Chapter 13

Kagome saw that old looking door with that gleaming gold handle again. Though this time the door was ajar, Kagome stared at it nervously.

"Well I've spilt my guts to Inutaisho so of course the door would crack..…" Kagome gathered her courage, grasped the handle, and flung it open.

Kagome stepped into the dark room; it was a comforting darkness. Walking she saw a small light ahead getting bigger and bigger, she was moving towards it and it was zooming toward her.

She braced herself as the force of the bright colored screens flashed by her, making her hair flutter back.

"Slow down." Kagome commanded. The slides slowed down and moved toward her. A few of them absorbed into her, while others were held back by an unknown force.

"Why won't you come to me?" She asked one that was twitching but did not move, "Ah, I get it! You want to, but something is holding you back." Kagome noticed others too from her earlier childhood were held back as well.

Most were when she was four and younger. "I don't clearly remember, but it's there if I could just figure it out..…" Kagome walked further into the room that was almost empty. Out of 100% of her memories, only 85% came back to her.
