Midoriko swore she had no idea how it was done. All she knew was that the moment she saw the demon, her heart pounded, and she suddenly became surrounded by a glow. Her brain processed a word, which she completely didn't understand. Her hands raised, and BAM. The demon died. Shortly after, the glow disappeared, and she returned to her original self. Inuyasha was in disbelief. How could this girl have such incredible power/! He thought for a moment. Unless…. She was the reincarnation of Midoriko from ancient times, 500 years before Kikyo! If that was true, then heed just made the discovery of all time! Kagome told him all about this Midoriko. Half way through, he gasped and told Kagome the plan. Midoriko was to come with them, no matter what!!! They were in a part of Japan that was unfamiliar to them both. Because of that, it was goanna be a bit difficult to find their way back. Inuyasha kindly yet firmly insisted that she came with them. Midoriko was about to say yes, when something stopped her. She couldn't say no to him, but on the other hand, she couldn't afford skipping school. But, she figured if kagome manages to do it, so could she!
