Chapter 58

Plans For A Wedding

After work the girls were finishing while the guys sat at the bar talking. "I thought you didn't want Rin to wear any of the outfits." Inuyasha said.

"Rin insisted. She thought it was too cute and wouldn't leave me alone about it. This is the last time. She'll wear something more decent for a woman that's pregnant." Sesshomaru said.

"I understand." Miroku said. "I think she said she had a white dress at home that would be good for work."

"Good." Sesshomaru said.

The girls walked in and sat down. Rin sat in Sesshomaru's lap and said, "Should we tell them?"

"Tell us what?" Miroku asked.

"The wedding is in a month. Invitations will be sent to you." Sesshomaru said.

"So soon?" Kagome asked.

"I wanted to have a wedding before I started showing." Rin put a hand on her stomach. "Sesshomaru doesn't care when the wedding is since I'm doing all the planning. You guys have to come over and help!"

"I could stop by at around noon." Sango said.

"Me too." Kagome smiled.

"You guys can come to since the girls are gone you'll have nothing to do." Sesshomaru said.

"Hey, I have things to do." Inuyasha said.

"Me too." Miroku said.

"What?" Both Kagome and Sango said in unison.

"Fine I'll be there." Inuyasha sighed.

"Me too." Miroku bent his head.

"Let's go pick up Shippo." Kagome grabbed Inuyasha's hand. "Ja ne."

Inuyasha allowed himself to be dragged away and drove to Myoga's to get Shippo.

Once they got back Inuyasha put his jacket on the couch and slowly walked to his bedroom. Kagome followed him and watched as he changed and got into bed without saying a word. She thought it was a little weird. He seemed upset.

Kagome changed and got into bed next to Inuyasha. "Is something wrong?" Kagome asked.

"It's nothing." He said.

"Something is wrong. Tell me!" Kagome pulled his arm so he was laying flat on his back. To prevent him from rolling back she straddled his waist.

Inuyasha was surprised at her aggressiveness. He sighed and looked away from her. "You have been ignoring me for days. Every time I want to do something with you something else comes up. Tomorrow will be the same."

"Gomen Inuyasha. I don't mean to ignore you." Kagome said. "I'll try to make it up to you."

Kagome leaned down and kissed him gently on the lips. Inuyasha smiled and slipped his tongue inside her mouth. He put his hands on her waist and slid them down to her thighs to lift her nightgown over her head. It slipped through his fingers and onto the floor.

He sat up and pushed her onto her back to slip off her panties. Once they were off Kagome sat up to unzip his pants while he removed his shirt. Inuyasha fell back onto the bed with Kagome and flipped them over so he was on top.

Kagome dragged her tongue from his chest to his neck. Inuyasha shivered and leaned down to massage her breasts. She gasped and gripped his shoulders. Inuyasha smiled in arrogance and prepared to enter her.

They both moaned as Inuyasha thrusted into her. They both moved in the same rhythm. They began to sweat, as the room got hotter.

Their pace increased as they were both reaching their peaks. Inuyasha thrusted into her hard and fast. Kagome screamed in release and as her muscles tightened around Inuyasha he too came.

Inuyasha collapsed on top of Kagome and rested his head on her chest. Kagome yawned and wrapped her arms around Inuyasha. He smiled in satisfaction in getting at least a little bit of attention.

The next morning Inuyasha woke up and couldn't feel Kagome anywhere near him. He opened his eyes and found her next to him on the edge of the bed. He wrapped the blanket around her and stood up. He put on some boxers and walked out in the living room.

Shippo was on the couch watching cartoons. "How long have you been up?" Inuyasha asked.

"A while." Shippo said not taking his eyes off the TV.

"Are you hungry?"

Shippo just nodded and kept watching the TV. Inuyasha sighed and picked him up. He threw him over his shoulder, turned off the TV, and walked into the kitchen. "Hey!" Shippo protested.

"You want food then you need to help." Inuyasha said. He sat him down on the counter and started looking through the cabinets.

Kagome woke up to the smell of something burning. She got out of bed and quickly threw on one of Inuyasha's shirts. Running out of the bedroom and into the kitchen she laughed at what she found. Inuyasha was covered in pancake mix and Shippo was drenched in water.

