Chapter 2: Identities Revealed

“Yeah would you mind telling us who you are please” said Sango.. “Oh well I’m Siroku” said one of the girls throwing off her hood, “and this is” she was cut of by the other girl slapping her hand over Siroku’s mouth. “Are you crazy, you are risking everything” “Lighten up Kai” said removing his hood and Kai’s hand from Siroku’s mouth. “ Anyway, as I was saying the bitchy one is Kai” She then turned to the guys, one of which was removing his and Kai’s hoods. “That one is Kyu and that one is Sano”.
“Great now we know your names but that still doesn’t tell us who you are” said Inuyasha. “Good” smarted off Kai “the less you know the better” “Kai please give it a rest” said Sano. Kai rolled her eyes and stuck her nose in the air. “Have we met before” asked Kagome “Yeah” added Sango, “You just look so familiar” “Well I should” Siroku giggled “I’m your daughter” “Siroku!” “Bite me Kai, they need to know” “Ohmigawd we are so screwed” “You’re my what” said Sango in disbelief. Inuyasha, Kagome, and Miroku’s mouths all dropped at the same time. “Sango, why didn’t you tell us” said Shippo “Because it hasn’t happened yet” Siroku explained, “We came here through the well from the future. It’s not Kagome’s time though. Ours is only about 31 years away, give or take a few years”
“Guess what Miroku, you’re my dad” said Sano. “Alright” said Inuyasha “now I know you’re joking” “Why is that so hard to believe Inuyasha” smirked Miroku “obviously some young, beautiful woman finally fell for me” Inuyasha rolled his eyes. “Well I can confirm that with the other surprise” continued Sano. “There’s more” said Miroku “Yep, Siroku and I are twins” “Wait” said Inuyasha “If you two are twins then that means…..no way” Inuyasha suddenly burst out laughing. Miroku and Sango’s mouths dropped as they looked at each other. “You really shouldn’t be laughing Inuyasha” said Kyu “Why not” Inuyasha replied “This is just way too funny. I mean what’s next, you’re my son”
“Well actually I am” “HUH” Inuyasha stopped laughing immediately. “Well whose is she” said Kagome, pointing at Kai. “I’m nobody’s” “She’s yours” Kagome smiled with excitement. But the smiled quickly faded when she seen Inuyasha’s face. “Well Kyu whose your mother” “My mom….is….well” “Oh hell Kyu, you’ll tell them everything but that” Kai said. Kyu’s eyes darted back and forth between Inuyasha and Kagome. Kai began to laugh. “Well then I’ll tell them” “No Kai don’t” Kai unfolded her arms and turned to Inuyasha with a not so pleasant smile. “His mother is Kikyo” These words shocked the entire gang. Inuyasha’s eyes widened. Miroku’s and Sango’s mouths fell. But Kagome closed her eyes in an attempt to keep herself from crying. “See Kyu, that wasn’t hard at all” “Then who is your father” Sango said as she pointed to Kai” “Is it Koga” Inuyasha had suddenly become very serious. His hands forming into fists. “What gave you that idea” “You’re half wolf demon right” Inuyasha replied. “Yes I am, but no he’s not” Inuyasha let out a breath of relief and his fists unfolded. “So who is he” said Kagome, he voice trembling as she tried to fight tears. “Her father was…” “None of your concern” Kai straightened up and became very defensive. “Kai just tell them” “No” she said he face turning red with anger “unlike the three of you my father is not someone to be proud of. Therefore he will remain nameless. Do you got that” “Ok” Kyu answered. Sano and Siroku nodding their heads in agreement. After a while the gang made its way through the woods, their new companions following close behind. After sunset, they arrived to a clearing where the settled for the night.
