Once Kagome had the dagger in her grasp, her eyes turned back to their normal golden color, Inuyasha had just told her that he had turned her into a hanyou, when his demon side had taken control the last time, and she was also marked to be his mate. Well let's just say she didn't take it to well and began throwing objects anything she could find at him, once she was loosened from her chains. "You idiot you jerk, how could you, you made me a monster like you, get the hell out stay the hell away from me I don't want to see you right now!" Kagome started crying into her pillow her little dog ears shaking back and forth. Inuyasha's ears hung down as he exited their room, for once in this life feeling like a complete jerk. He was so happy to have another hanyou with him, that he didn't stop to realize that maybe she may resent him and being a hanyou, after all not many people liked them. Hanyou's were hunted all the time, hell before he changed her there was only like three in the world that he knew about.

Sango heard Kagome crying and ran to her friend to comfort her, she just lay their sobbing her little heart out, as sango rubbed her back making soothing noises to her as if she was a little kid. Inuuyasha went to Miroku where they both downed atleast fifteen mugs of beer between the two of them. "Inuyasha, maybe you should give her some time, she needs to adjust to well no longer being completely human, I am sure once you give her some time she will come around." "Keh, how was I supposed to know that she would react so violently, she almost killed you and Sango, and she injured my annoying brother Sesshy to." They continued to down their sorrows in their beverages. Miroku was upset because he asked Sango to be his, and she refused saying that she wouldn't be with a demon. Especially since they had slaughtered her family, even though he wasn't the one to do it, she wouldn't listen to reason. Poor Miroku he realized that he really cared for the lady Sango but she would have no part of him. She continued to give him the silent treatment, untill she heard Kagome crying, she bolted out of the room and headed straight for the poor distressed hanyou.

Kagome and Inuyasha would not speak to each other, they just humphed and glared at each other, she would curse at him and tell him how she hated him and wished that he would just drop dead. He would tell her she was a stupid wench and he didn't need her, Mate or not, he would rather be alone and miserable than with her. Miroku kept on trying to show Sango that he wasn't those evil cold hearted demon's that had slain her family, that he was different and he would treat her like a queen, should she give him a chance. Sesshomaru's injuries were starting to heal and he was spending alot of time with Bankotsu, they had become really good friends in fact they were inseparable. Inuyasha had Koga buried outside with a grave marker and some flowers placed on top of it, he felt like shit he killed one of his best men.

Inuyasha and Kagome were sitting at the table, silently glaring at each other, they were having dinner in the room, since no one wanted to be around the sulking hanyous. It was chicken soup, bread, cheese and a piece of chicken. Inuyasha was drinking mugs of beer, Kagome just sat there staring at her plate, not touching it. Every once in awhile, he would glance up at her, finding it hard not to stare at her, her hanyou form was so beautiful he had to fight the urge not to kiss her senseless. Kagome couldn't help but also feel a stir of feelings when she would look into his eyes, she could smell him, he smelled so good to, it was really hard for her she was fighting the urges to go over to him and hug, him he looked so sad lately, his ears were usually droopy and his eyes had lost that little sparkle they always carried. Miroku and Sango had had enough they locked the door from the outside, and put a chain on it, so the two hanyou's were locked inside with each other. "You two need to learn to get along and untill you realize your feelings, you are going to stay locked in that room." Inuyasha was mad he got up immediattely, he began to pund on the door, threatening Miroku with a slow and painful death. After an hour of relentless banging on the door, he gave up and sat down again in front of Kagome. Kagome got up and decided to go to bed, ignoring him as usual they both climbed into bed, she yelled at him and told him he had to sleep on the floor, because he wasn't sleeping with her. Kagome fell asleep, Inuyasha was not going to sleep on the floor, so he sat up and waited for her to fall asleep before he climbed into bed, wishing he could hold her in his arms.


The two hanyous woke up in the morning, their breakfast was already sitting there on the table, so the two sat down at their little table eating the eggs, bacon and toast in silence. Kagome sipped her cofee and Inuyasha drank a beer. He took several chugs of his beer, watching Kagome eat her breakfast, she ate very quickly and drank her cofee, than she got up and layed down on the bed with a sober expression on her face. She yelled for Sango, who came to the door, she asked for her to unlock the door so she could take a bath and get a change of clothes. Sango refused telling her that she would stay in there untill they atleast talked to each other. Which was not going to be anytime soon, because both hanyous were equally stubborn.

Chapter Seven coming up: The two hanyous have had enough of the silence and one of them finally speaks will it be a declaration of feelings or a bloody battle. Stay tuned..
