Chapter 7~ Return!

~~~Kagome's family was not all to comfortable with her news of her going back threw the well. Something had happened back there that had made her this way. Made her pale and sickly looking, but since she had never said what it had been and the look of determination in her face, they didnt stop her from going back. After packing her bag, she took a deep breath and let it out slowly. Then with eyes shut she jumped threw the well and felt herself floating then soflty landing on the ground. Looking up she saw the sky and sighed. She was back. And she was trembling with fear. She just didnt know what to expect and it scared her alot. She climbed out of the well and instantly heard a noise and saw Sango. She was sitting next to the well crying. The sound and site of her distress had Kagome jumping out quickly and falling on her knees next to Sango with concern and fear. Ohh Gods please please dont let nothing have happened to Inuyasha! She silently prayed as she grabbed Sango shoulders. The fact that the thought of something having happened to Inuyasha being the first thing to enter her mind, was a real eye opener. Even after everything.........she still loved him........she couldnt bare the thought of any harm coming to him.

"Sango?? Sango whats wrong?? whats happened??" Kagome asked, shaking her head to clear her mind and concentrate on Sango. Sango jerked and looked up to see Kagome looking at her with conern in her eyes. Sango was so glad to see her that she broke into another fit of tears and pulled Kagome to her and cried into her shoulder.

"Sango whats wrong please tell me?" Kagome asked in a fearfull whisper as she held her surigote sister and tried to comfort her by stroking soothing palms against her back.

"I..I..I never thought you would come back...its..its been soo long..we..we were worried..and hes been gone for sooo long and Shippo wont move or speak or eat and..and...." More tears and body racking sobs. Kagome held her tighter and was very very confussed and very very worried.

"Slower Sango...tell me..whats happened since Ive been gone?" Kagome asked, pushing her arms out to look Sango in the eyes. Sango wiped her tears yet still shook as she tried to supress them, but nodded.

~~~Sango told Kagome about what had happened since she had been gone. How Shippo was in a catotonic sort of state, how Inuyasha had been missing since that night and how sad and hopeless he looked. She told her how she felt, how she loved both her and Inuyasha and was sorry that she couldnt put her worry for Inuyasha behind her and hoped Kagome didnt hate her and Miroku for still caring for the hanyou even after all he had done. Then she told Kagome about Yoshi. Now this got Kagome hopping mad.

"He what?" she asked in an almost deadly calm voice that Sango had never heard from her dear friend ever. It scared her.

"He wanted to leave that night..but thinking it would be best that he stay put till Inuyasha was well away we convinced him to stay...the night before he left..he had been drinking quite a bit of sake...we didnt think much of it since he'd been doing it alot since he was bought back by Sesshoumaru..but that night he must of drank quite a bit more than usual cause he began to laugh then to cry and then started to confess what he had done...he told us that there was never any magic potion..the herbs and stuff he had told you about were in fact ingrediants to make demons go into a full rage...if you had put that stuff on Inuyasha's clothes he would of gone into a killing rage slaughtering anything and anyone in his path.."

"Bu..But why would he do that?? why would he lie to me?" Kagome asked in a whisper, again that calm cool toneless voice of hers that had Sango scared.

"He said he had noticed the way Inuyasha looked at you..how angry he would get when Yoshi flirted with us..mostly you...Yoshi hates all demons..they killed his brothers and his father..and he feels that its his duty to wipe them all out..no matter if they are good or bad, he wants them all dead...when he saw the way Inuyasha looked at you he became disgusted..he was furious at the thought of a half breed even THINKING he could dare dream of touching a human female...he only became more enraged when he saw the looks you gave Inuyasha..telling him that you felt the same way about Inuyasha as Inuyasha did you...he wanted to make Inuyasha pay..wanted to hurt you for thinking of a hanyou like that..he said it was a sin...so he told you about the potion..and you jumped at the chance...was it not his suggestion for you to meet him in his hut after we all feel asleep Kagome?" Sango asked. Kagome just nodded her head yes, her eyes blank, yet listening.

