Rin and Sango dragged Leyna into D.E.B. to look for an outfit for her little performance. The two girls wanted to make her look beautiful not only for the audience, but mostly for Inuyasha. They were looking through a rack of clothes when Leyna spoke up.

"Can I tell you guys something?"

"Sure." Rin replied.

"If I do, you have to swear you won't tell Inuyasha about it. I have to tell him on my own."

"What's wrong?" Sango asked.

Leyna closed her eyes and took a deep breath. She knew she could trust the girls, but she never found it easy to talk about her visions. RIn and Sango patiently waited for her answer. Leyna opened her eyes and the two were shocked to see they had turned a dark grey.

"I had another vision." She was whispering so the other people in the store wouldn't hear her.

"I saw the reason why Kagome cheated on Inuyasha. She didn't do it of her own will guys. Kikyo was controlling her with an odd spell. I don't know how I'm going to tell him. I mean, he was crushed when he found out, then I htink he hurt Kagome. Deep down, I have this feeling that she didn't even know what she was doing."

She looked away from them, feeling the anger burning inside of her. The two just stared at her in shock. Leyna suddenly felt like she knew exactly how to tell Inuyasha without having him get upset at himself. She looked at the girls with a smile on her face. Sango gulped in fear. She didn't know what to think about that.

"I have an idea, but first we need to have some fun. Let's find that outfit."

"Okay, but what's the idea?" Rin asked.

"I'll tell you later."

Rin and Sango looked at each other and shrugged their shoulders before turning back to the clothes rack. The three of them started talking about other things and began to relax a bit. Leyna kept praying that her plan would work. Her stomach filled with knots as she went over the plan in her mind. Somehow she was going to have get Miroku away from Inuyasha without Inuyasha getting suspicious.

"Found it!" Rin yelled.

Leyna and Sango turned to look at the outfit she was holding up. It was perfect, and Inuyasha was in for a surprise.

"You cheated!" Miroku yelled which caused everyone in the arcade to lookat him and Inuyasha.

"Nope. It's not my fault you don't know how to play air hockey. Come on, one more game."

Miroku was thinking about it when Sango walked into the arcade. She looked around for him before spotting him. She walke dover to him and whispered something in his ear.

''Ok, just wait one sec. Inuyasha, I gotta go for a bit. She needs my advice on an outift. You can cheat agianst someone else while I'm gone." With that he left a very mad hanyou.

A few minutes later, Miroku came back to the arcade. He didn't look too good, which made Inuyasha suspicous.

"What's wrong Monk?" He didn't like the look on his face on bit.

"Huh? Oh, its nothing. I just had a long talk with Sango that's all."

"I don't believe you."

"Well, I'd love to chat with ya, but don't you have to be getting ready for the contest?"

Inuyasha looked at his watch and realized Miroku was right. He nodded his head and yelled for Sesshomaru. The three of them walked back towards the stage while looking for the girls. Inuyasha scanned the crowd for Leyna, but he didn't see her or the other two. He began to worry about her. He turned around when he felt someone tapping his shoulder. He turned around and saw Leyna standing there. She was in the same outfit as earlier, but held a bag in her hand.

"Why were you worried?" She asked.

"I didn't see you thats why. How'd you know I was worried?" Leyna reached her hand up to his face and traced his jawline.

"I saw it in your eyes dummy. I'm going to go change before I have to get up there. Good luck."

Inuyasha pulled her close to him and lifted her chin. He brought his lips to her, and oddly felt a surge of energy connecting them. Leyna pulled away and smiled at him before leaving him stunned. It took a moment before he realized that she hadn't been wearing the beads around her wrist. His heart sank as soon as he realized that. She was up to something and the fact that she had taken off the beads scared him. Without the beads, she became too powerful for herself to control. He shook his head and decided not to worry about it. He was so lost in thought that he didn't hear an announcer call Leyna's name. Inuyasha's jaw dropped as Leyna climbed the stairs to the stage. She was wearing a black corset with an embrodery(sp?) of a dragon over a sheer long-sleeve shirt. She also had on a pair of tight black-leather pants and matching heels. Her hair was in a messy bun with strands haging down around her face. She looked absolutley gorgeous, and he was a little upset at the looks other guys were giving her. The crowd grew quiet as music began to come over the speakers. Leyna closed her eyes and took a deep breath before starting to sing.

"I couldn't tell you why she felt that way,

She felt it everyday.

And I couldn't help her,

I just watched her make the same mistakes again."

Leyna was pouring her entire heart into the lyrics, and suddenly Inuyasha felt sick. Before he realized it, he was having a vision.

"What's wrong, what's wrong now?

Too many, too many problems.

Don't know where she belongs, where she belongs.

She wants to go home, but nobody's home.

I's where she lies, broken inside.

With no place to go, no place to go to dry her eyes.

Broken inside."

Inuyasha saw everything that Leyna had seen about Kagome and Kikyo. Leyna looked at him with tears in her eyes. She knew he was in pain and it killed her. She kept singing, even though she wanted to run to him.

"Open your eyes and look outside, find a reasons why.

You've been rejected, and now you can't find what you left behind.

Be strong, be strong now.

Too many, too many problems.

Don't know where she belongs, where she belongs.

When Leyna finished, Inuyasha looked at her with tears in his eyes. The crowd went wild and screamed. She had sang like she had never sang before. She was shocked at how well she had done. She looked away from Inuyasha and left the stage. She knew he would follow her, but she was afraid of what he might say to her. She didn't want to talk to him if he was going to say what she thought he would.
