They awoke with pulsing headaches, at 1830(7:30) out of habit. Darkness sounded them but looking up they saw the morning sky. Wait hadn't there been a roof? Kagome sprang up grabbing a vine that she was sure hadn't been their before and climbed out. Sango followed then, finally Rin. Stunned they gazed about them. Not a building in sight! No, there was only green, trees- that were practically gone from everyday live in their world- were everywhere.

"Trees!" Sango exclaimed.

"Flowers!" Rin squealed.

"What happened?" Kagome inquired.

"Who cares," Rin shouted happily!

"Who knows," Sango shrugged but sounded a bit more level head than Rin.

"Maybe it's a dream," Sango gave her a pinch to prove other wise. "We're dead then."

No we're not," Rin, giggled as if the ideal was insane. "Its magic," she stated surely, causing Kagome to stop. Kagome was part miko, she could sense magic right?

Blocking everything out, she felt around, feeling…something. An aura around the well when she magically probed, but somewhere further there was a pulsing like heart beat calling out to be touched to be freed.

"Kagome?" Sango asked remembering other timed when she instinctively knew thing, it made sense now knowing she was part miko.

"Yeah, Rin must be right, Magic."

"Really?"

"Yeah."

"I can't believe it! We're in an enchanted land!" Rin bubbled. "We never have to do anything. We can play all day!"

Though Rin was only weeks younger then them, she at times exhibited a child like nature. Hating to disappoint her with the reality, they humored her. So when she suggested a game of hide-and-seek they happily agreed. After a quick game of rock-paper-scissors, Sango was chosen "it". Turning her back, she counted slowly to 30, while they fled. Knowing the easier to catch Sango went after Rin.

Meanwhile, Kagome dashed happily through the forest. That is until her got caught on an up turned root. Automatically, her hand flew out blindly, latching on to a skinny smooth branch. She felt an instant regret as it snapped, but all thoughts vanished as something clamped like steel around her arm, halting her fall.

"Clumsy bitch," a deep rich male voice snarled. "I'll kill you."
