After calming down Tora-kun and Merika joins the crowd, Nurse Ham takes a seat at the table. "So I guess it's that time again, huh?" asked Taisho.

"Whoa, look at that thing." said Gucci. "It's a mini crystal ball."

"I've seen bigger crystal balls than that." said Niji.

"This is no crystal ball," Jam clarified, "this... is one of the many tools a seer is presented in dire moments."

"So, what exactly is it?" asked Holly.

"This is the Eye of Horus."

"Eye of Horus huh? Who is Horus?"

"Horus is the egyptain prince of the sun." Noppo answered. "Horus is the son of Osiri and Isis, two sun gods."

"Is there anything about you Jam that doesn't revolve around the sun?" asked Maido.

 

"What do you mean by that?" Taisho asked.

"Jam always has something that has some relevence to the sun: Being a Ra's Hamster; Blade of Ra; Clamps of Isis; Eye of Horus; what's next for you, the Manacle of Osiris?"

Jam balled a fist. "Actually, Roll had that one." Jam's ears drooped.

Mahura smacks Maido over the head with one of Panda wrenches. "Let's try not opening up closed wounds, huh?" she sugessted.

"I know, just got caught in the moment." Jam said. "Regardless, you do prove your point."

Nurse Ham walks out of the room paw in paw with the new girl who's crying. "I know, I know you're in pain from this, but I've done All I could do." said the nurse.

"I know, thank you for trying." she said, still in tears.

"I... I wanna ask, but I'm afraid to." said Taisho.

"She's gone, my Hermana's gone." the girl said and continued crying.

"Please try to calm down, Hitomi." said Nurse Ham.

"I can't."

"Wow, I... give condolence." said Taisho.

"Enough of this sadness!" Jam shouted. "Quit shedding your tears and feeling sorry."

"Hey, what's your problem? Can't you see this girl's mourning?! Quit being so insensitive." ordered Nurse Ham.

"Nonesense. That young ham may be dead, but she's far from gone."

"H-how did you know it was a girl?"

"The eye sees all... and while I am here drawing breath, Death will not fill these halls."

 

Jam walked into the room. "Hey, what are you doing?!" Hitomi yelled. "Leave her alone!"

"Watch and learn." Jam answered, then placed the Eye of Horus onto Hermana's forehead where her third eye would be. The inside of the eye started to form a murky substance in the clear orb, but then, a small spark of light glimmered in the eye. "Even with this small spark, this young ham can still be saved."

"Really, she can still live?" Hitomi asked, eyes still teary.

"OF course." Jam turned towards Hitomi. "Do you believe this ham is dead?"

"I... I know she's dead, but I won't accept it. I shan't accept her death."

"Good... very good. Shed tears no further, I will reunite her with the living and breathing..."

Jam placed his left paw on the orb and closed his eyes.

When Jam opened his eyes, he was no longer in the clubhouse, it was pitch black: Darkness was everywhere, however dark it was, he could still see. Well, let's get going. he thought to himself. So with the lazen board in his right paw and Blade of Ra in his left, Jam went his way into the abyss on darkness. "Hmm, such a murky yami this place is..." Jam told himself. "I must be swift and cautious, the sooner I find this girl, the better. I sense my astral sense growing weaker, my time is running out."

Screams were soon heard. Taking cue to them, Jam followed them and was at an unease at what he had seen. It's Hitomi... but who the hell is that?

 

"Get away from me, leave me alone. Haven't you done enough to me today?"

"Not even halfway. Not come here and be a good daughter, Hitomi. You don't want me to be angry again, do you?"

"Fuck you!"

"Fine, then so be it!"

As he ran through the darkness, he came across another sight. There's Hitomi again, look at all that blood. Jam noticed further to see her licking away at something in her arms. I see. She ended up bearing a child...

Jam ran along and saw another vision. This time, Hitomi was standing in front of Hermana and confronting her father also. "So you've given me another slave to my lustful desires eh, good daughter you are."

Jam grew disgusted at the site of Hitomi being ravaged by her father again. Get a move on, you're wasting time with all these dark memories.

 

As Jam ran along, parts of his body. disappeared and reappeared, he was losing her. His pace quickened and then he saw it. A red crystal pile with one big red spire erected in the mass, and inside of the crimson obelisk was Hermana's trapped soul. I've found her, now to free her of from the hand of the Jackal. Jam put the glowing lazen board away and approached the crystals. But, before he got there, dark spirit being began to attack him. Jam swung his blade, slaying the evil beings. "You won't stop me from saving this girl!" he yelled.

 

Meanwhile, Hitomi watched the orb in angst. Powerless to do anything, all she could do was wait. "Oh god, please save her." she said. The Eye of Horus flashed white, then turned to its murkiness with the small glimmer of light. "I hope that was a good thing..."

Back in subcon, Jam had used a luminova to dispell the dark beings. He then turned to the crystals with lazen board drawn. "Now, to break those crystals." he told himself.

All it took was one swing and the crystals shattered, releasing Hermana. The young ham looked at Jam. Odd, this girl has one blue eye and one red one. he thought. "Tell me, do you believe I mean you harm?" he then asked her.

Hermana simply shook her head. "Uh uh." left her frame.

"Good, you have no need to fear me, now let's get you back and among the light world."

 

Jam took Hermana's paw, but the young ham was reluctant to leave with him. Jam lazen board floated in the air and pointed a beam at her. The beam didn't pass through her and it revealed Hermana's shadow... it was really her. Jam took a look into Hermana's eyes then gave a smile. "Come on, Hitomi's waiting for us. She's worried about you, all of us are. Sure you may not know who I am at this time, but you have a lot of love going your way. With that said, let's get going without any more fears. I'm here to keep you from harm, a guardian, as it were." Jam saw that Hermana was confused, but she walked to his side, resting her head near him. Time to go.

 

With a spin of his blade and spiking it into the ground, a ring of light surrounded them and the two vanished.
