Kagome pulled her phone instinctively and flipped it open. "Yeah?"

"Kagome, we need your help."

She turned and looked around the crowded police station. "What is it?"

"Our blood sucking friends are back." Kagome's ear flicked under her hat. "You sure?"

"Yeah. Apparently these things were working on DNA testing on more than just animals."

"What can I do? I can't leave work." Kagome looked up at the clock.

"Tell them to get all the guns they can ready. We'll take care of the rest." The phone went dead. Kagome flipped it shut and ran toward the captains office and opened the door.

"Hey, captain?" The man behind the desk looked up.

"Yeah?"

"You know that serial killer from a few years ago that killed 'vampires'?"

The man nodded. "How could I forget? That was the year I trasfered here from FBI."

"But, the question is, do you believe him?"

The man sighed and sat back in his chair. "The fact is. After that, I'll beleive anything." He raised an eyebrow curiously. "Why do you ask?"

"We need your help."

Inuyasha spun his motorcycle to a screeching hult in front of the main police department and quickly removed his helmet. He watched as Kagome ran out to greet him. An older man in a police uniform followed her.

"Inuyasha!" she stopped next to him and took a deep breath. "I did what you said. This is the captain." She pointed to the main behind her.

Inuyasha looked at the man and smirked. "Keh. You don't look so tough." He stood up from his motorcycle and dismounted his sword from the side of the machine. "Here. I won't be needing this." He tossed Tessaiga to Kagome and she caught it easily. Inuyasha walked up to the captain. "So where is it?" The man motioned for the hanyous to follow him into the building. As they walked down the hall toward the elevator.

The man turned around and was about to say something when he noticed Inuyasha's ears and paused. "Are those real?"

"Just press the button jackass!" the hanyou growled.

The man just starred. "Genetic alteration?"

"No fuckface, they're clip-ons now press the damn button!"

"Fine!" The man slammed his fist against the button and the elevator door opened.

Kagome sighed. "Sorry about him. He's a liitle ticked off. He's part dog." Kagome said, gently pulling one of Inuyasha's ears.

"Hey!" The hanyou slapped her hand away.

Kagome rubbed her hand a moment as the elevator moved down to the basement and the doors opened.

"Are there more of you? Dog people I mean."

Kagome giggled at the look on Inuyasha's face. She raised her hat and showed the man her ears. He shrugged slightly and continued walking as the two hanyous followed him to a large room at the back of the basement. Inside were ten men standing at attention and a large armored truck. (A/N: fire truck sized) Inuyasha smirked as he walked into the room.

"Say hello to your new commanding officer!" the police captain said to the men. They were wearing S.W.A.T. gear.

"SIR!" the men yelled all at once.

Inuyasha walked up to one of the men, chuckling softly. He looked the man in the eye, standing only a foot away from him. "Hit me." The man seemed to become confused.

"Sir?"

"I said 'hit me'" Inuyasha growled. The man looked from Inuyasha to the captain who nodded. The man drew his fist back and launched it at Inuyasha's chest. The punch didn't even phase Inuyasha. He looked at the man with a questioning look. "You call that a punch?" The man seemed to grow angry and started throwing punches at Inuyasha, all hit but none seemed to hurt. Eventually, Inuyasha grew bored and caught the man's fist, pulling it behind his back and nearly breaking his arm. "Your enemy is not to be approached! IS THAT CLEAR!"

"SIR!"

Inuyasha turned and tossed a large duffel bag he had been carrying to another one of the men. "Load your weapons with these. Regular bullets don't do squat." The man nodded. "What are you still standing around for? Go!" The men ran around the room, opening the duffel bag and loading the weapons and mag clips with the seemingly infinate amount of sundogs.

Inuyasha turned to face the captain. "Your men are patetic," was all he said before walking to the truck and watching them run into the bus and close the door. He jumped and grabbed one of the side bars, riding as it exited the garage. As soon as the truck was outside, he jumped off and ran to his motorcycle and started it up.

Blade looked up and holstered his glaive as the phone rang twice before stopping. "It's him." The vampire stood up and opened the window, jumping out.

"I wish I could do that." King said, walking through the door of the room. Abi followed him down the stairs and out the front door. "It would sure as hell make bungee jumping a whole lot more fun. He walked outside and whistled at the large truck outside the building. "You did good Dogboy!" he said, walking to Blade's car and climbing in. Abi walked to her bike and started it up. The Nightstalkers nodded to eachother before speeding off into the night.
