Shopping and Some Trouble

Kagome woke up the next morning still feeling tired. She hadn't gotten much sleep that night. She would have happily crawled back into bed if Souta hadn't been yelling at her.

"Nee-chan telephone." Souta yelled.

She walked downstairs and snatched the phone away from him. "Hello." She said in a tired voice.

"Did you just get up? It's noon." Sango said.

"Good morning to you too Sango."

"Oh yeah whatever. Rin and I want to know if you want to go shopping with us today."

"Huh sure when do you want to go?" Kagome asked.

"How about we come by in about a half an hour?"

"What? I just woke up you expect me to get ready that fast?" Kagome screamed into the phone.

"Hai. Hurry up Kagome." Sango hung up the phone.

Kagome hung up the phone and ran to the bathroom. She took a quick shower and got dressed. She put on a sky blue shirt with a matching knee length skirt and white sandals. She went downstairs to grab something quick to eat.

Just as she finished shoving the toast in her mouth the doorbell rang. She swung the door open. Sango and Rin stood at the door. "Ready?" Rin asked.

"Hai. Okaa-san I'm leaving." Kagome yelled.

"Have fun." Ms. Higurashi yelled back.

The girls walked to Kagome's car and got in. They all drove to the mall. They were there for hours trying on clothes and looking at stuff. They sat down in the food court to get something to eat.

"Hello Kagome."

Kagome turned around to see who was talking to her. "Oh hi Kouga." She said dryly.

"I hope you're not still mad about the other night." Kouga said.

"What happened?" Rin asked.

"Kagome and I shared a moment of bliss until inukurro ruined it." Kouga said.

"It was nothing like that." Kagome yelled.

"He kissed her." Sango said to Rin.

"Ooh I take it Inuyasha was mad?" Rin asked.

"He was mad all right." Sango said.

"Guys I'm still here." Kagome said. "Kouga do you think you could leave? We are trying to have a girls day out."

"Ah I understand." Kouga said. He kneeled down and gave Kagome a quick kiss. Before she could say or do anything he was gone. "That bastard."

"Ooh looks like Inuyasha will be throwing a hissy fit today." Rin said.

"Don't tell him anything. He can't get it through his thick skull that I'm not going to leave him. He's so childish." Kagome said. "I can't believe he kissed me again."

"Better than Naraku right?" Sango said.

"Naraku kissed you too?" Rin yelled in surprise.

"Shh keep your voice down Rin." Kagome said. "He did. It's like they know when my guard is down. I can't believe they would take advantage of that."

"Inuyasha does the same thing." Rin said.

"I know. I don't mind when he does it. He's my boyfriend. Kouga and Naraku give me the creeps." Kagome said.

"Let's forget everything and finish eating. Maybe we could watch a movie." Sango said.

They all agreed with her and finished eating. They walked into the movie theatre and picked a movie. (I haven't been watching TV lately so I don't know what's out.)

When the movie was over they should all head home. It was getting late and they all had school tomorrow. Kagome dropped Sango and Rin off at their houses and drove home. She carried her bags into her room and dropped onto her bed.

She squeaked when she felt someone jump on top of her. She opened her eyes. "Inuyasha, what are you doing here?" Kagome asked.

"I came to see you and you weren't home. Souta begged me to play video games with him until you got home." Inuyasha said. "Where were you?"

"I was at the mall." Kagome said. "Sango and Rin in…what are you doing?"

Inuyasha leaned closer to her face. He started growling, "Why do you smell like Kouga?"

"I saw him at the mall." Kagome said.

"That son of a bitch kissed you didn't he?" He yelled. "I'm going to kill him." Inuyasha started getting up.

"No, Inuyasha don't." Kagome jumped on his back.

"What do you mean don't?" Inuyasha yelled. "That bastard kissed you. I have every right to kill him. You didn't like it did you?"

"How many times do I have to tell you? You have nothing to worry about." Kagome said. "I'm not going to leave you baka."

Inuyasha calmed down a little. "Oi, you can get off of me now."

Kagome was still on his back. "Promise you won't leave to kill him."

"I won't" Inuyasha said.

"You have to promise me." Kagome said.

Inuyasha sighed and swung her over his shoulder and pounced on her. Kagome was stunned. He smirked at the look on her face. He leaned down and kissed her. As soon as the shock wore off she kissed him back.

She opened her mouth when his tongue brushed against her lips. Their tongues battled for dominance. They pulled back for air neither winning. Inuyasha licked her ear and kissed her neck. He heard her gasp.

Kagome had been so into his touches she hadn't realized the position they were in. He was laying on top of her straddling her hips. She hadn't realized his hands had started traveling up her shirt.

He knew where his hands were going. He smiled at the fact that she was oblivious to everything at the moment. His hand just reached the underside of her breast while the other hand traveled to her thigh.

"Eww. Okaa-san, Nee-chan and Inuyasha are…" Souta's voice trailed off as he ran downstairs.

Inuyasha stopped what he was doing but didn't move. "What are you doing? I'm going to get in so much trouble." Kagome said.

"Why your mom isn't home." He said. "She left five minutes ago."

"Inuyasha get your hand out of my shirt."

"Or what?"

"I'm going to…" Kagome gasped as Inuyasha cupped her breast. He went back to kissing her neck. He gently massaged her breast through her bra. His other hand slowly made its way to her backside.

"I'm going to tell Okaa-san on you when she gets home." Souta yelled.

Kagome pushed Inuyasha off of her and ran after Souta. Inuyasha let out a grunt as he landed on the ground. He almost had her. Next time he would make sure the house was empty.

Kagome had caught Souta. "If you want to live you won't say a word."

"Kill me and you'll be in more trouble. I won't tell on one condition." Souta said.

"What?" Kagome asked.

"I want you and Inuyasha to take me to the carnival next weekend." He said.

"What?" Kagome yelled.

"Those are my terms. Do we have an agreement or do I blab?" Souta said.

"You watch too many movies Souta." Kagome said. "All right we'll take you."

"Nice doing business with you. Now if you don't mind I'm going to go play video games." He walked upstairs to his room.

Inuyasha passed him in the hallway. "We're going to have so much fun next weekend." Souta yelled and ran into his room. Inuyasha was a little confused.

"Oi, what's up with Souta?" Inuyasha asked.

"We're taking him to the carnival next weekend." Kagome said.

"What? I never agreed to that."

"Either that or He'll tell Okaa-san." Kagome said. "She probably wouldn't let me see you again."

"What!" He yelled. "Fine, we'll take the brat to the carnival."

"It's your fault you know." Kagome said. She pushed him out the door.

"What are you doing?" Inuyasha said. Kagome slammed the door in his face. "Dammit." Inuyasha walked to his car. He would have to fix it tomorrow at school or something. No way was he going to make her angrier than she was.