Inuyasha and Shippo both looked at eat other and smiled mischievously. Kagome backed away slowly after she stopped laughing. "Don't even think about it. We have to go to Rin's and we don't have time to shower." She warned.

Inuyasha sighed and put the pancake mix down. "Fine." He said. He walked past Kagome as if he was going to the bathroom but stopped when he was behind her. He smiled at Shippo and grabbed Kagome from behind.

Kagome screamed and struggled to get out of his arms. Inuyasha turned her around smiling evilly and kissed her making sure to rub some of the mix on him. Shippo wanted to join in on the fun and climbed on the couch. He jumped off and hung onto Kagome.

"I'm going to kill you two!" Kagome screamed.

Both Inuyasha and Shippo let go running to Shippo's room. "Run!" They both shouted at the same time.

Kagome was about to chase after them but decided to try and rinse the pancake mix out of her hair.

Inuyasha and Shippo stuck their heads out of the doorway to see Kagome walk into the bathroom. They both sighed and sunk against the door. "This is all your fault!" Shippo shouted and pointed at him.

"You're the one who threw pancake mix at me!" Inuyasha said. "I was blinded and squirted you with water."

"Not true! You said `Why you little...' and soaked me!" Shippo yelled.

"You deserved it you little punk!" Inuyasha shouted.

"You deserved what you got you big jerk!" Shippo shouted back.

"That's it..." Inuyasha stood to hit him on the head.

Shippo knew what he was going to do. He opened the door and ran out of the room. Inuyasha chased after him around the couch.

Kagome waited for Inuyasha to ring the doorbell. She stood with her arms folded still angry with the mess that they made. The door opened and they saw Sesshomaru. "You're late." He said.

"Yeah, yeah." Inuyasha said and walked in after Kagome.

"Gomen, Sesshomaru. Inuyasha was being a baka again." Kagome said a little annoyed.

"What's new?" Sesshomaru asked.

"Oi!" Inuyasha said. They followed Sesshomaru into the living room. Rin and Sango were looking through magazines while Miroku was sitting on the couch looking out the window.

"Kagome, you're an hour late." Rin frowned.

"Gomen, Inuyasha and Shippo made a mess this morning and left me to clean it up." Kagome glared at him. "I had to clean up while he dropped Shippo off at daycare."

"That's not very nice." Rin said.

"You're such an ass Inuyasha." Sango glared at him.

"Shippo started it." Inuyasha crossed his arms and sat on the couch.

"Whatever." Kagome rolled her eyes. "So what's happened so far?"

"Well, we've decided to go on a white dress anyway." Rin said. "We've also decided on red roses on the tables and nice soft music."

"What's left to decide on?" Kagome asked.

"Where its going to be held, what time, where the reception is going to be held, what kinds of food to serve, and a lot more." Rin said.

"Well let's get to work." Kagome grabbed a magazine and started looking through it.

"You're going to be having the time of your life." Inuyasha said sarcastically.

"Next you'll be looking for baby clothes and baby accessories." Miroku said. "Then afterwards you'll have to buy her more clothes not counting the maternity clothes she'll need soon. It'll never end."

"See if I help you when you have to go through with it." Sesshomaru narrowed his eyes at Inuyasha and Miroku. Inuyasha shrugged his shoulders and Miroku gulped.

Hours later the girls had gone through tons of magazines and wrote a list of what was needed and what needed to be done. Every once in a while Rin would ask Sesshomaru if her ideas were okay. He nodded and said whatever she wanted would be perfect. He really meant he didn't care what she picked as long as it didn't bother him.

Kagome yawned as she wrote the last of what Rin had just said. "We have to get Shippo and you need some rest." Inuyasha put his hands on Kagome's shoulders.

Knowing he was right Kagome nodded. "Let me know if you need any help later." Kagome said.

"I'll call you when I start looking for wedding dresses and bridesmaid dresses." Rin smiled.

"Ja ne." Kagome waved goodbye. She yawned once again as she got in the car.

"Take a nap before work." Inuyasha said.

"Hai, hai." Kagome closed her eyes and leaned against the window.

Sorry it took so long to update. I've been busy with school starting soon and trying to hang out with friends before school starts. I've also had a lot of writer's block with this fic. Things might be speeding up in the fic because I have some problems with my fic. It may end soon. I think I'm running out of ideas. Hope you like it. Ja ne.
