(Chapter 7 meeting part 2: Inuyasha gets a new allay part 1)

"Sesshoumaru you know everything about me I know nothing about you...could you tell me about yourself...like your childhood" Kagome asked, Sesshouamru raised another eyebrow before he answered
"Kagome I...."
(Now)
"Kagome I don't think that there is enough time tonight to begin and get to the end” Sesshoumaru said, Kagome nodded her head understanding, but still pouted. Sesshoumaru sighed at the sight. Slightly annoyed about it yet at the same time interested about her luscious watermelon lips.
" Kagome... when I was growing up showing emotion was not allowed, my parents taught me that if I showed emotion then my enemies will now my weakness and kill me or the ones I truly loved " Sesshoumaru started
"That’s wrong,” Kagome said
"my father was the one who taught me this, my mother didn't really believe it like that, but she went along with it not to make my father mad because she was really in love with him, some times I wonder is the only reason my father went with my mother was because he needed a strong full blooded heir to take over" Sesshouamru contained on
" when I was 3 years of age my training and schooling started, from dawn to noon I would do my studies and from a little after noon until midnight my father and his general would train me, I had no free time because that was all I did until I was 12, when I was 12 everything changed" Sesshoumaru said
"What happen?" Kagome asked
" woman, that’s what happen, my father started to train me less and less, he would leave my mother alone for weeks on ends because he was with another woman behind our backs, the general knew this and was angered, I knew the general loved my mother and my mother was only friends with him but I couldn't help but think she would be better off with him, at least he would have treated her right, he started acting more like a father to me than my own father" Sesshoumaru said looking up into the sky, his burden shining brightly in the midnight sky.
"What was your mother like, how did she look?" Kagome asked
" my mother was very beautiful, she had pale skin in the winter and tanned skin in the summer, her eyes were a strange mix of golden, violet and green, she had maroon strips like my own and long white hair that made snow look dull, I inherited her poison claw and her ability to read minds, she was....my mother was too advanced for her age in date, she believed in the weirdest things that made no sense, but no one questioned her since she had to power to see the future. she was outgoing, cared for any one with a pure cause, she also loved to debate and argue with the others in the court and the lord and ladies of the other lands, this did cause her to get in trouble a few times" Sesshouamru said with a small chuckle
"I’m guessing she was a unique demon in her time,” Kagome asked
"Very” Sesshoumaru said, there was a moment of silence before he continued
" people wondered why she killed herself when she could have seen why had happen and prevented it, but the thing was that my other could only see the future around her, not her own and because of that little flaw in her powers she was devastated my the general told her what was going on, she begged and pleaded for the general to kill her, he wouldn't of course, he said I shouldn't know about this, unknown to them I was hiding and heard it all " Sesshouamru said and a scowl appeared on his face.
" that night I set out to find my father and tell him what I knew, I found him but when I did he was with inuyasha mother, I didn't care at the time and yelled at him, he nearly killed me when I went to fight him, the next thing I know its been 3 months since that date and my mother wasn't there but that woman he was with that night was there and she was pregnant" Sesshoumaru said he turned slightly to hide the fact that a tear was rolling down his cheek
" when the general came in he was not in his uniform but normal clothing, he told me he quit and that he was leaving, I asked him why and he chuckled and told me it was not important, when he went to leave I asked him where my mother was and he grew silent, I knew from that, that she was dead, I told him that’s why he was leaving and he nodded his head, I told him he was not going to leave me here for that...thing that was my father and his bitch, the general looked scared for a moment but then nodded his head and told me to come with him" Sesshouamru said
" from that day on me the general and I traveled the lands, my training continued with him until an untimely accident happen, at the time I was almost an adult in youaki terms, in human years it had been 50 years since I left, the general told me that my father had been killed and that my half brother was pinned to a tree, I went back to the castle to reclaim what was mine, when I got there the lord of the north had taken it over, the lord and I fought for many months until the general sent a deadly shot of venom into the lords eyes, the lord in distress thrusted his sword out and stabbed the general in the heart...he died right there, the both of them still standing but dead" Sesshoumaru Said
"Oh my, I’m so sorry” Kagome said looking at him, she noticed that he wasn't even looking at her, but the moon with a scowl
"Why do you scowl at the moon?” Kagome asked
"Because the moon reminds me of my pain, which is the symbol of all pain for me” Sesshoumaru said then looked down at her to smell the scent of tears
"Why do you cry,” Sesshoumaru asked
"Because you can't, Sesshoumaru whether you know it or not everything happens for a reason" Kagome said
"Yes I know, and some times I wonder if the reasons are the right ones," Sesshoumaru said with a sigh, he never showed this much emotion around anyone. Why was so different, why did she have to be so different from the rest?
