On the other side of the festival, the side Kouga's wolves had left untouched, a mysterious man walked silently passed everyone, causing whispers and pointings. A scar adjourned his otherwise handsome face, and the light from the moon shone on his dark brown hair. His eyes glanced around, as though looking for something. He carried with him a sword larger than anyone had a right to have.

Su, hearing the whispers of a strange man, went to investigate. Upon seeing the mysterious man, Su's eyes went wide in amazement. Looking around, Su saw that no other person at the festival had the guts to approach him. Smiling at her bravery, Su walked up to the man.
She walked beside him for a minute, as the stranger watched her from the corner of his eyes. After a minute, Su took another brave step and poked him in the shoulder. He turned to her, his eyes questioning. "What do you need?" He questioned, his voice smooth and proffesional.
Su's eyes went wide when she caught a full view of his scar. "Oh, poor boy! What happened to you?" Su cupped his face in her hands and looked at the scar closely. The man blinked and pulled away. "Don't touch me." He said. Su cocked her head to one side. "What's your name? I'm Su!"
The man arched an eyebrow and looked carefully at Su. Summing up that she was no threat to him, he said, "My name is Squall." Su smiled. "So Squall, what brings you here, I mean, come on, your not from this era, are you?" Squall sighed. "No I'm not and my bussiness here is hardly important to you." Squall began to walk away, but Su followed.
"I bet I know what you're doing... Yeah, I got you all figured out, I've seen your type before." Su said in a mysterious voice. Squall looked at her funny and siad, "Whatever." Before once again walking away. But once again, Su followed. "So, Squally, I bet your from the future, and your a bounty hunter!" Squall looked at Su. "Squally? Don't ever call me Squally again! And no, I'm not a bounty hunter.... The truth is, I recieved reports about demons from Japan running a rampage, and when I took off for Japan... Something went wrong and now Im in the past, happy now?" Su smiled. "Yup. Extremely." Squall looked towards the heavens. This girl would be his downfall
