Last time - Inu-yasha thought he must be in heaven, and his angel was in his lap staring up at him, she was just as beautiful as ever he thought. "Don't cry Kagome, I'm here and I'm never going to leave," and he brought his lips down to capture hers in a passion filled kiss the carried it with is all the emotions he had felt for the last two years. He's kissing me oh no, oh yes thank you and she moaned into the kiss and felt his tongue slip into her mouth.

"Chapter 4"

Kagome and Inu-yasha finally broke the kiss in order to breath and Kagome took this opportunity to speak up, "Inu-yasha what happened, how did I get back, where is everyone else, can I go back to my own time, what have you hhhmmmmm," Kagome moaned as Inu-yasha silenced her with another kiss. When they had to breath again Inu-yasha guessed this was as good a time as any to explain, he pulled Kagome close against his body and she laid her head on his neck. "Your back because I freed an ancient youkai in order to have him wish you back, for the last two years I haven't done anything other than look for a way to get you back, so I don't know what everyone else is doing, and yes you can use the well again." "If you want we can go find everyone else, I think they still live near Kaede's village, we can do whatever you want my love."

Kagome was on top of the world, first Inu-yasha had kissed her and then he called her his love, please mean it, was all she could think. "I would love to go see my friends again." Before she could move he had picked her up bridal style and leapt up and other the forest, for a moment she started to panic, she had never been this high in the air before, not even on Inu-yasha's back. However, soon her fear started to subside because a new emotion was rising to the surface, she felt like she was in a dream, a wonderful dream, Inu-yasha had pulled her close to his chest and she was going to see her friends again, she snuggled in closer to Inu-yasha's chest and sighed.

In just a matter of minuets they had landed outside Kaede's village Kagome looked around and realized just how long she had been gone, everything had changed. There were at least a dozen more houses put in since the last time she had been there, and there was a rather large stone house on top of a nearby hill, "Inu-yasha do you know where Sango is?" "Well I haven't been her in two years but I think her smell is strongest up by the castle." Kagome looked over at him while he talked and caught herself staring at him; he was just so damn good looking. When he finished talking she leaned over and gave him a kiss on the cheek and flashed a smile at him, "Then let's go," she grabbed his hand and started to walk towards the castle when suddenly she was scooped up again in Inu-yasha's arms. "You know I can walk Inu-yasha," "Keh, not while I'm around bitch," *"Only for you Inu-yasha"* Inu-yasha almost fell out of the air when she said that, after he recovered he quickly landed at the top of the hill and set her down praising the Kami's that his Hori (his outfit) was baggy.

Shippo was behind Miroku's house playing with Taya when suddenly he stopped and pointed his nose into the air. He remembered theses smells, he always would but they couldn't be here could they? Quickly he sprinted around the side of the house, and what he saw almost made him cry; Kagome was standing there, her arms wrapped around Inu-yasha smiling up and him. It had been so long since Shippo had seen either of them, and the last time he saw Inu-yasha he had told him he never wanted to see him again, after that he realized just how much he looked up to him.

Kagome was knocked backwards when something attached itself to her waist, she looked down and saw what she thought was Shippo but he was as tall her stomach, and his hair was pulled into a ponytail, but she knew it was him as soon as he looked up at her; he still had that cute face that she loved.

"Kagome how did you get back," Shippo's eyes were starting to water up and he was trying his best to keep from crying but he was so happy that she was finally back.

Inu-yasha decided to answer Shippo's question, "I brought her back kid, I told you I would, and I didn't come back till I did just like I said." By this time Kagome gad broken down, dropped to her knees and was crying on Shippo's shoulder, Shippo gave her a big hug and said, "I'm glad your back Kagome," "I'm glad to be back Shippo." "Feh, I didn't get all that when you saw me and I was the one that brought you back," Kagome strolled over to Inu-yasha and whispered in his ear, "Well, will see if you still think that after tonight is over." Inu-yasha's jaw dropped several inches as Kagome turned back to Shippo and said, "Shippo will you please take me to see Sango-chan and Miroku-sama." "Sure oh and I'll take you to see there daughter to," "They have a daughter?" Kagome started to squeal and jump up and down. "Come on Inu-yasha," she grabbed his hand and pulled him along snapping out of his daze.

Shippo took them around the back of the house and called for Sango, and not long after Sango came out the back door wearing a white Kimono, when she saw Kagome she blinked several times and then said, "Kagome is that really you?" Kagome had already started to cry again but managed to speak up, "Yes Sango its really me, I'm so glad to see you again," Sango stumbled over to Kagome tears pouring down her cheeks. Kagome meet her half way and they both fell to their knees and wept.

The backdoor opened again and Miroku stepped out, "Sango what's wrong?" then he saw her crying with Kagome and Inu-yasha standing off to the side. "Inu-yasha it's been two years how have you been, and I see that you kept your word and brought Kagome back with you." "Keh, I see you and Sango finally stopped messing around and got serious," Miroku blushed slightly and gave Inu-yasha a smirk, "So does that mean we can expect your and Kagome's children soon?" Inu-yasha's face suddenly became hot as his face turned a bright shade of red.

When Kagome heard Miroku's remark she blushed slightly and thoughts started to race through her head, then she stood up and looked at Miroku, "Well I see you're the same pervert as always. It's still good to see you though," she walked over and gave him a hug half expecting to have her rear felt up, when nothing happened she stepped back and gave him an odd look. "Hehe, don't look so surprised Kagome," as he was talking he reached down and pulled Sango up to him, "I only touch one woman now; my beautiful wife Sango." After he said that, he pulled Sango against him and reached a hand around behind her, suddenly Sango blushed and she slapped his chest, "Miroku don't do that in front of the guests." Kagome had wondered back over to Inu-yasha and wrapped her arm around his waist when Sango spoke up again, "Kagome you haven't meet Taya yet," she walked across the yard into what looked like a small garden and walked back out with a young girl.

"Kagome this is Taya," in front of Kagome stood a girl about three feet tall with black hair and dark blue eyes. She was wearing a pink Kimono and looked adorable, "Taya this is Kagome she is a friend of mommy's, Kagome this is Taya." "Taya say hello," "Hello, you're the lady that Shippo draws, your pretty," "Your beautiful too Taya." Miroku decided that standing was getting tiring and spoke up, "Why don't you join us inside its much more comfortable there." Sango picked up Taya and walked inside, Kagome and Inu-yasha followed her in.

Several hours had passed and they all still sat inside talking, Sango had put Taya to bed and sat next to Miroku on the couch, Shippo was seated on the floor near the fireplace, Inu-yasha sat in a chair across from Sango and Miroku and Kagome sat on his lap. For the past four hours, they had sat talking and catching up on there lives and it was getting late, Sango was starting to fall asleep against Miroku and so they all decided that it was time to settle down for the night. Miroku scooped up Sango and looked over at Inu-yasha, "You two are welcome to stay here for the night if you like," Inu-yasha stood Kagome up and then stood up himself, "I think we will stay at my house tonight," Kagome said goodbye and promised to be back the next day.

Inu-yasha stepped outside and once again picked up Kagome and leapt into the air, in just a matter of minuets they had landed at Inu-yasha's castle. Kagome hopped out of Inu-yasha's arms and he stretched and yawned, "Inu-yasha your not tired are you? I still have to thank you for bringing me back." She walked over to Inu-yasha and pressed her lips to his in a forceful kiss, as she continued to kiss him she reached up and rubbed his ears, and then she released his mouth and pulled him backwards through the door.
