and shirt. Suddenly he turned to Quatra and said, "I need to speak with your lawyer."

Quatra and Trowa looked at each other confused, and asked Heero why. Heero explained what happened, and why he left, and though they wanted their friends to be happy together, they had known something wasn't right in the relationship for some time now. So Quatra said his lawyer would be there in the morning, and insisted Heero stay at their home.
