Sesshoumaru rang the doorbell and waited, he had brought along the picture just in case Kikyou tried to play dumb and say she didn't know what he was talking about. He watched with emotionless eyes as Kikyou's mother opened the door with a martini in her hand, and the glazed over look in her eyes told him she had had a few already. She looked at Sesshoumaru from head to toe and back up again then plastered a, what she must have thought was a sexy smile on her face but to Sesshoumaru just looked drunkenly.

"Can I help you honey?"

"Yes, I'm here to see Kikyou."

"Of course you are."

Kikyou's father walked to the door and glared daggers at Sesshoumaru who glared back just as icy as ever.

"Dear, please tell Kikyou she has a visitor."

He walked up the stairs and Sesshoumaru found himself being the subject of another once over from Kikyou's mother, no wonder the damn girl was such a slut, her mother was a great example. She was eyeing him like her next drink, he just glanced at her once or twice but tried to keep his eyes off her, she was sickening.

He heard footsteps and looked behind her to see Kikyou walking down the stairs in very short black sweat shorts and a black tank top that had been cut to show her belly button. Sesshoumaru had an un-wanted view of her died pale skin; he couldn't help but wonder if she ever heard of sunlight. Kikyou took one look at him and paled even more.

"Sesshoumaru? It's nice to see you."

"Kikyou dear, you never told me you had such a handsome young man as a boyfriend." Her mother wrapped one arm around her and held her drink in the other hand.

"Mother he is no boyfriend of mine, he's Inuyasha's older brother."

"Well no wonder he's so gorgeous, that Inuyasha was a good choice, too bad you two didn't work out." She turned her eyes back to Sesshoumaru, "Ya know, I would love to see your brother and maybe meet your father one day?" Sesshoumaru didn't show how disgusted he was on his face, this woman had no shame and she was in front of her own daughter, subconsciously he started to feel a little sorry for Kikyou, but that was only subconsciously.

"Maybe you would like to meet my mother too?"

"Well that would alright, how long have your parents been together?"

"For about twenty-three years, my father fell in love with my mother's fiery spirit, she taught me and my brother kick-boxing."

He could see that had taken the air out of her sails and she said her good-byes and left he and Kikyou to talk, and the mood suddenly turned sour.

"What are you doing here Sesshoumaru?"

"I know it was you who gave Rin that picture."

Kikyou crossed her arms and lifted her chin in defiance. "I don't know what you're talking about."

Sesshoumaru pulled the picture out of his pocket and waved it in her face, he could see she deflated a little.

"And I also know that it's fake."

"Look I was just gave it to her like I was told, I never expected her to believe it she seemed not to when I gave it to her."

"Do not ever come near my Rin again or I will embarrass you more than your mother just did, and make sure every one of those skeletons that you keep in your closet are dug up and let out, do I make myself clear." Sesshoumaru was only an inch away from her face and she could see murder in his eyes and knew he meant every word.

"Now tell me Kikyou, why is Naraku so interested in Rin? In fact why don't you just tell me why he's trying to ruin everybody's life?"

"I don't know what you're talking about, I just wanted him to get back at Inuyasha for me. If it wasn't for that little loser trick they thought was so funny nothing would have ever gotten this way. I don't even know his plan he just tells me to do something I do it, end of story."

"I find it hard to believe that you would take orders from anyone Kikyou, unless there was something in it for you, now what would that be?"

"I told you, to get back at Inu-"

"You're lying. Even you would have had your fill of torturing him by now, it's something else." Sesshoumaru studied her eyes for a while, and it dawned on him.

"Inuyasha will never take you back Kikyou. You treated him like an ATM machine when he was with you. He has someone better now, it's so pathetic that you can't move on with your life, but then you've always been that way."

Sesshoumaru could see he struck a nerve when he said that as two tears made their way down her face, but other than that she showed no signs of emotion.

"But don't worry since I see how good you are at taking orders, go back and tell your cousin that he has done the most dangerous thing in pissing me off, and I will return the favor."

Sesshoumaru turned around to walk away when he felt her hand grab his arm to stop him, he didn't turn to acknowledge her but let her talk to his back.

"Sesshoumaru, what we had together was special and you know that. If I can't have you then your brother is next best thing."

"No, we didn't have anything, you used me for money the same way you did Inuyasha, he was stupid enough to put up with it for two months, where as I couldn't stand you after the first week."

He jerked his arm away from her walked back to his car; she was still standing there when he drove off.

Sesshoumaru did have a weeklong relationship with Kikyou before she and Inuyasha got together. She was like a big headache in his life, a weeklong headache. She handed Inuyasha some story about how she broke up with Sesshoumaru because she had fallen for him. Sesshoumaru didn't even try to warn his brother because he knew he would see her for what she really was after he was with her, a gold-digging bitch. Sesshoumaru had never told Rin about his past relationship with Kikyou but he figured it was time he told her everything. He took the right turn that went to her house, it was time they had a long talk.