"He suggested that so that things would look compromissing if anyone saw..he told us he couldnt believe his good fortune when you came to him that night and just before you dropped the mat over the huts doorway, he caught of glimpse of Inuyasha at the edge of the forest looking straight at you with jealousy in his eyes....from that night on he knew Inuyasha watched as you came to him and he took great pleasure in seeing the hurt and jealousy in Inuyasha's face and the clueless one on you..you had no idea he said of what was happening...and he couldnt wait till you gave Inuyasha his SURPRISE...he anticipated Inuyasha going into a rage by the time he was fully healed and then he would join us in having to put Inuyasha down because he had gone made..we would never know that it was the potion that had done it to him..." Sango explained as she started to cry again. Just thinking of how devious and how full of hate Yoshi had been was too much. Had she been like that too? Had she hated Inuyasha with that sort of hatred when Naraku had tricked her into fighting him? Thinking that he had slaughtered her clan? Oooh Gods she still couldnt believe she herself had tried to kill Inuyasha back then, and he hadnt fought back, hadnt tried to do anything but defend himself. Even then Inuyasha had had more of a heart then she.

"Wheres Yoshi now?" Kagome asked cooly. Sango shivered.

"Miroku and I...well once he had told us of what he had done..the things he had done to aid in Inuyasha's act of killing you we...well Miroku hit him over the head with his staff and I hit him on the head with my boomerang....we left him at the edge of the village to either wake or die by some animal or by some demon...thats how badly we detested him...come morining he was gone but by the evidance he had gotten up and left on his own, nothing had happened to him." Sango replied, still shuddering at how badly she had wanted Yoshi dead. She hated the way she hated him and yet hated herself for wanting another human being dead. The guilt was like acid in the pit of her stomache.

"Good..." Kagome replied. Sango looked at her shocked. Did she hate Inuyasha that much that she was glad Yoshi was alive and that Inuyasha may even now be dead? This was not her friend, her Kagome.

"Lets go see to Shippo...when hes better I want you to help me find Inuyasha...I must know if he is ok or not..then..then I will find Yoshi and make sure he pays for what he did." Kagome replied in an icy tone that left Sango shivering again. She had NEVER seen Kagome this cold, but it was understandable, Sango thought, but even so. This whole thing had changed her as it had all of them. Nothing would ever be the same again. No matter what happened now, thier lives would forever be altered and Sango had a bad feeling that it wasnt for the best.

~~~Sesshoumaru was in his study growling at the parchments in front of him, not really paying attention to them at all. He was furious. He was getting tired of playing nursemaid to his half breed brother. So many times now Sesshoumaru had been forced to hold his brother down and force food down his throat so he would not die. Inuyasha was stubborn as hell and still refussed to eat or drink. He was always trying to tell Sesshoumaru of what had happened to make him kill his wentch, but Sesshoumaru knew the instant he did, he would kill himself. So Sesshoumaru had avoided him and only came to him to force food and liquid down his throat when the servants complained about being unable to get him to eat. Even in his disgustingly weakened state, he gave the servants one hell of a fight when they tried to force feed him. So it had been left to Sesshoumaru to feed his little brother.

~~~What galled Sesshoumaru the most? Was why in seven hells did he give a damn about wether his brother died or not? In fact when did he stop wanting his brother dead? Was it only because he himself wanted Inuyasha to die by only his hands?? If so then he had the best oppurtunity to do so now in Inuyasha's weakend state. But he couldnt. The thought of Inuyasha starving himself and wanting nothing more than to die angered Sesshoumaru to no end. He had half a mind to go fetch Inuyasha's wentch and kill her anyway, or bring her back here and force her to serve Inuyasha. He was sure she could do it and then he wouldnt be forced to. As he pondered this he heard an ear splitting scream. RIN! with that Sesshoumaru was out of the study and racing with his demon speed towards what ever had dared to threaten his charge.

A/N~Okies heres the next chap...hope you like and I just gotta tell you all that your soooooo wonderfull......I love your reviews, they alone keep me happy..lol..Everytime I read them I smile from ear to ear and cant help the warm fuzzy feelings in the pit of my tummy..really guys they mean that much to me...its nice to know that my story is liked, even if its not all nice and sweet and lemony..lol..anyhow..hope you all liked this chap and I hope it wasnt a stretch...I wanted everyone to know that Yoshi was not so innocent in all this and I hope I potrayed that without complicating it too much...and as for why Tensiaga wanted Yoshi to live when he is clearly an evil man?? well you will find out later..hehe...anyway please let me know if this sucked or what..till laters you all be well stay safe and be good...btw keep da cookies coming..hehe..huggles and smiles and much luv Mija..:-)
