InuYasha would've swore that Kagome was the one who whispered his name. But the frightened look upon her face and her gaze which lead behind him told him she wasn't.

He followed her gaze and found the last person her needed to see right now standing there, with her usual look of malice crossing her face.

Silence fell over the three for what seemed like hours.

"Ki-Kikyo..."

"InuYasha, you forget, I can read your mind, your every thought, your every fear, your every weakness. And it seems you have a new weakness, This girl. You fear for this girls life. You fear that this girl will not love youas you do her, InuYasha. And you fear the end of your little shard hunt, almost as much as she does. Is that not true? Well InuYasha, I can end all of your fears and weaknesses, if you just follow me into the depths of hell." Kikyo interupted, glancing and evil look at a stunned Kagome.

InuYashas' cheeks flushed a true red shade,before her answered, glancing back and forth between his two loves.

"Kikyo, I-I can't. No. I.......I have to.......I can't just......"

"Then, InuYasha, your fears and weaknesses will soon become your nightmares." Kikyo said, as her soul stealers carried her into the night sky.

Kagome was stunned.

"InuYasha, is....... is it......"

"Feh, Let's go! I don't want to talk about it."
