Kagome sighed as the night was over. Inuyasha watched over her like a hawk the whole night, glaring at any guy who so much as looked at her. They both said their good-byes to their friends and got into the car to pick Shippo up from Myoga's. "Why are you being so quiet?" Inuyasha asked. He sensed there was a reason for her not talking.

"No reason." Kagome said.

"Don't lie to me." Inuyasha said.

"I'm not lying to you. I'm thinking, that's all." Kagome said.

Satisfied with her answer Inuyasha turned his attention back to the road. She didn't seem distressed, so he let it go. They were silent the whole way to Myoga's. It was a comfortable silence. Inuyasha stopped the car and they both went to get Shippo.

"Oi, Myoga-jiji!" Inuyasha shouted as he banged on the door.

"Inuyasha!" Kagome scolded and hit him on the head. "That's rude."

"Itai!" Inuyasha whined and rubbed his head.

"Ah Kagome, so nice to see you." Myoga said. "Inuyasha."

"Keh. Where's the runt?" Inuyasha asked.

"He's already asleep." Myoga pointed to his couch. "He was really tired and fell asleep a couple of hours ago."

"He must've tired himself out or something." Kagome said.

"Seems like it. He said he had a lot of fun at Kohaku's house." Myoga said.

"We'll hear all about it tomorrow, I'm sure." Kagome said.

Inuyasha walked out into the hallway with a bag and Shippo in his arms. Kagome grabbed the bag from him. "Arigato Myoga." Kagome said.

"Thanks old man." Inuyasha said and started walking towards the elevator.

"Inuyasha." Kagome said loud enough to get her point across but not loud enough to wake Shippo. Myoga chuckled and closed the door.

Kagome turned on the light for Inuyasha as he carried Shippo into the living room. They both went to his room and laid him in his bed. They quietly walked out trying not to wake him and went into the living room. "I'm going to take a quick shower." Kagome said.

Inuyasha watched as she walked into their room. She came out with a robe and a nightgown. He smiled wickedly as she closed the bathroom door. Now was the time to put the lock on the bedroom door. Shippo wasn't going to ruin their fun anytime soon and if he did...

Within ten minutes the lock was in place. Inuyasha threw the old lock and trash away. He walked into the kitchen and made a sandwich to settle his grumbling stomach. Sitting on the couch he turned on the TV trying to find something interesting to watch.

Twenty minutes later Kagome walked out of the bathroom feeling clean and refreshed. Nothing like a hot shower to wash all your troubles away. She headed towards the bedroom to go to sleep. She felt arms wrap around her waist. "What are you doing?" Inuyasha asked.

"I was going to go to sleep." Kagome said.

Inuyasha licked her ear causing her to shiver. "Not yet your not." He whispered in a husky voice and pushed her towards the room.

"Inuyasha, we can't. Shippo..." Kagome said as she sat on the edge of the bed.

"Don't worry about it." Inuyasha said as he locked the door. "He's worn out, and I bought a lock."

"Did you buy that while we were out?" Kagome asked wondering when he'd gotten that.

"Does it matter?" Inuyasha asked. He walked towards Kagome and took off his shirt.

"I just showered." Kagome said a blush staining her cheeks.

"So?" Inuyasha asked. He leaned down and kissed her.

All thoughts became mush as she melted into his warm embrace. Inuyasha lifted Kagome up and laid her down on the bed. One of his legs was between hers and the other was on the other side. His hand trailed up and down her thigh as he kissed her lips. His other hand supported himself up.

Kagome wrapped her arms around his neck bringing him closer. She moaned as he sucked lightly on her neck. The hand on her thigh moved upwards pushing her nightgown so that it bunched at her hips. His hand moved under her nightgown and squeezed her breast.

She gasped and began to kiss his neck as he continued to massage her breast. Inuyasha wanted skin to skin contact. He helped her into a sitting position and pulled the nightgown over her head. As soon as the nightgown left his hand he pushed her back onto the bed. She didn't wear bras to sleep so he wouldn't have to worry about it.

Her back didn't even reach the bed before Inuyasha sucked lightly on her breast. Kagome moaned loudly and thanked kami that Inuyasha made Shippo's room the one at the end of the hall. It would be awkward to explain what they were doing.

Those thoughts melted away when Inuyasha's hand slipped through her underwear to slip a finger inside of her. She shuddered as she panted. Inuyasha smirked and added another finger. Soon enough he had three fingers inside of her going at an awfully slow pace for Kagome. "Inu...yasha." Kagome managed to say in a shaky whisper.

Inuyasha knew what she wanted. He sped up the pace and kissed her lips. He could feel her muscles tighten around his fingers as he went faster. With another thrust Kagome was thrown over the edge, feeling a wave of euphoria.

Removing his pants and boxers Inuyasha moved between Kagome's legs and positioned himself over her entrance. She'd just gotten over her orgasm when she felt him at her entrance. She wrapped her arms around his neck and brought him closer for a kiss. Inuyasha thrusted into her as soon as their lips met.

