“Come catch me, InuYasha!”

The voice drifted up into the trees.

“That voice,” Kurama thought from his branch. “Kagome.” He looked down to see the same girl from earlier that day running into the field. This time, however, she wore strange robes. While her arms and upper body were covered, her legs were clearly visible. Her pale skin reflecting in the moonlight, Kurama couldn't help but stare.

And then another scent caught his attention. “Inu-hanyou,” He thought to himself. He watched the hanyou, who he presumed to be InuYasha, catch Kagome around her waist and tumble on to the ground with her. He rolled them and let her lay on top of him, her head resting on his chest.

Now that Kurama paid more attention, he realized how similar their scents were. “A miko has taken a hanyou for a mate?” This thought made him watch the pair more intently.

“What kind of miko would take a hanyou or youkai as a mate?”

He watched the hanyou roll over the girl and kiss her lips passionately. “InuYasha,” she breathed, caressing his face.

“The girl is in love with the hanyou.” Kurama watched them, making sure the plants blocked his scent and presence from the miko and her hanyou. When he noticed how gentle InuYasha was with Kagome - the light kisses on her neck and the nips down her throat - he realized that the hanyou was in fact in love with her as well.

InuYasha trailed his tongue and lips down Kagome's neck to her collarbone. He sat up, untying his obi and removing his Robe of the Fire Rat. He laid it down beside Kagome, moved off of her and laid her down on the Robe. Kagome took the hair that fell over his shoulders and pulled him down to her. She licked his lips slowly and his hand grabbed her face, crushing his lips against hers. Her hands went into his hair, holding his head to her.

InuYasha moved his hands from her face and trailed them down to the hem of her shirt. His claws lightly grazing against her skin under her shirt until he pulled it completely off. He had finally learned how to remove her bra after shredding several others, much to her dismay. He took it off and let his tongue flick against her left nipple a few times; his left hand massaging her right breast. Kagome let out a gasp, her nails digging into his scalp. InuYasha's tongue assaulted her nipple, occasionally gently biting down. His right hand moved up her skirt to the underwear she wore. If her scent hadn't been enough to tell him how aroused she was, her heat made it all that more obvious.

He suddenly switched nipples, attacking her right one with his tongue and teeth while his right hand played with her left breast. His other hand returned to where the right had just been, quickly pulling her underwear down and off her legs. He sat up removing her shoes and socks as Kagome's hands went to his kosode, pulling it off his shoulders. He removed the shirt followed immediately by his hakama.

There he stood above her, his naked body glowing the moonlight. InuYasha positioned himself between Kagome's legs again. Carefully, he put two clawed fingers inside of her, thrusting them in and out. His mouth returned to her right nipple while his free hand traveled down one of her legs. Kagome moaned and gasped in pleasure, her hands grabbing the Robe beneath her.

Suddenly InuYasha pulled his fingers out, and pulled the skirt off Kagome in one swift motion. The last article of clothing finally removed, InuYasha lined himself up with her, took Kagome's hands in his own and held them above her head, and thrust into her. It was a deep and powerful thrust, eliciting a loud gasp from her.

He started slowly. Her moans gradually growing louder as he sped up. Kagome moaned his name and he dipped his mouth down to her neck. She wrapped her legs as tightly as she could around his waist, making sure he couldn't remove himself from her. Kagome could feel InuYasha's rapid breathing against her neck; she knew that he wouldn't be able to last much longer. She tightened her walls around him causing InuYasha to thrust faster and harder. She could feel her own orgasm quickly making its way.

“Inu…Yasha,” she moaned, arching her back.

InuYasha's hands were suddenly dragging down her body. He grabbed her ribs roughly as she dug her nails into his head once more. Her orgasm rolled over her and she screamed for everyone to hear while InuYasha bit into her neck growling in pleasure as his own climax hit him. They stayed in the position for several seconds or possibly minutes. Maybe even hours. So caught up in the after-haze of their pleasure that they couldn't even tell how long they laid there. Nor did they care.

When InuYasha finally removed his fangs from Kagome's neck, he gently licked the blood that trickled down her neck. He licked the mark that he left over the previous bite mark. InuYasha covered them with his kosode, holding her close to him, his hand wrapping around her head, knowing she would soon drift asleep. She buried her face in his chest, her breathing evening out as she closed her eyes and slowly fell asleep. When InuYasha felt Kagome fall asleep against him, he closed his eyes and let sleep take over him as well.

From the trees above them, Kurama continued to watch the couple. The energy that the miko and the inu-hanyou had given off during their love making was felt all around him. Kurama relaxed on his branch, his mind reeling from what he had just witnessed. A miko and a hanyou had fallen in love and had been intimate with each other. The energy they released seemed to seep into his skin, calming his soul. Kurama focused on the miko. He had always thought that mikos had to be pure. And yet this one willingly gave herself to another. And not just anybody, but a hanyou. And it seemed to only make her powers and energy stronger.

He finally pulled his gaze away and closed his eyes. As he fell asleep, the miko entered his thoughts once more. “What a strange girl.”