"Sesshoumaru no one has the answers for the questions you seek but the gods themselves, you know...showing how you feel is not always bad" Kagome said
"Showing emotions are for the weaker minded that want there enemies to know what they hold dear to them," Sesshoumaru argued
"I show emotions all the time yet I’m still alive and so is everyone I love, I’m not weak minded nor am I weak in person Lord Sesshoumaru, so I think you argue fails, I think that you show no emotion is because you are afraid to do so" Kagome said fatly, Sesshouamru head snapped down to look into her eyes...well her shades.
"I am not afraid to show emotions miko, don’t get confused " Sesshoumaru said
"then show me your emotion, I know you wish to weep for you mother and general death, I know your angered by the fact that you father cheated on you mother, confused and hurt that he nearly killed you when you confronted him, its alright to show these things...not all emotions are bad...you show that every time you fight Inuyasha" Kagome said
" you are very right miko, for me to show you emotions is...different and will not happen in one night, I can try for you for this ' friendship ' of ours" Sesshoumaru said with a smile. It was not a full-blown fang shown smile, but a simple curve of the lips upwards.
"You are smiling...see it is just that easy even if it is small,” Kagome said and clapped her hands together
" how nice" Sesshoumaru said sarcastically, he looked up to the sky to see the moon had fell all the way to the east meaning it was some where around 3 a.m
"I feel like I didn't hear everything," Kagome said
"Like I said there is to much things to talk about in my childhood alone for you to hear in one night, you just got the outline of it...I think you should get back its nearly 3 " sesshouamru said
"Hai it is...thank you for telling me this, goodnight and goodbye until tomorrow” Kagome as she stood up
"Goodnight miko” Sesshoumaru said and was gone in a flash, Kagome looked behind her and scowled about to yell her name at him only to see him gone.
With a sigh, the miko walked back to her campsite with a few thoughts in mind. One being was how was sesshouamru, what was he really like underneath it all? Another question that was bugging her since she woke up was wear in the hell was Inuyasha. She knew he was with the dead bitch, but where were he and she. Her soul-stealing snakes did not make an appearance in the night sky nor was there an all too familiar glow of their auras. Something did not feel right tonight, no nothing felt right in the air.
(With Inuyasha)
"Do you accept my offer to be my ally?" Inuyasha questioned
"What will I get from it” the person in questioned asked
"I have half of what I want as you do, if you kill her you can get your half and I get my half by that bitch soul she stole returning to kikyou's body" Inuyasha scowled
"What all is needed to be done”
"All you have to do is wait, just wait an when the time is right I’ll signal you to attack the group" Inuyasha said
"Inuyasha you've made my day” the baritone voice said with a laugh...oh how he was going to play inuyasha over.
'Dumpass mutt in the end it will be you dead ' he thought with a sinister smile at the thought. Everything was coming into play just like the others had told him so. If he played his cards just right, he could live life free and not be burden with his past mistakes. Life was going to become very sweet. All he needed to do now was make sure the miko stayed safe and he knew a go place she could go to be save. With this thought in mind, he returned to the inside of his castle summoning his servants to his library. They all needed to have a long ' chat ' about a guest that was going to stay.

Oh, my god I did it. I did another chapter. I know, I know that it was short, but hey at least I’m still writing. Anyway, thank you my faithful reviewers. Please review and tell me things I should do. I know your all wondering who is the villain right? Well he's not a villain in this story. This character is misunderstood in the anime to me so that’s why I’m doing him over and making him the semi-good badass. Anyway, like I said in my last little note I would have another sess/kag story out well yeah as you might have seen I have deleted a few of my fics. The reason why is because I’m doing them over. Didn't like how ' Somewhere I Belong ' turned out so I’m doing it over with a new title. If you've seen the Steven king movie ' Rose Red and The Shinning ' then you'll love the new version of the story because I will be incorporating some of those things in it. Besides people were confused about kagome and how she transformed so yeah I’m doing it over. It's a classic made modern okay so be warned.
