Shippo: WHERE IS KAGOME!? I'm going to look for her.

Miroku: NO! I'll look for her. Sango, do you want to come looking for them with me.

Sango: Sure. Shippo you stay here and listen to the story we'll be back when we find them ok?

Shippo Ok. But be back as soon as you can.

Sango: Ok. Bye.

Miroku: (Hehehe, this should be good)

Princess Selene: Ok. On to…

Chapter Three: Love Anew

Two months flew by too quickly and the couple hadn't been back to the feudal age to tell anyone what was going on.

Kagome asked him while outside staring at the stars a week before the wedding. "Inu Yasha?" "Yes?" "Do you want to come back with me to tell the others about us?" "If you insist that we go back, I'll follow you anywhere to keep you safe." "Thank you. I'll go tell our family. Oh, we shouldn't tell anyone about us until we get to the village ok?" "That should be alright. Now why don't you tell our family, and I'll wait here for you ok?" "Ok. I'll be right back." Kagome said and left him to gaze at the stars.

To Inu Yasha, having a caring, loving family was something he lost a long time ago, but now he had all that and more. He was finally content with his life. When Kagome came back out, they went back to the feudal age. Once out of the well, they saw Shippo and Kagome was glad to see him again Inu Yasha not in her excitement. It was a blur of words as soon as Shippo got to them. "Kagome, you're finally back! Where were you? Why where you gone so long? Have you seen Inu Yasha anywhere? Everyone misses you…" "OK I'll tell you, but we need to go to the village. I'll tell everyone there."

So, the set out for the village. Shippo could tell something was different. Inu Yasha staying near her, Kagome's smell and something he could not place about them. All too soon, they were upon the village. Tearful reunions, much hugging and far too many questions came upon the pair, so, finally, the story was told. At the end of it everyone was speechless. It was Sango who talked first. "Oh Kagome, I'm so happy for you, and before I forget, we found some more shards with Kikyou's help. Inu Yasha, I wanted to tell you that she died a few days ago. She looked really happy and that when you come back here again you can go back to your old home and your family would be safe from harm. That's what she told me, and I'm happy for you to Inu Yasha." The couple was shocked at first, but then they accepted it. Things were changing for the better. Everyone talked for a little while longer, lightly after hearing all that and they all went to bed early.

The next day, the couple found out that there was only one shard left and then they would go kill Nakaru and be rid of him forever. It took them less than a day to find it and they all went back to Keade's village to prepare. Two days before the modern wedding, he showed up close to the village. The cleansing was over by the time he was close enough to see the village. Suddenly, he felt scared beyond belief and everything was over in a heartbeat. He was dead and Kikyou had wished it. Sango got her family back, Miroku's air rip was gone forever, Shippo's parents came back to him, Kagome and Inu Yasha decided to wait for their wish, and everyone got their desires. It was a wonderful day, Miroku proposed to Sango and she accepted, and love just radiated the whole area. That night, four people got married under the moonlight and went to bed happy for the first time in many years.

When morning arose, everyone went to say good bye to Inu Yasha and Kagome. "We'll be back in a few days at least to tell everyone how it went and then we're going to go back. After the baby is strong enough we'll be back and stay here most of the time. Good bye for now." Kagome said to everyone. When they went into the well, they knew one chapter was ending and another equally exciting was unfolding to them all and they knew they would all be ready for whatever came their way.

Shippo: Wow! That was great. Is this the end of this story?

Princess Selene: No it isn't. I'm going to be telling another story called Eternal Love tomorrow. Why don't you go back to Keade's village and I'll be back tomorrow bye.
