She twitched slightly and stood up clearing the table, "Ok, I'll give you two runts a bath then we'll go to the mall to get Kags some new hair ties as hers seem to be lost, and we will pick you guys each up a new present, ok?"

Souta got up and jumped up and down and Shippou just throws his sippy-cup on the floor, "Yeah! I want a space ranger!" Souta yelled, "And candy!!!!"

She laughed and shook her head, "Ok we'll get you some candy. Should we pick something up for the alien?" she asked Souta and leaned over scooping up the sippy-cup.

Souta shakes his head no. "He is a butt brain!"

Kagome tried not to laugh but couldn't help the smirk that blossomed on her face,

"Souta, that's not very nice."

Souta shrugged "Well, he is....." he walked over and picked up his bear "He is a big butt brain."

She winced and plucked the bear from his hands, and picked him up holding him a good arms length away, "First we rid you of the syrup make-over you have given yourself, and then we go. Agreed?"

Souta pouted a little, "Can Buyo have one too?" he pointed to the cat that was eating from his plate on the table "She is sticky...."

She nodded, already having been there long enough to know the cat liked water. Kagome had been taking a nice peacefully warm bath when Shippou and Souta's wrestling had knocked open the door and the next thing she saw was a flying black ball of fur that landed on her stomach and started batting at the bubbles in the water. Kagome had screamed really loudly and suddenly heard a loud laughter as Souta told Inu Yasha what happened, causing them all to laugh. She shook her head bringing herself back to the present, "You grab Buyo, I'll grab Shippou."

Souta nodded as he went over and grabbed the black cat, "Come on, Buyo. Time for a bath!" he strutted down the hall with the cat thrown over his shoulder.

She laughed at the sight and plucked Shippou from his highchair and carried him down the hall, flipping on the water, "Do you guys want bubbles?"

Souta nodded, "Buyo likes bubbles; so does Shippou," he sat the cat down on the counter and began digging out bath tub toys.

She looked over to Souta curiously, "Does Shippou ever talk around you or is he quiet all the time?" she asked him dumping a heft amount of bubble bath into the water, stripping both boys down and placed Shippou into the waters, all the bubbles rising high about the water, so he could duck down and hide his head in them.

Souta looked at her, "He doesn't talk much...don't know why." He put an armful of toys in the tub. Shippou giggled and pulled Buyo's ear, "Kitty, Kitty!!" Shippou squealed.

Kagome smiled at the little boy and shook her head, "Yea that's a kitty," she laughed and soaped up his long hair.

Shippou cried at his hair being washed and Souta played with the toys.

She carefully and quickly rinsed his hair and kissed the little boy's forehead, "Hey see its ok! No soap in your eyes!" She went to work on Souta's hair.

Souta fussed, "Shippou don't like water, he is scared of it."

Kagome looked over at him, "Oh, poor kid. Is he ok as long as I'm not washing his hair though?"

Souta shrugged "sometimes''

Kagome nodded and continued cleaning the boys off then let them play in the water while she went to go get them some clean clothes and shoes.

Shippou tugged at Buyo's tail while Souta played with a toy boat and Godzilla figure.

She came back into the bathroom and picked buyo up in a towel and dried her off and bit before setting her down and grabbing Shippou up and wrapping him her Les Bijoux towel. "Ok, Cody, time to get ready to go."

Souta nodded, "Ok Kags ....ummm where are we going again?"

She looked over at him, "We are going to the mall in Winston."

Souta said a silent 'oh', "The big store Yash likes going too"

She looked over at him, "Is that bad?"

Souta nods, "He spends a lot there"

She shook her head slightly and tossed Souta a Nightwalker towel and his clothes, "Think ya can dress yourself? I gotta catch the nudist." She indicated the squirt running around the house and Indian whooping and growling, clawing at things.

Souta nods and runs to his room in the towel. He grabs his clothes and slides on some jeans and a t-shirt and comes out with his bear in his hands.

She scooped up the streaker and slipped a shirt over his head expertly, and sat him back onto his feet tugging his bottoms onto him before sitting him on the couch and lacing his shoes, "Ok, kiddo, time to go. You wanna go in Kagome's car??" She looked up at him as a crazy damp cat took off like a bat out of hell for no reason behind her.

Souta put on his sandals and stood by the door waiting, "Can we go now?"

She laughed, "Yea. Do you want to ride in the front?" She asked scooping Shippou up into a piggy back ride.

"I ride in back to keep Shippou in his seat he likes to get out," Souta opened the door and went out.

Kagome looked at him and smiled, "Well you are a very good big brother," she laughed and buckled Shippou into his car seat she had brought back from her mom's.

"I look after him since dad left," he climbed into the car and cat down fastening his belt.