This time was better. No pain, no uneasy feeling of being stretched beyond your limit. Just pure bliss for the both of them. Kagome wrapped her legs around his waist as he went deeper inside of her. They both moaned and groaned as their hips met.

Inuyasha came before Kagome letting his seed spill into her. Kagome came feeling the new warmth in her stomach. They both clutched each other's arms as they shuddered in pleasure. Inuyasha laid down on her breast and moved his body to the side so he wouldn't crush her. He could tell by Kagome's breathing that she was asleep.

He smiled and joined her.

The next morning pounding on the door waked the sleeping couple. Inuyasha groaned as he sat up to put on some boxers. He made sure Kagome was covered up with the blanket before he unlocked the door. As soon as he turned the knob the door swung open and hit him in the nose knocking him to the ground.

"Oops." Shippo said as he jumped onto the bed.

"Oops my ass, you brat. I bet you did that on purpose." Inuyasha said checking to make sure his nose wasn't broken. It didn't hurt but better safe than sorry.

"If I would've known you were there, I would've." Shippo said. "I don't have to though."

"Why the hell did you come running in like that anyway?" Inuyasha asked.

"You locked the door." Shippo narrowed his eyes at Inuyasha.

"Yeah, so?" Inuyasha said.

"That's mean." Shippo said.

"It is not. Barging into other people's room while they're trying to sleep is mean." Inuyasha said.

"Why did you lock the door?" Shippo asked.

"Kagome and I would like to spend time alone together." Inuyasha said.

"Why don't you like me?" Shippo asked.

"That's not the reason and you know it." Inuyasha said. "I put the lock on because you like to come in at night and interrupt us."

"What are you doing that I'm interrupting?" Shippo asked.

"We're talking." Inuyasha said. "Your six, you can sleep by yourself."

"I have nightmares." Shippo said with his head down.

"Listen, every once in a while is fine. You can't come in our room every night." Inuyasha said. "If the door is locked and it gets really bad then knock on it. Only if it's really bad, ok?"

Shippo nodded and felt a little better. "I'm hungry." He said.

"Let's get something to eat." Inuyasha said.

They both quietly left the room so that Kagome could sleep. They were surprised that she had slept through their conversation and Shippo jumping on the bed. Inuyasha made some sandwiches for him and Shippo. They both sat on the couch and watched cartoons.

About an hour later Kagome woke up. She sat up and yawned. Then she realized that she wasn't wearing any clothes. Blushing she got up to put her nightgown and robe on. Once they were on she walked out of the room. "What are you guys doing?" Kagome asked.

Inuyasha and Shippo were lying in the floor with paper all around them. "Inuyasha thought he could beat me at drawing." Shippo said.

"Did he?" Kagome asked.

"Hai, he lost...badly." Shippo laughed.

"I have no art skills. Leave me alone." Inuyasha grumbled.

"You should've woken me up." Kagome said.

"People need sleep. I'm surprised you didn't wake earlier." Inuyasha said.

"What do you mean?" Kagome asked.

"Inuyasha went to unlock the door when I knocked on it and I swung it open and hurt his nose." Shippo laughed.

"It's not broken and there's no bruise." Inuyasha touched his nose to make sure.

Kagome laughed and went to answer the phone when it rang. "Hello?"

"Kagome, it's Sango. Rin and I wanted to know if you wanted to go shopping with us. It's just going to be us girls." Sango said excitedly.

"Any reason it's just the girls?" Kagome asked.

"Miroku pissed her off!" Rin yelled into the phone.

"What did he do?"

"He asked her if she wanted to have sex on the roof top." Rin yelled.

"She didn't need to know that!" Sango yelled. "The neighbors probably heard that."

"At least they won't come over anymore, ne?" Rin said.

"Do you want to come?" Sango asked.

"Sure. I just have to get ready." Kagome said.

"Great! I'm stealing Miroku's car while he's asleep. We'll come by in about an hour." Sango said.

"Sounds great! Ja ne." Kagome said.

"Who was that?" Inuyasha asked.

"Sango. She invited me to go to the mall with her and Rin." Kagome told him.

"And you're going?" Inuyasha asked.

"Hai, Sango is stealing Miroku's car. She'll be here in about an hour." Kagome walked into the bathroom. "I'm going to shower and get changed."

"Ugh, she didn't even ask me if we were going to do anything." Inuyasha sighed.

"Did you have plans?" Shippo asked.

"Not really. I would've come up with something if she'd asked." Inuyasha said.

"We could play video games." Shippo looked at him with big hopeful puppy dog eyes.

"Fine." Inuyasha gave in seeing as how any plans with Kagome were now put on hold.

Yay it took me forever to write this chapter so I don't know why I'm saying Yay...Oh well. Sorry it took so long for this chapter to come out. I had some stupid essay to write and I might go to my mom's house again this weekend. For some weird reason she wants to spend time with us. I think someone possessed her. That mystery will be saved for another day. I've also been taking care of my dad. He's sick. I wrote another Inu/Kag lemon just for you guys. Made you wait long enough for it. Hehe.
