Sango was the first to speak. “Where the fuck is he, we asked for a break, not to be abandoned.” Miroku was growing tired of hearing Sango complain so he just nodded. Sango continued, “As soon as I see that mutt I'm gonna… Inuyasha and Kagome popped out of nowhere. “Your gonna do what, I know you aren't mad at me for letting you rest like the two of you so urgently requested. Sango flew right past him and right into Kagome's arms. “I thought you were long gone, I was so scared I would never find you.” Kagome returned the hug with a guilty conscience “ I'm sorry I made you worry I was only trying to pursue my dream but I now know that being with Inuyasha will not stop me from becoming a miko.” Sango looked confused “But don't you have to be pure in mind body and soul?” Kagome looked offended “What are you trying to say, you think I'm not pure” Kagome asked. “No It's nothing like that I just thought that you wouldn't be able to consummated the marriage if you had to be pure especially in the body.” Kagome accepted the explaination. “ No, I've learned that being pure was only being spiritual and has nothing to do with the physical.” Sango's face brightened “Ohh, so you can have sex with Inuyasha now huh” Kagome just turned beet red, “Sango you pervert” She began chasing after the girl and Sango ran like the wind.” Inuyasha and Miroku just shook their heads “ Now look what you did Miroku, You've rubbed off on Sango and turned her into a pervert. Just when I thought I had at least one logical friend, you convert her.” Miroku put on a fake look of offended pride “Inuyasha I'm hurt to know you think so low of me.” Inuyasha just rolled his eyes “cut the crap Miroku.” They just sat and waited for their beloved girlfriends to get ready and head home.

Inuyasha how long is it until we have made it back. “feh, you should know you were the one who ran off to that place, how long did it take you” Kagome just gave him an annoyed look “ I told you I was sorry already, what do you want from me” Inuyasha's eyes lit up at the prospects. “well there is this one thing that you could do for me…” Kagome glanced at the overly suspicious dog demon “ and what would that be “ Inuyasha eyed their companions who were right next to them and just as curious to know the answer if not more than Kaogme. He held his hand up to Kagome's ear as a shield and whispered.” You pervert she smacked him to the ground and he moaned from the strength of the blow dame she's strong. He got up and dusted himself off. His friends just stared at him. Sango mostly was giving him a stare that could kill 100 men just like his sword. “ Inuyasha are you stupid or what, that's the reason she left in the first place, she felt like you only wanted her body. A part of it may have been that she wanted to fulfill her dream also, but for the most part you were treating her like a piece of ass. Now you have a second chance, you better be glad she even accepted to coming back, now go apologize before you miss your chance like last time” Inuyasha felt shame in his behavior but his pride was getting in the way “feh” he went ahead though. He caught up to Kagome and grabbed her arm, she yanked back “what do you want, you've said enough and caused enough damage.” Kagome look off away from him. Inuyasha figited “ Kagome to say I'm sorry is an understatement to you it may seem like I treat you like you were some hooker on the corner, well that's not true and I don't think you understand me at all. Hell you don't even know me to judge me and I don't know you like that. I'm attracted to you yes but who wouldn't be, your beautiful” Kagome blushed at this and began to look at him “ I am comfortable around you and that gave me the courage to joke with you but you took it the wrong way, I know you took me serious and I just want you to know that even though I've only known you for a short period of time, you do mean a lot to me. I don't want to let something I care about go because of my stubborn ways and my stupid attitude” Kagome laughed He's talking about himself “ Inuyasha thank you, for reassuring me, I thought I had made a mistake in coming back with you when you made that comment” Inuyasha looked worried “do you still feel like that” Kagome shook her head “no I just wanted to feel like I was more to you then just someone you'll sleep with after the marriage.”

 

Inuyasha had had enough of this depressing talk. “So tell me a little bit about yourself, Kagome.” She looked thoughtful, “well even though my father gave me away, he used to be so full of life until my mother died. “ Inuyasha nodded “ I remember you telling me about this while we were walking in the gardens remember.” Kagome thought a little bit before her eyes brightened “ Oh yeah I remember” Well um I have a question for you Inuyasha” “Oh yeah, and what is that” he asked with a conniving grin. “Well I know you have had some relationships in the past you've got to be about three times my age or more.” Inuyasha felt kind of uncomfortable with the question well I'm 150 years old which is young in demon years but you may think I'm old try to get her mind off that question, he wasn't ready to tell her about his relationship with her mom yet. Kagome's eyes bulged out of her head. “Wow you are old” Inuyasha faked being hurt “hey I'm about 15 in human years, Kagome then lifted an eyebrow at this, “so you telling me that technically I'm robbing the cradle and I'm 16 while your 150.” Inuyasha just nodded. “So what about the relationships you've have” Inuyasha tried to turn the tables on her, she noticed this but made a note to ask him about his later “well I was with this boy named Hojo. He was such a goody too shoes and I wanted someone with a little more edge.” Inuyasha made a note to remember that “ I thought you didn't like the bad guys that are always trying to jump your bones.” Kaogme just rolled her eyes and continued “ anyway before I was so rudely interrupted,” she glanced at Inuyasha who just gave her an innocent look “I'm listening” “very well then, Hojo wasn't my type, but my father thought that he would make a wonderful husband and my mother loved his manners. I went with him for 3 or 4 years. I was bored with him and he became even more annoying the more time I spent with him. He would talk about himself constantly and would always ask me if I was feeling good and giving me all types of health tid bits. He even got me a dried lizard before “ Inuyasha made a face “Ew that's gross” Kagome laughed at Inuyasha's reaction “even though it was kind of weird he was only thinking about my well being” Inuyasha gave her a weirded out look “so tell someone you care involves giving them a dead lizard. I could could go get you a lizard right now if you want me to” Kagome chuckled “well you just made it sound so pleasant” Kagome said in full sarcasm. So Inuyasha how was your past relationships, Inuyasha was speechless dame that again He looked up and was relieved “ Theirs the castle, race ya then he took off at demon speed Kagome just thought to herself I'm gonna find out, you just watch and see

If she didn't she wouldn't have left. Kikyo wouldn't have cared. She just wanted the money and the title. What we thought of her didn't matter to her. Kagome has a pure heart and will make a wonderful mate for our son she has the spirit to tame his temper and the compassion to calm his fears of feeling inferior as a hanyou. He may not know it but he is probably gonna be stronger than sesshomaru after his bond with that girl, she is a strong miko already and she doesn't even know it.” The queen spoke up “ I have can't wait for them to return…” the doorbell rang at that precise moment “Well, I don't think you have to wait long my dear I can sense all of their presences, including Kagome's.” The queen got excited and jumped into her husbands arms “ Thank god.” “Well lets go greet them” The queen just nodded with her ecstatic grin plastered on her face.
