Out of the Frying Pan and into the Western Lands

 

 

“This is not really you, I saw you being killed by own eyes.” Chiyo said as she came up to him with her swords drawn.

 

“Well it is so nice to see the woman that I once loved and tried to kill. Just too bad that her brother happened to show up on the day that I decided to kill you and bring down that brother of yours and your family.” Linx said to her as she stopped where she was.

 

“I guess you just want to die at my hand this time?” Chiyo said to him as he came at her……………………..

 

“Inuyasha, I sense a jewel shard in there. I guest we have to go in and help. I hope.” Kagome said as she went into the door and followed the sound of clashing swords.

 

“Ok let's go.” Inuyasha said as he picked her up and went in. What they found was his aunt and the demon at each other's throats

 

Looking back at the ones that showed up at the doorstep, he said. “You brought a family to this little party? I was being to wonder if he or the other would show up. Now let's play.”

 

“I am coming to help…” Inuyasha said to her.

 

“STOP! I can do this thank you no help needed here.” Chiyo said as she ducked as the sword went for her head.

 

“Chiyo he has a shard of the jewel in him you need our help.” Kagome said to her.

 

“Thanks for the warning.” Chiyo said as she went to him and brought down her sword at his neck. It took a little chunk of skin and some of the arteries with. He screamed at her and came at with a vicious blow to her ribs.

 

“Bitch, why won't you just die?” Linx said to her as he backed her up to a wall.

 

“Cause you are an asshole that needs to be gone from here. And that is Queen Bitch to you.” She said as the dagger that she had and slid into his chest piercing his heart. With the swipe of her blade, the head was off as well.

 

“Where is the shard at Kagome?” Miroku asked.

 

“Right where she chopped his head.” She said as she watched Chiyo pick the shard out of the neck and gave it to Kagome.

 

“Come that fight made me hungry lets go and eat.” Chiyo said.

 

“Chiyo you need to look at your self before you go out you have changed over.” Kagome said to her aunt.

 

“What?” Chiyo asked as she looked into a mirror that was still there. “Oh that, well looks like I will not be going into a village tonight.”

 

“Was there a stream not to far back?” Miroku asked

 

“Yes and there is a hot spring that is just behind this place. Which if you look out the back you will see the beginning of the Western Lands.” Chiyo said as she went out the back and went to the hot spring that was about two miles.

 

“It is about two miles from here but the walk is worth it if you slow pokes don't hurry up.” Chiyo said as she took off running. Sango and Miroku were on the fire cat demon and Kagome was riding on Inuyasha.

 

“She is fast.” Sango said to the person behind her.

 

“Well she is a full blood demon. So Inuyasha, when you were going to tell us about her?” Miroku asked.

 

“Monk, I didn't even know she was still alive until she showed up at Kagome's house the other day.” Inuyasha said back as he jumped from tree to tree.

 

“For you information she has been a friend of the family for years. She finally told us that she was Inuyasha's aunt that day. She is a good person and will do anything to help.” Kagome said as they spotted her for she was at the edge of the spring.

 

“Sango want to join me and Chiyo for a good hot bath?” Kagome asked as she was fishing out her supplies.

 

“Sure.” Sango said as she got of the cat, which transformed back into the kitten sate.

 

Inuyasha, Miroku and Shippou went to get some firewood and something to eat.

 

Chiyo was already in the hot spring waiting for the other two to get in.

 

“If that monk dares to sneak a peek at use I will rip his eyes out.” Sango said loud enough for him to hear. They all heard a grunt of sadness at that and a crashing sound of some one leaving.

 

“Good one Sango, We are being spied on anyways. There are creatures in the part of the land that is in service to Sesshoumaru and I am sure we will see him before the day is out.” Chiyo said as she wrung out the soap and shampoo and was reaching for the conditioner.

It took them an hour to be done. No doubt that the impatient Hanyou was ready to get one with the trip.

 

“What is taking you guys so long?” Inuyasha asked through the bushes.

 

“We are done, is the food ready? Cause after that we will leave. Stop getting your underwear in a bunch.” Chiyo said to a very mad Inuyasha.

 

“You know I am not a child any more. Stop talking to me like I am.” Inuyasha said and walked off.

 

“Wow, Look who got up on the wrong side of the bed.” Sango said as she was getting dressed.

 

“No, he is right. He is an adult I need to talk to him like one.” Chiyo said as she got up and went to talk to him.

 

“Inuyasha, what is bothering you?” Chiyo asked as she reached him.

 

“Nothing, really nothing sorry for talking back at least to you.” He said.

 

“It is your brother that you do not want to face at this time is it?” Chiyo asked his retreating back. He stopped and thought about it.

 

“The last couple of times we have met we have fought and he means to kill me and get the Tetsusaiga for him to use.” Inuyasha said back.

 

“I remember the night that your father was killed and that was the same night you were born. I had the task of making sure that the swords went to the people that were given to. Myouga, Totsai, and the rest were in grief. I washed your father's body and made sure he was ready for his next life. So do not go and give a sad story of how was your life was bad. I am sorry that I left. Therefore, you come with me and I will make sure he dose not try to kill you. There might be things that you do not understand of why he is like that. Yes granted he is an asshole, but if you come to think about it he could have killed you a long time ago Inuyasha.” Chiyo said to him and turned to go and get some of the food that was done.

 

She said nothing to any one as the left once again taking the lead as she knew where she was going. Before to long she was bit on the nose by the flea.

 

“Myouga, it is so nice to feel that you are alive and not hiding in some mangy mutt's fur.” Chiyo said as the flea was smashed.

 

“Tasting good as every Lady Chiyo.” Myouga said to her.

 

That was the last thing he said when he was cut off by a squeak of something. Jumping on it, Chiyo looked down to see what it was.

 

“Jaken, I see that the Lord of the Western Lands is about. Where is he?” Chiyo said to the thing that was sitting.

 

“Who are you and what are you doing in my Master's Lands?” He shot back.

 

“Frog, you really do not want to get me mad. You know who I am. Lady Chiyohana I have come back to see my home.” She hissed at him.

 

“What! You are supposed to be gone from here.” Jaken said as he got up using his two headed staff.

 

“Well I wanted to come home.” She said.

 

“Insolence, you have no claim on these lands since you left.” He said as the head of fire came out and nearly singed her hair.

 

Grabbing one of her swords, she swung it around and pointed it at the demon retainer.

 

“Go and get him before I chop your head off.” Chiyo said as there was a young girl coming from the top of the hill.

 

“Jaken where are you going?” She said

 

“Rin go back down and do not come back up.” Jaken said as he left to get his Lord.

 

“A human child knowing Jaken, Sesshoumaru what is going on?” Chiyo thought as she went to the young girl.

 

“Rin right? You are a ward of the Lord of the Western Lands?” Chiyo said as she sat down next to the girl.

 

“Yes, Hi Kagome, Inuyasha.” Rin said to the group that was gathering around them.

 

“Lord Sesshoumaru is not going to be happy that there are people on his land and the fact that Jaken is going to tell him that you threaten his life.” Rin said.

 

“I am counting on it that he dose.” Chiyo said.

 

“He will not be long for we were on patrol when you showed up.” Rin said.

 

“Well then we will wait here for him.” Chiyo said.

 

About and hour later there was a powerful demon coming towards them. He rounded the corner and was looking at them when a woman with silver hair stood up and walked towards him.