She looked over at him slightly as she slid into the front seat and turned the car on, carefully pulling out of the driveway, "How long have you guys been with Inu Yasha?"

Souta shrugged, "A long time now."

Kagome pulled out onto the highway and started heading for the mall, deciding on a change of subject, "Can I ask you a strange question, Souta?"

Souta smiled and nodded, "Yeah," He handed Shippou a toy that he had dropped causing him to laugh.

Kagome smiled at the two in the backseat, "Why is your hair so short and Dylan's so long?"

"Daddy made me cut it off but Yash won't let daddy cut Shippou's" he looked out the window.

Kagome looked into the review mirror at him, "What kinds of music do you like, Souta?"

"Ummm....Yash listens to loud stuff, lots of drums....you know?" Souta stumbled across the words.

She smiled and looked back at him, "Is that what you like to listen to though?"

"Ummm I haven't heard anything else," he laughed at Shippou making funny faces.

She smiled and popped in her Anime music mix with Nightwalker, Fushigi Yuugi, Saiyuki, and Weiss Kreuz on it, with Stone Roses picking up as the first song, "Do you guys watch a lot of Anime?"

Souta nodded, "That's all Yash likes to watch"

She smiled and pulled into the left lane speeding up slightly, "What kinds do you like to watch?"

"Vampire ones, and others with monsters," Souta made a face, "I like Pokemon better though"

She laughed and leaned back glancing at him in the mirror, "Have you ever seen Nightwalker?"

He nodded. "That's Yash's favorite. He likes the purple haired guy."

She shook her head and down a road that lead to her mom's house, and not familiar to the boys, "Hmm... what about Yu Yu Hakusho?"

"Its ok....the short guy is cool," he frowned as Shippou stole his teddy bear and then he snatched it back.

She looked back there, "No fighting, I'll pick you up a Teddy bear of your own at the mall, ok Shippou?" She pulled up the driveway to her mom's huge house.

Shippou smiled, "Ok." Souta hugged his old bear close not letting it out of his sight.

She leaned over the seat, noticing for the first time her sister, Kagura's, car in the driveway. She bit he tongue to keep from cursing and pulled Shippou out of his car seat, "Come on, Souta, I have to run in here real quick to pick up some more of my stuff that just got here and make an appearance at this family gathering. My brother has a game boy you can play with while you're in there." She prompted as she climbed out of the car.

Souta climbed out of the car leaving his bear in the seat and fastening the seat belt so nothing would happen to it, "Ok, Kagome," he followed her to the house while shippou pulled at her hair and smiled.

She locked the car door and walked into the house shutting the door tightly behind her to run into none other than the bitch herself. Kagura gave Kagome a once over and smirked, "Well, well, well, it looked like Miss Kagome has been busy while I have been away. Seems you aren't better than me or mom either. So who's the dad? Or dads?" Kagome glared at Kagura her defenses raising automatically, "None of your damn business."

Souta stood there watching them while shippou buried his face into Kagome's neck.

Kagome wrapped her arm around Shippou tighter as Kagura stood up and strode to her side, "Don't talk to your older sister like that, Kagome, bad things could happen." Kagome looked levelly at her sister, "Big talk coming from someone who just got out of the hospital from getting their ass kicked by someone nearly half their age, Kagura." The elder girl narrowed her eyes and sneered at Kagome, but not before she hoisted Souta up onto her other hip and walked into the hallway, leaving her to stare after them, "Kagome, you are gonna get it, so help me god." Kagome looked over her shoulder at her, "God doesn't help bitches like you. They are too low for even the fleas to bite."

Souta stuck his tongue out at the older woman and shippou laughed.

Kagome smiled at them and led them into her little brother's room who was sitting in it flipping through a porn magazine. Kagome's eyes widened slightly and yelled, "Nobunaga! Put that away now!" Nobunaga looked up to see his elder sister and two kids with her, and chucked it under his bed. Kagome stood there agape at the 11 year old. Were they even old enough to get it up at that age?? A faint blush crossed her cheeks as she looked at him, "I need to borrow your game boy." He nodded and tossed it to her, "Here."

Souta tilted his head, "Can I see a book like he had?" He looked to Kagome, "I like books."

Kagome's eyes flew open; "No!" she squeaked and ran ot of the bedroom with them and into her old room, if you could call it that. She set Souta down and calmed herself a little bit her face bright red, "That book is only for big boys, like the Alien, so I don't even know why Nobunaga has one!"

Souta blinked "you mean Yash has those books?"

Kagome looked at him wide-eyed, "Uhhhhh... he better not!" she blushed, 'at least not where you can get them anyway,' she thought to herself.

He laughed, "Does Kouga have them too?"

She blushed darker, "Nope."
